00:00:00.000 Hello, everybody, and welcome to The Great America Show, Truth, Justice, and the American
00:00:06.120 Way.
00:00:06.800 Great to have you with us on another beautiful day in America.
00:00:11.260 And while it is a beautiful day, we all must realize that at some point, Americans must
00:00:17.380 awaken to a number of awful truths about their government and those who seek to govern us.
00:00:23.860 This is, I believe, that point of awakening.
00:00:27.040 We've now learned that the Marxist leftists of the Democratic Party have been using the
00:00:31.940 power of government to destroy their political opponents and their supporters, targeting even
00:00:37.360 the President of the United States.
00:00:39.960 But those same Marxist leftists who predominate the leadership of the Democratic Party conspired
00:00:46.280 to not only block the election of a presidential candidate through an FBI investigation, but
00:00:52.460 in full view of God and everybody plotted to overthrow Donald Trump's presidency after
00:00:58.020 he was elected in 2016.
00:01:00.400 They conspired, we now know, with the heads of the Obama intelligence agencies to actually
00:01:06.100 frame Donald Trump, to cast him as being in collusion with Russia.
00:01:10.800 As far-fetched and preposterous as the plan was, so was the identity of its originators,
00:01:16.780 the Hillary Clinton campaign, and the Democratic National Committee.
00:01:21.580 And then, with the full complicity of those intelligence heads, the FBI and Justice Department
00:01:27.420 succeeded in framing and removing Donald Trump's national security advisor within his first
00:01:33.420 month as president.
00:01:35.100 Then creating a special counsel investigation of the president within four months of Donald
00:01:41.000 Trump's inauguration.
00:01:42.360 That investigation lasted for 23 months and ended with the Mueller report on April 18th,
00:01:50.140 2019, which found no evidence to support charges against President Trump.
00:01:56.000 The Marxist leftist Dems tried again later that year and used a phone call on July 25th with
00:02:03.060 the Ukrainian president as a pretext to vote on party lines to impeach President Trump.
00:02:09.460 Largely because President Trump, they claimed, had threatened Ukrainian President Volodymyr
00:02:15.300 Zelensky, threatening that he would withhold aid money unless the Ukrainians investigated
00:02:21.300 Hunter Biden's questionable business dealings.
00:02:25.100 The Senate voted to acquit President Trump on February 5th of 2020.
00:02:29.860 Again, the effort to overthrow President Trump failed.
00:02:33.440 But their strategy to distract both the president and his voters succeeded.
00:02:37.900 They weren't done.
00:02:40.280 Democrats then conspired in the midst of the China virus pandemic to extend state absentee
00:02:46.080 voting periods to place drop boxes where and whenever they could to raise and spend hundreds
00:02:52.420 of millions of private money to drive voter turnout, all designed to give new advantages to only
00:02:59.420 Democratic candidates.
00:03:00.640 And the presidential vote was decided in the three states by a margin of 42,000 votes, Arizona, Wisconsin, and Georgia.
00:03:12.200 On January 6th, a huge rally for President Trump in Washington, D.C. took place.
00:03:17.940 Some of his frustrated supporters were so angry they broke away from the rally and marched to the Capitol,
00:03:24.160 as many as a thousand of them.
00:03:25.860 Some entered the Capitol, hundreds were arrested.
00:03:29.440 A Capitol Hill police officer shot a protester in the building, killing 35-year-old Air Force veteran
00:03:36.120 Ashley Babbitt.
00:03:37.620 The Democrats immediately blamed Donald Trump.
00:03:41.140 They called the rally-goers insurrectionists and again tried to impeach President Trump,
00:03:46.860 doing so with one week remaining in his presidency.
00:03:50.120 Trump was acquitted by the Senate in a four-day-long trial, three weeks and two days after he had left
00:03:57.560 the White House as a private citizen.
00:04:00.400 President Donald Trump was prescient in so many ways on so many issues and events as president.
00:04:07.240 He was at a rally in Prescott, Arizona just weeks before the 2020 election.
00:04:12.060 When talking to the large crowd, he referred to the reporting by the New York Post on Hunter Biden's
00:04:18.100 laptop and the evidence of corruption it contained.
00:04:21.720 He called it the laptop from hell, and in retrospect, that seems to be its likely origin.
00:04:28.460 Mr. Trump's efforts to get anyone from his own administration and Justice Department
00:04:33.320 to his call with Ukrainian President Zelensky, in which he asked for an investigation of Hunter Biden.
00:04:40.360 Had his attorney general listened, had the FBI for once in its recent history been objective
00:04:45.780 and responsible, well, history would have been altered, and President Trump would still be
00:04:51.340 president.
00:04:52.640 Of that, I'm certain.
00:04:54.720 We now know for more than a year, the FBI, the Justice Department, the Secret Service, CIA,
00:05:00.460 and all of government refused to investigate Hunter Biden.
00:05:04.620 And instead, our government and 50 intelligence veterans and five former heads of the CIA who
00:05:12.240 maintained it was all Russian disinformation changed the outcome of the 2020 election,
00:05:18.420 along with the complicity of the national corporate media, big tech, and social media oligarchs,
00:05:24.760 who together orchestrated the biggest cover-up in America's history.
00:05:29.800 And in so doing, they outright stole the election from President Trump and his supporters.
00:05:35.740 And that is the truth, and the farthest result from justice and not remotely the American way.
00:05:44.760 Hunter Biden and his laptop changed history.
00:05:47.940 And one man, who tried every way he knew how, tried to preserve the good and to defeat the corrupt.
00:05:55.940 And his life was changed in unimaginable ways.
00:05:59.480 Our guest today is John Paul McIsaac.
00:06:02.120 It was his computer shop into which Hunter Biden walked back in April of 2019.
00:06:08.600 His story is incredible.
00:06:10.740 His brush with history has cost him dearly.
00:06:13.620 He's a good man, a patriot, a great American.
00:06:16.860 You'll want to hear every word of his story.
00:06:20.080 John Paul McIsaac, welcome to The Great America Show.
00:06:23.920 I want to ask right now your thoughts, your mood on life, how you deal with all of this publicity and public attention.
