00:00:12.300 deposition in the Marxist Attorney General Letitia James lawsuit against him, his family, and his
00:00:19.160 businesses, alleging they schemed to give false records to lenders and others over a 10-year
00:00:25.660 period. The Attorney General wants, now think about this, no victims, no one lost any money,
00:00:33.220 but the Attorney General wants $250 million and a ban on Trump ever doing business again
00:00:40.460 in the state of New York. And the Marxist left war on Trump goes on. But there are rays of hope for
00:00:47.560 the Republicans. Not everything is going the Marxist way. In a real setback for the Marxists,
00:00:53.480 the Free Beacon reports the Democratic National Committee firing its most successful and scandal-plagued
00:01:00.000 election lawyer, Mark Elias. The Beacon saying Elias was behind the infamous Steele dossier that
00:01:07.500 falsely accused Donald Trump and his campaign of colluding with Russia. He was also behind most of
00:01:14.580 the 2020 election maneuvers that led to the Dem victories. Most recently, Elias was on the losing
00:01:21.140 side of big cases, the DNC and Elias separating over what they call strategic disagreements.
00:01:28.980 And a big story developing in the Republican Party. Gateway Pundit reporting Senate Republicans
00:01:34.980 are expecting Majority Leader Mitch McConnell to retire after a nasty fall hospitalized him
00:01:42.120 with a concussion and broken rib last month. The pundit says the Rhino Johns, that is John Cornyn,
00:01:49.880 John Barrasso, and John Thune are all already campaigning, in a dignified way, of course,
00:01:56.900 for the job. Meanwhile, there are American citizens still prisoners of war in the Washington,
00:02:02.880 D.C. Gulag. January 6th defendants ensnared by the Marxist Dems who have unfairly prosecuted them,
00:02:10.600 some of whom have been held by the Marxist Dems for two years without a trial.
00:02:15.600 Our guest today is Attorney Joe McBride. He represents some of those political prisoners
00:02:21.300 of the Marxist Dems DOJ and the Biden regime. Joe, it's great to have you back with us. And if you
00:02:27.740 will, give us your view of the situation now and why the Marxist Dems insist on making their wrongs
00:02:35.260 even worse and destroying the lives of our fellow citizens.
00:02:38.880 So, I mean, the state of democracy is questionable. I mean, do we even live in a democracy?
00:02:47.500 Or, you know, people like to use the word like theocracy when it's ran by religion. But this is
00:02:52.080 like a, I don't know what the word is, but it's what is government when government and the tech
00:02:57.600 industry and the banking industry all get together and have their ownocracy of some kind of form.
00:03:02.820 All I know is that there are people weighing into United States government politics, policies,
00:03:09.880 policing, and in the upper echelons of the White House who are not American, who have no business
00:03:16.220 weighing in and what Americans do. And we need to route those people out like the cancerous infection
00:03:22.360 they are before our great country perishes.
00:03:25.520 How pervasive do you think those, quote unquote, those people are? And let's take it piece by piece
00:03:32.700 first in the federal government and then move to some other divisions within the government.
