00:00:00.000 Hello, everybody, and welcome to The Great America Show.
00:00:05.140 It's great to have you with us today.
00:00:07.200 January 6th has been something that's been at the forefront of the Marxist Dems topic
00:00:11.440 of conversation since the day it happened.
00:00:14.780 They're trying to put Donald Trump in jail in it in D.C. for Donald Trump in jail in
00:00:19.400 D.C. for it.
00:00:21.040 They've got hundreds of political prisoners that still sit in the D.C.
00:00:24.740 gulag today.
00:00:25.960 Hundreds who have been charged and overcharged for things that they should have never been
00:00:29.960 charged in the first place, especially after what we saw that happen during the summer
00:00:33.840 of love, where Black Lives Matter absolutely destroyed massive cities across this country.
00:00:39.420 Minneapolis, for one, causing hundreds of millions of dollars of damage across this country,
00:00:43.420 burning down police stations, occupying territories and streets and not letting people go about
00:00:48.080 their day.
00:00:48.960 Yet the January 6th people are the insurrectionists.
00:00:51.580 They're the domestic terrorists.
00:00:52.760 They're the biggest threat to this democracy that this nation has ever seen.
00:00:56.860 Not Kamala Harris, who just stole a nomination from Joe Biden over the summer.
00:01:01.240 That's not democracy.
00:01:02.480 That's just, I guess, democracy in action, we'll call that.
00:01:05.300 I want to bring in our guest today.
00:01:06.940 Our guest today is someone who is very familiar with January 6th and the insurrection that was.
00:01:11.740 She's a 67-year-old mother and grandmother from Bristol, New Hampshire.
00:01:15.520 Her name is Cindy Young.
00:01:17.200 Cindy was charged and convicted on charges of entering and remaining in the U.S.
00:01:20.520 Capitol on January 6th.
00:01:21.540 She was found guilty by a group of her peers at a trial on four misdemeanor charges on August
00:01:27.360 9th of this summer.
00:01:28.920 Her upcoming sentence is scheduled for November 21st.
00:01:32.620 Prior to this happening, Cindy authored a book.
00:01:35.020 It was called Out of the Fog, which is a memoir that details her survival of a plane crash
00:01:39.120 that occurred on Nantucket Island in 1958.
00:01:42.940 She was one of 10 people who survived the crash.
00:01:45.640 She was with her mother who did not survive the crash at the time.
00:01:48.560 Interesting passengers that were on her flight included Gordon Dean, former head of the
00:01:53.720 Automate Energy Commission.
00:01:55.960 Dean was well known for his work with Oppenheimer, ushering and developing the hydrogen bond.
00:02:00.980 Dean's presence on the flight made headlines across the nation when he became one of the
00:02:04.800 24 fatally killed in that crash.
00:02:07.840 Cindy, it's great to have you with us.
00:02:09.620 I mean, your story is unbelievable.
00:02:11.260 I met you and I'd spoken with you a little bit on a Twitter spaces with a fellow J6 insurrectionist.
00:02:16.980 I want to get to that story about the plane crash and everything that transpired and makes
00:02:21.780 your life a very interesting one, I should say.
00:02:25.860 I want to start with that day, though, of January 6th and sort of work backwards here.
00:02:31.600 First of all, from New Hampshire, what made you go to the Capitol on that day?
00:02:36.080 What made you go to D.C. that day?
00:02:38.320 Well, like many that were there that day, I felt that our country was at a crossroad.
00:02:45.840 I wanted to see our president speak.
00:02:48.600 I had deep concerns over an election that I felt was fraudulent.
00:02:53.700 I wanted to be there that day to see how Pence would react to the electors coming in.
00:03:02.220 Some of them were being some of the electors were saying they didn't want to certify the
00:03:06.860 vote.
00:03:08.180 I think Arizona.
00:03:09.580 So I wanted to be there that day.
00:03:12.460 I wanted my voice to be heard.
00:03:14.600 And I had always believed that with our government, if you have an issue, you bring it to the
00:03:20.800 government and you bring you redress your grievances with those in charge.
00:03:26.420 Yeah.
00:03:26.560 I mean, I don't think that's completely unreasonable to say.
00:03:29.380 I first of all, I mean, we're Americans.
00:03:32.280 We're free to go wherever we like with with obviously within boundaries.
00:03:36.000 Right.
00:03:36.240 You're not going to break into the White House.
00:03:37.700 You're not going to break into Area 51.
00:03:39.200 But we're free as Americans to travel about our everyday lives and do as we want, as long
00:03:43.720 as we're following the law.
00:03:45.000 The last I checked, showing up to outside Capitol grounds, also going into even the Capitol,
00:03:53.000 I think is a fine area.
00:03:54.120 It's called the People's House for a reason.
00:03:56.960 We pay for it.
00:03:57.980 Well, there's not even that.
00:03:58.860 I mean, the issues surrounded are just, I mean, enormous.
00:04:02.640 Capitol Police welcoming people into the Capitol.
00:04:05.240 I mean, it's like going to a nightclub and then the bouncer letting you in the club and
00:04:08.940 then the whole place getting shut down and say, well, what the hell were you doing in
00:04:12.700 here in the first place?
00:04:13.500 Well, the bouncer let me in.
00:04:14.800 That's a whole different story.
00:04:16.340 But as Americans, I mean, I often say this on the show.
00:04:19.800 We have every right to question everything because of everything we've seen since 2015,
00:04:24.480 2016, when President Trump came down that escalator.
00:04:27.040 His campaign was spied upon.
00:04:29.460 He had a presidency that was undermined at every single quarter, every quarter from people
00:04:34.320 inside his operation to people outside the Marxist Dems impeaching him twice.
