Now I thought to talk about something that I usually talk about at least once each autumn.

And that is mental health and depression even.

Now of course I am not talking about the purely medical condition of depression.

But what I want to talk about is the seasonal dip in mood that many people experience.

And I have a couple of questions for you if you think this applies to you.

If you feel a bit down during the autumn.

Now the first question is, how much time outside in nature do you spend?

How often are you out in the forest?

So if you say to yourself, be honest here, you might think that you're out often.

But if it's only like, you know, once every second week or every third week.

Yeah, it's not enough. Make it at least once or twice a week.
