00:01:18.340 Hello, everybody. I'm Lou Dobbs and welcome to The Great America Show. Thanks for joining us.
00:01:23.300 The question today is, is Mike Johnson a Manchurian Speaker of the House? Who is he? What is
00:01:31.320 happening right now in Congress is deadly serious. The Speaker of the House is at the center of a
00:01:37.240 building firestorm in the Republican Conference. Johnson's leadership under scrutiny is one thing,
00:01:43.580 his integrity another, and it is very much under scrutiny. If not in fact, now obvious. We'll soon
00:01:51.380 see how this firestorm resolves and whether we have a republic after all. The issue is urgent. It seems
00:01:58.920 to me critical. Reauthorizing Section 702 of FISA to preserve the corrupt FBI and DOJ's power to spy on
00:02:08.740 Americans on our Congress and Senate. If so, the federal government has declared war on us,
00:02:15.120 the people, and on our Constitution. This appears to be a capitulation by Speaker Johnson
00:02:21.820 to extend FISA surveillance reauthorization to April of 2025. Among others, Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan
00:02:31.060 is warned that he can't support the inclusion of FISA and Section 702 in the must-pass National Defense
00:02:38.960 Authorization Act, the so-called NDAA. Congressman Andy Biggs is demanding that Johnson bring the House
00:02:46.580 Judiciary Bill entitled End Warrantless Surveillance to the floor of the House for a vote. This seems to me
00:02:54.320 to be another step by Speaker Johnson to fashion an alliance with the Marxist Dems, the deep state,
00:03:00.720 and the Biden regime itself. I see this as further weaponization of the entire federal government
00:03:07.660 against us, the people. This is a congressional declaration of war against citizens. It is
00:03:14.880 shocking to think Congress, while preparing to impeach a corrupt president who is the puppet of the
00:03:20.440 Marxist Dems and the deep state, could reauthorize the very law that's been abused for years,
00:03:26.660 particularly to subvert Donald Trump's presidency and to steal his re-election. This is utter madness,
00:03:34.600 and it is evil holding sway. The Marxist Dems' persecution of Donald Trump is now in its eighth
00:03:40.880 year, and President Trump will be back in a courtroom in New York Monday, testifying in the final day of
00:03:48.180 the trial. A trial that's been a circus, a fraud committed by the deep state. Our guest today is
00:03:54.800 attorney Alina Habba, spokeswoman for President Trump and his legal team. Alina, the other Trump
00:04:01.760 attorneys, and President Trump himself are all under gag order. It is outrageous by any, any consideration.
00:04:09.940 Alina, thanks for being with us. The president has acted with great restraint, with patience,
00:04:14.700 with class. I can't say the same for the judge. Not a reasonable man, to say the least. How do you
00:04:22.160 feel about where the president's case is? Next week it ends. How do you feel about the president's defense?
00:04:28.920 I think we're in really good shape in terms of our fight, in terms of the constitutional basis
00:04:36.000 behind what we're doing. The problem that we have along all fronts is that politics have permeated
00:04:44.020 our judicial system. And, you know, there's not really a cure for that. And I think that's our
00:04:49.860 biggest hurdle right now. He has a campaign that he needs to attend, and they're clearly tying him up
00:04:56.740 intentionally so that he isn't out in states that he needs to be in and that he's sitting in court.
00:05:03.320 So outside of the general witch hunt election interference issue, legally, you know, we've been
00:05:10.200 tackling each case methodically. We have great defenses on all fronts, and we'll keep pushing
00:05:16.740 as much as we can. And push and push and push. It's amazing what these special counsels are doing,
00:05:25.560 particularly Jack Smith. I refer to him on this show as a junkyard jackal. He is nothing more than an
00:05:36.260 activist. He has been slapped down by judges in these proceedings for evidentiary reasons, trying to
00:05:44.500 bring evidence for charges that weren't made, trying to hide evidence from the defense and keep it from
00:05:51.700 President Trump. I mean, how much more of this nonsense? I mean, this is just raw ignorance on
00:05:58.800 the part of Jack Smith, and no one seems to be calling him on it. I think that the media is to
00:06:05.200 some regard, but I agree with you. I think that's a problem that we have on a lot of cases that we have
00:06:10.660 here, not just Jack Smith. But if you look at Fannie, you look at Letitia James, you know, I'm currently
00:06:17.300 on trial in New York on that. That's closing soon. We have a lot of that. And I'm not, you know,
00:06:23.800 these are Soros-backed politicians wearing lawyer, you know, costumes, effectively. And when the judges
00:06:33.940 aren't stopping them and calling them out, like you said, then we have problems. The good thing is
00:06:39.760 there's so many levels of appeal. The problem is that nobody should have to go through that.