00:06:36.300 Well, actually, since yesterday morning, my life's been pretty good.
00:06:40.340 I woke up to find out that I had a – my book is on Amazon for pre-order.
00:06:46.100 Well, let's start with a pre-order right now.
00:06:50.740 Yeah.
00:06:51.920 What's the name of the book?
00:06:52.800 It's called American Injustice.
00:06:55.440 And I know it kind of sounds egotistical, but for me, it represents the injustice that all Americans had to endure when intelligence agencies, federal agencies, mainstream media, social media, all colluded to suppress the story, to label me a Russian asset and a hacker.
00:07:13.340 And keep this hidden from the people during a very important time of the year.
00:07:17.500 And congratulations.
00:07:19.180 We wish you immense success.
00:07:20.940 And I will guarantee you this.
00:07:22.980 On The Great America Show, your book will be prominently featured for pre-order, for orders.
00:07:30.020 And even when it's passed to being a bestseller, we'll still be holding it up for archives, whatever it takes.
00:07:39.000 We're on your side.
00:07:40.440 I appreciate it.
00:07:41.260 Thank you.
00:07:41.800 Thank you.
00:07:43.640 John, let's start at the beginning, if we may.
00:07:46.960 Sure.
00:07:47.620 The day that Hunter Biden dropped into your shop.
00:07:52.140 Well, it was the 12th of April.
00:07:55.600 And Hunter came in with three liquid-damaged MacBook Pros.
00:07:59.700 And he wanted to get the data off the computer.
00:08:03.580 And he looked like he had been having a pretty bad day.
00:08:07.540 So I also noticed a Beau Biden Foundation sticker on one of the computers.
00:08:11.540 So my instincts instantly shifted to that he just wants to get his deceased brother's personal files and information off of these computers.
00:08:20.320 So I tried to facilitate as much help as I could where he could do it himself.
00:08:24.480 I gave him a keyboard that he could take home to get beyond one of the liquid-damaged machines.
00:08:28.540 Unfortunately, the other one was a complete write-off.
00:08:31.340 Then left the third, which he had to check in with me.
00:08:34.260 And I even cut him a deal.
00:08:35.420 I only charged him $85 as opposed to a normal $200 data recovery fee.
00:08:40.480 Because I felt bad for him.
00:08:42.200 I performed the data recovery.
00:08:43.940 It was a touch-and-go process.
00:08:45.680 The machine was liquid damaged.
00:08:47.020 It could only stay powered on for a little bit of time.
00:08:50.160 So I was able to grab one folder, drag it over, then it was shut down, and then dragged another folder.
00:08:54.920 And so it was a very time-consuming process that I had to manually do as opposed to a clone or any other forensic-level data recovery.
00:09:05.140 Let me ask you this, John.
00:09:06.340 I'm sorry to interrupt you.
00:09:08.320 But you were talking about he looked down.
00:09:11.420 He came into your shop with three waterlogged laptops, MacBook Pros, Apple MacBook Pros.
00:09:19.080 Had he been in your shop before?
00:09:20.920 Did you know him?
00:09:21.780 Did you recognize him?
00:09:24.040 No.
00:09:24.900 I never really paid much attention to the Bidens in general.
00:09:30.060 So I didn't really...
00:09:32.620 I don't think he's ever been in the shop before.
00:09:35.540 I didn't recognize him.
00:09:36.500 He wasn't in the system.
00:09:37.480 I had to collect his personal information.
00:09:39.020 That's when he actually informed me who he was.
00:09:41.320 I am technically legally blind.
00:09:44.840 I'm an ocular-catanic albino.
00:09:46.240 So if you play Scrabble, that's a big word score.
00:09:49.900 And it just limits my ability to see past four or five feet clearly.
00:09:56.440 So I didn't really know who he was until he told me who he was.
00:09:59.500 But then once I transferred or started to transfer the data and I got to see some of the images and photos and videos that were on the laptop,
00:10:05.860 I was pretty confident at that point that the owner of the machine was the same person I was looking at on this laptop.
00:10:12.680 And I interrupted you and you were starting to clean the laptop up.
00:10:18.920 Well, that stop-and-go process that I had to manually perform is how I was able to see what I saw
00:10:27.100 because I had to manually verify, did this data come over?
00:10:30.260 Let me look.
00:10:30.780 Yes, I did.
00:10:31.320 So that's when I first got the idea that there was something on this laptop that, above all, was embarrassing.
00:10:39.260 And, again, I don't have a law degree, so I can't say it was kind of an activity, but it each other looked suspect.
00:10:44.900 Are you talking about video of drug usage, pornography?
00:10:53.880 We don't want certainly details or anything vivid, but we would like to know just, you know,
00:10:59.920 the audience would like to know sort of what the images, what were they as a category?
00:11:06.320 I'll put it that way.
00:11:07.640 Well, I think we all know that there have been several images and videos circulating of drug use
00:11:14.740 and possession, drug possession.
00:11:16.360 So those obviously are criminal.
00:11:18.320 That's criminal activity.
00:11:20.400 Some of the other stuff, you know, I've never felt comfortable about talking about some of the stuff I've seen,
00:11:27.000 nor do I feel like sharing it, just because what had my concerns the most was the national security concerns,
00:11:36.360 the pay-for-play that seemed like Hunter had been provided for quite a long time.
00:11:42.560 And the simple fact that after reading some text messages later on where I realized that the Secret Service
00:11:48.600 was protecting the Biden family well past their time, and they were running cover for Hunter for everything
00:11:55.880 from excessive credit card use with his dad's card to drug overdoses to pulling guns out of trash cans.
00:12:02.960 So, you know, who's to say that once one of these Secret Service agents saw a piece of paper in Hunter's possession
00:12:10.240 saying that I was given permission to recover the data, how long would I be around for?
00:12:15.660 So I was waiting for Secret Service to come in and clean up their problem.
00:12:21.000 So that was my initial fear.
00:12:23.260 After it became my property, and with all the topic of Hunter and Burisma in the news, of course, curiosity led me to look into that specifically.
