00:00:00.960Greetings my esteemed supporters. This is a quick and easy meditation and breathing technique which you can try out if you have trouble getting into the routine of meditating.
00:00:12.940So basically I am keeping one hand on my chest and one hand on my stomach and you can see that the hand on the stomach is gently rising, going up and down.
00:00:22.580So I try to breathe in through the stomach as opposed to the chest to get a deeper breath.