00:03:39.640 So within the federal government, I mean, you have a lot of people who've been bought and paid for
00:03:43.660 and they've been there for a long time. I mean, you have your Nancy Pelosi's and Joe Biden's of the
00:03:47.580 world, your Mitch McConnell's of the world. I mean, obviously these people are not loyal to the
00:03:53.060 American citizenry. They're loyal to international interests and you can just judge them based on
00:03:58.860 their anti-American voting record and their bank accounts and who fills their coffers for elections
00:04:06.140 and so on and so forth with funding. The problem is, is that, you know, you have lots of people who
00:04:13.560 instead of aspiring to be somebody in Congress because they want to speak out, be different,
00:04:21.560 have notoriety for being controversial or for speaking truth to power or taking an anti-establishment
00:04:29.220 position or pro-American position. They aspire to get rich and, you know, after the model of Pelosi
00:04:38.280 and McConnell. And I think that that infection is widespread to the point where it has begun to
00:04:46.200 metastasize. But I do think that there is hope. I really do. But in terms of the infection,
00:04:51.980 the level of infection, it's pretty damn bad. It is pretty damn bad. And if I may say, Joe,
00:05:00.080 to me, at least, it looks like it's getting worse and a lot worse. And the more it seems we try to
00:05:05.920 bring this to the attention of the American public, the more we bring forward about the realities of our
00:05:12.820 government, its corruption, seemingly people are only more daunted. They are more fearful. When you
00:05:21.920 were saying, you know, about theocracy, what is this? I would say it's a fearocracy. It is also when
00:05:30.480 you talk about the oligarchs that are in various sectors within our economy and our society, we're
00:05:36.540 talking about oligarchs. If we were talking about Russia, we would be definitively calling them
00:05:41.200 oligarchs. But in this country, we talk about billionaires as if, you know, they are, with all
00:05:47.260 of their awesome political and economic power, something to be almost idealized and adored by
00:05:55.960 the public. There was a time when you cheered success. But when success is added up in the tens
00:06:03.340 of billions of dollars, that seems like something like excess to me. And I'm a capitalist and I'm a
00:06:11.620 conservative. But that certainly seems a little excessive. Your thoughts?
00:06:16.560 I agree with you 100%. It is an oligarchy. They do. Joe Biden is the head of a crime family. There is
00:06:24.440 no question about it. And, you know, in terms of the term fearocracy, I like it a lot. And the reason
00:06:29.880 why I like it is because organized crime, be it Russian organized crime, the Italian mafia,
00:06:35.620 the Japanese Yakuza, whatever it is, they're old world sort of institutions that come over and they
00:06:41.680 thrive in the United States for a time. But what do they need in order to thrive? They need an
00:06:47.200 immigrant population, a population that's uneducated, a population that's new here, a population that some
00:06:53.260 people don't have their papers, so they're free to go to law enforcement. So they fall prey to these
00:06:58.640 to these vipers, to these vultures, these crime bosses. And, you know, that happens for a
00:07:04.020 generation or two until people assimilate and they go out into the country and they become
00:07:07.980 Americanized. And that old world stuff sort of goes away with it. The mafia obviously lost its
00:07:14.440 strength with the depreciation of the immigrant, Italian immigrant population in New York and in
00:07:20.620 other cities, along with what Rudy Giuliani did. But organized crime needs a immigrant population
00:07:26.860 to survive. And the reason why they survive is through fear and intimidation. And that is
00:07:31.580 exactly what's happening right now. The American public has been dumbed down. People don't know
00:07:36.860 anything outside of what's on Instagram or Facebook or Twitter on their phone. And they are in fear of
00:07:42.680 what Joe Biden and his his Department of Justice could do to them if they speak out. And because of
00:07:49.080 that this guy and his cronies are running this country the same way some corrupt oligarch from God
00:07:57.320 knows where would run his country. They're warlords. They're hell-bent on destruction. They do not care about
00:08:02.560 the American public. They're not they do not care about America as an exceptional institution. And they're
00:08:08.620 destroying us. But once that fear goes away, once people realize, hey, you know what, you're not so tough. I
00:08:14.420 really don't need to listen to you. So long as I'm doing something right, my freedom says that I can
00:08:18.640 tell you to go screw yourself. And there's nothing you can do about it. They're going to have a
00:08:22.480 backlash like they never dreamt possible. I think probably a lot of the people who've been incarcerated
00:08:28.380 in January 6th thought, screw you. I'm an American citizen. We're here to protest, to demonstrate,
00:08:36.860 to show our loyalty to to the nation, to its values and to President Trump.
00:08:41.680 And as a result, they were descended upon by agents of the federal bureaucracy, whether they be the Department
00:08:51.140 of Justice, the FBI, whether it be the Capitol Police, the Metropolitan Police. And there was a design behind
00:09:00.380 it in the minds of many. Your thoughts?
