00:00:34.140 reported that the U.S. and Chinese defense ministers met over the weekend, the journal
00:00:39.320 also blared the headline that the two officials dialed down tensions over Taiwan. I don't think
00:00:47.080 so. The Daily Mail and other outlets reported these remarks from the Chinese defense minister
00:00:53.380 to Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin. Quote, if anyone dares to split Taiwan from China,
00:01:01.080 the Chinese army will definitely not hesitate to start a war no matter the cost. That doesn't
00:01:07.800 sound much like a dial down to me. How about you? And for his part, Austin pointed out that a quote,
00:01:14.400 steady increase in provocative and destabilizing military activity near Taiwan is an almost daily
00:01:22.280 occurrence. The PRC military flights approaching Taiwan just keep coming. The Chinese rhetoric in
00:01:29.940 return, China will smash to smithereens any Taiwanese independence. End quote. Dial down? I don't think
00:01:39.960 so. Again, Austin should have walked out of that meeting, by the way. But of course, he just sat and
00:01:45.860 listened to the insults because he's a deep state tool and works for the demented Biden White House.
00:01:52.280 We should, and we do, watch him carefully. As for his boss, President Biden had a boffo time in Los
00:01:59.300 Angeles at the Summit of the Americas, except that everyone seemed to ignore the host, Joe Biden. The

00:02:13.940 crowd, everyone absolutely ignoring him, and Biden staring off into the distance, lost and mortally
00:02:23.060 embarrassing to the United States of America. Only Marxist Dems and the corporate media and a few
00:02:29.620 rhinos pretend still that the puppet Biden is a real president, unimpaired and in charge.

00:04:38.840 Mrs. Clinton, this means you're about to turn yourself in. And so here we are, the Marxists left for more

00:05:57.480 You made a lot of headlines. Your picture was everywhere this week as you were demonstrating to
00:06:05.680 the House Judiciary Committee and your colleagues on that committee how the gun bill would affect
00:06:12.260 various magazines and you yourself holding up a couple of sidearms. That upset a couple of folks
00:06:22.600 on that committee, didn't it? Yeah, it's amazing how the Democrats don't like to, they like to take
00:06:29.120 your guns away and talk about how horrible everything is. And, but when you actually are trying to show
00:06:34.360 them the impacts of the bills that they're passing, they don't want to have anything to do with it
00:06:39.520 because it shows the American people how absurd a magazine ban of more than 10 rounds in a magazine
00:06:45.240 is and how that affects handguns, not just rifles. They want to keep talking about these
00:06:50.560 semi-automatic rifles, but the way that the bill is drafted is it's all magazines. So it would affect
00:06:58.460 every handgun that takes more than 10 round magazine. And that's being done in a number of states,
00:07:04.160 including this, for example, the state of New Jersey, where you set a limit on 10 round
00:07:09.880 magazines. You still have a weapon that can fire extraordinary bursts. I mean, 10, 10 rounds,
00:07:18.800 flip the magazine, you're back in business. I just think these people are really missing the point
00:07:24.680 while they get off on these, these cul-de-sacs talking about banning various weapons and handguns and
00:07:32.120 rifles. And the fact of the matter is this is about, this is about mental health, our public school
00:07:40.360 system. And I'm not talking about just simply the security of those schools, although that's the
00:07:44.480 most important, but I'm thinking right now that there has to be some basis for our schools to deal
00:07:52.860 with a student who is as deeply troubled as the young man in Ovalde, Texas. And, and no one paid
00:08:02.720 any attention to the fact that two, both of his parents were felons, that his grandfather was a
00:08:08.180 felon. He had all sorts of clear, clear indications of a troubled mind and soul.
00:08:16.120 Yeah. And there was a recent Christians today article, um, that went through the statistics
00:08:23.320 of 75%, I believe was the number, but it was close to that 75, 78% of mass shooters are fatherless.
