00:00:00.000 Surprise Flex. Absolutely aesthetic. Greetings Laddingtons. So it finally happened, or it happened again.
00:00:12.000 My Instagram has been deleted and I thought to talk a bit about it.
00:00:19.000 Again, speaking in technical terms, I didn't have any violations, I hadn't posted anything in particular that got me banned.
00:00:29.000 So yeah, this is from higher up, I suspect. You know, I'm on some sort of list. They say this guy can't be on this social media.
00:00:42.000 He's too successful, he's too popular. Thank you, thank you. I feel quite... I take it as a compliment.
00:00:50.000 I take it as a compliment that you view me as such a threat.
00:00:55.000 And as I said in my latest YouTube video, you know, it's more potent to post physique than to post politics.
00:01:08.000 And you know, my Twitter is still up. No issues at all. Where I actually do post more politics.
00:01:16.000 So Twitter, no problem. Posting lifestyle, posting family pictures, posting physique to Instagram.
00:01:23.000 Yeah, that is something different. So they had to shut it down.
00:01:27.000 Now, of course, if anyone who works for Instagram is watching this, I would very much appreciate it if you could allow me to download all of the pictures at least.
00:01:38.000 But don't worry, I won't use your platform anymore on a personal level.
00:01:47.000 And you know, this is something I said on Telegram and Gab and Minds two weeks ago, the first time it happened.
00:01:55.000 But, you know, I don't feel at all like using Instagram anymore because of it.
00:02:01.000 So even if I, for some miraculous reason, would get it back now, no, I won't spend any time or energy producing content there.
00:02:12.000 I don't want to give anyone a reason to be still on there either.
00:02:16.000 And I don't think you should be because you might be. You will probably get banned or blocked anyway.
00:02:21.000 So, yeah, that's the update. I will see if I can, you know, take legal action against it.
00:02:32.000 Someone might say, yeah, it's a private company. Yeah, it is a company.
00:02:37.000 But, you know, just because you're a company doesn't mean you can behave in whatever way you please.
00:02:42.000 Especially if you can't point to, you know, a certain, you know, a violation or anything.
00:02:51.000 I didn't have any violations.
00:02:53.000 But anyone who's, you know, let's be real with each other here in our forest walk, myself and my esteemed supporters.
00:03:05.000 It's not about what I posted. It's about who I am.
00:03:09.000 They see me being a public dissident.
00:03:12.000 So therefore I have to, I have to go, you know, a bit of a low blow going after someone's personal stuff like that.
00:03:19.000 It's not something I would do, but that's what makes me a better man as well than the opposition.
00:03:24.000 And that's why people love me. And again, Instagram, people don't like you.
00:03:29.000 I don't think you who decided to shut me down, maybe you're watching this.
00:03:34.000 Ask yourself why do people like me and why do people not respect you?
00:03:39.000 Yeah, probably because I behave in a higher manner. I don't do stuff like that.
00:03:45.000 And yeah, short-term victory to behave in that sort of way. Long-term loss.
00:03:51.000 History shows us this. It's never a good long-term strategy to behave in a nefarious manner.
00:04:02.000 Anyway, I have also backed up all of my YouTube videos. I can't tell you where, because that would actually be to go against YouTube's guidelines.
00:04:16.000 And I completely understand it. I completely understand that YouTube do not want, you know, people talking about other platforms.
00:04:27.000 But yeah, I'm sure you can find my videos somewhere else if you want.
00:04:33.000 That being said, as I recently announced, I have no plans to talk about anything controversial on YouTube.
00:04:39.000 This is now only a... Well, I'm going back to my roots with the channel. So it's back to self-improvement.
00:04:49.000 And I'm looking forward to making more Gaines Kitchens videos.
00:04:54.000 Also looking forward to getting back into good shape so I can post physique videos.
00:05:01.000 So I can comment, that's an aesthetic physique. So that you can admire how massive and glorious I am. Good times.
00:05:11.000 Anyway, I thought to talk about something similar. This is the end of an era.
00:05:18.000 You know, I've had my Instagram since 2013. A lot of memories. It's been a part of my life.
00:05:26.000 Sort of in the same way as you would have a good friend. But then something happens that makes your...
00:05:32.000 You know, you can't be such good friends anymore. Not necessarily because you disagree or dislike each other.
00:05:39.000 But because you move from one another or something. Sort of the same feel I have now.
00:05:45.000 And let me tell you about the good old days. The good old days. This was four or five years ago or something.
00:05:55.000 In Uppsala, city of the gods. And believe you me. We had such a lineup of glorious laddingtones there.
00:06:03.000 And in retrospect I didn't realize what a luxury it was. Now this isn't a video on male friendship.
00:06:10.000 I will talk about the importance of it in a coming podcast. You know, all deeper issues are now on the podcast.
00:06:18.000 So make sure to be subscribed. But anyway. What good times they were. And that's something I miss.
00:06:27.000 I don't really know why I mention it now. But I wanted to say it at least. If you have good friends and you live near them.
00:06:35.000 You have a luxury and make the most out of it. Hug your friends and tell them that they are...
00:06:45.000 That you hate. But they know because you have banter between you. They know it's...
00:06:52.000 It actually means you love them. And that you appreciate them. So yeah. You know how it is. Male banter like that.
00:07:01.000 The recent year with the less social interaction has made me...
00:07:10.000 Yeah. Getting a different perspective on things. You know when you miss something. When you suddenly don't have it anymore.
00:07:18.000 You start realizing it's important for you. Anyway. Back to talking about Instagram. Of course it was nice.
00:07:25.000 Having it as a platform. But you know going forward. Even if I were to have my Instagram even without any problems.
