00:00:19.020 We've been talking since the beginning of this podcast, and that's been,
00:00:22.340 well, at least a few weeks now. But we've been talking about the Red Storm Rising,
00:00:27.340 whether it originates in communist China or communist Russia. That storm is brewing.
00:00:33.940 Xi Jinping continues to threaten Australia, the United Kingdom, the United States,
00:00:39.600 for their diplomatic boycott of the upcoming Beijing Olympics,
00:00:44.440 threatening the U.S. Navy as well in the South China Sea.
00:00:48.260 And in Europe, it's Vladimir Putin doing the threatening. He's threatening Ukraine,
00:00:53.560 massing Russian troops and armor across the eastern border of Ukraine, and, of course,
00:01:00.120 threatening our Navy and the Black Sea and our Air Force over the Black Sea.
00:01:04.680 And what does President Biden do? Do you really want to know?
00:01:09.080 Can you imagine that it's much? Because it really isn't.
00:01:12.840 He, in turn, has threatened Putin. How did he do that?
00:01:17.320 Why, he just put sanctions on Russia. That's what he'd do
00:01:20.420 if they were to invade Ukraine. Can you imagine that? Economic sanctions and
00:01:25.200 Putin gets another country? Ukraine. And we still don't know what our president said to
00:01:33.180 President Xi in their two-and-a-half-hour-long telephone call. President Biden just will not tell
00:01:40.060 journalists what he talked about. He won't tell us. But we know he began both recent conversations
00:01:47.340 with both dictators by waving to them. Isn't that nice? Well, Mr. Biden is in deep political
00:01:55.580 trouble. So is his vice president. Their approval ratings are so low, they both look like lame ducks,
00:02:01.840 and they haven't been in office even a year. I can't even begin to tell you how deeply concerning
00:02:08.600 it is that we have a vice president like Kamala Harris and a president like Joe Biden.
00:02:16.320 70% of the country thinks we're headed in the wrong direction. And I'm in that high percentage
00:02:23.940 of Americans who believe so. It is really troubling to think of all the challenges and all the threats
00:02:32.220 this nation faces. And we have leadership like the leadership we have. Well, speaking of leaders,
00:02:40.280 I'm joined now by a terrific, great American, Tommy Tuberville, Senator Tommy Tuberville. He was just an
00:02:50.200 outstanding coach for 40 years. He coached the football Tigers of Auburn to great records and seasons and
00:02:59.580 had a lot of fun doing it, I'm sure. I sure had a lot of fun watching him and his teams and the great
00:03:06.380 University of Auburn do their thing on the football field. He's sitting now as U.S. Senator from the
00:03:13.360 great state of Alabama. He sits on the Senate Armed Services Committee, the Veterans Affairs Committee,
00:03:19.780 the Committee on Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Committee, and the Committee on Agriculture,
00:03:25.840 Nutrition and Forestry. And now here he is, Coach Tommy Tuberville. We also call him Senator Tuberville.
00:03:34.260 And I just had to say that, Senator. You are such a welcome addition to that fancy club,
00:03:41.080 the U.S. Senate. We're proud of you and grateful to you. So, Senator, welcome to the Great America Show.
00:03:48.360 It's good of you to take the time to be with us. Thank you, Luke. Glad to be on. You know, I've been up here,
00:03:53.960 I guess, 10 months now and I'm learning every day. And a lot of people ask me, Coach, how's it going up there?
00:04:00.520 I said, well, the animals are running the zoo right now. When you're in the minority, it's my first year
00:04:07.560 and we're in the minority. There's not a whole lot you can do other than play defense. And so that's
00:04:11.960 what we've done and tried to do as much blocking and tackling as we've been able to do, trying to
00:04:18.520 keep them, keep these people from spending the taxpayers' money. They keep calling it government
00:04:23.340 money. Hell, this is the taxpayers' money that they're spending. And it's just way out of control.
00:04:30.000 Inflation's hitting. And everything that Joe Biden's done, Lou, has just been disastrous for our
00:04:34.980 country. Not one thing I can think of that has come across my desk or through the Senate that
00:04:40.800 Joe Biden has done that has made our country better. Everything he's done has made it worse.
00:04:45.340 And in short orders, Senator, I mean, who thought, I mean, I personally, I thought it was going to be
00:04:52.240 a disaster, but I didn't think this big a disaster and I didn't think it would certainly be so profound
00:05:00.700 so early in his administration. He hasn't even been in office a year now. Suddenly we're not energy
00:05:06.540 independent. The country is questioning just about everything about our government and our standard
00:05:14.180 of living. We're looking at, as you say, runaway inflation, 6.2% inflation rates. It looks like
00:05:25.460 some significant trouble if we don't change direction. 70% of the country wants us to go
00:05:31.660 in a new direction. Your thoughts? Well, you're exactly right. And you can tell it was a plan from
00:05:37.520 day one of what they were going to do, how they were going to do it, and when they were going to do it.