00:08:31.980 Um, 80% of those that commit crimes, um, with a firearm come from fatherless homes. I mean,
00:08:40.000 you're right. That is the things that we should be focused on fixing in this country
00:08:43.500 is the problems that our youth is facing, especially those that have, um, fatherless homes
00:08:50.960 or split homes. And there's not a father figure in, in the family household unit and making sure
00:08:56.440 that those children have an adult, uh, respected person of integrity. Uh, that's a father figure
00:09:02.820 in their life to be able to guide them through whether that's something the schools take a part
00:09:06.680 on, or our churches need to be more active in is part of the debate that we need to have,
00:09:10.740 not taking away certain magazine sizes and taking away certain rifles, just because that was the
00:09:18.320 tool that was used to cause the destruction. Uh, they can use a pressure cooker. They can use
00:09:23.900 a vehicle, you know, that gentleman killed a whole bunch of people in Wisconsin by mowing them over
00:09:29.160 with his vehicle. It's not the tool. That's the problem. It's the, the mental health and the issues
00:09:34.680 that these individuals are facing and ensuring that on the other side of that, that the places
00:09:40.860 where people gather like schools should be a place that is protected. Yeah. And I, as a gun owner
00:09:48.180 myself, I deeply resent, uh, being considered so limited, uh, in intellect by the Marxist left
00:09:56.920 that I would ignore the fact that they have been lying as a party, uh, for the better part of 20
00:10:04.000 years in this country about firearm safety, but also they persecuted a president. They tried to frame
00:10:10.560 him, uh, created the lies and the conspiracy that drove the public narrative that drifted over to,
00:10:16.860 uh, was injected into, uh, corporate as media as they persecuted, uh, president Trump for now entering the
00:10:25.680 seventh year of his public, uh, career in politics. Uh, really we're going to turn over our guns. So
00:10:35.280 these idiots, uh, can continue this conduct, this behavior. I don't think so. And if any, if anyone
00:10:43.000 needed to have, uh, guns to defend themselves, their home, their loved ones, uh, in this country,
00:10:49.380 it is now because this government is behaving, uh, as anti-American as anti-citizen as was ever even
00:10:57.700 imaginable in the entire history of this country. Well, and if you kept watching my presentation in
00:11:04.100 the judiciary committee, after I had made the demonstration of all these guns would be banned
00:11:08.140 under this bill, I said, now let's talk about the policy. All of these cities that already have
00:11:13.800 these bands, Chicago, Washington DC, New York city, New York state have higher crime rates using
00:11:21.500 firearms than States like Florida, where there's freedom and concealed carry and very few limits
00:11:27.000 on firearm ownership and guns. And I even compared sit big cities in Florida, the biggest city
00:11:32.920 in Florida is Jacksonville. And it was three and four times less likely to die by a firearm in
00:11:38.800 Jacksonville than you would be in Washington DC or New York city or in Chicago. And these are
00:11:42.840 municipalities and jurisdictions that have all of these laws that Congress is trying to pass.
00:11:47.860 So if it, if it actually worked, then there would be facts and evidence to show that the
00:11:53.220 jurisdictions that pass these laws had lower crime rates. And that's just not the case.
00:11:57.640 Yeah. And the ignorance of the left is, is manifest and it's also contrived. Uh, they pretend to be
00:12:04.440 worried about weapons because they don't want to acknowledge that they should be worried about those
00:12:09.640 fatherless homes. Those single family parents of children who are, uh, uh, really, uh, I, I, I,
00:12:17.720 just a incident of, of, uh, well, disruptive behavior for the child, uh, the, the prognosis for
00:12:26.680 health and, uh, prosperity and his career or her career, uh, it's, it's extremely limited with that
00:12:34.120 kind of start in life. And we've got to acknowledge that the left has to take responsibility for this
00:12:41.840 permissive, uh, and rabidly tolerant society that we've created when it comes to a lack of discipline
00:12:50.400 in our schools, a lack of respect for laws. But then again, the Marxist left, uh, and leadership of
00:12:57.800 the democratic party ignores laws right now before the American people, they lie, they cheat, they steal.
00:13:04.360 What kind of, what message is that to our young people? Yeah, you're exactly right. And, and the
00:13:12.080 moment we took God out of the schools and we did all of these things and they continue to march down
00:13:17.480 this direction. And you're right. The Democrats don't want to talk about it because if you look
00:13:21.960 at the majority of the population, a large segment of the African-American population, uh, is fatherless.
