00:00:00.000 Greetings. Today I want to elaborate on how humble I am.
00:00:07.000 Okay, not really. I want to elaborate on a few pointers in regards to how you can be more environmentally friendly.
00:00:17.000 Because this is something I have been thinking quite a bit of as of late.
00:00:22.000 Because with all the things that are going on it's important that we don't forget the rather severe predicament Mother Earth finds herself in.
00:00:34.000 So I thought to focus a bit more on that in the coming time as well.
00:00:38.000 And I thought to just give a few pointers where you can begin.
00:00:43.000 So the first point is something I have stressed on previous occasions and I would like to stress this again.
00:00:50.000 And that is to buy local.
00:00:52.000 And when I say buying local I mean food.
00:00:55.000 Because food is a reoccurring cost. It's a daily cost.
00:00:59.000 So my mainstay of my diet over the last years have consisted of eggs.
00:01:04.000 And these eggs are obviously locally produced.
00:01:06.000 Because that's usually what the stores tend to have.
00:01:09.000 And eggs are good food.
00:01:11.000 So that's both diet and environmentally friendly advice I can give to you.
00:01:17.000 Eat a lot of eggs. It's good for you.
00:01:19.000 And also when it comes to eating local food it means less time spent in transportation.
00:01:26.000 Which also equals a more nutritionally solid product.
00:01:31.000 So this applies obviously to vegetables etc as well.
00:01:36.000 Now of course there are certain things that needs to be imported.
00:01:39.000 Because we can't grow them ourselves such as coffee.
00:01:42.000 But the key is that the mainstay of your diet if you can get that from locally produced suppliers that's the best.
00:01:49.000 And obviously the very best if you can is if you can grow your own food.
00:01:54.000 If you have a garden you can grow various different fun things.
00:01:58.000 So that is a good recommendation right there.
00:02:01.000 And also if you're a nationalist, an economic nationalist, you want to support your local economy and your local community.
00:02:08.000 So buying from your local farmers etc is a very good thing indeed to do.
00:02:13.000 Now the second point which is basically the same as the first point is to identify where the food you eat comes from.
00:02:22.000 So there was a scandal here in Sweden a few years ago where they discovered the fact that, and I might get this wrong.
00:02:31.000 But the general gist of the story was that fish were caught in the North Atlantic being transported to Thailand.
00:02:38.000 And then to be packaged in Thailand and then being transported back to Sweden for consumption.
00:02:43.000 Now obviously this is highly unreasonable.
00:02:46.000 I don't eat particularly much fish myself.
00:02:49.000 But if you're gonna eat fish I recommend buying fish with this seal.
00:02:53.000 Now obviously the best thing is to not eat fish at all.
00:02:56.000 Because you know the pollution and the depopulation of the oceans is a quite severe issue indeed.
00:03:04.000 And on another note you can look at Brazilian meat for example.
00:03:09.000 So if you are in Europe and you want to buy some cheap meat and you see oh this is produced in Brazil.
00:03:15.000 First and foremost it has spent plenty of time in transportation which is not particularly fresh at all.
00:03:21.000 Second of all the grazing land for these cattle has probably taken its toll out of the Amazonas jungle.
00:03:28.000 So they obviously cut down the rainforest to make room for the cattle.
00:03:32.000 So it takes its toll on the environment in that way as well.
00:03:36.000 And to give yet another example you can talk about such thing as prawns.
00:03:42.000 Which are being farmed at the expense of the local nature.
00:03:46.000 And I mean such things as prawns it's not really something you need.
00:03:49.000 So I propose you boycotting them.
00:03:54.000 And then lastly focus on quality over quantity when you are buying things.
00:04:00.000 And everyone knows that I have a deep and great respect for China and its history and its people.
00:04:07.000 However what I do not particularly appreciate is a lot of Westerners buying things from China just because it is cheap.
00:04:18.000 Focus on buying high quality European or American products instead.
00:04:22.000 That is also the reasonable course of action for you as an economic nationalist to do.
00:04:26.000 And besides if you look at how much China is polluting.
00:04:30.000 Polluting its rivers which are then running into the ocean.
00:04:33.000 It's not an economy I want to support with my wallet.
00:04:37.000 So keep that in mind you vote with your wallet.
00:04:40.000 Vote for high quality items.
00:04:41.000 And the more high quality items you have the less you need of them.
00:04:46.000 So something to keep in mind.
00:04:49.000 Anyway I just want to receive my daily dose of admiration for my juicy guns.
00:04:56.000 And I want to elaborate a bit on this because as I said I think it's an important topic indeed.
00:05:03.000 And I will make more of these sort of videos in the coming time.
00:05:06.000 I think that's reasonable.
00:05:07.000 And who am I?
00:05:09.000 It's a secret.
00:05:11.000 I'll never tell.
00:05:12.000 XXO.
00:05:13.000 Boom.