00:12:34.660 That's when I saw a huge amount of money exchanging hands, a pay-for-play scheme that involved the State Department,
00:12:41.920 national security issues where the vice president's travel schedules were being sent in the open air to private Ukrainian citizens.
00:12:49.720 And all of these things were a major concern, especially in an area that was a hotbed to begin with and is a hotbed today.
00:12:59.260 Without question.
00:13:00.760 And you have still a copy of all of this, correct?
00:13:06.780 Yes.
00:13:08.560 Before my father went to the FBI, this is October 2019,
00:13:14.520 during the summer I had spoken to my father about this, or at the end of the summer I spoke to my father
00:13:18.980 and voiced my concerns and we decided it would be best if he took a copy of the drive to an FBI office in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
00:13:28.800 That way, just in case there was some good old boy politics happening on the East Coast,
00:13:33.740 I would have a little bit of a cushion, there would be some separation,
00:13:36.300 because my father cared nothing more about just keeping me safe.
00:13:39.980 So I made a copy of the drive and I mailed it out to him,
00:13:44.040 and then he approached the FBI and the FBI slammed the door in his face.
00:13:47.620 They didn't want to touch anything.
00:13:48.780 They actually took the paperwork, a copy of the signed signature, but they didn't want to touch the drive.
00:13:53.780 And then we didn't hear back from the FBI for about a month,
00:13:56.800 and then finally they did come and approach me.
00:14:00.040 And on December 9th, I handed them over the laptop and all the paperwork and everything related to it.
00:14:04.840 And I didn't hear anything, well, I heard a little bit back from them,
00:14:08.320 they needed tech support to access the drive, which kind of threw up a red flag,
00:14:11.920 because I imagine this thing should have been put in an evidence box
00:14:15.940 and at least been presented to the White House as a form of defense during the impeachment trial.
00:14:21.080 So when I discovered that the FBI's agenda had nothing to do with protecting me
00:14:25.840 and everything to do with protecting the Bidens,
00:14:27.740 I went out and went to Congress using my father and my uncle, both retired colonels in the Air Force,
00:14:33.500 to try to, you know, because I'm trying to keep a low profile
00:14:36.340 and maintain my place in my community and my business.
00:14:39.560 So eventually I mailed a copy of the drive to Rudy Giuliani's office in August 28th.
00:14:45.120 The copy that my father had, I then gave to my attorney for safekeeping during my,
00:14:51.220 when I was on the run and when I had to get out of town and close my business.
00:14:54.320 So that copy technically is the oldest, purest, unaltered, unmolested copy
00:15:02.540 that could possibly be out there, because it was the first copy ever made.
00:15:06.000 And you're satisfied it's safe, that you're safe?
00:15:08.720 Yes. Well, I'm careful.
00:15:12.740 I understand. I understand.
00:15:15.460 I guess one of the questions that we would all have is the pressure you must have felt.
00:15:21.020 So I will put it this way.
00:15:23.540 In similar circumstances, I would be afraid for myself, for my family, for everyone around me.
00:15:31.600 How did you feel at that time?
00:15:34.860 I know you have great confidence in your father,
00:15:37.400 but the resources of federal agencies and others who might be involved in it,
00:15:42.420 as you described it, illegal activity, that is deeply concerning.
00:15:48.600 Agreed. Up until probably, I'd say, the end of August, I was living my whole life in fear
00:15:57.480 for at least a year and a half.
00:15:59.500 And I finally realized that while I was in fear, nothing was actually getting done.
00:16:05.260 I wasn't able to get people's attention.
00:16:07.100 The FBI wasn't doing anything.
00:16:08.460 Nobody was taking our story seriously because Russian misinformation had already manifested itself
00:16:15.040 all over D.C. So I feel like, I think at the end of August, I decided to just hang up the towel
00:16:21.500 on being scared.
00:16:23.880 And I gathered up as much courage as I could.
00:16:26.400 And I stepped out from the shadows and I personally reached out.
00:16:29.980 So instead of sending other people to do, spread the word for me,
00:16:33.820 I felt like I had the best knowledge.
00:16:35.920 I knew names, I knew places, I knew dates.
00:16:37.960 I could get somebody's attention.
00:16:39.280 And that's when I reached out to a lawyer for Rudy Giuliani, who's a lawyer for the president.
00:16:45.040 I had gone through the Department of Justice and wasn't satisfied.
00:16:48.520 I tried to go to Congress.
00:16:49.940 I was running out of branches of the government to bring this and alert people to this.
00:16:55.060 So I felt my last chance was to approach a lawyer or the president.
00:16:59.320 And at that point, how long had you been in possession of the laptop from hell?
00:17:04.740 Oh, well, the FBI had taken it in December 9th of 2019, but I still had maintained a copy after that time.
00:17:17.440 The FBI never asked if I made any copies, so I didn't feel like offering up that information.
00:17:22.620 I'm pretty sure they probably wish they asked that question.
00:17:26.280 Well, and we're all very glad that you did not volunteer it.
00:17:33.000 So we're talking about August.
00:17:35.260 It's 2020.
00:17:37.460 An election is underway.
00:17:40.240 It is obviously a time of great political activity, intense political activity in the country.
00:17:48.100 And you can't get anyone in Congress.
00:17:51.040 You can't get the Federal Bureau of Investigation to follow through.
00:17:57.040 Who in Congress did you talk to?
00:17:59.120 You know, I've actually had the opportunity to talk to several members of Congress that my father and my uncle reached out to.
00:18:08.980 And I don't want to fault anyone, so I don't want to start naming names.
00:18:15.260 Okay.
00:18:15.760 I understand the situation.
00:18:19.160 I also understand that for the three years of the Trump administration, it was Russia collusion and Russia, Russia, Russia.
00:18:28.700 And it just got beaten into the fabric of D.C. to the point where everything had to be looked at under a microscope.
00:18:37.700 And I was running out of time.
00:18:40.980 And we casted in that.
00:18:43.160 I'm sure if I had cared less about my personal safety, I would have been more specific in my correspondence and reaching out to these people.
00:18:52.120 I might have been able to do more.
00:18:53.800 And, you know, there's a lot of hindsight 2020 in this, to give the visual pun.
00:19:04.080 But I don't fault anybody.