00:13:29.360 And then you, if, if you start having that conversation, the less just gonna label you as
00:13:34.500 racist and, and it goes that direction by calling you names. I thought it was very interesting after
00:13:40.600 that hearing that not a single Democrat or mainstream media or anyone questioned the facts
00:13:47.640 and questions, the things that I said, they labeled me insensitive. They called me names. They said,
00:13:53.440 how dare I bring a firearm in a committee hearing, which it was via zoom in my house. It wasn't about
00:13:59.020 the issues. It wasn't about the evidence. It wasn't about the facts because they don't have
00:14:01.840 a rebut to that. It was okay. We're just going to resort to name calling and labeling this person
00:14:07.120 as a insensitive. And how dare somebody would do that in a committee hearing and so on and so forth.
00:14:12.840 Instead of saying, Oh, you know what? Everything that he said is factually accurate. It's based
00:14:16.300 on statistics is based on facts. He's got a point. And the last thing the left wants is to acknowledge
00:14:23.320 that, uh, that, uh, that Republicans have a point. And it seems to me that so few Republicans will
00:14:31.440 stand up and say, you're going to listen to me. You're going to listen to the facts. And I'm not going
00:14:36.320 to put up with your nonsense talking about, uh, handguns and rifles and the right to bear arms in
00:14:42.640 this country, because you'd have forfeited any moral standing to lecture the rest of us.
00:14:50.440 Every Democrat in the country has lost that standing because they perpetrated a fraud, uh,
00:14:55.860 a rigged election, and they knew exactly what they were doing. And they continue to push for the,
00:15:02.400 to attack what is America and our American institutions. I really mean, I don't understand.
00:15:10.080 I mean, look at the Sussman trial. The man is accused of lying to the FBI. The jurors and
00:15:16.020 questioning after they acquitted him said, well, yeah, we figured he was lying, but you know,
00:15:20.960 they're bigger fish to fry, I think is the way one of them put it. Uh, and why should you waste our
00:15:25.540 time with that? None of them said that before the, before the trial, but they said it afterwards.
00:15:32.400 And those bigger fish to fry need to be fried. Hillary Clinton, James Comey, Peter Strzok,
00:15:38.160 all of these people that used our intelligence operation services and our justice system to
00:15:45.960 surveil on American citizens and to perpetuate what we now know was completely false that the Trump
00:15:52.900 campaign colluded with Russia, uh, to change the outcome of the election information that was
00:15:57.560 completely peddled by an opposing candidates campaign. And none of those people have been
00:16:03.700 held accountable for that. One of the frustrations I've had as a member of the judiciary committee is
00:16:08.240 Durham hasn't, there's, there hasn't been any significant major actors who, who literally use
00:16:14.860 the FISA system to surveil American citizens. And how is that not illegal to, to take information that
00:16:22.040 they know or should have known is false. And then use that as a basis to lie to a court, to get a
00:16:29.780 warrant, to surveil on the American people in a secret process. I mean, you, you can't make this stuff
00:16:35.480 up. And what's frustrating is I can tell you that the people in my district are frustrated that nobody's
00:16:41.000 been held accountable for that. I I'm frustrated. And I sure hope that when we take the majority back,
00:16:46.320 we're going to use the oversight power of the house in the majority as Republicans to do investigations
00:16:52.540 on all this and flush this out to the American people. I know that this administration, this DOJ
00:16:56.580 is not going to charge any of these people, but we can, we can get, put the evidence before the
00:17:01.560 American people and let them decide. And hopefully in 2024, when the Republicans take over the white
00:17:06.720 house, there can be some justice for some of this stuff that happened. You know, there's a credibility
00:17:11.460 problem for the Republican leadership in the house as well, because for two years with control of the
00:17:17.280 house and the Senate, what happened to president Trump? There was no stand, no one stood up for the
00:17:25.960 man as he was being charged for, he was the victim of the most absurd conspiracy in the history of the
00:17:34.080 country. And the Republican party was silent throughout. And people are being asked now to vote
00:17:41.020 Republican and they will, I'm sure, because it's going to be a wave election and that's what they
00:17:44.880 should do. But the truth is the leadership, Kevin McCarthy and Mitch McConnell. Are you kidding me?