00:04:38.480 I mean, the list goes on and on.
00:04:39.980 And as you and I were talking before this interview, I mean, it makes people even question for as
00:04:44.580 far back as JFK being assassinated, as 9-11, the motives and what exactly happened on that
00:04:49.880 day.
00:04:51.320 It's truly unbelievable.
00:04:52.860 So I just want to go back to your story.
00:04:54.680 I just had to get that off my chest because it really, truly troubles me.
00:04:57.920 Yeah.
00:04:58.060 We went to the Capitol on that day.
00:04:59.840 What'd you do when you got there?
00:05:01.820 When I got there, I walked onto the grounds.
00:05:04.320 I didn't see those signs that they say were present saying that the area was posted.
00:05:09.900 I think that they had been taken down prior to me getting to the grounds.
00:05:14.140 I got there fairly early.
00:05:15.340 And being a person that's short in statute, I got up on a wall so I could see the crowd
00:05:23.540 building.
00:05:24.180 I mean, I'm from Nantucket.
00:05:26.640 We'll get into that.
00:05:27.540 It's a small island.
00:05:29.080 Right.
00:05:29.360 See a crowd that massive was just amazing to me.
00:05:34.220 And there were millions there, not just thousands.
00:05:37.240 There were, I would say, more than a million.
00:05:39.380 So anyway, I got up on the wall to watch what was going on, and then I started to hear the
00:05:46.120 flashbangs and gas and bullets, rubber bullets.
00:05:50.860 And what I believe happened that day was that the crowd was intentionally stirred up into a
00:05:59.540 frenzy.
00:06:00.360 I think that was the intention.
00:06:02.280 And that's exactly what happened.
00:06:04.040 When people get shot at, and you're being shot at by people that you support, we back
00:06:11.540 the blue Trump supporters like police.
00:06:15.400 Why were they shot at you?
00:06:16.840 I think not only were they provoked, but I think your group of people were infiltrated,
00:06:23.200 too, as we now learn from the inspector general, whose report coincidentally is not coming out
00:06:28.880 until after the election.
00:06:30.020 And if Dr. Bill loses, we will never see that report.
00:06:33.360 I can guarantee every single person, every million of you people listening to this show
00:06:37.200 right now, we will never see that report.
00:06:40.180 So you were sitting on a wall, standing on a wall outside.
00:06:42.800 I got to say, I was at the Trump rally before the Capitol.
00:06:48.240 I didn't make it to the Capitol.
00:06:49.440 I'm kind of happy I didn't.
00:06:51.000 I'm glad you didn't.
00:06:51.840 What would have happened to me?
00:06:52.860 But I was there reporting for Fox Business for Lute Ops Night at the time.
00:06:56.340 And I got to be honest with you.
00:06:57.760 I mean, it was unbelievable, you know, the optimism, the people there.
00:07:02.900 And I was going around interviewing people and I was talking to everyone was happy.
00:07:06.900 You know, I had people following me around with a megaphone harassing me, saying, you
00:07:11.180 know, Fox News is liberal.
00:07:12.540 And I'd stop and I'd talk with him and say, trust me, if you watch Lou Dobbs, you know
00:07:16.380 Lou Dobbs is not liberal.
00:07:17.480 And, you know, we were having good fun.
00:07:20.040 Me and my photographer, we walked around for about an hour or two.
00:07:22.840 We interviewed people.
00:07:24.280 We got in the car.
00:07:25.180 He dropped me back off at Fox News.
00:07:26.540 And then all of a sudden I hear like, and now the Fox News studio is literally right next
00:07:31.160 to the Capitol, right next to Union Station.
00:07:32.860 So it's, you know, all in close proximity.
00:07:34.700 And I find out all this stuff is going on.
00:07:37.860 And I'm like, well, I mean, I was just there.
00:07:39.820 Everything was fine, completely normal.
00:07:42.140 And it was within an hour, Cindy, of me leaving that rally to getting back to the Fox News studios.
00:07:48.520 And I'm like, there's no way in that short hour period, these people who I just met with
00:07:54.640 a lot of them and spoke with who are all happy and calm are now at the Capitol burning the
00:07:59.380 damn place down.
00:08:00.180 And it's something, Cindy, that people aren't talking about.
00:08:03.280 So were you at the Trump rally and then walked up to the Capitol or were you at the Capitol?
00:08:08.080 I was at the Trump rally and I left it before he finished speaking.
00:08:13.240 He had just made the statement that we were going to walk peacefully and he was going to
00:08:19.220 walk with us.
00:08:19.920 That's what I remember him saying.
00:08:22.160 So, you know, off I had met a person on the bus that was from a town near me.
00:08:27.780 He was the only person I knew that day.
00:08:30.260 I was by myself.
00:08:31.700 And so we decided we were going to walk toward the Capitol.
00:08:34.960 And when we got there, we got separated.
00:08:39.260 So he was the only person I knew.
00:08:42.380 And I spent my time that day trying to reconnect with him and just find him because I felt safer
00:08:49.720 with him.
00:08:51.160 But anyway, I ended up making my way into the Capitol.
00:08:55.820 I went through the Senate wing and I got in there pretty early on.
00:09:01.900 I was I remember walking side by side with Jacobs Chansley on Constitution Ave, I think it was.
00:09:10.520 And I thought you welcome into the Capitol.
00:09:13.000 Was I welcomed in?
00:09:14.200 I mean, did you have guards at the door that said, come on in?
00:09:16.680 Was there anything stopping you from coming in?
00:09:18.980 He didn't stop me.
00:09:19.860 They watched me walk by several, several places within the Capitol.
00:09:24.060 There were guards.
00:09:24.980 I even went up to guards asking, how do I get out?
