00:00:00.000 Greetings, my juicy subscribing-tons. Welcome to the much-awaited Q&A.
00:00:10.000 We'll get straight into it with a question from Matthew.
00:00:14.000 What do the various nationalists of Scandinavia generally think of their respective monarchs?
00:00:20.000 And what do you think of monarchism itself?
00:00:23.000 I can only speak for myself and I can only speak for the more right-wing or traditionalist, nationalist line of thought.
00:00:31.000 And that is pro-monarchy. I am also pro-monarchy.
00:00:35.000 Then, of course, there are plenty of nationalists who are against the royal house.
00:00:40.000 But for me, as I view it, our royal house, it's part of our heritage.
00:00:45.000 It's part of our society. It's part of what makes Sweden great, I was supposed to say.
00:00:51.000 What made Sweden great.
00:00:54.000 And the royal house is still one of these things that I do think they add more value to society than they do not.
00:01:02.000 And if you look upon all the things emanating from the modern world, from clown world or from Swedish society.
00:01:10.000 Of everything you hear from Sweden, you never hear anything bad coming from the royal house or from the king.
00:01:16.000 So imagine how many things he could have done in order to appease the powers to be or the current ultra-leftist hegemony of thought.
00:01:27.000 He hasn't done so. He has made some mistakes. He has said some things that are, you know, that I perhaps don't agree with.
00:01:33.000 But overall, he has maintained a reasonable position and for that I salute him.
00:01:40.000 Then also to keep in mind here is that the Social Democratic Party, which has been on and off in power over the last hundred years in Sweden,
00:01:50.000 said from the beginning that they would abolish monarchy.
00:01:53.000 But his majesty, the king, has not gone anywhere.
00:01:57.000 So that is quite skillful indeed to still be in his position even though the political establishment has been against him being there.
00:02:09.000 So for me, personally, I support my king. I do like my king. I like the royal family. I think they do good work.
00:02:16.000 Then, of course, they could have done certain things differently.
00:02:19.000 No one is perfect. I am not perfect. The king isn't perfect. The queen isn't perfect, but they are still very good people.
00:02:26.000 And especially our queen and our crown princess, very well liked by all regular decent people.
00:02:34.000 Then, of course, various leftists do not like them, but all good people like them. In my view, at least.
00:02:41.000 And another note I forgot to mention is that the royal family are working extremely hard, extremely much,
00:02:48.000 and have done so for a very long period of time for the interests of the kingdom of Sweden.
00:02:54.000 As you can hear, my daughter agrees wholeheartedly.
00:02:58.000 So that is important to point out when talking about the royalty.
00:03:02.000 They're not just cruising around doing what they want.
00:03:06.000 They, if any ones, they are not doing what they want. They are working extremely hard.
00:03:11.000 So I thought to add that in there.
00:03:14.000 Next question from my man Mark Clark.
00:03:18.000 Ombre, what is your favorite Lord of the Rings character and why?
00:03:24.000 Very tough question. I had to dwell upon this, but I would say Eomer.
00:03:30.000 And this has actually been probably my favorite character since I first saw the films.
00:03:36.000 I read the books after seeing the films, by the way.
00:03:39.000 But the reason I say this is because his position when he gets exiled from Rohan is so similar as to the political dissidents of today.
00:03:49.000 He simply speaks the truth and gets exiled for it.
00:03:52.000 Then, of course, he gets redeemed when the truth appears and Gandalf drives off Saruman from Theoden.
00:04:01.000 So a lot of cool characters to choose from.
00:04:04.000 Obviously, Lord of the Rings is sacred for me, as is the case for many of you, I suppose.
00:04:10.000 So a lot of cool characters to choose from, but just considering that situation and it's so applicable to our own situation that he gets exiled from his own nation for speaking the truth is...
00:04:22.000 Yeah, it's a cool metaphor.
00:04:26.000 Surprise clip into the video. I stumbled upon this highly epic place.
00:04:31.000 And since we're talking about Lord of the Rings, let me show you.
00:04:40.000 It looks a bit like a modern world version of the entry to the Mines of Moria.
