00:00:20.000 Most of you have probably seen it already, the article, because you do read all of my articles on my page.
00:00:27.000 Right, right guys, you do. If you don't, you are horrible, you're a horrible person if you don't always read all of my articles.
00:00:35.000 I'm sorry to say it, but it's true.
00:00:39.000 So anyway, Bugomill Maxing, just a fun expression I thought to start utilizing.

00:00:50.000 But anyway, you can start with two steps on your path to getting shredded.
00:00:56.000 First and foremost, intermittent fasting.
00:00:59.000 Simply eat between lunch and dinner.
00:01:03.000 And outside of that, you don't eat anything, you don't consume any calories.
00:01:09.000 You can of course drink a black coffee in the morning, which I do.

00:01:22.000 I am, well I'm happy to say, because it increases my quality of life quite a bit.
00:01:27.000 So I have that in the morning, then lunch as the first meal.
00:01:32.000 And then dinner as the last meal.
00:01:36.000 Then, outside of those hours, I don't eat anything at all.
00:01:40.000 So intermittent fasting, simply eat between, say, twelve at lunch and then no later than eight in the evening.
00:01:51.000 Very simple stuff.
00:01:53.000 Then, the second part, which is a bit harder I suppose, well for me at least, is to abstain from refined sugars.
00:02:02.000 So, optimally speaking, you would have a bogomil priest in your retinue that can gaze disapprovingly on you whenever you get the temptation to consume pastries and similar things.
00:02:21.000 But if you don't have access to a bogomil priest in your retinue, you will just have to use willpower.
00:02:28.000 But reducing refined sugars, so sweets, pastries, etc.
00:02:33.000 It will do wonders for your ability to get shredded.
00:02:38.000 So yeah, those two things you can start incorporating.
00:02:43.000 And then in the next video in this little series, I will give some more advice so you can get shredded.