00:09:04.360 Yeah, there definitely was a design on it. The design is exactly what the FBI said it was. They wanted
00:09:11.620 shock and awe. They wanted to. What does that terminology come from? That terminology comes
00:09:17.760 from the global war on terrorism, right? They wanted to send shock and awe through the pro-Trump,
00:09:25.420 white Christian leaning community of people to say that your voice is no longer wanted here. If you
00:09:33.760 step up, if you stand up in any way, we're not going to give you a ticket for protesting like everybody
00:09:38.680 else. We're going to stick you in the gulag. We're going to throw away the key. We are sending a message to you
00:09:43.960 and your members of your community that if you stand up against us and dare speak out, that this will be the
00:09:50.020 consequences. But as we learned from our abominable withdrawal from Afghanistan, that model doesn't work. All you do is
00:10:00.680 radicalize people. All you do is is get generations of people to never forget what you've done to their
00:10:09.020 fathers and grandfathers and aunts and uncles. And you have a generational problem until you simply give
00:10:16.580 up. And I do think that's what's going to happen here. I think that history and that families will
00:10:21.760 teach their children about what Joe Biden's government did to the American citizen and, you know, starting in
00:10:27.380 2020 into 2021 and that people will never forget it. This will be a story that's passed on for
00:10:33.280 hundreds of years. Should this great country survive? And this will be the kind of thing that makes sure
00:10:39.160 it never happens again. You know, you put in a condition there that is important. Should this country
00:10:49.560 survive? And implicit in your condition was the question whether or not it is
00:10:56.720 indeed capable of surviving, whether with all of the division, with all of the
00:11:02.540 alienation within our society, with a lack of purpose and the lack of understanding
00:11:11.040 about who we are and what our destiny was to be, can we survive? We have proximate threats to our
00:11:20.120 survival every day, whether it's the communist Chinese, whether it is Vladimir Putin and his
00:11:27.800 mad war in Ukraine, or the apathy of the populace when they're looking at their southern border and
00:11:36.140 see 2,000 miles of border, but no fence, no wall, and no one to stop the entry of people whom in this
00:11:44.340 country great harm. It is an open question. Will we survive? And I don't think most conservatives,
00:11:53.860 most Republicans, or most independents understand the degree and the proximity of the threat,
00:12:01.020 the clear and present danger.
00:12:04.160 I agree with you. Most people are ignorant as to what's going on because we live in this culture of
00:12:12.080 self-worship where people just care about themselves, they care about what they look like,
00:12:16.880 they care about what they're wearing, and this and that, and they're not really paying attention to
00:12:21.040 what's going on globally. I think that, you know, I said this, I've been on the record with you on your
00:12:27.680 podcast a few times now, that America needs to turn back to God and its founding documents. Look,
00:12:34.800 the Constitution of the United States and its Bill of Rights is an important, inspired set of documents.
00:12:43.120 And, you know, within it, you find certain things. And one of the things that you find is the First
00:12:48.820 Amendment. And the First Amendment enshrines the unfettered power of the spoken word, amongst other
00:12:55.000 things. And Jesus Christ is called the Word of God. And why do I bring that up? Because words have power.
00:13:01.700 And when people speak truth to power, and people will stand up in their free marketplace of ideas,
00:13:06.920 whether it's at home, whether it's in your synagogue, or your church, or your educational
00:13:12.620 institution, or on Twitter, wherever it is, if you will speak the truth, the truth has this ripple
00:13:19.900 effect that when it goes out, it makes people angry, it makes people mad, but it does something to
00:13:25.560 people. It shakes them up nonetheless. And what they're trying to do is they're trying to stamp out
00:13:30.220 the free American citizen, his ability or her ability to stand up and speak truth in any way,
00:13:36.580 shape, or form in any one of a number of different places. The more people speak up,
00:13:41.920 the bigger of a problem they're going to have. But what we have is a pandemic of silence and fear in
00:13:48.480 this country. And the only vaccine for it is the turning back to God and having the courage to say
00:13:53.420 something to speak the truth and not care about the consequences.
00:13:57.740 Embrace God, embrace faith, embrace one another as great citizens of this country.