00:06:44.140 You shouldn't have to keep going through hoops and hoops and hoops when you have corruption
00:06:47.920 coming out of these prosecutors and DAs and all of that. It's just wrong. And we have to remember,
00:06:55.500 special prosecutors ultimately report to the AG who ultimately reports to the president. And
00:07:00.940 it's 100% a politically motivated scenario. I mean, just look at the selection of Hunter Biden's
00:07:08.520 special, quote unquote, prosecutor. He's a guy that's in bed with them, right? So
00:07:12.980 it's crazy what I'm seeing. I've never seen anything like it. Never seen anything like it.
00:07:18.640 And has been working, what, five years. And it's a so-called investigation, both FBI and IRS.
00:07:26.700 David Weiss, I mean, this is a stunning moment in history. When we look at what has happened to the
00:07:33.780 federal, both the court system and the prosecutors. And in the backdrop, there is January 6th and the
00:07:41.400 political prisoners of the Marxist left in this country, all of whom have been overcharged by
00:07:47.620 prosecutors, federal prosecutors, nearly all of them, nearly all of them over-sentenced.
00:07:53.680 It is, and not one case has yet made it to the Supreme Court in nearly three years. Does that just
00:07:59.660 stun you? It does, actually. I mean, it's something beyond what I thought I would see
00:08:06.420 in this country. And I honestly do think that America gets it. I think, you know, people don't
00:08:12.120 realize I get stopped all the time now. And they say to me, I was not going to vote for Trump. I didn't
00:08:18.100 like whatever. But now I think if we don't get him in, we're in trouble. And that's something I've
00:08:26.060 seen consistently. And I hear every single day. They've taken everything too far. There are people
00:08:33.260 that have done no crimes that have been sitting in solitary confinement on something that they just
00:08:38.900 can't even get due process on. And it's unconstitutional. It's frightening. But more importantly,
00:08:45.340 it's motivating those that were undecided, those that were leaning left, but not sure, even those that
00:08:52.360 were right, but not on Team Trump. And I've seen that firsthand. And I think the poll numbers, if you
00:08:57.180 look at them, speak volumes. The world is seeing it. You know, the world is seeing it. They've gone
00:09:02.920 too far. But the Trump derangement, Lou, is so severe that they can't help themselves. And that's the
00:09:10.620 truth. Even when it hurts them, they can't help themselves.
00:09:14.600 I think you're exactly right. And we're going to take up more with Alina Hava, President's Attorney.
00:09:20.060 Stay with us. We'll be right back after these quick thoughts.
00:09:29.260 We're talking with Alina Hava. Welcome back, the President's Attorney. And we're talking about
00:09:34.760 what has happened to the court system. And I don't know how I don't want to put you in a difficult
00:09:40.260 position, but I'll just say to see what has become of the federal judiciary, the federal prosecutors,
00:09:46.120 the state of actually the legal profession itself right now. I really fear for the country.
00:09:54.820 And most of all, because of what they're doing to one president over the course of eight years,
00:10:00.420 which is politically persecuted through lawfare of various sorts and kinds, but ultimately just
00:10:07.520 raw persecution. Your thoughts?
00:10:11.180 It's targeting. It's election interference. It's not America. And we're running out of time to fix it.
00:10:18.520 But that's really my thoughts. I really persuade anybody who does have a law degree
00:10:23.500 to take it seriously and not put politics in front of it. You know, I'm a spokeswoman for a president,
00:10:31.680 but I'm a lawyer. And when I'm in court, I have to act and abide ethically and by the rules that I
00:10:38.600 swore to. That has nothing to do with politics. I might be politically outside, but you can't do it
00:10:44.040 inside. And if I'm able to do that, anybody can. And it's a demise of our country and our
00:10:49.280 constitution. It's a demise of my profession to have people unable to detach themselves from this
00:10:57.160 extreme political toxicity right now. And it's sad because I always say we used to be able to
00:11:04.200 discuss things, have different opinions, but nobody was persecuted and prosecuted like this.
