In this episode of the Vegains Podcast, I talk about my thoughts on Vegan Games, and why I actually like the guy behind the YouTube channel. I'm not a vegan, but I do think he has some good points, and I appreciate his passion and drive to stand up for what he believes in.

00:00:00.000 Greetings, true friends. Today I want to talk a bit about vegan games. Now I've got a lot of comments as of late that, you know, call out this fucking faggot, etc. 1.00
00:00:26.000 So I thought to myself, like, okay, cool, let me watch some of his videos. And I watched this one in particular. 1.00
00:00:34.840 And I came to the conclusion that I actually like the guy. I honestly do. Like, if you look at it, we're quite similar in a lot of respects.
00:00:44.460 We're obviously both into lifting and gaming and the well-being of animals. 0.83
00:00:49.680 Now I'm not a vegan and obviously I'm not as extreme as him, but he has his heart in the right place and he's fucking passionate about something.
00:00:59.560 He's aggressive and passionate, which most people are not. Most people will never be passionate about anything. 0.68
00:01:07.040 And I can just lament that fact that more people aren't just, you know, burning with something, that aggression and passion within them.
00:01:13.480 So I'd actually say that, no, I like the guy. I respect his passion and obviously I think he has very many valid points in a lot of his videos.
00:01:26.940 Now, as I said, obviously I'm not a vegan, but I'm all for animals being treated nicely. 0.99
00:01:32.500 And in America or in the rest of the world for that matter, yeah, you kind of treat animals like shit. 1.00
00:01:37.980 And for a Norseman, that is horrendous. 1.00
00:01:41.120 I can tell you like this.
00:01:42.640 If you, back in the day in Sweden, in Scandinavia, like from the Viking Age or Medieval Age or just, you know, a hundred years ago.
00:01:52.100 If you would mistreat animals the way you can see from some of these American food industry documentaries.
00:02:00.540 Like you would get dragged out in the street and be surrounded by men and women. 0.99
00:02:07.360 And with a fist, you would be punched to fucking death if you would disrespect animals that way. 0.99
00:02:13.140 No question about that at all. That is fucking barbarity. It is nothing to do in Sweden. 1.00
00:02:17.460 So you being in America, being in games, I completely fucking understand you. 0.84
00:02:22.620 If I were American, I would probably have a lot more focus on that as well. 0.98
00:02:26.560 Now with Sweden, we have always had a healthy respect for animals.
00:02:30.540 Now you say like, oh, but the animals are gonna die either way and we're so superior to them.
00:02:35.980 Yeah, they will die and I will still consume dairy products. 1.00
00:02:39.360 But that doesn't mean that we can't treat the cows nicely. 0.99
00:02:43.380 I've brought up in the countryside, I know that cows in Sweden get treated nicely because the farmers are decent fucking folk. 0.97
00:02:50.720 And also the meat industry is really decent in Sweden. 0.97
00:02:53.740 But in America, that's not the case.
00:02:55.940 So I only respect that you take a stance against that.
00:02:58.680 No question about it at all.
00:03:00.300 So with that said, no, I won't agree with everything that Vegan Games says.
00:03:05.440 I don't think it's unhealthy to consume dairy products.
00:03:08.720 But now the question was regarding his person.
00:03:11.200 And I love the passion.
00:03:13.920 I love the respect for animals.
00:03:17.100 And I love that he's putting the word out there.
00:03:19.540 Now, he might not be the smartest way to do it.
00:03:22.440 Like painting it up as all vegetarians or vegans are, you know, some sort of violent extremist.
00:03:28.360 That's not good at all. 0.98
00:03:29.420 But at the end of the fucking day, here is a young guy with passion standing up for something he believes in. 0.96
00:03:35.400 Which is more than 99% of all humans do. 0.99
00:03:39.300 So I'm not gonna sit here and bash him.
00:03:41.260 I will actually show him my respect.
00:03:43.620 And I'll respectfully disagree with him on numerous of his points and topics and some of the research he puts forth.
00:03:54.800 Definitely.
00:03:55.240 But the fact still stands that as an individual, yeah, I have respect for the guy.
00:04:01.120 So yeah, might not have been the answer you were looking for.
00:04:04.320 But yeah, I had to say that.
00:04:06.860 And watch the video.
00:04:08.020 I'll link it below. 0.99
00:04:09.140 Hilarious as fuck. 0.99
00:04:10.080 And really spot on when it comes to fat acceptance. 0.99
00:04:13.120 So really just want to have that said.
00:04:15.480 And who am I?
00:04:16.880 I'm the proud son of the North XXO.
00:04:20.500 Boom.
