00:01:02.980 Now obviously this can be natural for a lot of guys and another word for it can really be black-pilled

00:01:15.860 So anyway, I think this is the case for many guys, many Western guys, who they don't really have any bright vision for the future.
00:01:24.880 They think it's just hopeless, they don't really have any plans, any goals, anything to look forward to.
00:01:31.200 And that is something I would like to aid a bit in, at least.
00:01:37.120 So if you don't have anything to look forward to, yes, then obviously it can be a bit hard to keep your chin up.

00:03:02.500 So the important part is that you have a solid goal that you can consistently work towards.

00:03:13.220 So basically, getting to the root of the problem might be that you don't have anything to look forward to.