00:04:55.000 So anyway, I thought this would be a fun little surprise in the Q&A video.
00:05:02.000 So yeah, let's get back to it.
00:05:05.000 Now a note. I really need to stop saying epic to everything because this place wasn't really epic at all, as I'm sure you will agree.
00:05:15.000 Next question from Ian.
00:05:17.000 What advice do you have for a first time father?
00:05:20.000 Any advice you wish you knew before your princess came into the world?
00:05:24.000 To be quite honest, not really.
00:05:27.000 This is one of these cases where you aren't ready, but you get ready.
00:05:31.000 So just view it as a learning process and take every day as it is.
00:05:36.000 Take each step as it is and just try to deal with every situation.
00:05:40.000 But you can't really be ready per se because you become ready when the child comes.
00:05:46.000 So yeah, just approach it with a stoic mindset.
00:05:50.000 And remember, don't be worried because this is something fathers have done since the beginning of time basically.
00:05:57.000 So I'm sure you will do gallantly fine also.
00:06:01.000 Next question from Matheus.
00:06:04.000 Dear The Golden One, a couple of fitness related questions I would like to ask.
00:06:08.000 One, is there a specific routine you do for stretching and mobility during the week?
00:06:14.000 Yes, there is. Just search for stretching on my channel and you will find my daily stretches.
00:06:19.000 A very good video if I may be so bold.
00:06:22.000 Secondly, I've been interested in joining an MMA class.
00:06:25.000 Would you suggest just joining straight in or practice and get some basics down beforehand?
00:06:32.000 Thanks for all of your efforts, Matheus.
00:06:35.000 And thank you for your support. Much appreciated.
00:06:38.000 I would just get straight into a beginner's class.
00:06:41.000 The point with beginner's classes is that you learn the basics together.
00:06:45.000 For me personally, as a coach, I do coaching sometimes on average about once a month or something like that.
00:06:53.000 If I say, you know, this seminar or this class is for beginners.
00:06:58.000 Yeah, it means we will go through the basics together.
00:07:02.000 So I'm not expecting anyone to come in to know all the different footworks and head movement drills, etc.
00:07:09.000 That's why you come to a class to learn.
00:07:12.000 So I would just go for a beginner's class, talk to the guys at the gym, say, you know what?
00:07:18.000 Is this good for beginner's class or is there something I can do to prepare?
00:07:22.000 But usually what I recommend is if you are in relatively good condition, you aren't hurt or anything,
00:07:28.000 just go to a beginner's class and be as attentive and humble as possible.
00:07:33.000 Try to learn the basics.
00:07:35.000 The next question is from my man Helvetic John.
00:07:39.000 Dear Markus, how do you deal with leftists in your everyday life?
00:07:44.000 As an example, I recently started buying my food and helping at a little shop promoting local farms, regional production and nature friendly products.
00:07:52.000 So a great ideology, which I'm sure you support.
00:07:56.000 Yes, most definitely I do. That's exactly what we need.
00:08:01.000 So I salute you wholeheartedly for that.
00:08:05.000 However, as you can imagine, this kind of place attracts mostly hippies and other kinds of beta leftists,
00:08:12.000 which I have to interact with and maintain decent relationships with in order to benefit from this great business model.
00:08:20.000 Your thoughts would be much appreciated. Many thanks.
00:08:23.000 And thank you for your continued support.
00:08:26.000 Yeah, I would just try to maintain a good relationship.
00:08:30.000 Not all leftists are 100% evil.
00:08:33.000 Simple as that.
00:08:35.000 They might be misguided when it comes to matters of bioculture and immigration, etc.
00:08:42.000 But obviously they have the heart at the right place when it comes to supporting their local communities.
00:08:48.000 So they are nationalists or traditionalists without even knowing it.
00:08:53.000 So yeah, by the sound of it, they might be more nationalist than some actual nationalists, if that makes sense.
00:09:03.000 But for me, I would say, you know, maintain a good relationship.
00:09:06.000 You don't need to agree with everyone 100%.
00:09:11.000 And I say this to all subscribers as well.
00:09:13.000 You're free to disagree with me.