00:09:27.900 I'd never been in the Capitol.
00:09:30.040 And to find your way out once you're in the belly of it, it's like a maze, right?
00:09:37.620 So I went through the doors and I pretty much followed the crowd.
00:09:42.540 I figured, you know, I'll find my way in.
00:09:44.420 I'll find my way out.
00:09:45.300 Well, I followed the crowd, except for they went into the crypt area and I went up these stairs and ended up in the rotunda.
00:09:55.900 And I was in the rotunda just as John Sullivan was making his video that he sent to CNN.
00:10:03.800 And you see me do, do, do walk by John Sullivan.
00:10:06.960 So that's the first time I'm on video.
00:10:10.600 And, you know, CCTV video picks you up all throughout and the prosecution used all of it against me.
00:10:20.500 The one thing they made sure that they put in my trial was that I said this place needs a good saging, which I did.
00:10:30.040 I don't think that's completely unreasonable.
00:10:33.420 And, I mean, I've obviously never met you in person before, Cindy.
00:10:36.040 But I think walking down the street next to you, I'm from New York.
00:10:39.140 I see a lot of tough people in the streets.
00:10:40.580 I don't think I'd be terribly scared of you.
00:10:43.500 And there's no offense to you on that.
00:10:45.320 But, I mean, I don't think I'd be terribly scared that you were going to take over our country.
00:10:50.560 Cindy, I want to take a quick break here.
00:10:52.400 We have to leave my heart out here.
00:10:54.280 And come back with you and go on with your story because it's truly fascinating.
00:10:57.440 The sad thing is, is there's hundreds more people like you, Cindy, who are being taken advantage of by this government under this Biden regime and Merrick Garland.
00:11:05.880 And it's truly a disgrace and it's disgusting what these people have done to our country.
00:11:10.460 We're talking with Cindy Young.
00:11:11.720 We're coming right back.
00:11:12.680 Stay with us.
00:11:14.700 Folks, are you tired of supporting big box stores and multi-billion dollar corporations that don't support us?
00:11:19.960 Corporations that donate tens of millions of dollars a year to push woke Marxist dem ideologies?
00:11:24.180 Whether it be Amazon and Jeff Bezos or Target with their transgender clothing for kids or even Bud Light going totally woke, enough is enough.
00:11:31.720 Why should we as lovers of this country continue to support these corporations?
00:11:35.440 The answer is we shouldn't.
00:11:37.260 I constantly get people who reach out to me and ask, John, what can we do to save this country?
00:11:41.540 Where can we shop and support American-made brands and conservative ideologies?
00:11:45.600 Well, we now have a solution to stop shopping at these woke companies and stop funding the deep state and a solution to buy American.
00:11:51.640 This is something we can all do right now to kick the deep state in the teeth and stop funding our enemies and vote with our dollars.
00:11:58.580 We have a parallel economy for around 450 household products.
00:12:02.800 Not only can you cancel woke brands like Procter & Gamble and Johnson & Johnson, you can also cancel the stores that carry them.
00:12:08.960 I need you all to head over to switchwithjohn.com, that's switchwithjohn.com, where you can read all about our movement.
00:12:16.260 We have access to a conservative manufacturer that will replace these brands and the stores you buy them from.
00:12:21.760 It isn't an additional budget item because instead of turning right into Target or left into Walmart, you're going to shop directly online, directly with the manufacturer.
00:12:29.520 Folks, this is a patriot movement that is happening right now before our eyes.
00:12:33.340 Every 47 seconds a shopper is switching to our online store and we need you to partner with us, join us, and band together.
00:12:40.220 I just canceled my Amazon Prime subscription because I've truly had enough.
00:12:43.460 So what do you say, it's time to put your money where your heart is?
00:12:46.720 Join us today and help save this nation.
00:12:48.420 Go to switchwithjohn.com, that's switchwithjohn.com, to learn how you can join thousands of other patriots and help take this nation back.
00:12:57.800 Switchwithjohn.com, we'll see you there.
00:13:01.940 We're back, we're talking with Insurrectionist and Jay Sixer, Cindy Young.
00:13:06.300 And Cindy, I want to go on with your story because it's truly fascinating and it gives us an insight on what happened that day for all of us.
00:13:13.460 Who never got to enter the Capitol or go to the Capitol or see what was so bad that happened that day that the Democrats called us the biggest threat to democracy that our nation's ever seen.
00:13:23.920 Of course, not barring 9-11 or some of the other things that happened.
00:13:27.100 We did have a civil war in this country at one point.
00:13:29.540 I don't know if the Democrats remember that.
00:13:30.800 But all that aside, so you went in the Capitol, you made your way around the rotunda, you made it onto John Sullivan's video.
00:13:37.720 What happens after that?
00:13:38.740 So I continue making my way.
00:13:41.540 I go through the statuary hall.
00:13:45.720 Statuary hall, yeah.
00:13:46.620 Yeah, I go to the house doors.
00:13:49.020 Now, at the house doors, there was a lot of activity.
00:13:54.000 People.
00:13:54.820 People kind of got into a larger group again because you were at the doors and there were police there.
00:14:01.660 But the one thing that was really confusing was there was a Capitol Police with a bullhorn and he was saying to the crowd, if you quiet down, we'll let you in.
00:14:13.800 Oh, my God.
00:14:14.640 Well, that told me that I had the right to go in there to, you know, be quiet.
00:14:20.600 But nobody was going to quiet down.
00:14:22.360 And they ended up, they pushed through the police line, which the prosecution said I was a part of, which I was not.
00:14:31.600 You can clearly see that I followed the crowd.
00:14:35.220 So anyway, again, I go.
00:14:36.960 They said that you were pushing, ramming a crowd?