00:05:41.460 And they were going to do it in such an order to pretty much take away anything that President
00:05:47.560 Trump did. They didn't even run it across anybody's desk and say, do you think this works? Do you think
00:05:55.620 we need to change it? Or is there any way we can adjust it to make it better? And all they did was
00:06:01.440 say, nix this. We're going to do away with energy. We're going to do away with anything that the
00:06:08.300 president did at the border. And it's just absolutely amazing to me. Somebody that's not
00:06:12.660 been in politics, somebody that's been actually had a real job for the last 40 years, looking from
00:06:18.340 the outside in and figuring out, hey, if this is the way it happens, that's the reason I came up
00:06:26.480 here. I want to make sure that we try to get as much back as we possibly can or keep as much of
00:06:33.100 President Trump's agenda as we can for America, because I'll tell you, they have run our country
00:06:37.900 straight into the ground. And it has been a ticking time bomb. Every time you turn around and
00:06:43.240 they make a decision. I have to, I'm not going to ask you the question because I wouldn't put you on
00:06:49.860 the spot for anything on this. But I would have to think that for you to come, go to Washington,
00:06:57.780 to be in the U.S. Senate, dealing with the people that you are, the politicians, the politicos,
00:07:06.340 the wannabes. I would have to think at some point in the course of a day that has to be kind of
00:07:13.360 stomach turning to a fellow of your experience and your talent suddenly to find yourself in the
00:07:20.680 midst of the swamp. Any regrets about running? No, actually, I tell my wife this all the time,
00:07:28.120 and she's seen it. She's been up here and seen, been around it. And I'm even more glad now that
00:07:34.000 I ran because I think I can make a difference. Just one vote. Now, you know, when you're in the
00:07:39.000 House, you've got so many people over there, you don't have an opportunity to get on
00:07:45.160 the front stage. In the Senate, you do. And you can, you know, all my life, I've recruited Lou.
00:07:52.640 You know, being a college football coach, you go to places, you recruit parents, you recruit kids to
00:07:57.560 come to your university to play for you. But you got to sell yourself. And so that's what I've been
00:08:02.700 doing. I've been working hard on Joe Manchin and Christian Sinema and Joe Tester, all the moderates
00:08:09.100 on the left, just trying to do the best I can to get them to look at our side, look at America's
00:08:15.000 side, look at the taxpayer's side of what's going on. And it's hard because they're in
00:08:20.980 their own party, but we just try to get them to listen.
00:08:24.800 Well, we sure hope you close that deal with Sinema and Manchin. What is your sense of the
00:08:32.980 way that's going to go? Because they are, their vote could just change the course of this country
00:08:39.740 because we're talking $2 trillion at least that will be added to the national debt. And it'll be
00:08:46.280 stimulated money when at the same time, these fools in Washington want to raise interest rates
00:08:51.780 because the economy is overstimulated already. This just makes typical sense in Washington terms,
00:08:59.360 doesn't it?
00:08:59.720 Yeah. If you just look at this past year, the money that they spent, the 1.9,
00:09:04.380 they just out of the chute. Hey, we've got to spend money. That's what they want. We've got to,
00:09:08.600 we've got to pay back the, the, the, the people that are blue mayors and blue governors in the
00:09:14.480 states that can't run a budget that have wasted all their money and they need money. So they had
00:09:18.520 to be paid back for, for voting in these, these people in these blue states. And so they went with
00:09:23.580 1.9 tree and say, well, this is a cares act to help COVID. Well, about 10% of that was for
00:09:30.280 COVID. The rest of it were payoffs. And so we did that. And then we turn around and we did the
00:09:34.700 infrastructure bill. Well, the infrastructure bill, I voted against it too. Everybody said,
00:09:38.960 well, it's for infrastructure. Yeah. About 10% of it. The rest of it is for climate change
00:09:43.480 and things that we don't need, especially during inflation, especially during a time when we need
00:09:49.140 to get people back to work, back in, back in our offices, back in schools, people back in church.
00:09:54.860 We didn't need to do that. Now we're turning around in this build back better bill, whatever it is.
00:09:59.580 And it is a disaster. And all it is, I continue to give money to either to the unions or give
00:10:07.540 money to people that don't need the money, keep people from going to work, try to destroy the
00:10:12.580 nuclear family. It's absolutely non-American is what they're trying to do. And I just can't
00:10:18.560 understand why there's more Democrats that don't see this, but it's something I guess that they've
00:10:22.660 wanted to do for a long time, but we're putting up bills to try to stop it. But our bills kind of,
00:10:28.060 they kind of hit the wall, Lou. They hit the wall. Of course, Schumer's not going to put them on the
00:10:32.340 floor, but we're going to try as hard as we can. We've got another year because we'll beat them
00:10:38.260 pretty bad, especially in the House come next November, if they continue this track that they're
00:10:42.880 on. But we got to get the House and the Senate back and hopefully we'll get that done.
00:10:47.560 You were talking about selling folks on you. I hope you have the occasion to talk to 13
00:10:54.060 House Republicans. They're the ones who actually got that bill passed in the House of Representatives
00:11:01.420 because they didn't have the Democratic votes. So they got 13 RINOs, turncoat Republicans to go
00:11:08.680 ahead and support it. The Republican Party can be a pretty frustrating outfit, can't it?
00:11:16.440 Yeah, well, it can. And sometimes you get frustrated on people that push things across
00:11:24.680 and it makes it across the line because of Republicans. It amazes me that sometimes that
00:11:32.560 people that you think would vote against something, they vote for it. And, you know, for instance,
00:11:38.700 we've got the NDAA up right now. And we put this together and I'm on the Armed Service Committee
00:11:44.420 and it's probably the most partisan group up here. There's 24 of us, 12 Republicans, 12 Democrats.
00:11:51.120 And we spent a huge amount of the month of July putting it together. And the NDAA is the budget for
00:11:57.240 the military. And you have to pass it and you have to get it done. Well, Biden throws his out there
00:12:02.000 and he cuts the budget. And of all times to be cutting the military budget when the world is on
00:12:08.320 fire and we're the only people that can really save it. So, you know, we work pretty hard on it. We
00:12:14.820 got a lot of things in there. Of course, the progressive on progressives, which is about 90 of
00:12:19.420 them, which they're Marxist-communist on the House side. They, you know, they're trying to put things
00:12:24.680 about climate change and all this and the NDAA. Hey, this is about building a machine to stop
00:12:31.220 communism and Marxism and socialism around the world. And they knew that and they tried to stop
00:12:36.360 it. But it looks like we're going to be able to push it across the goal line. We've got a lot of
00:12:40.440 good things in there. We need to help our military because, as you well know, Lou, that I was in
00:12:45.560 Taiwan just a few weeks ago. They're in trouble. I've been to Ukraine about two months ago, speaking
00:12:51.660 with our president. They're in trouble. Probably the most dangerous place right now is Iran. And we don't
00:12:58.820 even talk about them. And it's just all a ticking time bomb. And if the Democrats and Joe Biden
00:13:05.140 don't stand up to this, it is going to be a tough road to hoe. Well, it's so difficult when you think
00:13:13.440 that the president of the United States has a discussion recently with President Xi Jinping of
00:13:22.340 China and doesn't even acknowledge to the press or any or the American people what they talked
00:13:29.280 about. And then he says he's going to be a tough guy and straighten out Putin on the issue of Ukraine.