00:19:07.260 It was just the times, you know.
00:19:10.680 Yeah.
00:19:11.340 You said you felt you were running out of time.
00:19:13.940 What was the time pressure for you at that point?
00:19:16.900 Because now it's been well over a year.
00:19:18.620 Well, I first felt the pressure to get it to the FBI because I knew there was impeachment hearings that were actively taking place that revolved around a phone call looking into former corruption from the former administration.
00:19:31.380 And I knew that I had seen that corruption.
00:19:33.840 So getting the laptop to the FBI without them knowing that I was without giving the illusion or the appearance of political motivation.
00:19:44.520 I mean, regardless of what side of the aisle you're on, having the nation have to endure its third impeachment is an embarrassment.
00:19:51.300 It's a national embarrassment.
00:19:53.280 And when the FBI failed to submit that as evidence during the impeachment trial in January and by February, I was like, oh, great.
00:20:01.760 Now I have the FBI that knows I have this.
00:20:04.520 They know that I've been trying to peddle it around.
00:20:08.200 Who are they going to tell?
00:20:09.580 So the group of people that had grown substantially that actually knew I had this and knew I was actively trying to get this to people's attention.
00:20:17.280 And that worried me because now instead of just a couple of Secret Service guys threatening to keep me quiet, now I had federal agencies that were obviously operating against what I had envisioned their mission to be.
00:20:29.920 So I felt the pressure.
00:20:33.580 I'm sorry.
00:20:34.300 Go ahead, John.
00:20:35.680 I felt the pressure of the impending election.
00:20:39.060 I did not want this to come out and just look like a, well, like an October surprise.
00:20:45.280 You know, I felt that as soon as I could get this into somebody's hands, then at least this information would be out there.
00:20:51.380 At least people would know about it.
00:20:52.820 My name would be somewhere.
00:20:54.200 And then there would be some level of protection.
00:20:56.300 And then if I, something happened to me, people would know who and why.
00:21:01.720 And I felt that if I had to do something before the election or I might just, who was I?
00:21:08.800 I'm just some computer guy in Delaware.
00:21:11.840 Well, you're quite some fellow, let me tell you that, because you had to endure a great deal.
00:21:19.480 Well, you mentioned the Secret Service.
00:21:24.880 Were you ever approached?
00:21:26.860 Did you ever perceive a threat?
00:21:30.360 No, not from the Secret Service.
00:21:33.380 I mean, only from what I read in Hunter's laptop did I have a major concern for that.
00:21:38.700 Right.
00:21:39.840 So we have two agencies right now, based on that laptop, that clearly are compromised.
00:21:47.100 I won't yet say entirely corrupt, but that's my personal view.
00:21:52.160 There's no question about it.
00:21:53.680 The Secret Service had to be corrupt.
00:21:57.180 The FBI, we all know now, is corrupt to the bone.
00:22:03.380 And your caution, I have to tell you, was entirely, I mean, it was, I'm sure you know this, but you had to also be concerned that you were being a bit paranoid when in point of fact you were being absolutely rational and fearful of the correct part of our government that gives you every reason to be fearful.
00:22:25.740 Your thought on that as you are now approaching election day, you can't get anyone to pay attention, and you actually have, I believe it was on October 29th, days before the election, you have all of these 50, 51 veterans of the intelligence community saying it's all, it's all Russian disinformation.
00:22:55.740 What went through your mind?
00:22:59.080 Well, first off, haven't they ever seen a hat I wear?
00:23:02.200 I mean, if this is what the SSB is putting out, then we're in trouble because there's going to be a whole bunch of kilted double agents running around soon.
00:23:12.100 Because it's just, I don't, I just don't understand.
00:23:14.580 They didn't do their homework.
00:23:16.820 My family's been a military family since before time.
00:23:21.140 And my grandfather, both grandfathers flew in World War II.
00:23:26.500 My grandfather continued his service through Korea.
00:23:29.480 And my father flew in Vietnam.
00:23:31.560 So for the entirety of the Cold War, there have been Mac Isaacs flying planes and killing communists.
00:23:36.800 So to be labeled a Russian hacker or a Russian agent or a stooge of Putin is almost comical.
00:23:46.200 But when people don't know who I am and I'm not given a platform or the opportunity to defend myself, then it's quite possible.
00:23:55.440 And when you have 51 intelligence agencies, you have legacy and mainstream media, and then the truth is blocked on social, then that's the image that was painted of me.
00:24:06.980 Yeah.
00:24:07.440 And we can thank Twitter.
00:24:09.220 We can thank big tech.
00:24:11.440 And we can thank, you know, big government.
00:24:15.820 Again, they shut down the American people.
00:24:20.320 And it's just, to me, disgusting what they did and got away with and what so many people want them to get away with now.
00:24:30.880 There are more people who want to just walk away from this and say, well, let's not worry about what Twitter did.
00:24:35.860 They shut down the president of the United States.
00:24:38.260 They shut down the New York Post when it was reporting accurately what had happened to that laptop and what its contents were and shut down the New York Post's access to social media, which would have given the entire country some knowledge of what was in that computer.
00:25:00.600 What did you think when Twitter shuts down, social media shuts down, the New York Post, which is the only organization that's actually done anything about that laptop that you've been trying to get authorities to pay attention to?
00:25:17.700 Well, I think October 14th, when the New York Post story broke and I was outed, and by 930 in the morning, there was a complete iron curtain that descended across the media sphere over the subject.
00:25:32.660 I realized for the first time how deep this rabbit hole went, because that's something that's a coordinated effort.
00:25:41.180 And when there was testimony later, a couple weeks later, Dorsey and Zuckerberg and the nice fellow from Google were brought up before Congress to testify, and Zuckerberg brought up a very good point.
00:25:57.120 He said that late in the summer, the FBI had approached Facebook, Google, and Twitter to warn them about a possible mass document dump of Russian disinformation right before the election.
00:26:14.660 And I just can only imagine.
00:26:18.060 So if I mailed the drive to Bob Costello on August 28th, who was the FBI listening to?
00:26:24.100 Where's that FISA court?
