The Golden One - The Great Q&A of Enlightenment and Insights. The Golden One

00:00:00.880 Greetings my esteemed subscribing tons. Welcome to the great Q&A of eternal wisdom.

00:00:09.680 Let's get into the questions at hand.

00:00:13.360 Dear the golden one, I'm looking to start learning a martial art but I'm not sure where to start.

00:00:20.000 Do you have any recommendations for a beginner? Thank you for all that you do and congratulations

00:00:24.800 on 100k. Sincerely, Alex. Yes, I get this question quite often and it warms my heart. It's a good

00:00:33.120 question. I definitely endorse everyone who wants to start training a martial art but it's really

00:00:38.560 quite simple. Just go to your local club or the nearest possible club, say to them I'm a beginner,

00:00:45.200 do you have any good classes for me to join? Usually all clubs have beginner classes, then more

00:00:51.600 advanced, then competition group, etc. And you can just go into the beginner's group, say hello,

00:00:58.000 here I am, I'm completely new so be nice to me and teach me. Otherwise you can just take some private

00:01:04.640 lessons first but generally speaking it's really a really simple process. You can just go in,

00:01:09.840 say I'm new and I want to start and they will sort you out. Next question, also a training related one

00:01:16.800 from Peter. For someone moving to more and heavier compound base training, how do you suggest dividing

00:01:23.360 them over a week? I used to do mainly squats, weighted pull-ups and bench with some dumbbell

00:01:29.200 twice a week. Now I'm adding deadlifts and military press, too much for one day. I also do taekwondo

00:01:35.680 twice a week. Looking forward to your response. Yes, I would definitely suggest that you do bench press

00:01:43.840 together with deadlift and military press together with squats. And I would put the squat session

00:01:51.360 before the deadlift session because if you have done heavy deadlifts your lower back might be

00:01:57.840 too tired to perform the squats. Whereas the squats do not have a similarly taxing effect on the lower

00:02:06.160 back even though it taxes it a bit. But anyway, I would suggest doing bench and deadlift twice a week,

00:02:13.040 twice a week, squats and military press twice a week, and then taekwondo twice a week. So a lot of

00:02:17.680 training. You will probably have to up your calories, but that is my best recommendation.

00:02:23.760 Next question from Tony Mirak. Greetings golden one. Have you ever read the Witcher book series?

00:02:30.240 If you have, I'm curious to know what you think of them. And the absolute blasphemy that is the 0.94

00:02:35.440 Netflix adaptation. Funny you should ask. I actually have three books, three first books here. So

00:02:43.840 Blood of Elves, aesthetic cover. We have Time of Contempt, also aesthetic cover. And The Last Wish.

00:02:53.840 And yes, also, also this one has an aesthetic cover. I haven't read them yet though because I have

00:03:02.720 quite a few books to read before I get into these. But I do believe I will read them over Christmas

00:03:08.800 because I think that might be a cozy Christmas feel to read these books. And I will try to read them

00:03:15.440 before I make the Let's Plays on The Witcher. Now that I've hit 100,000, I can finally do it. But yeah,

00:03:21.920 we'll get back to you on how I find the books. In regards to the Netflix adaptation,

00:03:28.800 it's not something I will watch. I will only get

00:03:32.880 disappointed. And I don't have a Netflix account, so I can't really comment about it. But

00:03:37.440 yeah, I mean, no one should have any high expectations for Netflix to make a cool series.

00:03:44.000 So yeah, that's how it is. Now we have a special question I got a while back via the private

00:03:53.920 messages function. And it's a bit of, yeah, before I begin to answer the question for everyone who's

00:04:04.000 watching this, this is a guy coming to me for advice. So that's just, this is just my advice.

00:04:09.200 Take it for what it is. So here's the question. Good evening. I am a homosexual young man that has

00:04:15.360 lived the destructive gay lifestyle. A lot of sex with strangers, porn, and a generally sleazy behavior. 1.00

00:04:23.440 I'm now out of that lifestyle and want to grow as a man. So my question is, do you have any advice

00:04:29.200 for specifically homosexual men? Since we can't build a family like a straight man, 0.85

00:04:34.400 it is easy to see one's own existence as meaningless, which maybe is the reason

00:04:40.320 many of us fall into an immoral lifestyle. So a second, more specific question. What contributions

00:04:47.360 to society can a homosexual man make? So yes, a tough question. I, as a straight man, 0.96

00:04:54.640 perhaps is not the best to answer this question, but since you come to me for advice, I'm just going

00:04:59.760 to give my take on it anyway. So first and foremost, good thing that you have gone away from that

00:05:06.080 lifestyle. I can't imagine it to be a happy and fulfilling lifestyle to have a lot of degenerate

00:05:13.520 promiscuous sex. And I say this even more for straight people. I don't endorse any sort of promiscuity. 0.99

00:05:20.320 I can't see anything good coming out of living a promiscuous lifestyle. And this includes gay 1.00

00:05:27.600 people. So if you're gay, yeah, I don't endorse promiscuous sex even for you. And if you are in 1.00

00:05:34.960 a position where you have lived that lifestyle, yeah, it's absolutely saluted if you can tell others to

00:05:41.280 not go down the same road. Because if you know it's bad for you, you can tell others. So yeah,

00:05:48.240 that's actually one contribution you can make specifically as a homosexual man to tell others 0.56

00:05:54.400 to not live a certain lifestyle. Because it's obviously celebrated in today's degeneration society.