00:14:39.560 Yeah, they said that we surged the line.
00:14:44.300 And I'm going to talk a little bit about this because one of the, you know, you had talked about, I don't want to jump to juries and all of that yet, but you had talked about a jury of my peers.
00:14:54.600 I did not have a jury of my peers, number one.
00:14:57.720 And we'll get into that.
00:14:59.120 But so, again, I go further and I didn't even know the areas I was in until building my defense for the case and going through the video with my attorney, which is another story.
00:15:13.440 You can't look at the videos.
00:15:15.160 I can't access any of the videos on my own.
00:15:18.540 I have to do it with my attorney.
00:15:20.380 My attorney's in Baltimore, so I have to travel to Baltimore every time I want to work on my case.
00:15:25.320 It's like you're rich or something, Cindy.
00:15:27.620 By design, right?
00:15:29.120 Yeah.
00:15:30.140 So, anyway, I made it to the area where there was a lot of, it was getting crazy and there were people banging against doors and whatnot.
00:15:41.400 And this was the area that Ashley got shot.
00:15:44.620 I didn't know it at the time.
00:15:46.560 I just knew that I didn't want to be there anymore.
00:15:49.260 And I actually went down these stairs and I went through the Hall of Columns.
00:15:54.380 I met a woman in the Hall of Columns.
00:15:57.180 It was empty, completely empty.
00:15:59.700 And I said, she was a Capitol Police.
00:16:01.480 And I said to her, I want to get out of here.
00:16:03.240 Can you just show me how I get out?
00:16:05.260 Where's the exit?
00:16:06.480 And she said, down this hall.
00:16:08.240 And she pointed down the hall.
00:16:09.780 Well, as she pointed down the hall, there were men coming in with long guns.
00:16:14.120 They were reacting to the shooting upstairs, Ashley's shooting.
00:16:18.380 And she's wanting me to walk toward these guys with guns.
00:16:22.000 And I said, I'm not moving.
00:16:23.820 And I said, they'll shoot me.
00:16:25.740 And she said, just walk with your hands on it.
00:16:27.760 You'll be fine.
00:16:28.600 They would shoot you.
00:16:29.860 I said, no, I'm not moving.
00:16:32.320 So then she got a guard between me and them.
00:16:34.860 And he pointed me out the exit.
00:16:36.980 And out I went.
00:16:37.680 And that was my venture through the Capitol.
00:16:40.300 That was your insurrection moment, Cindy.
00:16:42.340 As a, well, you've been 62 or 63 back then.
00:16:46.780 I mean, it's truly unbelievable to think.
00:16:49.340 So you go on, you have your day.
00:16:52.120 Presumably, you get back on your bus at some point during that trip.
00:16:54.940 And you head back to New Hampshire, right?
00:16:56.920 Right.
00:16:57.780 Now, at what point does the Department of Justice come and get you?
00:17:01.380 So they contacted me probably, I'm going to say the next week, they contacted me by phone.
00:17:10.240 And they interviewed me.
00:17:11.780 And they asked me questions.
00:17:13.160 And I answered the questions.
00:17:14.820 Now, you weren't with a lawyer or anything like that?
00:17:17.180 No, no.
00:17:17.900 Can I take a quick guess?
00:17:19.100 They called you like they were your friends.
00:17:20.940 And they spoke to you very nicely and said, nothing's going to happen.
00:17:25.040 Everything's going to be okay.
00:17:26.080 You're not in trouble.
00:17:27.020 Just answer a few questions.
00:17:27.820 What was it?
00:17:28.500 Mob mentality and all this stuff, right?
00:17:31.740 So they asked me all the questions.
00:17:34.100 And I didn't hear from them again.
00:17:36.040 So the FBI agent that interviewed me initially, he called me.
00:17:44.600 He interviewed me.
00:17:45.620 He looked at video.
00:17:46.780 He looked at what evidence they had at the time.
00:17:49.560 And then in May, he was asked, do you want to, he was asked by the Department of, not human services, people that steal kids, child, child, whatever.
00:18:05.900 What agency was it?
00:18:12.100 I can't remember.
00:18:13.440 It was the one that, child trafficking agents.
00:18:17.100 So do you want to open a case against her?
00:18:19.740 And he said, no, I'm not opening a case at this time.
00:18:22.840 So that's in May of 2021, 2022, in February, in December, prior to that, the group that's called, what's that left-wing group?
00:18:41.900 Antifa?
00:18:42.760 Not Antifa.
00:18:44.680 They look up January Sixers.
00:18:47.600 Okay.
00:18:47.880 So anyway, they contacted the FBI again.
00:18:52.160 And another agent came to my place of business in February of that year and had pictures with him, interviewed me, never read me my rights, never said, you know, we're building a case against you or anything like that.
00:19:08.060 It was friendly.
00:19:08.740 He had someone with him.
00:19:10.280 And they asked me a bunch of questions.
00:19:12.480 They showed me pictures.
00:19:13.520 Is this you?
00:19:14.140 Well, I'm going to say, what am I going to say?
00:19:15.840 That's not me.
00:19:16.600 I don't know.
00:19:16.940 Maybe it is.
00:19:17.880 I've never been in trouble before.
00:19:21.940 So I just try and be cooperative.
00:19:24.880 Of course.
00:19:25.720 So anyway, they did that.
00:19:29.560 They left.
00:19:30.920 This is in 2023, in February.
00:19:35.660 And I didn't get called again, contacted again until June of 2023 when they said the DOJ has released your case, has unsealed your case, and they're bringing charges against you, and we want you to self-surrender in Concord, New Hampshire, which I did.
00:19:56.160 Oh, my God.
00:19:56.660 So you surrender and you start the process.
