diet, as it were. And when I say I have a new diet, I only minorly tweak it to suit my goals for the

long until spring, so I'm trying to lean out just a bit. I'm not cutting per se, because I usually don't

cut, I re-comp. And what I mean by re-comp is that I, you know, still try to progress in the lifts and

at the same time lose body fat. And keep in mind, I'm not a bodybuilder per se, so I don't need to be