00:11:08.940 I mean, they're not even attacking him. They attack anybody that goes near him, you know,
00:11:12.340 in an effort to deter people from defending him and avoid his Sixth Amendment right. You know,
00:11:18.240 there's a lot of issues that are so crazy to me. You know, we've got somebody getting arrested.
00:11:24.400 You know, I hate to bring up Hunter again, but they're trying to subpoena DJT on something that
00:11:29.500 Hunter did with getting a gun and use that somehow as an opportunity to dig into the president. I've
00:11:35.360 never seen a more cockamamie thing in my life, but that's how political we are.
00:11:41.240 You're talking about Abby Lowell, the attorney putting forward that, the very thought of it,
00:11:47.100 they've got their dates wrong. They've got, it is really a sloppy performance on the part of an
00:11:53.120 attorney, Abby Lowell, who's considered to be a powerhouse, at least in Washington, D.C.,
00:11:58.240 when defending criminal Democrats. Is that, I don't know if that's a redundancy or not.
00:12:05.400 I'd be sanctioned. I'd be sanctioned, ethical violations, investigated. I mean,
00:12:11.520 that's the double standard I can't tolerate anymore. You know, you don't even have to be
00:12:16.320 the president. You could just be representing the president. And you, you know, sue somebody on a
00:12:21.740 Russia hoax and all of a sudden you get sanctioned for even trying to bring light to something that
00:12:27.080 we know happened. I mean, it's crazy. That's the world will end. And then Abby Lowell can just go
00:12:32.960 haywire and nobody's going to do anything. There'll be no repercussions. You know, it's very unfortunate.
00:12:39.020 I want to get your sense, if we can, just broadly appealing the gag order in federal court, appealing the
00:12:45.340 gag order in the New York Superior Court, Ingeron and his case. Your thoughts about that, the Letitia
00:12:53.300 James role. Give us a sense of how it all stands right now. Sure. Well, currently, I do have a gag
00:13:01.000 order against myself, our team and the president to not speak about individuals, you know, at all that
00:13:09.440 are on staff. There has been an appeal of that. We are appealing the appeal for some, you know,
00:13:20.840 you have to ask for leave basically to revisit the issue because the appellate division thought it was
00:13:26.080 okay. We obviously saw January 6th gag order. This is a new form, in my opinion, of lawfare and First
00:13:33.440 Amendment violations. So you take a leading candidate, you take a spokeswoman, you take his
00:13:38.380 legal team, they're not allowed to object and state things on the record and make a record.
00:13:42.660 I mean, what is more crazy than that to have your attorney and your spokesperson and a leading
00:13:49.160 candidate unable to speak about certain issues? So you silence them. And it's become effectively a
00:13:55.240 new trend among these AGs and DAs and judges is, oh, let's just silence him. But if you think about it,
00:14:01.760 there's no jury in the Letitia James case. So silencing us is really not about tainting a jury.
00:14:08.460 It's just about First Amendment violations, right? It's just about silence because we're not in the
00:14:14.520 media saying things that a jury might hear. We have no jury. We have a judge. And so that's thrown out
00:14:20.620 the window. So there's only one reason this keeps happening. And that is because of fear, because he is
00:14:26.140 doing incredibly well and because truth will set you free. But if you cannot speak your truth,
00:14:31.500 if your lawyers can't speak your truth and can't tell the public what's actually happening,
00:14:36.140 well, effectively, we're a banana republic. And it's like being in a dictatorship.
00:14:40.760 You're silenced. It's no different than what we see, you know, in China. You know, they monitor what
00:14:46.300 you see and what you can't see and your phones and your everything. It's silencing us through the
00:14:51.020 media and through the legal system, which is supposed to be where we get our chance to prove
00:14:56.640 ourselves. Right. So it's beyond a First Amendment violation on all these fronts and
00:15:01.580 all these cases. But the Letitia James case is coming to an end next week. And, you know,
00:15:07.180 like I said, we kind of know how that one's going to fall because we've seen what's happened
00:15:11.020 in that courtroom and with that judge. And we're kind of just, you know, making our record
00:15:15.220 and we'll take it from there. We're talking with Alina Haba. She is attorney, representative
00:15:20.480 of the president. We're coming right back after these messages. Stay with us.