00:20:01.260 Were you brought back down to D.C.?
00:20:03.000 What happened after that?
00:20:03.500 What happened after that?
00:20:04.600 No.
00:20:05.160 So I went to the courthouse.
00:20:07.020 I asked them if I could be there, like, after work that day.
00:20:10.080 They said, oh, no, you've got to be there first thing in the morning, which I was.
00:20:13.360 And they put me in shackles and handcuffs and in a cell until the end of the day.
00:20:19.420 I didn't get in front of the judge till the very end of the day that day.
00:20:23.180 They took pictures.
00:20:24.680 They took my DNA.
00:20:25.960 They did all of that stuff.
00:20:27.100 So now I'm charged, and then I get arraigned by Zoom with D.C.
00:20:33.680 So that's in June, and my case has continued until I finally went to trial.
00:20:40.660 I had public defenders at first, which did nothing.
00:20:44.060 All they wanted to do.
00:20:44.680 They're working for the government.
00:20:46.200 All they wanted was the plea deal, yes.
00:20:48.540 And the minute I said no to the plea deal, they said, oh, well, they're going to drop a felony charge.
00:20:54.300 That's 20 years trying to scare me into the plea deal.
00:20:57.700 Well, I didn't take it.
00:20:59.580 Here's the cool part of the story.
00:21:01.620 Well, real quick, Cindy, from the time that you were arraigned, did you spend any time in jail, or you were released on bail?
00:21:06.860 I was released.
00:21:07.580 They took my passport.
00:21:09.360 I'm on what's called pretrial supervision.
00:21:11.940 I have to report every month.
00:21:13.280 They give me urinalysis tests at home.
00:21:18.620 This is insane.
00:21:20.540 And they watch, really.
00:21:22.880 This is insanity.
00:21:24.700 I can't have guns.
00:21:26.160 I can't drink.
00:21:27.060 I can't drug.
00:21:28.180 I can't.
00:21:28.780 Not that I would anyway.
00:21:30.600 But I think you're in New Hampshire where you can smoke marijuana if you want to.
00:21:33.900 Is that correct?
00:21:35.100 No, it's not legal here.
00:21:36.960 Is it medicinally legal?
00:21:38.820 It's medicinally legal.
00:21:39.960 Right.
00:21:40.180 So, okay.
00:21:40.600 So, say you're prescribed in medicine.
00:21:42.040 And I'm not enforcing it.
00:21:42.960 I don't smoke or do anything.
00:21:44.920 But I'm just saying it's your right if you wanted to, if you were prescribed by a doctor.
00:21:48.880 It's also your right that you're allowed to have alcohol and drinks.
00:21:51.300 I mean, it's sick to think, I mean, that we've come this far in society and in the world
00:21:57.560 that it's gotten this bad that it literally makes me sick.
00:22:03.160 It's about shutting me up.
00:22:04.420 And they haven't succeeded at it yet.
00:22:06.560 Because at the end of the day, Cindy, and it's the same thing for me.
00:22:08.760 What do we have to lose?
00:22:10.500 I mean, are they going to blackball me to never getting a job in my life?
00:22:14.940 I don't care.
00:22:15.620 I do this for an audience.
00:22:19.060 You know, if the advertisers want to drop the show, go right ahead.
00:22:22.260 Luckily, I have great advertisers who believe in the same beliefs that we all do than all
00:22:27.180 my guests on this show.
00:22:28.200 So, I don't have to worry about it.
00:22:29.460 But at the end of the day, Cindy, I lose no sleepover because I don't owe anybody anything.
00:22:33.440 And nobody owns this show.
00:22:34.520 And nobody tells me what to say.
00:22:35.920 And nobody told Lou what to say.
00:22:37.400 And it was the same reason that Fox had to get rid of Lou because they couldn't control him.
00:22:41.040 And if they told him he couldn't say something, Lou would say, go to hell.
00:22:43.660 I'm going to say it if you want to get rid of me.
00:22:45.660 He didn't say that.
00:22:46.500 But that was the Lou mentality that nobody can tell us what to say and what to do.
00:22:50.440 And we need more people like that.
00:22:51.640 I want to take one more quick break here.
00:22:53.380 We're coming right back.
00:22:54.900 We're going to go further into your story about what happens now, where we go from here.
00:22:58.260 And that insane story about that plane crash in Nantucket some years ago.
00:23:02.960 We're coming right back with Cindy Young.
00:23:06.120 Folks, as a lot of you may know, Mike Lindell and MyPillow no longer have the support of their
00:23:10.060 box stores or shopping channels the way they used to.
00:23:12.680 They've been part of this cancel culture, so they want to pass savings directly on to you.
00:23:16.580 So they're bringing back the $25 extravaganza.
00:23:19.520 When Mike started MyPillow, it was just a one problem, one solution company.
00:23:23.440 Well, since then, with the help of his dedicated employees, they now have hundreds of products
00:23:27.960 some of you may not even know about.
00:23:29.800 To get the word out, they're having a $25 extravaganza.
00:23:33.540 Two-pack multi-use MyPillows, just $25.
00:23:36.580 MyPillow sandals, $25.
00:23:38.880 Their six-pack towel sets, $25.
00:23:41.280 Four-pack dish towels, you guessed it, $25.
00:23:45.560 This amazing offer won't last long, so order now.
00:23:48.520 Just go to MyPillow.com or call 800-969-3077.
00:23:54.500 That's MyPillow.com.
00:23:56.440 Use promo code John, J-O-H-N, or call 800-969-3077.
00:24:02.940 And be sure to use promo code John, that's J-O-H-N, for all those amazing savings on all MyPillow products.
00:24:10.280 We're back.