00:13:36.320 They have a meeting. And the first thing he does is wave like he's in a parade to Mr. Putin.
00:13:43.120 And this is this is scary stuff watching Joe Biden play leader of the free world, isn't it?
00:13:50.840 Well, and it makes you just wonder if you just look back and for some reason, I don't know why
00:13:58.360 people I know why some people voted for Joe Biden, but most people, the 75 or so million that voted for
00:14:06.400 Donald Trump knows that what's going on right now wouldn't be going on because Donald Trump wouldn't put
00:14:11.320 up with it. He had to put his foot down and he'd let them know where we stand right now.
00:14:17.240 I'm a United States senator. I have no clue where we stand on where Taiwan sits or where Ukraine sits
00:14:23.840 or Iran. We've got a non elected official. What's his name? John Kerry over, you know, trying to make
00:14:30.840 a deal with Iran and Israel's over there wondering right now, you know, when they're going to start
00:14:35.360 shooting missiles again because, you know, they get attacked almost monthly. And it's just absolutely
00:14:43.360 amazing. We have no consistency. We have the we don't have any adults up here running the show
00:14:50.060 at the end of the day. And it scares me to death being up here, understanding that we are we're
00:14:57.160 sitting on something that could be devastating to the whole world, not just the United States of America
00:15:02.200 or Taiwan or Ukraine or or Israel. It's it's it's just devastating. And and yet there is there seems
00:15:14.220 to be no no sense of urgency in the part of this administration. There seems to be no bought out
00:15:21.200 response to the Russian threats against against the Ukraine, against against Poland that we don't even
00:15:30.160 discuss it. Lavrov and our secretary of state, Tony Blinken get together and Blinken acts like he's
00:15:39.500 never been in a diplomatic meeting in his life, dealing with one of the most seasoned diplomats in the
00:15:46.220 world. And certainly in terms of foreign policy, Sergei Lavrov, it's we're outgunned here and we're outgunned in
00:15:57.700 so many ways. Now the Chinese have a working hypersonic missile. The United States, our military
00:16:04.480 response, you talk about being on the Armed Services Committee, our top officials in defense
00:16:10.000 respond by saying, well, we don't know how they did that. The Russians also have reportedly a significant
00:16:17.780 advance in hypersonic missiles as well. And our our our our secretary of defense acts like he just got to
00:16:27.540 the county fair. It's very difficult to understand what this administration is doing and doing
00:16:34.320 and how we got in this mess. Well, we don't have a plan. We don't have a game plan. And we got four
00:16:41.520 or five games going on at the same time, as we said earlier, Israel and Iran. We've got we've got
00:16:46.320 Russia and Ukraine. We've got Taiwan and China. It's just and people need to understand this. And I want to get
00:16:53.020 this over to people listening to this. We are letting China getting by to get by with murder. We are propping
00:17:00.460 up their economy. Folks, they are running. This this is a race and we're not even out of the blocks and they're
00:17:06.980 halfway around the track. And that means tough things ahead for the United States of America for
00:17:13.640 this world. If we don't wake up and understand that everything that we do to help China is against
00:17:19.880 our military, against the things that we want to do. It's propping up their technology. It is absolutely
00:17:26.240 out of control. And Xi Jinping, he understands that and he understands, too, that a lot of our corporations
00:17:33.960 are in with them. They can't get out and just money's flowing in over there. And it's it's going
00:17:40.280 to be tough for us. It's really going to be tough. We're we're writing on our own obituary and we need
00:17:46.120 to understand that. And that's the reason we needed somebody like Donald Trump at the helm, because he
00:17:50.860 would have stopped this. But right now we have we have no adults that are making tough decisions to stop
00:17:57.680 it. And we're going to have to do it in a short period of time. Well, we learned to in support of
00:18:04.040 what you just said, we learned that Tim Cook, the CEO of Apple, cut a quarter of a trillion dollar deal
00:18:10.320 with the Chinese. The Apple wants to get waivers on the Trump tariff so that they can bring in
00:18:18.320 material and parts avoiding that tariff. We know now Elon Musk, he needs graphite. So he wants to bring
00:18:26.360 in rare earths and material from China, just get get a waiver from those those tariffs against China.
00:18:37.220 And meanwhile, they both companies are working religiously and fervently with the Chinese to
00:18:45.940 advance their economy, their interest and and Wall Street. Wall Street is taking U.S. capital and saying
00:18:53.140 invest it in China, where they are defaulting right now and property funds, property development
00:19:00.080 funds there and companies, which they could bail out, they the Chinese government could bail out,
00:19:06.160 but they'd rather have those Yankee dollars without any strings attached. And thank you very much for the
00:19:11.660 donation. And this is after all, when we look at the trade deficit, our largest trade deficit is with
00:19:18.540 the Chinese record levels and we are bleeding. We are hemorrhaging every day, the wealth and the
00:19:26.140 prosperity of Americans because of the globalist elites on Wall Street and in corporate America
00:19:32.220 and the Democratic Party. And you've just said it so correctly. We have to take this seriously
00:19:39.900 because they mean to win and win at all costs. And it's a cost that the that Americans shouldn't have
00:19:46.960 to pay.