00:15:30.080 We're back now talking with Alina Haba. And I want to turn to first the idea of these gag orders,
00:15:36.740 because we have seen whether it's Tanya Chutkin, the federal district court judge in D.C.,
00:15:42.680 whether, unfortunately, you can name almost any judge, whether local, state or federal,
00:15:49.340 that they've behaved badly, to say the very least. There are a couple of exceptions.
00:15:55.820 When will we, do you think, get any spark of interest from the Supreme Court to say to the
00:16:04.000 judiciary, for over which the chief justice is responsible, the federal judiciary, that this is
00:16:09.260 bad behavior, it's lawfare, it's ignorance, and it's time has come to end. Do you think there's
00:16:16.080 any prospect of that? I don't doubt that I will be in front of the Supreme Court soon.
00:16:23.040 I do not doubt that one of these cases, we will go up the chain and we will be there. I do not doubt
00:16:30.860 that. I have my license to be heard in front of the Supreme Court and I intend to use it. You know,
00:16:35.880 the end of the day, we will not sit back. And we are learning from and being seen a great example
00:16:43.380 through the president, President Trump, meaning not the sitting resident. President Trump has shown
00:16:49.160 us resilience and has shown us that you have to have faith in the country. Even when you think
00:16:53.160 your faith is wavering, you've got to keep fighting. And hopefully we will get to a tribunal that will be
00:17:00.700 able to enforce order and law the way we've had in the past. The country used to be great in that way.
00:17:08.600 I don't have a loss of hope because he hasn't lost hope. And that's why I think he's doing what he's
00:17:13.480 doing. So I have no question that it'll happen. I assume it'll happen within the next year
00:17:17.740 with all these decisions. Unfortunately, the system is, as you know, Lou, we have to go up the chain.
00:17:23.100 You can't just jump up. We will jump up if needed. But we're doing things in a respectful manner,
00:17:28.980 as we always do, and going through the legal system and whatever's left of it.
00:17:32.980 It seems to me that there should be an intercision or an intervention by the court in some fashion
00:17:41.600 to prevent election interference on its face. That's what this is. It's a concerted act.
00:17:48.980 We have the evidence in front of us. They haven't been exactly subtle about it. Jack Smith
00:17:53.760 has been particularly upfront about his political motivations, as well as Judge Chutkin and others.
00:18:04.500 It just seems there's a basis right now for the chief justice to act. Is there no way in which
00:18:12.300 that can be communicated?
00:18:15.440 There is. There is. And we're working on it. And obviously, I can't, you know, speak to privileged
00:18:21.180 conversations and plans. But all I can tell you is, if there's anything that I can assure the
00:18:27.460 American people that are behind Trump is that his lawyers are behind you and the country. And I can
00:18:33.060 speak for myself. I'm very proud of the work that we're doing. And I think that these challenging
00:18:38.160 times can either make us or break us. And I hope that it'll make our country great again. I really do.
00:18:42.880 I think that, you know, there's not anything or any bit of information people give us in terms of
00:18:49.500 ideas and strategy that we don't take into consideration. But we have an incredibly brilliant team
00:18:54.560 in many states that we work with. We're working hard and we're going to help the president straighten
00:19:01.080 this out in whatever way we can do. And I know I for certain them. So, you know, unfortunately, I can't get
00:19:06.700 into much more detail than that. But I assure you that if there is a claim, we will bring it. If there is a way
00:19:12.600 that we can fix it through the courts, we will do so.
00:19:15.300 Elena Hamba, we thank you for all you're doing for the president, for the country. And I think that the outcome
00:19:21.860 of all of this will determine the future of this republic and whether we have a republic at all. I think it's that
00:19:28.680 straightforward. Either President Trump and the country prevails or the republic, we finally lose it.
00:19:35.720 So, Elena Hamba, thanks for your message of hope as well. We can all use it in these trying times.
00:19:41.260 Thanks for all you're doing. God bless you.
00:19:43.560 Thank you. God bless you. Thanks, Lou.
00:19:45.660 Thanks, Elena. And best of luck to President Trump.
00:19:48.660 Thanks, everybody. Tomorrow, our guest will be Roger Stone, Republican strategist,
00:19:52.900 WABC radio host, advisor to President Trump on all the madness and the evil that has been arrayed
00:19:59.200 against President Trump. Please join us tomorrow. Thanks. God bless you. And may God bless America.
00:20:05.720 Thank you.
00:20:06.620 Thank you.
00:20:06.660 Thank you.
00:20:06.960 Thank you.
