00:00:52.960 long until spring, so I'm trying to lean out just a bit. I'm not cutting per se, because I usually don't
00:00:58.480 cut, I re-comp. And what I mean by re-comp is that I, you know, still try to progress in the lifts and
00:01:05.840 at the same time lose body fat. And keep in mind, I'm not a bodybuilder per se, so I don't need to be