00:17:51.340 Well, I tell you, if we don't, and if we don't govern conservatively, when we take the house back,
00:17:56.660 it'll be just like when Paul Ryan was speaker, we will lose the house very quickly thereafter,
00:18:01.660 because the American people and the conservatives that have put us into office and given us the
00:18:05.700 majority expect us to govern conservatively for us to do the things that we've said that we're
00:18:11.000 going to do on immigration and all of the things that we're going to stop on, on oversight and all
00:18:15.800 the things that we're going to do. And if we don't do that, I can guarantee the American people are
00:18:19.420 going to kick us out. So hopefully, uh, the new leadership that will be elected has learned those
00:18:24.680 lessons. And thankfully there's going to be a lot of conservative Republican members that have,
00:18:30.100 have come in post Trump or during Trump. They're going to help push the party to the right
00:18:35.380 and to conservatism. We have a, we have a Republic at stake, but I've got a feeling that a lot of
00:18:41.680 rhinos in your conference think it is, and they intend to play it that way. And amongst those may
00:18:46.920 be Kevin McCarthy. Well, you're right. The future of this nation is dependent on, on these midterm
00:18:53.340 elections. Uh, the, the things that this, this administration has done to completely destroy
00:18:59.020 our country from within, uh, we're turning into a dictatorship, a socialized nation, a communist
00:19:05.600 nation by the policies that they put in place. We've gone from energy independent to energy
00:19:09.980 dependent. We've, we have record inflation. We have an invasion of our Southern border. And this
00:19:14.740 administration's completely, uh, ignoring federal law and holding these people accountable and
00:19:20.020 deporting people that a court has said to deport. And when this new Congress gets elected,
00:19:25.060 uh, there is going to be a lot of conversation about those rules, but I want to wait until we
00:19:29.400 get a bunch more conservatives. They're going to be elected in a lot of these primaries, uh, to do
00:19:33.860 that after November in, in, in, uh, anticipation of the January swearing in. So December timeframe is
00:19:40.820 when all those rules in the beginning of January is when all those rules are established. And we'll have
00:19:44.480 a lot more reinforcements, uh, at that point in time. I know you, you, you folks aren't in the
00:19:50.360 Republicans aren't in charge, but I got to tell you every time Sheila Jackson at least says
00:19:54.480 something like she did about handguns and admonishing you for, uh, handling a gun in your
00:20:00.060 own home and in the committee, when that was salient, uh, it was absolutely on point and
00:20:06.300 important. Uh, it's, it's time to, to say, I don't want to talk about guns until you talk about
00:20:12.600 securing our schools. I don't want to talk about guns until you start talking about mental health,
00:20:18.140 because these fools are used to people having to sit there and listen to their ignorance.
00:20:22.400 And it's time. It is time to end that, uh, pretend, uh, party of, uh, you know, loyal opposition,
00:20:30.500 give them what they gave the Republicans. And that is give them hell because this is,
00:20:36.660 this is just too important. The GOP is filled with a bunch of, I said, rhinos, but
00:20:42.640 somebody needs to speak up and it's okay to be loud and it's okay to be direct. Don't you think?

00:20:54.960 on the floor, I'll continue to fighting on the floor and calling them out for all of these things.

00:21:06.800 five minutes. Uh, so there's a whole bunch of other things in that bill that I think the American
00:21:11.020 people need to know. I don't think there is a single thing in that bill that should be passed.

00:21:21.560 here. The second amendment is right now, all that law abiding citizens have standing between them
00:21:28.700 and anarchy. Uh, and you know it, I know it. And the American people know it when hopefully more
00:21:35.500 Republican senators will get that message in the next couple of weeks. Oh, those senators, man. Oh man.
00:21:40.800 That's a whole nother kettle of fish. Uh, those are some of the weakest, weakest spineless rhinos
00:21:49.340 imaginable. 40 of them voted for a no fly zone, as you know, or over, over Ukraine, which would
00:21:57.020 have been put and told everybody it's a, it's a implied act of war and implicit, uh, act of war.
00:22:06.120 Yet they went for it. I don't know what to make of them, but I do know this. You're doing the Lord's
00:22:11.660 work. And I want to move on to a couple of other subjects, including, uh, the, the president,
00:22:17.920 president Biden, we're told. Congressman is furious that he trails the lowest levels of Trump's
00:22:24.900 presidency in the polls. Uh, he's, uh, apparently this, we have it on good authority. I'm told
00:22:31.360 being kept out of the loop and the baby formula crisis that explains why it took him five months
00:22:37.780 before he even got a whiff of what the baby formula shortage was. And he hates being compared to Jimmy
00:22:45.040 Carter. I've got news for president Biden. He doesn't compare to Jimmy Carter. He's far worse
00:22:51.020 than Jimmy Carter. Your thoughts. Yeah, absolutely. And I I'm not shocked at all that he's out of the
00:22:57.420 loop. Um, because he doesn't seem to really understand a lot of things that are going on.