00:19:48.800 Lou, I was doing some research not to just a few days ago and found out that we have sanctions on Russia
00:19:56.820 and some of the companies and those companies are still investing in Wall Street, making
00:20:02.780 millions and millions of dollars. And we're supposed to have sanctions on them, but they're still doing it.
00:20:09.380 And we're not cutting it off. And it's like I put this bill out called the prohibiting the TSP
00:20:17.380 Investment Act, which is you've heard of this where we have all this retirement money, $700 billion
00:20:25.900 in pension funds that are being invested in China. What in the world would we put investment money into
00:20:35.640 China for? And President Trump stopped it. But we're trying to we're trying to get a bill passed
00:20:41.320 that says no matter who's the president, what fool would allow this to happen? And so it's just one
00:20:48.760 thing after another that we have to fight in. And going back to the rare earth minerals, Lou,
00:20:55.320 we have a lot here in the United States because it's climate change. They won't let us dig for
00:21:01.320 them. So therefore, we're having to do things overseas. One of the biggest one of the biggest
00:21:07.640 debacles in your and my lifetime in the military was this Afghanistan debacle of how we handled it,
00:21:13.000 why we did it. And we just didn't give up one of the biggest and best air bases in the world
00:21:18.780 that would have been so functional for our military. We gave up the rare earth minerals
00:21:24.100 in Afghanistan that China is going to end up getting. And we didn't look at the future of
00:21:30.000 this. We for some reason, this administration looks day to day. Somebody better start looking
00:21:35.980 out for 5, 10, 15, 20, 50 years down the road, because things are changing rapidly and you just
00:21:42.940 don't do something because you want to do it or because another president did it and you want to
00:21:47.180 change it. So we've just got, we got huge problems that we're not digging ourself out of.
00:21:53.500 Right. And you know, again, Donald Rumsfeld, a terrific public servant, terrific businessman.
00:22:03.920 He had what he called his Rumsfeld's rules. And one of them was on hiring. And I was thinking of this
00:22:13.780 when you were talking about recruiting football players, he said, A's always hire A's, B's terms
00:22:23.480 of their performance and talent, always hire C's and C's always hire D's. And he said, if we don't
00:22:33.540 have A's in government, we're going to be, we're going to be messing up big time. And right now you
00:22:40.120 look around at the talent that, uh, that Joe Biden has brought to Washington, DC, they're,
00:22:46.000 they're neo-Marxist. They're absolutely unqualified for the jobs they hold and in his cabinet. And I
00:22:55.460 don't care what the department is. It's just ridiculous to see what they're doing. Uh, it's a,
00:23:01.160 it's a scary time, but I have to tell you, uh, I am again, and I, and every American who knows you,
00:23:09.540 uh, is thrilled that you're there and we need, uh, we need you to be selling a lot, a lot of folks.
00:23:16.960 Uh, you've got a, you've got an uphill project there to, to educate and to bring some people along,
00:23:22.580 but I know you'll do it. I, I just have to ask you, what do you see as the, the most urgent
00:23:31.020 priority, uh, that the, uh, for the U S government right now, amongst all of the threats,
00:23:37.640 all of the challenges that we face, uh, Senator, what are you most concerned about?
00:23:43.680 Well, there's a lot of things urgently that we need to, to correct immediately. Obviously,
00:23:49.220 most of those are, uh, foreign relations problems. And we talked about those already,
00:23:54.660 and those are going to be huge problems that are just going to get bigger and bigger for the
00:23:59.180 United States and for all of our allies. I ran for this job though, uh, Lou, because I saw what
00:24:05.600 was happening in education. I've, I've seen this, uh, CRT, the critical race theory, all the things
00:24:11.220 that have been taught in our schools for the last 15 years. I told my wife about five years ago,
00:24:15.320 I said, people don't really realize what our kids are being taught in our schools. And, uh, it was out
00:24:20.500 of control. And, um, so that's one of the reasons that I ran, I wanted to come up here and I'm on the
00:24:25.880 education committee and, and, and, and try to put some sense back into what's going on on our campuses.
00:24:32.680 And whether it's, uh, uh, elementary school, uh, high schools, uh, junior highs or, uh, in our upper,
00:24:41.360 upper education, uh, we have huge problems. And if we don't change the indoctrination of what's going
00:24:47.200 on, Lou, uh, of tearing down our, our, uh, our families, uh, you know, the entitlement programs
00:24:54.780 that are just absolutely telling moms and dads, you don't have to be married. We'll take care of
00:24:59.480 you. Uh, all those things that are being taught in our schools are just going to continue to mount.
00:25:05.420 So that has to be corrected. And it's got to be corrected soon. The teachers unions have absolutely
00:25:10.380 killed this country. Uh, and we saw that, we saw that through the pandemic of them, not,
00:25:15.440 not wanting to work. Yeah. It's, as you say, it's getting clearer and clearer by the day.
00:25:21.800 And I, and I couldn't agree with you more about education because education is the great equalizer
00:25:27.640 in our society. It always has been public education because, uh, a man or a woman who comes out of our
00:25:35.320 public schools, they have, they have talent, they have intelligence and a strong work ethic. Uh,
00:25:41.240 they work hard and that's the American dream. And that public education system is so critical at
00:25:47.580 every level, uh, K through 12 through universities and colleges and the American family. My gosh,
00:25:55.120 we're, it seems like both parties, frankly, uh, are not focusing on the family, uh, and supporting
00:26:02.760 them. Uh, Republicans give it lip service, but then go along with a, uh, an act like, uh, the Biden bill
00:26:08.960 back better. Uh, and these, it's just, people have got to think about what we're doing here
00:26:15.760 because this is a, a nation of great Americans. I mean, men and women who work hard every day
00:26:22.700 and they can't get representation in Washington, DC. And that's, that's a crying shame.
