00:00:00.000 Greetings, my esteemed Laddingtons. Today I thought to talk a bit about Testosterone,
00:00:26.840 since I saw that the film director of Avatar, James Cameron, calls Testosterone a Toxin.
00:00:33.840 Now, a common misconception I often see is that people think Testosterone is something that makes you angry and violent,
00:00:42.840 and, you know, they're associated with that sort of malfunctioning masculinity, and they call it toxic masculinity.
00:00:51.840 Now, Testosterone doesn't make you angry, it doesn't make you violent, it doesn't make you act in a certain way.
00:00:57.840 What it does, however, what it is, it's to explain a very deep topic in a simple manner.
00:01:04.840 We can say that for a man, you need two components to attain happiness.
00:01:10.840 So you need a metaphysical side of it, and you need a physical side.
00:01:14.840 So the metaphysical side is, of course, that you are on the journey towards a goal.
00:01:20.840 So you have a goal, what makes you go up in the morning? Yes, because you have a goal for the day,
00:01:26.840 and happiness is then the ability to pursue that goal.
00:01:30.840 That is the, we can call it, metaphysical component.
00:01:34.840 The physical component of this is Testosterone.
00:01:37.840 So if you don't have any Testosterone, then you will be depressed, basically.
00:01:42.840 And this is also something why I recommend that you don't take Testosterone until you get older.
00:01:48.840 And that is, if you have younger guys, they go on Testosterone, then they go off it, they become depressed.
00:01:54.840 Because since they inject steroids, Testosterone, into their body, then when they go off,
00:02:00.840 they don't have any natural production, since it has shut down, and they don't get anything via the outside, so to speak.
00:02:09.840 So if you think of it in that way, that a man without Testosterone is a man without any sort of go, or drive, or will to power at all.
00:02:17.840 And that is, yeah, of course, then you will be depressed.
00:02:20.840 So the biological component of happiness, very simplified, I know this is a very deep topic, I just want to make a point.
00:02:28.840 The biological component, what makes you get out of bed, saying that, oh, this is a bright day ahead of me,
00:02:35.840 I feel full of life, I feel happy to be able to pursue my goals.
00:02:39.840 The biological component is Testosterone.
00:02:41.840 Now, if you take away Testosterone, the metaphysical component of, you know, your drive, your will to accomplish things,
00:02:51.840 that is a lot harder to activate.
00:02:55.840 So, mind and body, they are one, metaphysical, physical, they are also one, you need one to do the other.
00:03:01.840 Then, of course, also, you can have a healthy Testosterone, and if you don't have the metaphysical part in place, that you don't have any goals,
00:03:07.840 you don't have anything to look forward to, then you will also become unhappy.
00:03:11.840 So, whenever I see, you know, people talking bad about Testosterone, they don't understand it.
00:03:17.840 They, you know, say toxic masculinity here, toxic masculinity there. 0.90
00:03:22.840 A toxic masculinity is a man who is unhappy.
00:03:25.840 So, Testosterone is actually a cure for unhappiness then.
00:03:29.840 So, what I would say that, you know, Testosterone, if you have a healthy Testosterone that enables you to have a good, solid, happy life,
00:03:38.840 it's the fuel for you to go along the path of your quest.
00:03:44.840 So, again, a very long story, but the main point of this video is that
00:03:48.840 don't view Testosterone as something that makes you angry and, you know, a stereotype of a man who goes around thinking he's cool or tough or anything.
00:03:57.840 Testosterone is simply your biological willpower, as it were, and you need it to feel happy.
00:04:04.840 And it's a component that is vital to your, to the metaphysical side as well.
00:04:10.840 So, anyway, since we are on the topic, I talk more about Testosterone in this fine book right here.
00:04:15.840 Mandatory reading. If you haven't read it, you must do so immediately.
00:04:19.840 First link in the description box below.
00:04:22.840 So, I just wanted to chime in with that little pointer.
00:04:26.840 Hopefully, it's helpful in an understanding of Testosterone.
00:04:30.840 So, essentially, to conclude yet again, Testosterone is saying to you, let's go champ.
00:04:36.840 That is what it does. It doesn't say to you to be aggressive or violent or anything like that.
00:04:41.840 So, thank you for watching. Thank you for admiring my physique.
00:04:45.840 XXO BOOM!