00:23:03.120 Uh, he's reading a teleprompter at all of his speeches. And when he goes off the cuff, he says
00:23:07.920 things that the white house press secretary hours later has to run down and give a briefing to correct
00:23:14.600 his statements. Uh, it's, I, I, I've certainly in my lifetime and I'm not, um, as an elder statesman
00:23:22.720 to some of my colleagues in the house, but, uh, in my lifetime, I have never seen the economy as bad
00:23:27.560 as it is inflationary numbers where we are gas prices to the level that we are. And you have an
00:23:34.020 administration that is actively not doing anything to help. Um, all they got to do is open up, uh,
00:23:40.780 domestic production of oil and gas and gas prices will go down. Inflation will go down because so much
00:23:46.480 of inflationary costs is based on the fact that it, it takes diesel fuel to take the truck to get the
00:23:51.620 goods to the places where people are shopping. And this administration will do nothing, uh, is now
00:23:57.000 begging our, our enemies in Venezuela, uh, and Iran and other places to, to produce more oil, to lower
00:24:06.180 the amount of gas. And we can do it right here. And so it's, it's just issue after issue. I mean,
00:24:10.380 you could, you could talk for an hour, just about immigration. You could talk about inflation. You
00:24:14.540 could talk about Afghanistan. You could talk about all of the things that they could have done in
00:24:18.480 Ukraine and they didn't. Um, and the American people are seeing it, which is why his numbers
00:24:22.980 are so, so low when everyday Americans are, are living paycheck to paycheck and now can't afford
00:24:29.860 to go to work because of the cost of goods, the cost of gas, the cost of eggs, the cost of milk,
00:24:34.980 and all of these things, mothers can't get baby formula. I mean, you would think that those would
00:24:39.500 be articles about a third world country. And we're talking about the United States and it is all
00:24:43.960 because of the leadership of the democratic left house, Senate, and this, this administration.
00:24:49.520 Absolutely. And now we have a caravan of up to 15,000 illegal immigrants headed through Mexico
00:24:58.140 toward our Southern border. I had a Biden summit of the Americas being held in Los Angeles. Now
00:25:04.960 Biden's got to be heartbroken. He just found out Manuel Lopez Obrador, the president of Mexico won't
00:25:11.200 be attending in solidarity, uh, with Cuba and Venezuela. And you know, the list goes on. We have
00:25:18.820 a left wing hemisphere building right now, and it's beginning to bubble and boil. And if this president
00:25:27.160 thinks he's screwed up to this point, he has another thing coming and the fools who are keeping that border
00:25:32.920 open, there are two reasons. One, they want to bring in free labor. And number two, they want votes.
00:25:40.800 And if we don't have the guts to shut this nonsense down and take on this issue, uh, the country,
00:25:47.240 the country could be lost because this is now a very serious, uh, invasion and there is no other
00:25:55.040 word for it. The Dems are pro cartel. They're pro sex trafficking, pro illegal immigration. A they are
00:26:02.520 pro deadly drugs with their policies on the border and, you know, let them, let them pray is all I
00:26:11.320 will say. Well, that's absolutely the intention of the democratic party is to allow as many illegals in
00:26:17.160 as possible. And their number one priority in the house and their number one priority in the Senate is
00:26:21.580 HR one and S one, which would disallow and make illegal States like Florida who have voter ID laws
00:26:28.480 and 27 other States like it because they you're right. They want to let all these people in and then let them
00:26:33.340 vote because they know the majority of them will vote for them because they're letting them in. And the other
00:26:37.600 piece of that, not just that is the voting and the democracy and the issues that come with that, but these
00:26:43.180 are real life and death issues that are coming across the border. The number one cause of death right now
00:26:48.220 between those ages of 18 and 45 is fentanyl overdoses. And all of the fentanyl comes in through the
00:26:54.340 Southern border. There was enough just in, since Biden has been president, there's been enough
00:26:58.380 confiscated that could kill every American six times. So, you know, that's where it's coming in
00:27:03.620 at. And it's now a leading cause of death in our country. And yet not a single Democrat is talking
00:27:08.860 about the fact that all of this fentanyl is coming into the Southern border and people are dying and

00:28:06.020 it for the moment, we're looking at one of the most perilous, you know, I think the most perilous
00:28:12.400 point in this country since World War II. And we really have, and we have idiots for leaders, whether
00:28:20.900 it's the Democrats or whether it's the Republicans, and we've got to do better than that. And we've got to
00:28:25.200 do it very, very soon. I just want to turn very quickly to the Dems and the January 6 issues, an
00:28:34.080 investigation of Congressman Nell's office for crying out loud by the Capitol Hill police. There is almost no
00:28:42.120 discussion of it, an intrusion by the Capitol police into his office, and then a cover-up, what appears
00:28:50.540 to me to be clearly a cover-up by the Capitol Police Department. Well, the January 6 committee is a
00:28:57.360 complete and utter sham. It's not a legitimate committee. The members that Kevin McCarthy wanted
00:29:02.700 to put on there, Pelosi wouldn't let him put on there. There's way more Democrats than Republicans.