00:26:29.360 Well, the education is a key to the, uh, to our future, uh, this country. And that's the reason that
00:26:35.520 we've always been ahead of everybody else, but I'll tell you this, we're 37th in the world now in
00:26:41.140 math. Uh, think about that 37th in the world. That is embarrassing and that's not acceptable.
00:26:47.000 And if that continues to go the way it's going, then this country is not going to be near as
00:26:52.360 successful as it would, it could be. But I used to tell our, our, all my players that I, that I
00:26:57.100 coach Lewis said, listen, this, everybody thinks this country owes you something. This country doesn't
00:27:01.020 owe you one dang thing other than an opportunity, uh, opportunity to pick what you want to do,
00:27:06.880 work towards it, put your work ethic to it. Now you might get knocked down, but the country gives
00:27:12.120 you a chance to get back up off your feet and go again. No other country does that. And we better
00:27:18.040 start teaching that to our kids because we're losing work ethic. We're losing the sight of a goal
00:27:23.100 in front of us to make this country better because these young kids have to understand that they will
00:27:29.200 run this country in the very near future. And this generation coming up don't have those same
00:27:34.420 ideas. No, you're exactly right. Uh, instead of being taught to, to be proud of all this country,
00:27:40.840 uh, has achieved and accomplished. And by the way, we've not only, uh, put together opportunity
00:27:49.020 for all Americans, uh, but we have, we have created opportunity and wealth, uh, for most of the entire
00:27:57.140 world. And we don't get credit for it. Instead, we have people who want to like, you know, I won't
00:28:03.320 go into like who, but the fact is we've got some folks who are not grateful for their good fortune.

00:30:41.180 parading at the Lincoln monument. The big argument on Twitter and social media though, has been,
00:30:46.960 were they quote white nationalists protesting? What? I don't know. Or were they quote FBI agents
00:30:54.300 trying to, I guess, provoke Russian agents or white nationalists to go join them? Whatever.
00:31:01.240 It was a sad, pathetic, uh, demonstration that they put on and folks are getting a little worked
00:31:08.460 up over the seemingly manufactured alarms raised by Dr. Fauci again, mayor Bill de Blasio again,
00:31:15.340 and the Biden administration over the sudden appearance of the Omicron variant of the China
00:31:21.440 virus. Fauci was so worked up. In fact, at one point he slipped and he referred to the original
00:31:27.240 virus and the quote unquote Wuhan virus, uh, as the Wuhan virus. Shame on you, Dr. Fauci for letting
00:31:35.280 the truth slip out about the origin of the so-called COVID-19 virus. The virus, which was discovered in
00:31:42.800 South Africa and is now in at least 18 countries, including the United States, has to this point,
00:31:49.460 uh, produced only mild symptoms, but appears to be highly transmissible. We know very little about it
00:31:56.400 that these, uh, at this early stage so far, and it is of course, early days, it appears we have more
00:32:03.320 to fear from the melodramatic leftists and the world health organization than we do this particular

00:33:27.680 issue of popularity of businessmen in this country. You have encountered more resistance to your political
00:33:37.540 views and statements than anyone I've seen, to the point that people have actually blacked you out,
00:33:45.340 that is radio stations, TV stations, networks. Where do you stand right now? Because it seems to me
00:33:52.740 I'm seeing you in a lot of commercial. I don't see any blackout underway right now. Am I wrong?
00:33:59.680 No, you're right. And this goes back to, you know, it's, you know, when I got behind
00:34:04.540 our president, Donald Trump back in 16, I was attacked then, but it was just, it was all the
00:34:11.520 way through to the, when I spoke at the Rose Garden, when I actually went on your show after
00:34:16.160 the Rose Garden speech, when I said, we need to get back in the word and spend time with our kids
00:34:20.780 and reading our Bibles. And, and boy, I was attacked then. And, and, but nothing like what
00:34:26.820 happened last January when I, when I had, uh, um, evidence of, uh, of election fraud crimes. And then
00:34:34.260 I was attacked in all the box stores attack. They took down my pillow and, and then it got to the
00:34:40.260 point this summer where just because I was going to have an event and I put out an ad all over,
00:34:48.020 you know, all in every, every platform, ABC, NBC, Fox, uh, OAN, Newsmax, CNN, MSNBC. And I put this
00:34:57.500 out there and only one station. And that was Fox said, no, you can't run this ad. So at that point
00:35:04.500 I took down my ads. I said, you're not going to be a part of this cancel culture. I don't care how
00:35:09.080 much money I've taken. Cause to me, it's about saving our country. It's not, I won't have a company
00:35:14.580 anyway, if, uh, if we don't save our country. And so I couldn't believe that they were the only ones
00:35:20.140 that took, that did not run this ad. And that's every, every left foot, left, right channel didn't
00:35:24.440 matter. And, and then it got to the point where they, um, we went back and forth and I was telling
00:35:30.340 about my Frank speech platform, frank speech.com. And, and I put that in the ad. Thank you for
00:35:35.700 supporting that by my pillows here. We went back and forth like five different times. And they finally,
00:35:41.020 they said, you can't use the word Frank or Frank speech in these ads. And so now, so now I have to
00:35:47.540 bring them from, from Fox to my pillow and then over to Frank speech. And to me it's, and, uh, so yeah,
00:35:54.760 there's ads, the ads are out everywhere, but it is a shame where you can't run an ad direct, like say
