00:00:00.800 What to do with the EU, you might ask. To abolish it or to reform it?
00:00:06.080 Something needs to change that much is clear.
00:00:10.560 I will use a metaphor of a big beautiful battleship.
00:00:15.680 It's a powerful ship and vast amounts of time and resources
00:00:22.960 have been poured into the creation of this big beautiful and powerful ship.
00:00:28.800 However, it's going in the wrong direction.
00:00:32.320 The captain is greatly incompetent.
00:00:35.680 The crew is bad as well.
00:00:37.840 They are mismanaging this fine ship.
00:00:42.320 The ship itself, it doesn't plot its own course.
00:00:46.720 It goes where the captain determines that it should go.
00:00:52.320 So the EU, in this case, it goes in a very bad direction,
00:00:57.600 which is very bad for the peoples of Europe.
00:01:01.680 Now, the EU is an inanimate object.
00:01:05.840 It's not even an object.
00:01:08.000 It's a set of laws, a framework of legislation, if you will.
00:01:15.120 It doesn't have an agency of its own.
00:01:18.240 That's my main point here.
00:01:20.480 Same thing if we're talking about a political party.
00:01:23.520 The party does not have an agency of its own.
00:01:28.240 The people who are running the party, they have an agency.
00:01:32.640 You can use a historical example.
00:01:34.640 You can look at the Catholic Church, which today is a very anti-European institution.
00:01:40.000 And compare this to the Middle Ages, when the Pope called for crusades to defend Europe.
00:01:49.600 Two completely different things.
00:01:51.520 Why is that?
00:01:52.960 Yes, because ultimately it's not the institution itself that has an agency or a direction.
00:01:59.600 It's about who calls the shots.
00:02:03.120 Who's in charge?
00:02:04.080 Who's the captain?
00:02:05.760 That determines the direction, the institution or whatever it might be.
00:02:13.440 Small thing as a local party, big thing as the EU or the Catholic Church.
00:02:19.280 So, when I encourage young guys to go into politics or to go into institutions of power,
00:02:25.840 it is with this knowledge that you need to keep in mind that you as a person, you have agency.
00:02:33.120 An inanimate object or an institution, such as a political party, does not have an agency of its own.
00:02:41.040 This can switch from year to year depending on who is in charge.
00:02:46.240 So, humans, like the gun debate in the US.
00:02:52.000 Guns don't kill people, people kill people.
00:02:54.320 It's a good saying.
00:02:55.760 Same thing here.
00:02:56.400 A party doesn't do anything on its own.
00:02:58.800 The people in the party, they are doing things.
00:03:01.600 Same thing with the EU.
00:03:04.080 Who is in charge?
00:03:05.200 Now we have anti-European individuals, incompetent as well.
00:03:12.160 So, we need to replace them.
00:03:13.600 We can only do that if we get good guys into positions of political power.
00:03:19.120 So, we have some good guys also in the EU parliament as we speak.
00:03:23.600 We just need more of them.
00:03:25.200 Then someone might say, oh, but the metaphysical foundations of the EU, they are built on economy
00:03:33.120 and trade and everything like that.
00:03:35.600 Again, this can change in a year.
00:03:38.000 It all depends on who is in charge.
00:03:42.800 Who is the individual who sits by the levers of power?
00:03:47.680 Who are the guys and girls who push the buttons in the parliament?
00:03:52.320 That is what is interesting.
00:03:54.240 So, it's all about humans.
00:03:55.440 It always comes down to what human is in which position.
00:04:01.920 What moral framework does he or she operate within?
00:04:05.440 What zeitgeist is influencing his or her behavior?
00:04:09.600 So, that's where we're going to the metapolitical battle, where we can actually influence policy
00:04:15.280 from the outside.
00:04:16.640 So, we need metapolitical pressure and we need political pressure.
00:04:21.840 So, both are true.
00:04:23.840 Now, anyway, that said for the EU, I view it as a powerful ship that needs to be used for
00:04:31.520 something good, because it needs to be used.
00:04:34.720 Otherwise, we will be at the mercy of greater powers.
00:04:38.080 To use an example, if Russia were to invade Estonia tomorrow, there is nothing Estonia could do
00:04:44.640 against Russia.
00:04:46.160 However, a strong EU, led by someone competent, such as myself if I may be so bold,
00:04:54.320 or someone at least adhering to my vision and teachings, could simply say no.
00:05:00.880 This can, of course, only be done if we first, you know, restore order to Europe by
00:05:06.560 initiating a large-scale re-migration process.
00:05:09.280 But my point is that, geopolitically speaking, Europe needs to be united and strong.
00:05:13.920 Otherwise, we will be at the mercy of others.
00:05:17.120 Same thing as I made a video earlier this year about Donald Trump talking about annexing Greenland.
