00:01:05.000 Now of course I am not talking about the purely medical condition of depression.

00:01:12.000 But what I want to talk about is the seasonal dip in mood that many people experience.
00:01:21.000 And I have a couple of questions for you if you think this applies to you.
00:01:26.000 If you feel a bit down during the autumn.
00:01:29.000 Now the first question is, how much time outside in nature do you spend?
00:01:35.000 How often are you out in the forest?
00:01:37.000 So if you say to yourself, be honest here, you might think that you're out often.
00:01:41.000 But if it's only like, you know, once every second week or every third week.
00:01:47.000 Yeah, it's not enough. Make it at least once or twice a week.
00:01:50.000 It doesn't have to be long.
00:01:52.000 You know, you don't have to be out for three hours at a time.