00:36:02.980 just to advertise another, a platform or an event in our country. If that's what it's getting to,
00:36:08.920 that's, uh, that's sad. Well, it's what it's leading to. And, uh, it's where it's led us to
00:36:15.520 this point, at least, uh, the issues, the controversies around the 2020 election. Uh,
00:36:23.880 and I, and I want to remind everybody of my position as we go into this issue, my position
00:36:29.040 has been throughout that there are huge questions about the irregularities, the anomalies called them
00:36:35.320 what you will, uh, but also about what we watched that night, uh, November, uh, third, uh, in which
00:36:45.480 we're sitting there watching things like in, uh, Wayne County of Michigan, uh, people putting up
00:36:52.100 cardboard. So people couldn't see, see in, in Philadelphia, in Georgia, not permitting Republicans
00:36:58.560 into the polling place. There were all sorts of these things that occurred. Now, do I know that
00:37:03.640 that rose to the level of changing the outcome of that election? I, Mike, I don't, I really don't,
00:37:08.800 but I do know this, that when we see as much that went wrong in that election, and there is no
00:37:15.540 investigation, a adamant refusal on the part of the FBI, the justice department, state, uh, investigators
00:37:22.640 themselves and law enforcement for no one, no one to investigate what happened with all of those ballots
00:37:29.740 that were being transported by the postal service, for example. I mean, that's outrageous. And as a
00:37:36.100 result, here we are, uh, more than a year later now, uh, with half the country still wanting to know
00:37:43.700 what happened and why all we want is the truth. And what we got, uh, was, uh, you know, I, I, an iron
00:37:52.440 curtain being dropped around, uh, our electoral system, uh, and, and that goes on, uh, your thoughts
00:38:00.280 about where we are and, and what's going on. Well, I, our number one, our number one threat to our
00:38:05.940 country is the media because what they have done, they've went, I call it going Fox on you. Uh, don't
00:38:11.700 go Fox on me. And, uh, and I've got that news, man, all conservative media has not wanted to talk
00:38:18.420 about the 2020 election. Um, right now, Lou, there is so many things that are manifested
00:38:24.460 from that with investigations. I'll give you an example. The race, the Racine County Sheriff's
00:38:31.160 Department in Wisconsin just finished a six month investigation of stuff that was being done in
00:38:37.420 nursing homes to get people's votes. That was over 60,000 votes and was Donald Trump only lost
00:38:43.440 Wisconsin by 20,000. Now that the racing County Sheriff, this is a sheriff's department, uh,
00:38:50.480 recommend to the attorney, to the County attorney now to press charges against the WEC in Wisconsin,
00:38:56.860 which is the Wisconsin election commission. Now this is in the Supreme court complaint,
00:39:02.420 which a lot of you out there probably don't even know that there's a Supreme court complaint ready for
00:39:06.960 the AGs, the attorneys general to sign in our country and get this to the Supreme court.
00:39:12.600 In this complaint is all thing, all examples like what's going on in Wisconsin. These are facts.
00:39:19.640 The Maricopa audit that came out 100%, 30 some thousand people that they use their names have
00:39:25.620 voted twice that pulls down those electors. I mean, all five States in question are, this is still going
00:39:32.300 on and it's massive. There's audits going on in every state. There's so much going on, but the,
00:39:38.180 the media does not, does not report these things, these, what do you call good things? And it's not
00:39:44.740 Lou, it's not, um, uh, you know, 70, 70 or 80, 80 million people that have questions. It's,
00:39:51.960 it's like 200 million people. And when I say that every day that goes by where you see the
00:39:57.960 manifestations of the 2020 election, when you talk about like, like, um, mandates and all these
00:40:04.120 things going on, Afghanistan, all these things, people are open now to, I'm talking people, not
00:40:09.900 parties. They're open to seeing the truth. They, they want to hear the truth. They want to, you
00:40:14.740 know, they need to demand the truth. Can you imagine having another, the 2022 election, we've got a
00:40:20.700 complete replacement for, for, uh, an election process that we put up on Frank speech.com. And this
00:40:27.120 has been worked on by a retired military and everything for replacement of this. And the people
00:40:32.420 don't hear about this. They need to hear that there is hope, Lou. Uh, absolutely. Uh, if you're
00:40:39.060 an American, uh, hope is a birthright, uh, and truth, uh, should be the, uh, you know, the absolute
00:40:46.760 responsibility of every citizen, uh, both to demand the truth from their government, uh, and for that
00:40:52.420 government to certainly deliver it. That's not happening. Unfortunately, our government is, uh,
00:40:58.140 is, has decided, uh, that is somehow some sort of authoritarian institution that doesn't have to
00:41:06.260 respond to the public. Uh, I think that's going to change. I hope in 2022 and certainly in 2024,
00:41:13.060 uh, let me, let me turn to, uh, Frank speech because you've been, that's the people have tried
00:41:20.220 in media are trying to block that out. Tell us about Frank speech, uh, what you're trying to get,
00:41:26.880 uh, get going and how it's, how it's going. Well, I started this spring when I realized that they
00:41:33.520 were not just, they weren't trying to cancel. They were trying to destroy my pillow, my income,
00:41:38.120 everything, the money cancel out the money. But in reality, I go, wait a minute, they're trying to
00:41:43.560 cancel my voice and all voices. You had podcasters get canceled. You had radio shows get canceled.