00:14:05.120 But then, but then I know how much power is arrayed against truth, and arrayed against those who speak
00:14:13.040 truth. It is a difficult time. And I think of each citizen in this country,
00:14:18.840 with varying levels of income, their dependency, in some ways, in some places, on government,
00:14:32.260 federal government, state governments, maybe they're working as a teacher, maybe they're working
00:14:36.540 for government, maybe they're in law enforcement, public employee unions, the disparate numbers of
00:14:41.580 people, when one way and another are dependent upon government. And it goes to your first question,
00:14:49.400 when you talked about what do you call these organizations of power? We talk about the oligarchs,
00:14:56.720 but there are other forms too. There are labor unions, there are governments, state, local, and federal.
00:15:04.080 There are teachers and teachers unions. We look across our society right now,
00:15:09.260 and we are designed for conflict. Yeah, we are designed for conflict. But sometimes
00:15:17.920 conflict is necessary. You know, you can, we can have conflict of ideas. We can have conflict of
00:15:25.900 diversity of opinion. But what we can't afford to do is let the wrong side win. And if it's going to
00:15:35.920 be conflict, then so be it. It doesn't, you know, people, conflict, you're calling for civil war,
00:15:42.020 you're doing this, you're doing that. No, listen, it's a question of what does it mean to be an
00:15:47.680 American? To be an American inherent in our DNA is conflict, right? And America does pretty damn good
00:15:55.360 when she's speaking out and when people are speaking out and saying America is the best place
00:15:59.480 in the world. And when America is not speaking out, American citizens are not doing their duty to
00:16:04.380 their country and to the rest of the world. The world becomes a real ugly place very quickly
00:16:09.960 because the world without America is a much more dark and disastrous place than a world where America
00:16:17.500 and its beautiful citizens lead the way. So if they want conflict, if they want to have dialogue,
00:16:22.980 if they want to have arguments, if they want to deal with the truth, then so be it. Because the truth
00:16:29.420 and God and justice is on our side. It cannot be suppressed. It cannot be killed. It is eternal.
00:16:36.700 It goes on forever. It's just a matter of time before it breaks through. This is a storm. These
00:16:41.940 clouds are overhead. It looks really bad right now. But at some point, the storm is going to pass.
00:16:48.240 Truth and justice will take over again. And guys like you and me and the good women around us got to
00:16:53.300 be counted amongst the people who stood up and did the right thing in the middle of the storm,
00:16:58.000 no matter what. We know there were 44,000 hours of video. We know that there were 41,000 given to
00:17:05.880 Speaker McCarthy. We know that those that video was they gave Tucker Carlson and his team access.
00:17:13.780 I believe there were only been two days in which maybe three in which Tucker actually had video from
00:17:21.280 that from that 41,000 hours. I don't know if that's correct, but it seems like it your thoughts.
00:17:28.220 And what in the world is it going to take to get all of this out in front of the American people?
00:17:36.020 It's a great question. That's a root of the question. The root of the problem is why
00:17:42.440 was it suppressed in the first place? They suppressed it because the narrative that they
00:17:48.480 were proffering to the public was a false narrative. The people who were in power lied
00:17:54.440 to the American people. These people have brought in countless veterans who were at January 6th,
00:18:02.040 excuse me. And they had told these veterans, judges have said this, prosecutors have said this,
00:18:08.560 you name it, they have said it. You, sir, have broken your oath to this country. You, sir,
00:18:14.200 participated in an attack on democracy. You, sir, this, you, sir, that all that crap could not be
00:18:20.560 further from the truth. But I tell you what, those people who are in those courtrooms,
00:18:26.400 be them an unjust judge or an unjust prosecutor or an unjust and lying, pathological lying member
00:18:32.640 of Congress that put this poison out into the public. Those people have broken their oaths.