00:09:15.000 People have different worldviews.
00:09:16.000 You can try to talk to them if you want.
00:09:18.000 But if you don't want, I see absolutely no problem with just keeping the good thing you have going.
00:09:24.000 So yeah, yet again, I salute you for this endeavor.
00:09:28.000 And I think that's a very good step in the right direction.
00:09:32.000 Next question from my man, Chris.
00:09:35.000 I have a lifting-related question, good sir.
00:09:38.000 How do you feel about focusing on the negative when lifting in an attempt to get stronger?
00:09:44.000 I do not recommend this because my view on strength training and getting stronger, powerlifting, building muscle, everything like that, is simply that you have a few different exercises.
00:09:56.000 The heavy compound movements, so deadlifts, bench, squats, military press, rows, for example.
00:10:03.000 Your goal is to get as strong in these as possible.
00:10:07.000 Getting stronger is easier if you do all repetitions explosively.
00:10:12.000 So if I want to move as much weight as possible in the bench press, if I do the movement explosive, it will be easier.
00:10:20.000 Therefore, I can use more weight.
00:10:22.000 So I tend to do it as explosively as possible.
00:10:26.000 And this is true for all exercises.
00:10:28.000 So I would just, on the down part, on the negative, just do it controlled but not excessively slow.
00:10:34.000 Because then you burn out energy you might want to have for the upwards phase of the lift.
00:10:40.000 Next question from my man, Paul Clark.
00:10:43.000 Has your training changed or your attitude towards training changed since your darling daughter came into the world?
00:10:49.000 How has having a child changed your view in other regards also?
00:10:54.000 Much love, big man.
00:10:56.000 Much love right back to you and to your family.
00:11:00.000 It hasn't changed overly much, actually.
00:11:03.000 The main thing is that I try to be a bit more flexible and I try to, if possible, have a bit shorter sessions.
00:11:10.000 But even before my Cuddle Princess came into the world, I trained quite short sessions.
00:11:14.000 Because I usually just focus on the heavy compound movements.
00:11:17.000 So it hasn't changed overly much in regards to training.
00:11:21.000 Except for it has happened a few times that I need to cut a session short because of reasons.
00:11:27.000 But that's just to be expected.
00:11:29.000 Otherwise, it's been certain days if life comes in between and I can't train.
00:11:35.000 Yeah, it is what it is.
00:11:36.000 I just train the next day.
00:11:37.000 So it's not something that is overly different.
00:11:41.000 Usually even before stuff came in between.
00:11:44.000 So I had to train less.
00:11:47.000 But it is what it is.
00:11:48.000 It's no big deal.
00:11:49.000 In regards to your second question, it's probably a lot of different perspectives that I don't even know about.
00:11:56.000 Which is slowly changing how I think about things.
00:12:00.000 But generally, no, my world view is quite similar to what it was previously.
00:12:05.000 Next question from my man, Robert Green.
00:12:09.000 What is your take on the fact that the statistics show the majority of suicides are committed by white males?
00:12:16.000 Why is this such an issue among our people?
00:12:18.000 How do we stop it?
00:12:19.000 Let's go champ.
00:12:20.000 Let's go champ!
00:12:22.000 Shout out to my man, Rob.
00:12:25.000 Yeah, it is a tough question.
00:12:28.000 I have touched upon this previously too.
00:12:31.000 A shorter answer would be the lack of meaning, the lack of community, the lack of purpose.
00:12:38.000 So this is actually a video I will make a separate video on, which will be called Suicide, How to Prevent It.
00:12:45.000 But I just thought to answer it briefly here as well, to just give my main reasons for why I see young white males killing themselves.
00:12:55.000 Then, of course, there are a concoction of different factors that contribute as well.
00:13:00.000 Such as big pharma, I don't think, especially in America, where these large corporations, yeah, play dangerous games with human lives.
00:13:10.000 And that is also why you can't have unbridled capitalism, you know, big companies doing what they want.
00:13:16.000 State must control when certain companies are doing really detrimental things to the population, such as this case.
00:13:23.000 But yeah, I will elaborate more in a coming video.