00:26:25.200 Was the FBI spying on Bob Costello and Rudy Giuliani's office, and that's how they found out that this new cache of data was going to be dumped?
00:26:33.940 Or were they spying on me?
00:26:36.740 That's one of the many questions I have for the FBI.
00:26:39.940 Well, I'd like to go through some of your questions for the FBI right now.
00:26:45.640 Bob Costello, you're talking about the criminal attorney in New York, correct?
00:26:51.840 Yeah, he was Rudy Giuliani's lawyer.
00:26:55.720 He was my only point of contact with Giuliani's office.
00:27:00.140 And so how do you feel about Giuliani, his response, and Costello?
00:27:06.400 You know, I am grateful for the fact that after spending almost a year trying to get people's attention with this, that Bob Costello responded to my plea for help.
00:27:18.140 And I felt like I had done what I had to do.
00:27:22.700 I had to talk to a lawyer.
00:27:25.960 I had to get this to somebody that I knew could get this to the president of the United States or the executive branch.
00:27:33.080 There was a communication line that was open.
00:27:36.300 Bob said if I needed any security, I could give him a call.
00:27:39.540 When the time came and I needed security, I gave Bob a call.
00:27:43.340 He called a detective in Wilmington.
00:27:45.700 Next thing I know, I have Wilmington police guarding my shop every time I'm there.
00:27:49.760 Granted, it was only for about two, three weeks until I had to close up the shop and flee the state.
00:27:53.720 Still, it's, you know, for what I needed to do for my personal safety and security, I'm grateful for Bob Costello and ultimately Rudy Giuliani's office for basically putting, eventually getting my name out there, even though it was by accident.
00:28:13.720 I mean, I would never have been able to go to the post by myself.
00:28:17.120 And I never wanted to go to the media.
00:28:19.000 It was not the proper course of action in my mind.
00:28:22.740 There's systems and services in place for us to voice our concerns and to share our suspected criminality with these federal administrations.
00:28:35.300 Did you ever regret not going to the news media almost to begin with?
00:28:44.640 Absolutely not.
00:28:45.520 Because, again, this is something that I felt was criminal.
00:28:50.160 It needed to go to the FBI.
00:28:51.360 The only regret I have is I think I probably should have given it to Rudy Giuliani's office at the same time that I gave it to the FBI.
00:28:59.520 I think that, you know, that's, again, hindsight's 20-20.
00:29:03.040 Oh, yes.
00:29:04.740 We can all second guess our entire lives, most of us at least.
00:29:08.980 And there's no profit in it.
00:29:11.100 So, you were talking about your questions for the FBI.
00:29:17.680 But before we get to that, I want to ask you, you have been turned down by the FBI.
00:29:23.740 You know that the Secret Service is in some ways complicit with all of the activities of the Biden family enterprise, whatever that is.
00:29:31.960 You haven't had cooperation from the federal government.
00:29:36.920 You've gone to your congressman.
00:29:38.540 You have appealed everywhere you possibly could.
00:29:41.860 And then you see, going into the election, that the media curtain of silence, the darkness descends around Twitter, around Facebook, around every major corporate news outlet.
00:30:01.240 They won't touch this story.
00:30:03.320 And yet, there's the New York Post, and they have now been shut down by Twitter.
00:30:08.520 At that point, did you think the entire world had gone mad, was consumed by evil?
00:30:15.900 What were your thoughts and your emotional reaction at that moment to see how global the corruption was, how global the threats were?
00:30:28.420 Well, I remember my buddy calling me up on October 14th, and he said, dude, you broke the internet.
00:30:35.640 So, I figured that had a lot of gravity to it.
00:30:40.060 And again, I still am amazed at the depth that people have gone to, that continue to go to, to pervert or cloud the story and the contents of that drive.
00:30:56.600 So, it's, now I look back on it, it's like, oh, this seems normal.
00:31:01.580 But at first, it was like, you can't write this in a spy novel.
00:31:05.320 It is a spy novel, and it's nonfiction.
00:31:11.160 It is, it's a riveting story.
00:31:14.240 I just, again, I marvel at your strength to have gotten through this.
00:31:20.440 We were talking about the FBI.
00:31:22.140 I think everybody would love to know the questions you've got of them since they ask you so few.
00:31:30.040 Well, let's see.
00:31:31.360 My father tried to hand them a copy of the drive in October of 2019.
00:31:35.860 I tried to hand them a copy of the drive in November of 2019.
00:31:40.120 They finally, reluctantly came to my shop and then took all the equipment but didn't do anything with it in December of 2019.
00:31:46.200 Then Rudy Giuliani took his copy of the drive and went down to the Delaware State Police to hand it over when he saw criminality on it.
00:31:56.840 What month was that?
00:31:57.620 What month and year?
00:31:58.640 I want to say that was December of 2020.
00:32:01.340 November or December of 2020.
00:32:03.100 Right.
00:32:03.680 And then the state police handed it to the Delaware's district attorney who then handed it over to the FBI.
00:32:10.360 Supposedly, that's the rumor I have around that.
00:32:13.740 And then, what, the FBI raided Giuliani the following April and still didn't take Hunter's drive.
00:32:20.220 So it's kind of like how many, I've run out of fingers on how many times the FBI has been given the opportunity to take evidence and act upon it.
00:32:29.000 And, you know, I've got to start counting toes.
00:32:31.140 Yeah, it's really an incredible story to think that at that particular time, contemporaneously, just to keep a couple events in focus, that Eric Post breaks the story and the curtain of darkness descends on them, on the American people.
00:32:54.000 The story is blocked from every avenue.
00:32:58.440 The FBI is complicit in the Russian disinformation narrative that has been spun up since really 2015 and 2016 and the Clinton campaign and DNC dossier that they created.
00:33:22.780 And it permeates all of all of the major agencies for five for really five years.
00:33:32.000 It's a remarkable tale and a plot against the president that is that longstanding and that he withstood.
00:33:42.120 I truly have to say to you, I don't know another man on earth who could have stood up to what President Trump stood up to in the course of his presidency.
00:33:53.720 He survives an attempt to shut down his campaign.