00:41:51.220 Uh, Lou, you got canceled. I mean, there's different people that got canceled that we were used to hearing
00:41:55.620 their voice. And all of a sudden there, you don't hear that. You don't hear anymore. Well, I said,
00:41:59.820 you know what? I need to start a platform where they won't be able to cancel me, whether it was by
00:42:04.780 Apple or whoever stopping or Amazon's servers or whatever. So I put to, I put tens of millions of
00:42:11.000 dollars into this platform, which now has manifested to about 8 million people watching it. We just had a,
00:42:17.780 we just had a thanks-a-thon over Thanksgiving where we're putting out news every day. And, uh,
00:42:23.940 and so our voices don't go out forever. Lou, I compared it to, here's what I always compare it
00:42:29.260 to. You know, back in the day, the old black and white TVs, all of a sudden you turn them off and
00:42:33.700 go down to that little tiny blue dot. And then you turn them back on just to see the dot or the TV
00:42:39.340 come back to life. And I, and I, I compare that to our voices here in this country. If you, you know,
00:42:46.280 um, I mean, there's a, there's a lot of cases now against for lawfare that scared that
00:42:50.960 it's called lawfare. It's where, um, Dominion and other, other voting companies or other machines
00:42:58.040 went after all these different outlets. And, and there's, um, we're in a case now, a couple of
00:43:03.700 cases, which, but the public probably doesn't even hear about it, uh, where citizens rose up and
00:43:09.000 went after those machines. Cause they were in fear. They got sent threatening letters, not to talk
00:43:13.700 about the 2020 election. They went and got home security system. Well, Alan Dershowitz is one of those
00:43:19.260 attorneys. And he said, it's going to be the most important. These are the most important cases in
00:43:24.740 history for our first amendment rights to free speech. When you can't talk about machines or
00:43:30.020 vaccines anymore. Um, you can't talk about both sides of issues. Uh, we've got a big problem in
00:43:36.080 our country. And then it's, we skipped right over socialism to communism then, and they're just
00:43:40.980 suppressing everything. That's what Frank speech is. It's to me, it's the, it's the, it's, I'm bringing
00:43:47.280 a podcast, so I'm bringing radio stations over everybody over. So they have a platform where
00:43:51.920 they can speak out to all, all issues. Yep. You know, in support of what you're saying,
00:43:57.820 uh, when we started the great America show, this podcast is absolutely independent. We didn't team
00:44:04.800 up with a big media company, uh, because I want it, uh, you know, I've, uh, if it's, if we get
00:44:12.660 canceled, it's going to be because we failed at our mission of informing the public. Um,
00:44:17.280 we're going to, uh, politically, we're not going to be shut down because, uh, we know,
00:44:22.740 we know who runs this thing and it isn't, uh, a big media company. It's not a left-wing corporate,
00:44:28.740 uh, uh, organization. Uh, it's not a one world outfit. You know, we're 100%, 100% American,
00:44:37.340 uh, and absolute, uh, defense and advocacy of the American citizen and family, uh, and this great
00:44:44.720 nation. And, uh, if, if that doesn't work, uh, then, you know, so be it, but we're not going to
00:44:51.080 be canceled because somebody doesn't like what I said, or a guest said, uh, it's just not going to
00:44:56.220 happen. Right. Right. Right. And that's the way, and that's what we need, Lou. We need, we need like
00:45:02.260 you and others to go out and don't let your, you know, if they cancel the voice over here, we've
00:45:07.600 got to, you've got to find alternative ways. It's, you know, what I said, this is where we're in
00:45:11.720 Lou. Do you remember the old commercial was a sham, a shampoo commercial back in the day? It said,
00:45:16.620 and they tell two friends and they tell two friends and so on and so on. It was a very famous
00:45:21.720 commercial. And I, a few, like about 10, 15 years ago, I was telling that, you know, with my
00:45:26.400 advertising, I said, you know, nowadays they tell two friends and they tell 500 friends and they tell
00:45:31.700 5,000, tell 5 million, tell 50 million. Well, they took that away, Lou. That's what they've
00:45:36.980 been doing this last year is they've been going, instead of you being to have our reach, they wanted
00:45:42.740 to bring it in to where you are only telling your list inner circle of friends, right? That's what
00:45:48.340 they wanted to reverse that. And they did it with social media suppression, mainstream media. Um, and
00:45:54.780 they've even attacked our conservative media because they're afraid to speak out on certain things
00:46:00.080 or they get sued law fair or they get, or you're a conspiracy theory guy. Like, uh, I've been called
00:46:06.380 that once or twice. You know what I mean? It's, you know, a conspiracy theory is a view of something,
00:46:13.120 a view of something as a citizen's right. Uh, and it's, and to label, uh, a, a view, a conspiracy theory,
00:46:22.400 uh, so that you can, uh, cancel, uh, that person or that person's view is outrageous. Uh, and we've
00:46:29.600 got so, uh, the country is so divided, uh, that this government of ours is getting away with things
00:46:36.380 that were, were impossible to contemplate even a decade ago. Uh, we're watching the left, uh, uh,
00:46:43.380 control free speech, uh, in too many cases. We're seeing some encouraging developments in that
00:46:49.340 regard. Frank speech, uh, dot com. It's, uh, you know, all the person has to do is go to
00:46:55.100 frank speech.com. Uh, is that not correct? That's all. That's right. It's really easy. You go there.
00:47:01.140 Uh, we can't, we, I have my own server, everything, and you can go there. You can go down to the Supreme
00:47:06.420 court complaint. You can see that you can, you can email your governor. I mean, your attorney general
00:47:11.520 to get on board. You've got the, um, the one, one of the things we have is the cause of America.

00:47:34.500 used to be on YouTube got canceled there. There now you put in a search and find your favorite
00:47:38.820 person. You can watch it there. So it's a big, it's, uh, it's a way to, uh, um, and you can see
00:47:45.320 the hope I can't stress that enough, Lou. Uh, you can see that there are things getting
00:47:50.100 done and like the replacement for the machines for the next election. And, and there, and
00:47:55.480 you can see, cause so many people are living in fear right now, but you know, you've, you
00:48:01.580 have not been afraid and, uh, you've been fearless despite being under attack from all directions.