00:24:13.460 We're talking with Jay Sixer, an insurrectionist, because that's what she is, an elderly lady who went to the Capitol on January 6th,
00:24:20.880 and she meant to overtake this nation and overthrow a presidency.
00:24:25.020 I mean, it's sad.
00:24:26.000 I hate to laugh at it, but it's truly, at the end of the day, it's a joke what these people have done.
00:24:30.560 And the only reason I think we could make some laughter out of it is because when Donald Trump wins on November 5th,
00:24:36.860 I think he is going to right the wrong.
00:24:38.540 And every single one of you people, Democrats want to talk about reparations.
00:24:42.820 You people are owed millions and hundreds of millions of dollars in reparations for what they've done to you.
00:24:47.840 We let Democrats and Marxists and Antifa, thugs and terrorists, tear this country down in the summer of 2020.
00:24:55.340 Destroy it.
00:24:56.020 Look what they did to Kyle Rittenhouse.
00:24:57.660 They tried to ruin the kid's life.
00:24:59.340 The kid can never work again in a day in his life.
00:25:01.080 He can't get a job.
00:25:01.860 He can't get a steady job.
00:25:03.220 He's mentally completely screwed up.
00:25:05.340 I've spoken to him many times.
00:25:06.440 It's very sad what they've done to him.
00:25:08.140 And they're doing it to all of you guys, thousands of you guys.
00:25:10.880 So, Sydney, so just fast-forwarding now, you went through all the procedural stuff.
00:25:15.660 You said no deal to a plea deal because that's all these people want is they want it.
00:25:19.580 Because you know what, Sydney, when you can take a plea deal, it becomes down as a guilty plea deal,
00:25:23.060 and it's a statistic on a piece of paper where Merrick Garland can go out and say we've got this many people convicted,
00:25:29.820 and they're guilty, they're insurrectionists.
00:25:31.580 They agree that they were insurrectionists.
00:25:33.840 So, fast-forward, you say no dice to the plea deal.
00:25:36.160 August, you go to trial.
00:25:37.320 Tell us what happened.
00:25:38.000 So, I went to trial, and we picked the jury, and, you know, none of the jury I would consider my peers.
00:25:46.920 None of them are in the same category of financial income.
00:25:52.960 None of them use social media, by the way.
00:25:55.020 That's what they all said.
00:25:56.400 Yeah, of course.
00:25:56.900 I had a juror that actually admitted that they had sat prior on another J6 trial.
00:26:06.180 So, that's a repeat juror that has sat through all of the evidence and convicted,
00:26:13.080 because we know they've convicted everybody that went to trial.
00:26:17.060 So, now she's on mine.
00:26:18.300 We object to her, and the way they constructed all of the questions for the jurors,
00:26:25.360 the last question they ask is, you know, can you put everything aside and be non-biased on this trial?
00:26:32.320 And they say, oh, of course.
00:26:34.320 You know, so that just, if they say they hate Trump, which some of them did,
00:26:38.920 it just negates all of what they said, and they can be a juror.
00:26:43.080 I had another juror that was actually a lawyer who wrote a brief on Trump.
00:26:49.520 Oh, my God.
00:26:50.500 Yeah.
00:26:50.900 So, anyway, I go to trial.
00:26:54.040 I have David Samra, who's, David has done the J6 True Timeline show, and he testified.
00:27:02.900 He was like the pointer of the videos at my trial.
00:27:06.780 And one of my proudest moments, it's not about winning because you're not going to win in D.C.
00:27:13.200 No, you're not going to win on any of these cases because it's stacked against you guys.
00:27:16.940 Exactly.
00:27:17.960 But if you can get things on record.
00:27:20.800 Of course.
00:27:21.400 That's what they don't want.
00:27:22.820 And so, anyway, we brought up a video that shows the police line at 224.
00:27:29.960 There's a big line of police in front of the West Tunnel.
00:27:35.180 And you see all the crowd behind the police line, and all of a sudden that line collapsed.
00:27:41.340 Well, the prosecution shows the video, and my lawyer says, well, I'm going to get up and show the one we have from the J6 timeline,
00:27:49.520 which shows that the reason that line collapsed at 224 was because the Capitol Police gassed themselves.
00:27:57.720 Oh, my God.
00:27:58.680 That gas into the pavement, and you see them all hacking and puking and running away, and the line collapses.
00:28:05.320 Well, they were trying to say that that line collapsed because of Trump's tweet at 224.
00:28:11.440 So this is something that if Trump goes, it's now on record, and he could use it.
00:28:19.960 Who knows?
00:28:20.640 You know, other J6s can use it.
00:28:22.400 So it's all about what you can get on record, and then hopefully we can win at the appellate level.
00:28:29.260 And I've got two good challenges at the appellate level with the repeat juror and the one that didn't disclose that he had filed a case against Trump.
00:28:39.420 So, you know.
00:28:40.320 Hopefully it doesn't even have to go to that, and you have to spend this money.
00:28:42.860 I mean, hopefully this thing gets pushed.
00:28:45.300 You don't get sentenced until November of 2021, right?
00:28:48.460 Is that right?
00:28:48.900 November 21st?
00:28:50.400 Yeah, November 21st.
00:28:52.260 November 21st.
00:28:53.340 So what were you – no, you were found guilty on – is it four misdemeanor charges?
00:28:56.740 Yeah.
00:28:57.200 It's entering and remaining, picketing and parading, disorderly conduct.
00:29:03.840 And what does the jail sentence carry on each of those?
00:29:06.720 The two – there's two that are Class A and two that are Class B.
00:29:10.460 They pretty much put the Class Bs aside.
00:29:13.380 It's the Class As that they want to get you on.