00:33:58.020 The Bidens are running full force with everything they've got to join with the Democratic National Committee, the Democratic machine, the deep state, the permanent bureaucracy.
00:34:12.500 If anyone doubts the complicity, the cooperation, the orchestration of the deep state and their Marxist Democratic Party, all they have to do is look at what happened to those laptops that Hunter Biden handed you.
00:34:29.700 For the FBI to have been utterly silent and refused to take a look at it is stunning.
00:34:37.960 It shows absolute complicity, in my opinion, on the part of the FBI and the Justice Department.
00:34:45.580 Because, remember, at the same time, Bill Barr, the Attorney General of the United States, acknowledges he knew Biden was lying in that third debate when he talked about the laptop and denied it.
00:34:57.460 When he used Russian disinformation as a shield to protect his son and the contents of that laptop, he knew exactly what he was doing.
00:35:08.340 And so did Bill Barr, the Attorney General of the United States, who refused, as he put it, to intervene in the 2020 presidential election.
00:35:18.760 What do you think of all that?
00:35:21.440 Well, it looked like there was plenty of intervention going on already.
00:35:24.620 So it's nice that Barr has decided to come back out and admit that there was wrongdoing during that time revolving around the laptop.
00:35:36.920 Like I said with The Washington Post and The New York Times, it's a day late and the dollar's short.
00:35:43.860 Yeah.
00:35:44.480 Well, this was a real story with real consequences.
00:35:48.940 And one of those just happened to be the destruction and canceling of my life.
00:35:53.500 And when did you finally have to shut your shop?
00:35:59.980 Well, the death threats were piling up and then customers weren't coming in anymore, except there were shady people were coming in without computers.
00:36:07.920 So I figured it was time to get out of Dodge.
00:36:09.860 So I closed up the shop November 2nd and I left my house, hid in a friend's house until November 5th and then flew to Colorado, where I hid out for the better part of the year.
00:36:20.740 And do you have plans to reopen a shop?
00:36:26.420 I don't think that would be advisable.
00:36:30.020 I definitely don't want to give the opportunity for complete strangers to know how to get a hold of me right now.
00:36:36.680 Yeah.
00:36:37.340 Yeah.
00:36:38.580 Advertise it.
00:36:39.220 I'm fixing this.
00:36:40.180 I'm trying to, but I have to vet the people before I let them into my home.
00:36:43.900 So that's a little awkward.
00:36:47.020 Yeah.
00:36:47.440 Well, it's also very understandable and very wise.
00:36:52.620 Let's go to some other questions you might have of the FBI.
00:36:56.080 Because we've watched FBI director after FBI director show himself to be less than concerned about national security, the national interest, the public's right to know, and indeed dismissive of Congress's responsibility of oversight over the Justice Department and the FBI.
00:37:20.600 Well, I guess the biggest question I have for the FBI is, you know, why did I go through everything I went through to get you guys a laptop that wasn't submitted as evidence to an impeachment trial?
00:37:31.420 Well, that for me is the most, and again, it doesn't matter what side of the aisle you're on, if you love Trump or you hated him, the national embarrassment of the Congress elected by the people basically firing the president.
00:37:48.540 It's just, it's happened three times in our country now, and it didn't need to, it really didn't need to.
00:37:53.680 So that's, that's the biggest question I have is why didn't you act on this evidence when it, when this country needed it the most?
00:38:03.320 So the other questions I have is, you know, why was it put under a money laundering subpoena?
00:38:10.300 I mean, it doesn't, my concerns had nothing to do with money laundering.
00:38:15.600 They had to do with national security concerns, my personal safety.
00:38:21.060 It just seems like it was handled in a way that was inappropriate for evidence.
00:38:27.520 Why was I being called up after they collected the laptop multiple times to provide them with tech support over the phone?
00:38:34.180 Um, why, why did not, why did the laptop not go to a lab outside of DC where people that make a lot more money than me get to spend their time doing that kind of stuff all day?
00:38:44.940 I, that's, that's a question I'd love answered.
00:38:47.360 Why did they tell me that, uh, if somebody comes looking for it, representing Hunter, that they need to, I need to give them a call and to stall whoever's looking for it, give them 24 hours and they'll return it.
00:38:58.280 Why would they tell me that if this thing isn't in a position to be returned to the original owner?
00:39:02.720 And, and ultimately, why did they care more about protecting Hunter Biden and what was on that laptop?
00:39:08.640 And they cared about protecting, protecting me from the repercussions and the fallout of what I knew and what I see.
00:39:16.480 I think, yeah, I think I'm afraid of the answers to all of them, uh, because it says too much about how corrupt our government is.
00:39:24.980 Uh, it says too much about the values that are the hallmark of, uh, the bureaucrats that now make up our government.
00:39:33.320 Uh, we know about the Marxist left, uh, cabal that runs academia, colleges and universities that now is trying to take control, total control of our public education system.
00:39:46.600 Um, you talk about your, uh, your uncle and your, your father and serving their service to the nation, but what they fought for is not what we have right now is.
00:39:55.960 Well, um, I can tell you that my father has become so disenfranchised with, with, uh, Washington DC.
00:40:04.680 And this is a man that for 31 years blindly wrote a check up into and including his life for the defense of this country and its systems.
00:40:12.880 Um, and to have one goal and one goal only, and that was to make sure whatever I was involved in, I was protected and safe because he's a father and that's what fathers do for their kids.
00:40:25.880 And, and, and he was let down.
00:40:29.360 He was in, and it's, uh, it's definitely affected him and it breaks my heart because he deserves more out of the country that he gave so much for.
00:40:36.680 Uh, you know, it's, it is just, at times it's just impossible to comprehend the depth to which, uh, this government has descended and let's be very clear.
00:40:49.780 Uh, in, in my opinion, I'll be very clear.
00:40:52.800 Uh, the democratic party has immense responsibility for this.
00:40:57.420 Uh, they lied, they cheated.
00:41:00.100 Uh, and in my judgment, they stole, uh, and they stole so much that it will be in.
00:41:06.400 My, in my view, impossible for them to ever make it right.
00:41:10.800 There is no way that an apology would suffice.
00:41:13.560 There's no way of restitution.
