00:00:59.460 nation Poland and Slavs in general? I like both. I like Poland because obviously rich history rich
00:01:06.660 culture and they are true to tradition. They are not as brainwashed and feminized as Swedes for

00:03:56.160 did you focus on progressing in the compounds or acquiring an adequate pump? Now always always go for
00:04:04.320 the progression in the main lifts in the compounds. Disregard pump. You can have the pump at the end of