00:07:35.000 The time for alternative platforms. It's here. And you might think. Oh I will keep being on certain platforms.
00:07:45.000 And of course you should. I'm not saying that you should quit Instagram. But it might be an idea to not spend so much time producing content and value.
00:07:54.000 You can of course if you have a place where you produce value and content. You can repost it to Instagram or whatever.
00:08:03.000 But I don't think it feels right to produce exclusive good content for a platform which behaves in this way.
00:08:15.000 So anyway. It is the end of an era. And you know all the things going on in the world. State repression, censorship.
00:08:25.000 I always try of course to white pill you. To have a good attitude. To view life from the bright side of life. But yeah. I will be completely honest as well.
00:08:39.000 I don't particularly feel. I don't particularly feel all too optimistic and too white pill.
00:08:47.000 You know I would say this. I might be wrong. I hope I'm wrong. I hope extremely much I'm wrong.
00:08:55.000 But I do believe tougher times lie ahead. And yeah. It can be good to keep that in mind.
00:09:03.000 So even if we're talking about escapism and stuff. You know I had a good Christmas. Escaping. You know reading books etc.
00:09:15.000 Trying to not focus on the fate of the world so much. But then come January and reality hits you. Reality will hit you sooner or later.
00:09:27.000 Not particularly fun what it does. But it's something you need to keep in mind.
00:09:31.000 I'm especially a bit sad and worried for my American friends. I don't really know what to say here. I'm just saying stay strong and with you in spirit.
00:09:43.000 To all of my European friends. Same thing really. It's not all too much difference between all of the various nations in the west these days.
00:09:54.000 So anyway. The end of an era. And perhaps the beginning of a new era. You make it. It is what you make it. You can make it into something good. A new exciting start.
00:10:06.000 Or you can view it with lament. But you know everything has its time. In my case Instagram. Yeah maybe it was time. Maybe it was time for me to move on.
00:10:20.000 And hopefully Instagram will go the way of Myspace or something. Hopefully they will collapse. Because people do not want to be there anymore.
00:10:28.000 So now this is something I will post to Telegram. This is the wellspring of eternity.
00:10:35.000 Okay maybe it looks a bit cooler with just my eye like that. But yeah. Good stuff at least. Good stuff.
00:10:51.000 So lastly I will say that in regards to YouTube. I will get back to my arrogant cockiness. I think I have. You know I've tried to moderate myself a bit.
00:11:05.000 But not only in terms of. Not talking too openly about politics. But also in regards to not being as. Being as real. As I used to be.
00:11:19.000 Was actually on a Swedish podcast. Shout out Olle. Great guy.
00:11:23.000 And we talked about it. And he said. Because he is also. He has his podcast. Själv för bättre gångs podden. In Swedish.
00:11:29.000 Self improvement podcast. In Swedish. And he said. He's been a long term. Long time follower. Of mine. Subscriber.
00:11:37.000 And he said. You know. I miss those days. And I said to him. The same thing. That. Yeah. I have. You know. Not been. Myself. Enough.
00:11:47.000 I have. You know. Put a lid on myself a bit. And. I know a lot of guys. They miss the. A bit more narcissistic. Or playful.
00:11:56.000 So I will try to let. Let that come back. In a natural way. You know. Letting myself be. Going up in that mood.
00:12:03.000 And of course. If we're. As I said. In that podcast episode. If you see me. 3 p.m. On a Monday. Going into the gym.
00:12:12.240 Yeah. You will see me. You know. Having my earphones in. Focusing on my own things. And then I go. Home.
00:12:17.080 But if you see me. Five valiant ladding tons. And we have a good time in the gym. On a Saturday. 3 p.m. And we've all been. You know. Pre-workouting. Or whatever.
00:12:28.520 It will be a completely different. Person almost. That is there. Because the energy.
00:12:34.640 Is different. And I think. I need to be less. You know. All serious. All the time.
00:12:40.340 You can have the. Intellectually stimulating content. On a podcast.
00:12:44.960 And then. Moving forward. I will have the. Yeah. A bit more lighthearted.
00:12:49.260 We'll go back to being a bit more myself. On. On the other videos.
00:12:54.520 So anyway. That's the plan. For YouTube. Anyway. To conclude. This video. I will of course.
00:13:02.600 Try to. Appeal. The Instagram decision. But. Even if I get it back. I will not be active.
00:13:08.320 There anymore. You can find me on. Minds and Gab instead. I will continue to post a bit.
00:13:13.680 To Twitter. But I will have. The main account. Telegram. And then we'll take it from there.
00:13:19.380 And yeah. I hope that you also. You take this as an opportunity. To maybe get off Instagram.
00:13:25.540 Or to get to some other platform. Or whatever it might be.
00:13:29.440 Because it doesn't feel good. What they are doing.
00:13:33.760 I'll see. If I can regain all my pictures. Again.
00:13:37.080 Anyone on Instagram. It would be much appreciated.
00:13:39.380 If you can help me.
00:13:41.560 But anyway. I will see you all on Telegram.
00:13:44.680 XXO.
00:13:45.220 Boom.
00:13:49.380 Surprise flex. See. Already back.
00:13:53.720 Already back in.
00:13:57.500 In arrogance posting.
00:13:59.560 I won't say narcissism. Because it's not the actual narcissism.
00:14:02.900 It's just a bit of fun. But anyway.
00:14:05.000 Admire the wellspring of eternity.
00:14:07.660 In addition to.
00:14:09.280 Can't really see. But yeah.
00:14:11.080 I'm sure the arms look absolutely great underneath the clothing.
00:14:15.440 So now. Thank you for watching.
00:14:16.960 XXO. Boom.
00:14:19.380 XVIA pasao.