00:29:15.700 And what they do is they group the charges in zones, and then they give you points for the offenses.
00:29:26.140 So they gave me 10 points, and then they gave me a two-point reduction for never having a criminal record.
00:29:32.900 So that puts me at eight points, nine months probably.
00:29:38.000 Now, my lawyer looked at things, and really where they classified the charges is like that I attacked a police officer, which I didn't do.
00:29:47.580 Oh, my God.
00:29:47.680 Of course.
00:29:48.160 So I really belong in like a six-point range with the two-point reduction, which would bring you to four, which would be two to four months.
00:29:56.940 But they're going to fight it.
00:29:58.260 They're already fighting the two-point reduction.
00:30:01.040 I can't imagine a judge sitting there and looking at you in the eyes, Cindy, and is sentencing you to – I mean, even a day in jail.
00:30:09.400 I had a jury.
00:30:10.660 They wouldn't look me in the eye.
00:30:11.900 They were sick people, man.
00:30:15.120 These are demented people.
00:30:16.700 I spent a lot of time up in New Hampshire during the 2020 campaign, and I mean, there's a lot of good Republicans up there like yourself, but the Democrats are just absolute Marxist freaks.
00:30:27.900 I mean, there's no right way to put it.
00:30:29.660 I would say they're rabid.
00:30:31.200 Yeah, they are.
00:30:32.060 I mean, it's these purple-haired – I'll leave my insults there because it would be very mad at me for doing this.
00:30:37.900 But it just literally drives me nuts because I know what it is.
00:30:41.340 I mean, I've spent a lot of time on the road following these campaigns back when I worked at Fox and into the show, and it literally just drives me insane, Cindy.
00:30:50.280 So November 21st is the big day, and we're all praying for you that these people do the right thing.
00:30:55.760 We've got a few minutes left.
00:30:57.120 I want to go into – as if your life hasn't been insane this far, tell the audience, if you will, about the story of this plane crash where you tragically lost your mother out in Nantucket.
00:31:11.340 So when I was an infant, 18 months old, I was on a plane that came out of LaGuardia flying to Nantucket, and they said that it was overcome by fog.
00:31:21.940 And it crashed 600 feet from the runway, pretty much did a cartwheel and blew up and turned into a ball of fire once it hit the ground.
00:31:34.560 Most of the people on board – there were 34 passengers on board.
00:31:38.860 24 of them succumbed to the crash.
00:31:42.380 22 immediately, and then two hung on for a few days, and then they succumbed.
00:31:47.760 My mother was one, burned beyond recognition.
00:31:52.200 Tommy Tatum was the one that made me tell the story on this space.
00:31:56.480 But, you know, I really think you wonder why things happen, you know, and I think –
00:32:02.640 Well, who was on that plane, Cindy, with you?
00:32:04.320 So on the plane was Gordon Dean, who was head of the Atomic Energy Commission.
00:32:12.420 And I didn't really – when I wrote the book in 2008, and I never really questioned that until I look back at it today,
00:32:22.240 and I look at who he was and what he was involved in and who the circle was of people that he knew.
00:32:29.460 So he actually was head of the Atomic Energy Commission and worked with Oppenheimer to introduce the hydrogen bomb.
00:32:39.320 And there was his successor, who was a guy by the name of Strauss, hated Oppenheimer, hated him.
00:32:46.780 And so he thought – he accused him of being a fellow traveler, which was a communist.
00:32:54.680 Oppenheimer had a girlfriend that they believed was a communist.
00:32:59.360 So anyway, after Dean left the commission, Strauss went and attacked Oppenheimer and tried to take away his Q-level clearance.
00:33:11.520 And I was like, I had never heard Q-level clearance, especially back then, right?
00:33:17.080 So I was like, wow, this is interesting.
00:33:20.400 So I start digging in a little more and who they were connected to.
00:33:25.580 And Dean was connected to the Gore family.
00:33:31.020 His daughter, Mary Gore Dean, was the one – if you remember the whole housing thing with the Clintons?
00:33:37.740 Yes.
00:33:38.380 She was involved in that.
00:33:40.020 And they ran their circles with, like, Kissinger, Rockefeller, all those people.
00:33:46.860 I look at people –
00:33:47.740 Brander Miltz.
00:33:48.580 Yeah, all those people.
00:33:50.300 And we know what those people are about, right?
00:33:52.840 So the other thing that Dean was involved with was prosecuting the Nazi tribunals.
00:34:00.540 He did a lot on that.
00:34:02.500 And Strauss was trying to get more Nazis scientists brought to the country.
00:34:07.820 So there probably was some conflict between them.
00:34:11.000 And I'm like, could they have taken that plane down?
00:34:14.600 So then I pull up this woman's – a nurse.
00:34:18.980 And she talks about the passengers as they were brought in that night.
00:34:23.960 And she talks about the first four.
00:34:26.720 Dean was one of the first four.
00:34:28.240 And out of everybody, he had no injuries, which was really weird to me because most of the passengers were really messed up.
00:34:36.840 And this was documented?
00:34:38.380 Yeah, yeah.
00:34:39.300 All documented.
00:34:40.100 And actually, she's on tape saying when he came through and she saw all of his Q-level clearance, all of his clearance papers, she said, call the FBI.
00:34:50.880 This could be sabotage.
00:34:52.700 Is she still alive, this lady?
00:34:54.460 I'm not sure if she's still alive.
00:34:56.400 Her name is Hazel Kinsley.
00:34:59.740 And if you go to the Nantucket Historical Association, you can listen to the tape that's on file there that she talks about it.
00:35:09.300 So, you know, I began to wonder and I began to look at all these people and all their connections.
00:35:13.980 And I said, you know, what I know about the Nazis and how they take people out, could they have taken that plane out?
