00:01:49.120 this now is that a lot of things going on in the world, of course, many geopolitical happenings at the
00:01:55.440 moment. We have the situation in Iran. Perhaps it will be renamed Persia soon. Who knows? Who knows? We have
00:02:02.320 the situation in Greenland, situation in Venezuela. Many things happening. Still ongoing war in Ukraine
00:02:08.840 and everything like that. So it is important that we all keep, you know, keep ourselves updated. And for me,
00:02:15.020 of course, I do try to comment and bring valuable insights and to push things in our direction,
00:02:22.240 of course, in the pro-European direction. So if you follow me on X, you have all seen that. So that's
00:02:27.920 important. We should definitely not just, you know, escape from the world and only focus on ourselves.

00:03:05.540 following, that excellence is a habit. So we have a few different steps, which I will now talk about.
00:03:11.980 So first and foremost, of course, training, which is, you know, this Wild Hunt Challenge is nothing
00:03:17.160 super new. If you've been with me for a few years, you have, you know, probably seen many of these steps
00:03:22.820 before. But we're looking at training at least four days a week. If you don't do it, and if you have,
00:03:29.080 you know, sedentary lifestyle, you sit down a lot, it's not good for your mind nor body. So you have
00:03:37.340 to be active, you have to train, otherwise you will feel bad, you might get depressed even. So you need
00:03:42.880 to train. So four days a week for two months. That's the first step. Second step is to do meditation. And
00:03:50.420 now I will be a bit more specific here. And we're gonna go with Wim Hof breathing. So you can do either
00:03:56.920 three rounds. That's the sort of starting position. You can use certain YouTube Wim Hof breathing
00:04:03.000 guided, and then you will have it there. And you can also if you want to level up, you can go with a
00:04:09.120 four round one or even you can find various breathing exercises, same technique, going even more
00:04:15.740 rounds. So what I usually do is I set a red light in front of my face and then set it to 20 minutes.
00:04:21.780 And then I do now as of late I've done the four round Wim Hof one. I actually reached a record of
00:04:28.500 three minute, a three minute breath hold. I've only done it once. This was in summer, but still it was
00:04:32.820 a PR of sorts. So I'm happy and proud of that. So anyway, do try it. Do try to do it four days a week
00:04:40.180 for these two months of this particular wild hunt challenge. So there we have two steps already done.
00:04:46.480 Train four days a week, which I suppose many of you, you are already doing. But if you aren't,
00:04:51.620 then definitely do so. You should absolutely train in the gym or some sort of martial art or some sort
00:04:57.360 of physical activity. It's very, very necessary. Wim Hof breathing also. If you are already doing some
00:05:04.440 sort of meditation routine, you can continue with that instead. But if you're new to meditation,
00:05:09.080 I would not go into meditation directly. I would go first with some breath work. It's a lot easier
00:05:17.260 to get into it. So those are the first two steps. Third step, read two books. I can of course recommend
00:05:24.500 if you haven't already read it, the greatest book in the world, Demigod Mentality, standing between
00:05:29.920 the two kings of Gondor up on my sacred shelf there. Now, of course, for a second book, which you should
00:05:35.960 actually read first, we have Dauntless. I suppose most of you have read Dauntless. If you haven't,
00:05:41.540 you break my heart. You break my heart if you haven't read Dauntless. So do it for your own sake
00:05:47.600 and for my sake. Now, of course, if we say that you should read two books, it doesn't have to be my
00:05:52.380 books. Perhaps you've already read them. Plenty of books to choose from in the world. So pick two.
00:05:58.660 Now, this isn't only about the information itself. It's also about training your mind.

00:06:48.720 It's better to read a book. So it can be even a fiction book. The main purpose here is to,
00:06:53.780 you know, get your mind to be more used to reading along, you know, many pages instead

00:07:08.080 your phone. So that is the step right there, reading two books. Moving on to the next step,
00:07:15.920 which is, can be a bit hard. So but you have two months to prepare here. It's a day of fasting. Now,
00:07:23.980 I know this is not pleasant. It's not particularly nice, but it's good for you. It's good for your
00:07:29.900 body to do a cleanse. So you do autophagy maxing. So your body is sort of eating up old and damaged
00:07:36.980 cells. So my usual routine when it comes to fasting is that I do a lot of things that aren't
00:07:43.660 necessarily super fun. I do them on a fasting day. So a few days ago, I did a 24 hour fast.
00:07:50.460 So the only thing I consumed in the day was a coffee with three quarters of a tablespoon of
00:07:59.160 coconut oil, some cream in the coffee. That was the only calories I had throughout the day. And then
00:08:04.360 the next calories I had same coffee, but the next day. So 24 hour fast. Sometimes I do a longer fast,
00:08:10.660 40 hour fast. And then I simply start the day with a black coffee. So you can choose whichever
00:08:16.860 you go with. If you haven't fasted before, and you would like to do it in a bit easier way,
00:08:22.140 this is how I did it back in the day as well. So you eat maybe a big lunch or a big breakfast,
00:08:27.660 and then you don't eat anything until the next day. So it's a bit easier, but still good for you.
00:08:32.460 So that is the task that you do a day of fasting. Now try to do as many things as possible that aren't
00:08:40.580 fun during that day. So for me personally, I looked at logistics and stock count and everything like

00:08:53.720 and fun stuff is to develop actual products. So that I do when I feel better, when I have more energy,
00:08:59.280 when I have eaten properly and everything like that. But when it comes to things that they need

00:09:10.880 be done. I usually do those tasks when I am fasting. It can also be such a thing as cleaning out a garage
00:09:19.580 or cleaning out old files on your computer or whatever it might be. Maintenance work. So meanwhile,

00:09:38.760 especially important for my fellow workaholics. I have diagnosed myself as a workaholic. I honestly feel
00:09:45.680 quite bad if I'm not productive. It's not a super good thing. It's not a super good mentality to have.

00:09:56.360 later. So if you want to be as productive as possible, if you want to be the best husband,

00:12:15.380 true masterpieces such as The Witcher 3 or Skyrim. So it can be good. But when it comes to board games,
00:12:22.100 there's a different feel and vibe because you're in close physical proximity to your friends.
00:12:28.300 The sort of dynamics, it's completely different. So very much to, very much preferred board games
00:12:35.600 actually. And I feel my Viking ancestors as well, they say to me two things because they were enjoyers
00:12:41.260 of board games. So they say to me, you need to play some sort of board game and you need to
00:12:45.440 enact regime change. So I will do it. I will do it. Then, as I said, my own promise to myself

00:13:03.540 force myself to do it so I don't only grind max. So my point here is that if you are in this situation
00:13:09.520 and I suppose many guys, especially if you are some sort of entrepreneur, husband and a father, you are
00:13:15.380 in this situation where you, it doesn't feel good for you. It doesn't feel right for you to do something
00:13:20.800 fun for yourself. But in the, you know, most logical analysis, this is not a sustainable way
00:13:27.880 to treat yourself. So do something fun. And if you look at it, one Warhammer game a month or whichever
00:13:35.800 game you would like to play, it's not much in terms of time. It's definitely something you can
00:13:40.640 do for yourself so that you can be a better man, happier man, because you need to, you know, look at
00:13:46.120 your own happiness. If you don't, then you might be not a pleasant person to be around. So important