00:41:15.800 Uh, I don't know what the future holds, but I do know this, that the democratic party is, has been exposed to all of the, all the country, uh, to all Americans for what it is.
00:41:28.280 Now, those who choose to see what's before them, uh, that's another choice that has to be made, but there's a reason that so many people say this country.
00:41:36.400 Over 70% said the country's headed in the wrong direction.
00:41:40.160 My guess is the percentage is even higher.
00:41:42.740 And much of it springs from the corruption that, uh, was the evidence of which was, uh, handed to you back in April of 2019.
00:41:51.980 Uh, and by the way, did the grand jury in Delaware ever interview you?
00:41:57.820 Uh, because he's been on endeavor.
00:42:00.960 Nope.
00:42:01.720 And, and, uh, I don't know why I had nothing to do with his business dealings.
00:42:06.520 I mean, outside of Hunter not paying an $85 bill.
00:42:10.000 I mean, that's, that's, I don't think that's, uh, would merit the grand jury.
00:42:15.340 Let me, let me ask you also about Jack Maxey.
00:42:18.100 Did he ever talk to you or do approach you?
00:42:20.060 Uh, not, well, he, he actually did approach me, approach me on March 17th of this year.
00:42:28.360 He wanted to know if I wanted to fly out to Switzerland and bring a copy of, uh, uh, my copy of the Hunter Biden hard drive.
00:42:37.740 And I, it kind of struck me as odd because I know because he's been reporting on it for a previous year and a half that he had, had obtained his own copy.
00:42:48.480 The, the problem I had was he's talking about wanting to do a data recovery from my drive, but he's also already talked about recovering 450 gigs of data from another drive.
00:43:02.380 So, um, I, I think he's, I think he has his hands on another laptop because, uh, the laptop that I was in possession of that I did the recovery from, uh, only had a 250 gig drive and he's claiming he recovered an additional 130 gigs of deleted compressed data.
00:43:21.800 And I, we already have verified 220 gigs.
00:43:26.440 So when you do the math, it's 350 gigs, it's a hundred gigs more than it could physically fit on the laptop that was in my possession.
00:43:33.080 So I'm not really exactly sure on what's going on.
00:43:38.120 Um, I've, I've, uh, reached out to him to try to get some clarification just so that the waters don't get on either than they already are.
00:43:47.260 Uh, have yet to get confirmation on any of the questions I've asked.
00:43:50.660 Uh, I am concerned because there has been attempts in the past to, um, make it look like there's data that has come from the laptop that actually hasn't.
00:44:02.200 And it all seems to be an effort to discredit the laptop on a whole.
00:44:06.440 So I never thought I'd imagine saying this, but I, I have made it my mission now to protect the integrity of the hundred byte and hard drive, even though it's garbage and it's disgusting.
00:44:17.660 It's, it's important that the integrity is maintained because it was acquired lawfully.
00:44:24.940 Hunter hired me to transfer his data.
00:44:27.840 It wasn't hacked.
00:44:28.920 I didn't steal his laptop.
00:44:30.580 He abandoned it at my shop.
00:44:31.980 So the evidence on that computer was lawfully acquired.
00:44:35.480 If there's something going on where there's this mysterious 450 gigs of new data and it wasn't lawfully acquired,
00:44:43.220 but it's being sold as coming off of the drive that was once in my possession, that could mean some very horrible things further down the road.
00:44:54.700 Cause if it's hacked material, then it can't be admitted as evidence.
00:44:58.900 Right.
00:44:59.460 And, and, and what I understand you to be saying is that you believe that Jack Maxey, uh, has in his possession, a separate laptop from the one that you, uh, recovered.
00:45:14.660 And that's the only logical explanation because the, uh, the laws of physics would not allow that much data to come off of a drive.
00:45:23.060 And, and, and the, really all it would take is if you look at the subpoena, uh, that the FBI issued me in December 9th, 2019, the serial number for that machine is clearly visible.
00:45:34.620 And you can go to apple.com serial number, look up, whatever, type that number in, and it'll tell you that it only has a 250 gig drive.
00:45:44.100 Yeah.
00:45:45.100 So.
00:45:45.840 Now that's fascinating.
00:45:47.540 Yeah.
00:45:47.980 So that's why if it's another laptop, then he needs to come clean with that because how he acquired that laptop could change the narrative.
00:45:57.800 But if he's claiming it's my laptop and then it's later proven that that data was actually hacked from an iCloud account or was hacked from a stolen computer, then that could paint the whole lot.
00:46:10.540 For, for whatever reason, Maxey seems to have retired from, uh, uh, at least the front pages for a while here.
00:46:17.140 I don't know what's going on.
00:46:18.880 Uh, I haven't talked to him, uh, but going to the issue of the, the laptop that might be in his possession, again, underlined might be, uh, there was one stolen, uh, we know because, uh, Hunter Biden said it was stolen by a Russian drug dealer.
00:46:36.560 Uh, and one confiscated by his friend, psychiatrist, Keith Abloh.
00:46:41.740 I mean, there are quite a few, uh, in, uh, uh, seemingly out there right now, uh, for two that were in water damaged and, uh, carrying all sorts of, uh, important and, uh, you know, uh, information that, uh, should be, I would think, uh, held very closely.
00:47:04.220 Well, again, I, I imagine that there would be a security, uh, secret service detail that was specifically in charge of making sure all the electronic devices for the potential first family is going to be wrangled in.
00:47:18.080 And, and especially if you have a member of that family that might have a track record of behavior that you might want to pay closer attention to their electronic devices.
00:47:26.520 You would think that there would be some level of, uh, security, but it's, he walked in and he dropped it off.
00:47:33.760 It was a 2018 is technically it's a 2017 MacBook pro.
00:47:38.080 It was purchased in the, he set it up in October of 2018.
00:47:41.940 Uh, the data on it looked like it had been migrated as far back as 2010, I believe 10 or 12.
00:47:47.700 So this, this is probably his fourth or fifth laptop in line or progression and from him coming in with three liquid damage max at the same time, just tells me that he's not very careful with his technology.
00:47:59.880 So I imagine there's, there could be quite a bit of his electronic devices scattered around the globe at this point.