00:35:21.680 Because we've heard that that's what they do.
00:35:23.900 If they don't care if there's 100 people on a plane and they want one, the Titanic, talk about that story.
00:35:31.820 9-11, you know, I just, I wonder.
00:35:36.280 Yeah, you know, it's like I said to you before we started this interview is since 2015, 2016, I think we have a right to question everything that we've seen since seeing what happened in 15 and 16.
00:35:51.140 With the spying on the Trump campaign.
00:35:53.580 Now we've seen assassination attempts on him that I don't think are coincidences and they're not lone, you know, lone, lone sharks, lone sharks, lone gunmen.
00:36:03.840 You know, I noticed I saw the president, President Trump, maybe a year ago or so, Cindy, at Mar-a-Lago.
00:36:10.000 I was with Lou and his wife and we were joined by some other people.
00:36:14.000 And I went to the car.
00:36:16.280 Lou wanted to give the president one of the books he wrote.
00:36:19.340 So I went to the car to grab one of the books.
00:36:21.960 I run out of the car, run back in, and I walk freely back into the room sitting with the president.
00:36:26.760 And I'm thinking to myself, like, I know I'm no threat to this man because I love this man more than I love myself.
00:36:32.200 But, you know, like, what if I was just some random person or, you know, a camera guy who was working with Lou who didn't like this man?
00:36:39.000 I mean, I walk into a room with this guy looking at him face to face after I just went to the car.
00:36:42.520 And I'm sitting there and I'm like, how are they doing this?
00:36:44.860 And I'd said to Lou at the time, it's about a year ago, I don't feel comfortable about how they're handling security with him.
00:36:51.440 And Lou was like, ah, you know, he's fine.
00:36:53.060 You know, I think they're taken care of.
00:36:54.900 And, you know, I soon realized after two assassination attempts that my, you know, intuition and my instincts were correct about that they really want this man dead.
00:37:05.940 I mean, I think it's a full on government coup that that they want Trump dead because they cannot beat him.
00:37:12.860 It's truly sad.
00:37:14.160 Cindy, I want to go ahead.
00:37:15.560 Go ahead.
00:37:16.100 Even back to January 6th at the Ellipse when he was speaking, you were there.
00:37:21.380 Did you see all the people in the trees?
00:37:23.480 Yes, I actually for everyone who could go back and look at my footage that ran on Fox Business.
00:37:29.980 I actually interviewed a guy in the tree.
00:37:31.400 I tried to climb up into it and get in there with him.
00:37:34.080 But, yes, I do remember the trees because I interviewed a guy in a tree.
00:37:38.100 So what we're supposed to believe is that the Secret Service does a secure perimeter around the president.
00:37:45.080 Anybody in that tree could have taken off a pop shot.
00:37:47.980 Easy.
00:37:48.920 Easy.
00:37:49.680 So they're not doing the security that they say they are.
00:37:53.280 Yep.
00:37:54.160 Yeah, it's truly scary and sad what this country has come to, Cindy.
00:37:58.760 And I pray to God that the ship gets right on November 5th.
00:38:03.600 Can you, if you will, give the audience where they can buy your book out of the fog?
00:38:08.300 I assume Amazon is among the best places.
00:38:11.540 It's done.
00:38:13.580 I launched it in 2008.
00:38:16.480 And you could get it resale from, like, eBay, maybe, older copies that people sell off.
00:38:24.280 But, no, it's not available for sale other than through resellers at this point.
00:38:29.640 That's disappointing.
00:38:30.620 All right.
00:38:31.420 Where can they...
00:38:32.480 It might be under print, but not yet.
00:38:34.220 Not now.
00:38:34.860 I've got enough on my plate.
00:38:36.000 Where can they donate to you, Cindy?
00:38:38.380 I assume you have a GoFundMe or a GiveSungo.
00:38:41.000 Yeah, I do.
00:38:41.260 Because we're not so rich.
00:38:42.620 Go ahead.
00:38:43.260 Protecting freedom on GiveSungo.
00:38:45.740 Protecting freedom.
00:38:46.540 And I encourage you guys.
00:38:47.620 I mean, every dollar counts to helping Cindy and the rest of, you know, these people who are going to...
00:38:53.700 They destroy you on every level.
00:38:55.380 I've lost a business.
00:38:57.380 If I go to jail, I'm, you know, 67 on Social Security with a part-time job.
00:39:02.920 All of that goes away.
00:39:04.240 And so doesn't my home.
00:39:06.540 I mean, it's terrible, Cindy.
00:39:08.640 We're going to try to get you back on here before the sentencing.
00:39:11.260 And hopefully, you know, things shift and change by then.
00:39:13.500 And hopefully, President Trump is the presumptive president when we talk again.
00:39:19.540 Cindy Young, thank you so much.
00:39:21.040 And we're so terribly sorry for everything you're going through right now.
00:39:24.240 And, you know, come back soon on the show.
00:39:26.180 We really appreciate your time.
00:39:28.140 Thank you, John.
00:39:28.620 Thanks for having me.
00:39:30.080 Thanks to Cindy Young.
00:39:31.160 And thank you all for being with us today.
00:39:33.000 I hope you enjoyed this episode as much as I did.
00:39:36.440 The conversation with her was truly remarkable.
00:39:39.100 And it's very sad, you know, to just picture and imagine what some of these people are going through.
00:39:45.140 As I said, any dollar you can spare that you can give to Cindy, you know, I think every dollar goes a long way.
00:39:51.560 It's Give, Send, Go, Protecting Freedom is the link to go to once you get on to Give, Send, Go.
00:39:58.640 Again, Protecting Freedom.
00:40:00.680 Like I said, any dollar counts.