00:48:07.140 I want to get your reaction to the president announcing he was going to take public through
00:48:12.580 a SPAC, uh, his social media, uh, site, uh, worth maybe around a billion dollars. That's
00:48:18.920 some of the discussion about what the valuation would be. And now all of a sudden the SEC wants
00:48:24.980 it to investigate, uh, the former president. I mean, there isn't anything the left won't
00:48:31.720 do to hound harass and try to shut this man down. And the American people, they think that
00:48:40.600 we're all fools. We, we see what this is. I mean, two impeachments, uh, FBI investigation
00:48:47.820 after FBI investigation, New York, Manhattan DA investigations, it goes on and on. And the
00:48:54.900 fact of the matter is it's nothing more than political persecution. And what is outrageous
00:48:59.660 to me, Mike is they're getting away with it because the, the conservatives in this country,
00:49:05.700 the, the, the, the great citizens of this country are not demanding that they shut this
00:49:11.060 down. Well, well, you know what, Lou, I don't believe that the, the average citizen is hearing
00:49:16.500 everything. And I blame your news maxes and Foxes of the world. I really do. Uh, this, for
00:49:22.060 example, I just got on, uh, Salem media now put up today. Mike Gallagher did a, uh, a show
00:49:28.860 with Sharona Bishop. She's just America's mom. She got her door bashed in by the FBI with a
00:49:34.560 battering ram with guns drawn, no charges. They came in there. She was homeschooling her child
00:49:39.660 because she speaks out for, uh, um, for the, uh, on the school board stuff in Colorado and against
00:49:45.600 their secretary of state on many issues, including election fraud. And they're trying to, they're
00:49:50.920 trying to demonize and say that anybody, any Trump supporter, uh, back in the day is, uh, this is
00:49:57.760 coming from, uh, Griswold, the secretary of state in Colorado saying that, and she's ahead of all
00:50:03.400 these other secretary of states of the Democrat party. And she's trying to say, if you're, if you
00:50:09.200 are for them, you are the enemy of the people and you are, and you are, um, trying to, um, um, you
00:50:14.920 know, rise up and do something terrible when they're in fact, they're already doing something terrible.
00:50:19.860 That's beyond anything we've ever seen. We skipped right over socialism to communism. I do believe

00:50:31.220 different raids in Colorado. And now they've done it in three other States, anybody, America's moms,
00:50:35.980 and he's speaking up, uh, for what they were trying to speak up. They want to scare them right
00:50:40.860 away, scare them into, so they don't, so they don't say anything. So they don't speak out,
00:50:45.900 but you're exactly right. It was, uh, uh, the conservative. I, I just believe that they're not
00:50:51.680 hearing. I believe they can't. I said this before I said, you know what? Uh, if you're going to fear
00:50:57.180 now, if you don't just have fear of the Lord and don't fear anything now, what are you waiting for
00:51:02.080 out there at people? Because there it's raining. It's like saving money for a rainy day. You're
00:51:06.820 going to save your courage for a rainy day. I'm telling you, it's pouring. Like you've never
00:51:11.700 poured. It's, it's, this is the, this is it. I mean, if you don't stand up now, then two years

00:51:28.360 that you've done to stand up? And she says only that I didn't start sooner. All right. Well, and
00:51:34.500 it's a great lesson for all of us. And it's one of the things that we talk about here. Uh, everybody's
00:51:39.680 talking about, uh, not everybody, but, uh, a lot of the strategists and so forth are talking about,
00:51:44.720 well, you know, in 2022, it's got, we're going to get this fixed, this fixed. And what I hear them
00:51:49.720 saying is they're going to put up some rhinos who are Republicans, uh, in name only, uh, which is,
00:51:56.280 has created immense problems for the Republican party. And I think for the Republic itself,
00:52:00.620 frankly, because we cannot count on the people elected to represent us, to represent the American
00:52:07.160 people instead of, uh, all of these varied interests. I mean, the rhinos are basically aligned
00:52:12.300 with the democratic party, which is aligned with corporate America. Uh, and, and they are working
00:52:18.060 against, uh, this great Republic and the American people. And if people are not good, the other
00:52:24.680 issue for me too, Mike is the American family. I I'm all about the American middle-class working
00:52:31.060 men and women, small business people. You don't have to worry about big business. They'll take
00:52:34.960 care of themselves. Don't worry. Uh, but small business in this country, and you were once a
00:52:41.040 small business, uh, it's just, I can't believe what they're doing. Uh, the Biden administration
00:52:48.300 in, you know, in less than a year has created more trouble for more people than I ever imagined.
00:52:56.100 And I was never a fan of his, but I never dreamed he could be this destructive of this great country.
00:53:02.040 Right. Well, I don't, I don't know. It's not, it's not just him. I believe the, uh, the CCP got
00:53:07.900 involved in this election. And I, it's like our great president, Donald Trump said, well, you know,
00:53:12.800 I was talking to him a couple of weeks ago and he was talking to some people and they said,
00:53:16.360 they asked him about 2022 and 2024. He said, there's not going to be a 2022 or 2024 unless you
00:53:23.380 fix 2021. And he said, look how much damage has been done to our country in a short 10 months,
00:53:31.400 in a short 10 months, which I want to bring up real quick here. So everybody knows you can go
00:53:36.280 everybody. You can go to frankspeech.com. We have, or in the, to replace the election system,
00:53:43.260 it's not going to take much because it's, they're all done at the County level and at that level.
00:53:48.420 And we have a whole plan laid out with this new, which I think whether you're a person,
00:53:53.360 whether you're a Democrat or Republican or independent, whatever you are, you're going to
00:53:56.900 want this, you're going to want to see this replacement because we can't get our country back

00:54:14.620 party. Um, but we have to be able to elect officials, people that are for the people. And
