00:00:06.420 Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton announcing this afternoon that he would file to vacate Democrat seats if they did not return to vote by the end of this week.
00:00:15.840 Paxton posting on Twitter, quote, I will seek judicial orders declaring that runaway Democrats who fail to appear by the speaker's deadline have vacated their office.
00:00:24.880 The people of Texas elected lawmakers not chet-setting runaways looking for headlines.

00:00:33.940 Texas Speaker of the House Dustin Burroughs has set a Friday deadline for the fleabaggers to return and present themselves before the House.

00:04:22.500 subpoenaed the Department of Justice for all records related to Jeffrey Epstein
