00:01:35.420 Fox News reviewed the one-page order just hours ago signed by the Attorney General. A source familiar

00:01:40.680 with the probe confirms this as well. While a DOJ spokesperson declined to comment on this report

00:01:47.180 of an investigation, Fox is told Attorney General Bondi is taking the referrals from Director of

00:01:53.900 National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard, quote, very seriously. The spokesperson says that Bondi believes

00:01:59.600 there is, quote, clear cause for deep concern, end quote, and a need for the next steps. Now,

00:02:05.200 this move, Will, comes just a couple of weeks after the Director of National Intelligence,

00:02:09.460 you see her right there, Tulsi Gabbard, sent a criminal referral to the Justice Department regarding

00:02:14.180 what she says proves there was a conspiracy to undermine Trump's candidacy and later his first

00:02:20.460 term in office. Now, to be clear today, there are no charges that have been filed, no indictments.

00:02:32.580 believes it has to a grand jury to secure an eventual indictment or indictments. We don't know exactly

00:14:18.480 these AWOL Democrats could face secondary felony bribery charges after fleeing the redistricting vote

00:14:23.420 reportedly on a $40 million private jet, which costs a whopping $15,000 an hour to operate.