00:06:00.400 Then to answer your second question in regards to finding meaning for a man, and this is true for

00:06:08.240 a tiny minority of women as well, you don't need to have a family to contribute to society. After all, 1.00

00:06:16.400 as a man, you have the biological function of being expendable. So if you don't create a family,

00:06:25.360 you can still contribute to society in positive ways. So if we look upon inventors, etc, who have not

00:06:32.480 had a family. Nikola Tesla, for example, he didn't have a family. He could concentrate solely on his

00:06:39.680 this particular endeavor. So if you can find a particular endeavor, be it scientific or artistic

00:06:47.040 or whatever it might be, view it as a blessing in disguise of sorts that you can focus fully on that

00:06:55.840 instead of taking time to create a family. Now, of course, the optimal would be to have a family.

00:07:02.800 But if that's not possible, yeah, then you have extra time to concentrate fully on your endeavor.

00:07:09.440 And then in regards to the sex part, just cut it out from your life completely. Focus on the higher

00:07:14.880 instead. Focus on your path of excellence, if you can find it. So that would be my best recommendation.

00:07:22.080 Now, of course, this isn't specifically to homosexuals. This can apply to a man who,

00:07:27.520 for some reason, do not want to engage with women or who can't engage with women. So keep that in mind. 0.80

00:07:33.680 Your only contribution to society is not by having children. There are plenty of other ways you can

00:07:39.440 contribute to society. You just have to find your your own way to do it. So for any man who does not 0.62

00:07:46.560 have a family, do not despair. You are still playing a part in saving our great civilization.

00:07:53.440 Next question from Adeptus Custodes. And for those of you who don't know what an

00:08:01.040 Adeptus Custodes is, it's an elite bodyguard for the emperor of mankind from Horus Heresi and

00:08:09.520 Warhammer 40k. So they are similar to the space marines, but a bit better and a bit more individualistic.

00:08:18.160 They are the guardians of the palace. So anyway, the question goes as follows.

00:08:24.000 Hail friend, what are your opinions on property ownership and entrepreneurship? I see them as goals,

00:08:29.840 which we should endeavor to maximize amongst our people.

00:08:33.600 Yes, I completely agree. If I were put in charge of Sweden tomorrow and could formulate

00:08:40.320 any economic policy as I wanted. I would make it as simple and straightforward as possible

00:08:47.280 for small companies, family businesses, entrepreneurs to get started.

00:08:52.720 That's the absolutely most important thing I would say to get a thriving economy,

00:08:58.160 that you can have small local businesses instead of the current crony capitalist system,

00:09:05.920 where you have massive corporations who are influencing legislation so that they can impose certain

00:09:14.560 regulations that only they can afford to implement. So if we're talking about regulations,

00:09:20.800 yeah, they're usually mostly striking against small companies because the larger companies can afford to

00:09:28.560 circumvent them. So anyway, as I've said before,

00:09:32.720 I am a firm believer in supporting your local economy, buying local, supporting small companies,

00:09:39.600 supporting family owned businesses instead of going for the larger ones, because there is such a thing

00:09:46.960 called economics of scale, which is important. I might make a separate video on it. It simply means that

00:09:52.560 the more you can buy, the larger quantity of a certain thing you can produce or import, the cheaper each

00:10:01.520 product is. So that is why Nike or Adidas, not only do they have, you know, all the factories in third

00:10:09.600 world countries where they pay ridiculously low amounts of money to their workers, they also have

00:10:15.360 the economics of scale advantage, which means that they can produce on such gigantic scale that each piece,

00:10:22.800 each product costs much less than if you produce less. So yeah, that being said, if I were put in charge of

00:10:30.400 the economics of Sweden, I would do everything in my power to make it easier for entrepreneurs, smaller

00:10:37.520 companies, local companies, etc., to have an easy time. Next question, another training question from

00:10:44.480 Thomas. I have a deadlift question. I see you always bend your neck to look up as you start your lifts,

00:10:51.200 whereas I always thought this was bad for your spine to do this. P.S. Thanks for the glorious

00:10:57.920 training videos. You've inspired me to hit a new deadlift PR of 105 kg. First and foremost,

00:11:02.720 congratulations on your new deadlifting PR. Always nice to hear. So my mental cue for keeping a good

00:11:09.600 spine when I do deadlifts is to simply pick a spot on the wall or in the mirror and focus on that the

00:11:15.680 entire time. So the gaze is at one spot during the entire lift. That is my mental cue. Next question

00:11:23.760 from Brad. Is it possible to be Christian and pagan at the same time? No, I wouldn't really say so.