00:05:24.240 Now, I admire Donald Trump and I want the best for my brothers and sisters in Wienland,
00:05:29.440 in the new world.
00:05:31.040 But when it comes to geopolitics, it's just a statement of facts.
00:05:35.440 That Donald Trump could do it because Europe is weak.
00:05:41.520 If we want to avoid these things, Europe needs to be strong and united.
00:05:45.280 Imagine the following.
00:05:47.120 That a Chinese fishing fleet is destroying the environment somewhere in the world.
00:05:55.920 Could a country well past its military prime, such as my own beloved Sweden?
00:06:03.120 Nothing we can do to China.
00:06:05.120 Nothing we can say to China to get them to stop.
00:06:07.520 However, if an emperor of Europe, if an executive of Europe, of the EU, or a reformed EU, would say to
00:06:17.760 the Chinese leadership that you are not allowed to destroy these ecological systems, they would say
00:06:25.760 Okay, cool. I understand. I understand your perspective.
00:06:28.720 We will, you know, give different directives to our fishing fleets.
00:06:34.800 We have a global responsibility.
00:06:36.640 We have a responsibility towards Mother Nature.
00:06:40.480 And we can only take that responsibility if we are strong.
00:06:43.840 And we can only be strong if we are united.
00:06:46.960 Now, personally, I would like to see many reforms being done to the EU.
00:06:50.960 I might make a podcast episode about it where I, you know, go in depth.
00:06:55.280 Because in a shorter video, it's quite hard to, you know, talk about all of the reforms.
00:06:59.680 But simply put, I would like to see a smaller but stronger EU.
00:07:04.160 So cut away a lot of the bloated bureaucracy for the EU to stop micromanaging the affairs of
00:07:11.760 the individual member states and focus on military strength, projecting global power,
00:07:20.320 doing cool things. And by cool things, I mean scientific experiments, creating an economic
00:07:25.920 environment that is good for growth so that we can have good, nice, strong European companies
00:07:32.880 that can actually be competitive.
00:07:34.800 Now, something else I want to say is that when we're talking about a unified Europe,
00:07:39.920 this does not mean that all Europeans need to become the same.
00:07:43.280 But the EU is not the main driver here.
00:07:46.480 It's globalization overall.
00:07:48.080 So you have the same guy in New Zealand, Portugal, Norway, Canada and California.
00:07:55.600 It's the same guy.
00:07:56.800 Basically, you've grown up with, you know, World of Warcraft or Age of Empires.
00:08:01.360 You've grown up watching Lord of the Rings.
00:08:03.120 You're into Warhammer.
00:08:04.160 You're into the gym.
00:08:05.680 You have the same perspective.
00:08:07.440 So you are the same guy.
00:08:09.360 Now, when I say that we are the same guy, you are the same guy.
00:08:13.280 It's a fun way of saying that the current culture, it goes across borders.
00:08:18.880 And that has nothing to do with the EU.
00:08:20.960 We've become more similar for better or worse.
00:08:23.200 I don't see any problem with it, to be honest.
00:08:25.920 But if you look at empires, historically speaking as well, you can still retain your local identity.
00:08:32.480 You can still retain your national identity, despite being in an empire.
00:08:37.280 So, to conclude, my main point, and this is of utmost importance,
00:08:42.720 because this is an insight that will save the West and save the world.
00:08:46.400 And institution does not have agency of its own.
00:08:52.640 What matters is who is in charge?
00:08:56.000 This is true for the moderate political party in Sweden.
00:09:00.640 This is true for the EU.
00:09:02.000 This is true for the Catholic Church.
00:09:04.800 This is true for the Freemasons.
00:09:06.640 This is true for your local football team.
00:09:09.840 What matters is who is in charge?
00:09:13.200 Who sets the course?
00:09:15.200 The EU in the correct leadership.
00:09:17.520 And again, I encourage all young men to go into politics.
00:09:21.600 Try to get into positions of power.
00:09:24.480 So that we can all steer this ship in a healthy direction.
00:09:28.240 Because now, let's be clear, it's going towards some cliffs.
00:09:33.280 It will crash and sink.
00:09:35.600 Unless we can actually steer it in a better direction.
00:09:38.320 So, that is what's at stake.
00:09:41.440 But my point is that an object, an institution,
00:09:46.640 does not have an agency of its own.
00:09:48.800 It's about who steers the ship.
00:09:51.920 Second point, we need a unified Europe to project global strength.
00:09:56.560 In order to take our responsibility as guardians of mother nature.
00:10:01.840 Very simple stuff, indeed.
00:10:03.600 So, anyway, thank you for watching and thank you for your support.
00:10:06.400 XXO, boom!
00:10:09.040 We'll see you next time.
00:10:19.360 Thank you.
00:10:22.560 We'll see you next time.
00:10:24.480 You're now reading the Spider-Man!
