00:00:00.000 Thank you.
00:00:30.000 Greetings and salutations. Today I want to elaborate on a commonly asked question.
00:00:37.320 Now, before I begin to do so, I would just like to announce the fact that I am now on Patreon,
00:00:43.260 and I've set up the goal for myself to reach 600 supporters there.
00:00:47.540 Now, that is actually less than 1% of my subscribers on YouTube,
00:00:51.640 and I would like to hope at least that at least 1% of the subscribers here on YouTube
00:00:57.980 do think that the videos are good enough to warrant a pledge of 1 septum, 1 euro, or 1 dollar each month,
00:01:05.720 and I would very much indeed appreciate if you decided to do so. Link in the description.
00:01:10.800 And now, obviously, the more financial gains I can procure from there,
00:01:15.980 it means the higher quality videos and the higher frequency of videos. That is my promise.
00:01:20.880 So, with that said, this video and the wisdom you are about to partake in is presented to you by
00:01:27.420 the following lads who have pledged their support to the War Chest of Ambition.
00:01:34.720 Dom, Muammal, Nick, David, Keith, Peter, ThorCorps, and VanDiemen.
00:01:42.240 So, massive shout-out to you lads, and also massive shout-out to anyone who has supported me previously.
00:01:48.820 Your support has enabled a lot of the videos you have seen over the last few months.
00:01:54.240 So, anyway, how has my training looked over all these years?
00:01:58.800 No, not over all these years, but over the last months at least,
00:02:01.960 because, obviously, up until this point, up until my glorious MMA fight,
00:02:07.320 a lot of the training looked different than it has looked over the years.
00:02:12.220 The main component that was changed was I incorporated a lot more cardio,
00:02:18.280 because this is something I can say, I can speak from experience,
00:02:22.400 and that is there are more fun things, there are more comfortable things to do
00:02:26.920 than to try to fight when you have gassed, when you don't have any cardio left.
00:02:32.620 So, that was something I prioritized, because, you know, being afraid is completely fine
00:02:38.960 if you utilize that fear to improve yourself.
00:02:42.720 So, for me, yeah, I was terrified to gas out in the fight.
00:02:46.200 So, then I increased the cardio.
00:02:48.220 So, I did some interval training.
00:02:56.920 Thank you.
00:02:59.600 Thank you.
00:03:12.620 Thank you.
00:03:24.740 And I did some lower intensity training like running.
00:03:54.180 And, you know, also trained a bit more martial arts.
00:03:57.440 But I kept it up in the gym at least.
00:03:59.220 You know, focused on maintaining my strength at least.
00:04:02.540 But the main difference there was that I shortened the gym sessions and focused a bit more on the cardio.
00:04:10.400 So that is the main component.
00:04:12.120 And I didn't want to update you or anything before the fight because I didn't want to, you know, talk about something before I'd actually done it.
00:04:20.860 So, yeah, if I do another MMA match, I don't know if I will.
00:04:24.000 I don't think so.
00:04:24.880 But if I do, I might make some sort of video series, you know, with my training up until that point.
00:04:32.000 And then also in preparation for that fight, I took some private lessons with a UFC fighter here in Sweden.
00:04:38.060 So, and no, it was not Alexander Gustafsson.
00:04:40.720 But, you know, we just fine-tuned some of the movement, etc.
00:04:44.560 And I obviously tried to learn from him so that I can teach my guys in turn.
00:04:49.100 So that was well-invested money.
00:04:50.860 So, anyway, that was the training up until now.
00:04:53.260 And how does the training look now, you ask?
00:04:56.000 Well, because of reasons, I can't really progress in any of the heavy compound movements because the gym I'm at at the moment isn't suitable enough to try to transcend my max strength.
00:05:07.940 So I will have to train a bit differently over the next period of time.
00:05:13.280 And then when I get back to a position of being able to train my usual style, I will do that later on.
00:05:19.100 So what I'm doing at the moment is I'm more focused on the detail muscle or the, you know, smaller muscle groups.
00:05:25.260 So guns, triceps, straps, rear delts, etc.
00:05:29.120 So I'm working on those kind of details and hitting them much harder now.
00:05:33.400 And then when I get back to my regular gym routine, I can hit the, you know, heavy bench press, push press, etc. again.
00:05:41.280 So that is basically what I'm doing at the moment, just maintaining.
00:05:45.100 And then also it's kind of a good thing for me at the moment to not train as hard.
00:05:49.400 Since, you know, it was a lot of stress going into the competition and a lot of hard training.
00:05:55.840 So I'm kind of taking it easy, doing a bit more traditional bodybuilding style training.
00:06:01.160 And then, yes, I said I'll go back to more heavy lifting later on.
00:06:05.360 So something along those lines is how my training is looking at the moment and how it has looked up until this point.
00:06:13.780 And now I try to update my Instagram every once in a while with the training updates.
00:06:17.780 So follow me there if you would like to know more about that.
00:06:23.160 And who am I?
00:06:24.560 I'm the white lion of Ulthuan.
00:06:26.600 X-X-O.
00:06:27.460 Boom.