00:11:30.320 Then, of course, you can take my more secular stance on it, where I don't really care about

00:11:36.480 the religions per se. I more view it in a cultural sense. So you can use cultural expressions from both

00:11:43.760 time periods. So a Templar, but you can also promote the aesthetics of a pagan 0.86

00:11:51.840 chieftain or something like that. So if you look at the cultural side of things,

00:11:56.240 yeah, sure, it can work. But if you look at the spiritual, no, they're quite in contrast to each

00:12:01.040 other. So in spiritual terms, no. In cultural terms, yes. But in cultural terms, I would say

00:12:06.320 it's more of a European thing. From Grandmaster Mike, what are your two favorite Nogi submissions?

00:12:14.160 Well, if I will recommend something to learn for predicaments on the street, I probably would say

00:12:20.560 Guillotine and rear naked choke. For rolling, etc., I would choose an Americana and a triangle. I like

00:12:32.000 those. Next question from my man Robert Green. Dear Glorious Lion, how do you overcome on the days you

00:12:39.280 wake up and are lacking motivation? I really don't have those sort of days often. But if you do,

00:12:47.680 I would suggest looking at your sleep patterns. I will make a separate sleep video later on.

00:12:53.200 But in regards to lacking motivation, it's simply a matter of doing it. Discipline beats motivation.

00:12:58.880 So if you get into a good routine, you will just do it whether you have motivation or not. Some days,

00:13:04.240 if we're talking about training, you have more motivation. That's great, but you can't rely on

00:13:08.320 motivation to get the job done. So yeah, perhaps not much of an answer, but some insights at least.

00:13:15.360 Moving over to Subscribestar, we have Joe asks,

00:13:20.880 The golden one, you are undeniably juicy. For the average man, wouldn't a smaller endurance-based

00:13:27.360 physique be more practical given the uncertain nature of our time?

00:13:30.960 No, I would not say so. Your goal, as far as I see it, it should be to, if you walk down the street,

00:13:37.600 you should be safer. You should be more of an imposing individual so that you can better protect

00:13:49.360 your loved ones and yourself and just random people on the street. Imagine if an old woman gets robbed

00:13:56.240 next to you. You will probably want to be able to punch as hard as possible with your right cross or your 0.75

00:14:01.600 left hook. Same thing if you see a woman being sexually harassed on the street. If you want to 0.98

00:14:07.200 step in, you want to do it as effectively as possible. So then strength training, being

00:14:12.480 you know, a bit muscular and having good martial skills are the best options. So it's not about

00:14:19.200 having a good endurance primarily. Then of course that is good, but we're not in that sort of scenario.

00:14:24.960 We are in Gotham City. It's on many streets. It's generally quite unsafe, but yeah, you should have

00:14:32.480 the physique and the abilities of a street fighter more than a soldier. The soldier part might come

00:14:40.160 later. I don't know, but as it is right now, I simply want all guys to be imposing so that they can

00:14:47.520 stay out of trouble or if trouble should come to you, that you should be able to deal with it in

00:14:52.800 the best possible way. So if you look upon in Sweden's case, for example, when are old women 0.93

00:15:00.240 being attacked by certain men? Yes, when there are no real men around. If there are real men around

00:15:08.640 who look imposing, who look confident, yeah, they will not start any trouble. That's usually the case.

00:15:13.920 Same thing, when do women get sexually harassed? Yeah, when there are no imposing men nearby. So that

00:15:21.840 is the goal at this moment in time. Then of course also when we're talking about the

00:15:26.560 metapolitical and the culture war, if we're talking about posting physique, we need to look good. We need

00:15:33.360 to look healthy and fit and aesthetically pleasing so that we can win, so that our ideas can win the

00:15:40.720 culture war. So gym and martial arts is the way forward. Last question from Patrick. What are your

00:15:49.040 thoughts on firearms and general weapons access and training? Not only in Sweden or Vineland,

00:15:55.120 but across the west since our people are massively outnumbered? Yeah, definitely I encourage all

00:16:01.680 weapon training. If you can access it, train with... yeah, the more the merrier. So train with guns,

00:16:08.320 train with knives, train with everything basically. It never hurts. It's always a good idea. And yeah,

00:16:14.080 of course within what the law says you can do. So I'm not encouraging anyone to do anything illegal here.

00:16:21.120 But to answer the question, should you train with weapons? Yes, definitely. Why not?

00:16:26.640 If for no other reason, it's fun. So yeah, those were the majority of questions at least. And thank you

00:16:35.360 so much everyone for your continued support. It enables me to make these videos. So thank you for

00:16:42.800 that. Have a glorious weekend ahead. XXO. Boom.
