00:00:47.280 you want. So basically it's you know regular coffee and then a tablespoon of butter and a tablespoon of
00:00:53.920 coconut oil. So I've actually started having this every day now and I will get to the reason in a
00:01:01.080 minute but I also wanted to make this video because I have talked about intermittent fasting and coffee

00:01:11.920 you search. So basically intermittent fasting is something I've done over many years but since I
00:01:17.700 have this butter coffee in the morning it's technically not intermittent fasting anymore
00:01:21.920 but since it is only fat basically I'm still in ketosis so I still have that benefit at least but
00:01:28.300 technically speaking I'm no longer doing intermittent fasting simply because I have
00:01:32.720 that coffee. And to recap the coffee video I made a while back a year ago. I went off coffee for
00:01:40.080 a few months six months then I started having a coffee each week and then I experimented a bit with
00:01:47.800 how I perform best. Is it a coffee once a week or once a day or something and I decided upon having
00:01:54.560 a coffee once a day is the optimal and then I might have a pre-workout or perhaps a small coffee
00:02:00.480 in the afternoon or something if I have slept poorly or something. But back in the day I used to have
00:02:06.120 four or five coffees even in a day. That was too much and so I decided to go off completely
00:02:11.640 and now I have settled upon yeah one cup or perhaps two cups one big in the morning and

00:02:53.800 the morning. So if you take your first cup perhaps you're at your work or something you can do your
00:02:59.380 regular routine get to work have that coffee or if you're working from home just wait an hour until you

00:03:10.120 my update on coffee basically one coffee each day that's how I perform best and that's also the best