00:29:07.420 Typically, committees like this, like the Ethics Committee, has equal number of representation of
00:29:12.020 Republicans and Democrats. And each side's leadership process gets the opportunity to appoint those
00:29:18.080 people from the beginning. It's a sham. It was clearly created for a political purpose, to keep
00:29:23.620 reminding the American people and creating this dialogue of things that never really occurred.
00:29:30.660 If there's nothing to hide, why has Speaker Pelosi not made public all of the video camera footage from
00:29:37.740 that day? Why has she not done that? Why has she not given Republicans after we've requested
00:29:42.440 her communication leading up to and on that day? All of those things, if that was a genuine,
00:29:48.500 legitimate committee, they would be investigating those things and not trying to go after members of,
00:29:55.300 fellow members of their house, going through cell phone records, going through all of these things,
00:30:00.660 and there was no crime that was committed by President Trump on that day. I have read his
00:30:06.460 transcript. I listened to his speech. He didn't tell people to go down there and raid the Capitol.
00:30:11.900 He said to peacefully and patriotically let their voices be heard. And yet they're going to keep
00:30:16.680 talking about this for as long as they can, because they can't talk about the direction of the country.

00:31:46.600 surface wants Tom Rice to be reelected in South Carolina. And then he says the Republicans didn't
00:31:53.940 have the guts to impeach Donald Trump. The idiot rhino Ryan didn't take note of the fact that the
00:32:03.100 impeachment was as big a fraud as a special counsel, that he was innocent of any charge,
00:32:08.960 and that he was not impeached. What in the world? What is he playing at? Is he trying to run for
00:32:16.140 president? This fool? He certainly wouldn't win the Republican nomination. That's for sure.
00:32:22.880 And the first impeachment process that I sat through, because I'm on the Judiciary Committee,
00:32:28.380 I sat through both of them, was was literally based on a phone call to a foreign leader. You
00:32:34.420 have all of these federal laws that this administration are completely ignoring and
00:32:38.960 willfully violating at the border and willfully violating federal law. Yet they impeached
00:32:44.620 President Trump over a phone call. It's it's it's quite catastrophic where we are in our country
00:32:51.240 right now. And the things that were done to Trump because of the hatred for him by the left,
00:32:57.120 uh, I think the American people have seen that. And I hope that we're going to be vindicated
00:33:01.740 in this November. And then when the presidential elections are up in 24 and I, and bringing it back
00:33:08.360 to your original point, the surveillance state has been weaponized. The FBI knew exactly what was
00:33:16.320 happening throughout. It is a lost and corrupt organization and no one wants to say it out loud.

00:34:20.900 if he was going to treat the people that went into the department of interior, the same way he's
00:34:25.120 treated the people that trespassed on January 6th in the Capitol. And he didn't even know what had
00:34:30.500 happened at the department of interior and then follow-up letters to that of course have been ignored.
00:34:34.340 So you have, you have an agency and a department of justice who are willfully going after, um,
00:34:41.360 conservatives and parents at school board meetings and all of these things and ignoring
00:34:46.560 crimes that have been committed by the left.