00:18:39.220 Those people must be held criminally accountable. Those people should never, ever be let off the
00:18:46.280 hook. Who are those people? Who are those people? Look, I can't, I can't, when it comes to judges,
00:18:51.880 I can't name any of them because I get, I get, I know this army, but in terms of members of Congress,
00:18:58.460 forget it. You got, you got Liz Cheney, Adam Kingsinger, Adam shift, uh, everybody that was,
00:19:04.900 that was on that January 6th committee, um, is, is, is a criminal. We have gone through, um, the
00:19:11.800 material. We're still going through lots of the material. Um, we know unequivocally that they did,
00:19:18.200 that they were, um, made aware of information very early on in these cases that, uh, cut against
00:19:26.160 their narrative. Uh, not everybody that went there was a bad person. The vast majority of people who
00:19:30.980 went there, 99% of them were good people who got caught up in a bad day, but they, they made it seem
00:19:36.300 like it was something that was completely not. And they took evidence and they manipulated it and they
00:19:41.940 gave it to the public in a way that was very, very, very deceiving. That is terrible.
00:19:47.860 And the information that's going to come out, the information that's coming out now, um, is,
00:19:54.340 is going to destroy that narrative. Mike, but my question is this, they knew that it was only a
00:20:00.800 matter of time before the truth came out and they did it anyway. They did it anyway. And I asked a
00:20:07.800 friend of mine a few, a few years back when this first started, and I said to him, I said, you know,
00:20:13.220 you've been involved in this for a long time. We know they're lying. All of this is going to catch
00:20:18.880 up with them when they, when it, when it catches up with them, they're going to go to jail. I mean,
00:20:24.860 that you, you can't do this. It's illegal. You know, what is the end game here? And he looked at me
00:20:29.960 and he said, Joe, they're going for broke. They're going for broke. They have no intention
00:20:34.960 ever going back to the way it was. They are going for broke. They are looking to get rid of life in
00:20:41.860 America the way that we know it and start an entirely different thing. And I'm one of those
00:20:47.460 few people in life who believed him at that point. But now when I look at the situation, now I see
00:20:52.060 they're trying to collapse the banks, the ESG, the digital currency, the, this, the, that you see it
00:20:57.620 all coming together. And it's like, Whoa, man, if we don't pump the brakes, if people don't stand up
00:21:02.920 now, it's not just a video. It's the free citizen has to stand up, has to say something, has to get out
00:21:09.440 there and has to vote, has to do whatever it is that's within your power to resist this. Cause if
00:21:13.740 we don't do it, it is how much time do we have between now and the next election, whatever they're
00:21:18.980 going to do, they're going to try to finish the job between now and then I have no, no doubt in my
00:21:24.420 mind saying that. We were with some friends this, this weekend. And one of our friends was talking
00:21:31.840 about a question that he had heard from someone, which was, and they were very concerned and they
00:21:39.040 were saying to him, you know, we're very concerned that we won't see the centennial, that the country
00:21:46.980 may not survive to 2076. And my wife and I both looked at each other and said, you know, we said
00:21:54.120 almost simultaneously, we're worried about getting to 2024. If the country can survive that long, we have
00:22:01.820 a chance of making it to 2076, but everyone should be focused on 2024 because this is a, a political
00:22:10.420 party. In my judgment, Joe, the Democrat, the Marxist party is intent upon the destruction of America.
00:22:18.020 There is no place you can turn where you cannot see their insinuation into every, every part of our,
00:22:28.000 our federal government. They control agency after agency, department after department.
00:22:33.840 The courts are owned by the Marxist Dems, the activists, radical judges, the prosecutors,
00:22:41.920 particularly the DOJ, but we see them also from the Soros-bred district attorneys across the country.

00:23:18.380 in any way, shape and form, be it here and or abroad. Then they had put up every block in order for the
00:23:26.200 working man or woman to have upward, meaningful upward mobility to enter the class of upperclassmen
00:23:32.680 in this, in this country. They're suppressing everybody. And then they're convincing the poorest of the poor
00:23:37.880 and everybody else from the middle class down that somehow socialized. Everything is in their bench.
00:23:44.500 The best interest when they have socialized, nothing, the best of everything. And what this is, it's old fashioned,
00:23:51.960 old school communism. You are a member of the party and you are protected and you have absolute power.

00:25:28.980 And the way back is to going back to what works and going back to what works is by living a life that is prescribed for us to the best of our ability, the way that God himself intended it for us.