00:48:05.700 That is frightening indeed, because that means if we're in the hands of the Russians, it's in the hands of the Chinese.
00:48:13.880 If it's in their hands, it's likely in the hands of the Iranians.
00:48:17.260 And so it goes, hence my national security concerns.
00:48:21.460 Yep.
00:48:22.400 He had, he had direct communication with the state department.
00:48:25.560 The state department was his genie lamp.
00:48:27.360 Whenever the oligarchs in Ukraine needed him to do something, get them visas, uh, put pressure on, uh, the Ukrainian government to back off.
00:48:35.700 It was the state department.
00:48:37.240 That was the line of communication, at least until blue star strategies took over.
00:48:42.500 So, you know, the, the, the stuff that's on that laptop envelops a broader range than just the FBI.
00:48:50.000 And now there's, there could possibly be other links to other agencies on there.
00:48:54.840 And I hope that the people that are doing the deep dive on this laptop are keeping the data authentic and not trying to dilute it or pervert it.
00:49:05.700 Well, I think you and I both know that, uh, uh, just a wild stab at something here.
00:49:10.660 Did you ever see, uh, any mention of bio labs in Ukraine research?
00:49:18.800 No, no.
00:49:20.320 I, I wanted to focus mainly on what, what the Ukrainians were buying.
00:49:25.940 And, uh, the, I believe in doing the research after it came out, I took a look, it looked like it was more of the U S was trying to get into the Ukraine for, for biomedicine, as opposed to the Ukraine's doing something with bio.
00:49:42.220 Um, so I, it's, again, it's, it's, it wasn't part of my initial focus and, uh, what, what had my attention.
00:49:48.920 I was more concerned about the, the blatant pay for play.
00:49:52.300 Yeah.
00:49:53.060 And there's enough in there for all sorts of, uh, avenues, uh, of concern and, and, and questioning as you, as you played out, but you did see some sign that, uh, that the United States was interested in getting into Ukraine.
00:50:08.060 With bio research, uh, Hunter was, uh, it was definitely talked about.
00:50:15.560 It's, uh, it's a fascinating story, John.
00:50:19.600 I, I just absolutely fascinating.
00:50:22.080 Uh, I, I think your book is a bestseller, uh, as of right now.
00:50:27.100 Uh, and we just want everybody to remember, uh, to, uh, stand by for pre-order because it's, uh, it's going to be, uh, it's going to be a blockbuster.
00:50:37.060 I hope so.
00:50:39.780 And, uh, and we sincerely wish that for you.
00:50:43.940 Let's, let's kind of conclude here, if we may, uh, with your thoughts about, are there questions that I should have asked that I didn't?
00:50:51.880 I, you know, that's always, uh, uh, an interviewer's worst fear, but, uh, any questions that you would prefer that I, uh, had asked that I didn't?
00:51:01.880 Well, I'm, I'm still getting used to this interview game.
00:51:05.500 It's, uh, this is definitely a life I've never wanted, never sought after, and, and still part of me wants nothing to do with.
00:51:14.780 Uh, but I also know that if I want to continue to fight to get the truth out and to keep the truth honorable, uh, this is, this is what I have to do.
00:51:23.040 Well, it is, I think you're right to do it.
00:51:26.880 And I appreciate you having the confidence in us to come here and talk with us and talk with this audience.
00:51:33.060 You're a, you're a great American.
00:51:34.820 Uh, if there is absolutely anything we can do for you, uh, just give me a call.
00:51:41.640 We, uh, we want to be there for you.
00:51:44.160 Uh, and we will be, uh, last question I want to ask is, do you think that Hunter possibly was working for one of these government agencies, uh, our government or anyone else's?
00:51:57.600 Um, no, I, I think, I think the agencies that were involved knew exactly what Hunter's position was as a bag man and, and they allowed it to happen.
00:52:09.580 I, I don't think, um, I don't think Hunter was working directly for any, definitely any intelligence agency.
00:52:18.160 If anything, he was probably making nightmares for the intelligence community.
00:52:22.020 Um, I, I just think he, uh, you know, his, his dad decided one day that son, you're going to make, make the money for the family.
00:52:31.820 And, uh, that, that was his job.
00:52:33.540 And, and I'm amazed that he pulled it off in the condition that he was in most of the time.
00:52:38.660 Well, John, thanks so much for being with us.
00:52:41.520 As I said, it's a remarkable story.
00:52:44.220 Uh, John, Paul, McIsaac, uh, you're, you're a great American.
00:52:50.260 And, uh, and, uh, and I, and I have to say, I deeply admire your strength, uh, your integrity, uh, and your perseverance, uh, uh, God bless you.
00:53:00.320 And we have a convention here on this show.
00:53:03.360 We always give our guests the last word, uh, and here is your mom.
00:53:09.320 Well, uh, I want to just thank everybody that's given me the support this far.
00:53:13.780 Uh, the irony is that no matter what they took away from me, uh, the strength of the support has given me the strength to continue to fight.
00:53:23.300 And I, I want to thank everybody for that support because I probably wouldn't be here without it.
00:53:28.740 I've always considered gratitude.
00:53:31.440 I, a great, great and foremost virtue.
00:53:34.780 Uh, thank you for that expression.
00:53:37.400 And, uh, I know everyone appreciates it and appreciates hearing, uh, your side of the story and, uh, all of us here at the great America show are deeply grateful.
00:53:48.680 Thanks so much, John.
00:53:50.400 God bless you.
00:53:51.420 John Paul McIsaac.
00:53:52.680 John is a great American principled and brave.
00:53:55.080 As you've just heard, he did his level best to do what any citizen would be expected to do to see something.
00:54:02.600 Then say something, but at that moment, too few Americans believe the level of our government's corruption.
00:54:09.580 John and honest government could have preserved the arc of history and the American way, but corruption among the powerful in this country is at unprecedented and pervasive levels.
00:54:21.440 Evil won out over the good and God fearing during that period.
00:54:26.340 But that was only then and only that fight.
00:54:29.420 And now we fight again and still we fight for truth, justice, and the American way.
00:54:36.800 Thanks for being with us tomorrow.
