00:02:38.360 would be very happy indeed. Now anyway on to the challenge at hand. Previous challenges has been more
00:02:46.880 more about physical prowess, martial prowess and some book gains etc. And this is a mind gains
00:02:55.460 challenge or brain gains challenge so to speak. Now first and foremost I do suggest that you keep
00:03:02.500 training hard, that you read hard and that you of course abstain from any sort of degeneracy but I
00:03:08.480 don't think anyone still watches porn for example. If you do watch porn you must immediately stop doing
00:03:14.100 so to participate in this channel as well. And you must train. If you can't train for whatever reason
00:03:19.900 you must go on walks. Try to go for a walk of about 45 to 50 minutes each day and it perhaps will not
00:03:28.300 get you juicy and strong but it will be good for your mental well-being. And as I said this challenge is
00:03:35.200 for your mind gains. So to give the short description of this challenge it's for a month and it contains
00:03:44.340 meditation and fasting. So first and foremost the challenge contains two 24-hour fasts. I will make
00:03:52.760 against kitchen videos on an example of a day when you do a 24-hour fast. But to give a brief example of
00:03:59.420 how such a day can look. It's basically you train in the morning, you eat a big meal at lunch and don't
00:04:05.720 eat anything after that. Then you go to sleep, wake up the next day, wait until lunch to eat again. So
00:04:11.740 from 12 to 12 basically. But again I will make a separate video on that later on. The second part is
00:04:18.920 perhaps a bit tricky. I have struggled with it. I can freely admit that it is hard indeed and that is
00:04:25.560 to meditate. So it is for a month 30 days starting whenever you want is to meditate 15 minutes each
00:04:34.080 day. Now it might sound like an easy task but for me personally I find it quite hard indeed. I find it
00:04:40.760 quite hard to just let the thoughts not consume my mind so to speak. But I will make a separate video on
00:04:48.180 my meditation guide and I will also do I will also participate in this challenge myself. So I will
00:04:54.340 meditate 15 minutes each day. So fasting really good for the brain, really good for your overall
00:05:01.960 physical and mental well-being. It is not natural for us to be satiated all the time and it can be
00:05:08.920 good for us to deprive body and brain of nutrients for quite some time. And if you want to look deeper
00:05:16.220 into the science of fasting and why it's good for the brain it can basically said that the body gets rid
00:05:22.220 of old cells and replaces them with new. But I can go into more detail at a later moment. But long
00:05:29.240 story short, fasting is good for you. And of course there are plenty of religious traditions that support
00:05:35.360 fasting. And of course meditation, same thing there. You have it in all major religions basically.
00:05:42.140 Just that it takes its shape in different forms. And yeah, it's also good for you to train your focus
00:05:48.960 on something. And I will go more in depth into that in a coming video. So to conclude the challenge,
00:05:57.180 first and foremost, you should obviously, as before, you should read hard, train hard, and you should
00:06:02.620 abstain from any sort of detrimental addiction. So if you're addicted to porn or cigarettes or whatever
00:06:09.480 it might be, cut it out and then commence the challenge. And then two 24-hour fasts and 15 minutes
