00:01:41.880 So with that said, yes, arms are important. Now, a misconception is that a lot of people
00:01:46.760 only train bodybuilding style arms. So they only do the curls. Now, what I do for my arms, and I suggest
00:01:54.280 that you also do is you have your heavy compounds. So you have weighted chins, which I will demonstrate now.
00:02:24.280 And you also have rows. Now, both of those will target your guns. And you will have to get very
00:02:38.680 fucking strong. The pull-ups I did there was 40 kg in addition to 100 kg body weight. So I'm obviously very
00:02:45.640 strong. And I'm not using any straps in order to get the grip strength there as well. So that is the
00:02:52.200 primary things I'm doing for my biceps. And after that, I can do, you know, bicep curls to reinforce
00:02:58.040 the hypertrophy. And that's basically what I always do. I have heavy compound movements. And then
00:03:02.600 afterwards, I have lighter bodybuilding movements, which I don't really count the progression in,
00:03:06.920 because the progression is being counted in the heavy movements. So the heavy movements for the biceps
00:03:12.760 is rows and chins. And then obviously, you get your lats, you get your back muscles, etc. So