00:13:25.000 Next question from Thomas.
00:13:28.000 Salutations.
00:13:29.000 What are your thoughts on the movement of people going off-grid?
00:13:33.000 On one hand, people are living sustainable, low-consumption lifestyles, unreliant on the replacers who rule over us.
00:13:40.000 On the other hand, people are disengaging from society and taking a backseat.
00:13:44.000 And it also makes it near impossible to visit the Temple of Iron.
00:13:48.000 I think a good balance between the two, you should never check out from society and disengage in politics ever.
00:13:55.000 Because in the famous words of someone, I don't know who coined it, but you may not care about politics, but politics cares about you.
00:14:04.000 So you can live as much off-grid as you want.
00:14:07.000 But if the state wants to come knocking on your door, they will do it no matter how far out in the woods you live.
00:14:13.000 So I would say be as self-reliant as possible.
00:14:16.000 It's good to live in the countryside.
00:14:18.000 It's good to have as much... to take as much care of yourself as possible without being reliant upon society.
00:14:24.000 But you must never disengage from the political discussion of your country.
00:14:30.000 So I would say it is good on one side as long as you don't neglect the notion that you're still in the society.
00:14:38.000 Because you can't escape your society as much as you want to.
00:14:41.000 Simple as that.
00:14:43.000 Next question from Andrey.
00:14:45.000 Greetings, glorious one.
00:14:47.000 Seeing that you've taken an interest on Weston Price's work, I'm curious on hearing what are your thoughts on the raw carnivore slash primal diet.
00:14:57.000 Thank you and keep up the good work. You are an inspiration.
00:15:00.000 Thank you for the kind words and thank you for your support.
00:15:03.000 I would say that the majority of the carnivore diet is decent.
00:15:10.000 It's good because if we look upon superfood, if I say superfood, some people might think it's about an exotic fruit from the Amazonas.
00:15:19.000 But actually superfoods, especially for Europeans, are meat.
00:15:24.000 It is meat.
00:15:25.000 So if we look upon something like bacon, a lot of people think it's unhealthy.
00:15:30.000 Sure, it might be high in calories, but it's good animal fat.
00:15:33.000 I will actually make a separate games kitchen video on this superfood that is bacon.
00:15:39.000 But generally speaking, humans are evolved to eat meat, not only meat, not exclusively meat.
00:15:46.000 But if you base your diet, the mainstay of your diet upon animal fats and meats, you can thrive.
00:15:52.000 Whereas I don't really see the same evidence for vegans being able to thrive on their diet.
00:15:59.000 So generally speaking, I would say base your diet upon meats and animal fats.
00:16:06.000 But again, if you want to fuel your workouts in the Temple of Iron, you might need some carbohydrates as well.
00:16:13.000 And you might need some carbohydrates to liven up your diet.
00:16:16.000 I wouldn't go on a full carnivore diet, but I understand people are heavily using that sort of setup.
00:16:23.000 But I don't see any reason to cut out carbs completely, especially since it can be quite a hustle to do so in an everyday life.
00:16:31.000 But yeah, to conclude, animal fats and meats are good for you, for your mental health and your physical health.
00:16:38.000 And the last question from James, a bit more of a lighthearted question.
00:16:43.000 Do you have any hope for the upcoming Lord of the Rings television series produced by Amazon?
00:16:48.000 I have absolutely zero hope for that.
00:16:52.000 As I said in the beginning of this video, Lord of the Rings is sacred for me.
00:16:57.000 So I will, to the best of my ability, encourage people to boycott the new Amazon series and ask them to downvote it and ask them to generally cause a lot of noise in regards to it.
00:17:10.000 Because I know exactly what they will do.
00:17:12.000 They will take Tolkien's great world and transform it into a politically correct quagmire of blasphemy, basically.
00:17:21.000 So to answer the last question there, no, I have absolutely no hope at all.
00:17:26.000 But we still have the films, which are our masterpieces, definitely.
00:17:32.000 So anyway, thank you all for your questions and for your support.

00:17:42.000 Have a great rest of your day.
00:17:44.000 XXO.
00:17:45.000 Boom.
