00:00:34.100 Hello, everybody, and welcome to The Great America Show.
00:00:37.140 Great to have you with us today.
00:00:38.980 Now we are pleased to welcome Bradley Jay of the great people over at Breitbart.
00:00:44.800 Good to have you, and what a great, great article, great reporting to pull all of this together, and it's a first.
00:00:56.820 You broke it, and I love that in any journalist, but my hat's off to you, and congratulations.
00:01:04.820 Well, thank you.
00:01:05.440 It's an important story, and I think it's one that's going to have significant ramifications in this election year, unquestionably.
00:01:12.960 I think so as well.
00:01:15.920 So let's go through the issues here.
00:01:20.700 Everybody's talking about a conspiracy.
00:01:22.800 They've been talking about it ever since the crossfire hurricane right up to this moment.
00:01:28.760 But if you would, share with our viewers and our listeners the items that came together on one fall day, November 18, 2022.
00:01:43.940 That's right.
00:01:45.220 Lou, this all started in November 2022.
00:01:49.980 You had President Biden a day after the midterm elections.
00:01:54.720 Republicans had the House, the Senate went to the Democrats, and this was only a couple days after President Trump had signaled that he was going to mount another election bid.
00:02:09.180 He was gunning for the White House again.
00:02:10.820 So November 9, you had President Biden come out in a press conference, and he flat out admitted in front of reporters, in front of the American people, that they are going to use all the levers that they had under the Constitution to stop President Trump from getting back to the White House.
00:02:32.180 He didn't say the ballot box.
00:02:34.240 He didn't say anything about a campaign or election.
00:02:36.960 He said that they were going to use whatever constitutional means they could.
00:02:41.600 That was a green flag for prosecutors, for administration officials, for attorneys all across the country to take off.
00:02:53.000 And on November 18, just nine days after that press conference, three monumental things happened.
00:03:01.020 You had Jack Smith be appointed by Merrick Garland as a special prosecutor to come after Trump.
00:03:10.460 You had Nathan Wade spend eight hours, eight hours in the White House counsel's office.
00:03:18.720 That's unheard of.
00:03:19.820 Nathan Wade, of course, had been hired by Thonnie Willis in Atlanta in Fulton County.
00:03:27.380 And then you had Michael Colangelo, the number three Biden official at the Department of Justice, one of the most powerful law enforcement officers in the land, take a job as assistant prosecutor in Manhattan DA's office.
00:03:45.960 I mean, a significant, significant, significant step down from where he had been.
00:03:52.400 All three of those occurrences are what really kicked off and unleashed lawfare against President Trump in Washington, D.C., in Manhattan, in Fulton County and in Florida.
00:04:04.440 And we are still dealing with that today.
00:04:07.300 President Trump is still dealing with that.
00:04:09.140 It is unbelievable, the significance of that day.
00:04:12.240 And it all started when President Biden gave everyone the green light and said, we're going to do whatever we can to stop Trump.
00:04:18.880 Yeah.
00:04:19.020 And it was that that bald, that that raw to just come at it and say, we're going after you.
00:04:27.320 And as you say, a green light for the lawfare persecutors and prosecutors across the country.
00:04:36.320 But the three were then in motion within, as you say, nine days later.
00:04:44.000 This is this is pretty stunning stuff.
00:04:46.420 And I can't imagine any court dismissing this as coincidence, but rather absolute proof that this thing was all connected, all all part of a corrupt conspiracy against the former president of the United States.
00:05:05.640 And this is just a piece of the lawfare that has been unleashed against President Trump.
00:05:12.340 You have the civil suits, the the 14th Amendment cases in jurisdictions across the country where Democrats tried to keep President Trump off the ballot altogether.
00:05:23.100 It took the Supreme Court to step in and remedy that for the time being, although it might reemerge before November.
00:05:30.700 But it's as you say, the courts are clearly see this for what it is, obviously not in Manhattan, which that certainly President Trump is appealing that and is very hopeful that that will be overturned on the bill.
00:05:48.880 But the court that might be just as important is the court of the American people and the American people clearly see this for what for what it is.
00:05:59.360 And look, the Democrats overstepped. They overplayed their hands here.
00:06:04.580 If they would have perhaps picked one, maybe two cases or to come after Trump, then maybe the American people would have bought it.
00:06:13.560 If it was as bad as the Manhattan verdict was, if that's all it was, maybe the American people would say, OK, well, convicted, felon, fine.
00:06:23.540 I don't think so. I think the merits of the case are ridiculous. 0.93
00:06:26.580 The American people see it. But the American people, when they look at just the level of lawfare across the country and it seems like every state and every court in our nation coming after Trump,
00:06:41.000 the American people clearly see this for what it is.
00:06:43.780 If you look at November 18th and everything that happened on that day after the president in front of God and everyone made clear that he was going to do what he could for his administration to keep President Trump from ever returning to the White House. 0.64
00:06:59.680 Look, the American people aren't stupid. 0.90
00:07:01.900 Beltway insiders, White House consultants, they all think the American people aren't stupid because they don't know what a cloture vote is in the Senate. 1.00
00:07:14.380 The American people aren't stupid. 1.00
00:07:16.480 They're busy. They're worried about other things. 0.99
00:07:18.860 They're seeing the results, feeling the results of the Biden economy firsthand.
00:07:23.780 They see what's going on on the world stage, seeing that our foes no longer fear us.
00:07:31.440 Our friends are taking advantage of us and they see everything that's going on with this lawfare.
00:07:38.120 And the consultant class, Biden's Biden's friends and kitchen cabinet, I think they got this wrong.
00:07:45.320 It's backfired on them. Polling is showing that.
00:07:48.000 If you look at the polling in the seven critical swing states, Trump has either, since this Manhattan verdict, has either stayed steady or even gained in the polls.
00:07:58.240 So this is going to, I believe, backfire on Democrats, certainly in the court of public opinion come November 2024.
00:08:06.820 There's an incredible poll out of Iowa showing President Trump 18 points ahead of Biden.
00:08:12.700 In every major poll in the country, he is dominating.
00:08:18.040 And I want to take up something that's occurred, another coincidence.
00:08:23.580 Two properties belonging to Lachlan and Rupert Murdoch media companies, and that is, of course, the Wall Street Journal and the New York Post, with some interesting reporting.
00:08:38.280 We're going to take that up here next.
00:08:40.280 Stay with us.
00:08:41.020 We'll be right back.
00:08:42.000 We're talking with Bradley Jay, and we're talking politics, like this country has never experienced politics.
00:08:51.620 Folks, you know I beg everyone to get ready for the next crisis, and when it comes, our lives will likely change overnight, whether it's natural disaster, war, or another disease.
00:09:02.800 We have to be ready as we can be.
00:09:04.840 We saw what happened in 2020 when we found ourselves dependent on global supply chains.
00:09:09.700 We're still dependent on China and other countries for more than 90% of all our pharmaceuticals.
00:09:15.320 With clusters of respiratory illnesses popping up around the world and here, we need to be prepared.
00:09:21.140 And now is the time to make certain you have what your family needs when the next crisis hits.
00:09:27.040 Our good friends, Dr. Peter McCullough and Dr. Drew Penske over at the Wellness Company have put together just what you and I need with the Wellness Company's Medical Emergency Kit.
00:09:36.440 And now the Wellness Company's Medical Kit provides a solution critical to you and your loved ones.
00:09:42.340 This emergency kit includes eight life-saving medications including amoxicillin, Z-Pak, and ivermectin for you to keep on hand along with a guidebook for safe use.

00:10:17.640 Take control of your health today with the Wellness Company's Medical Emergency Kit.
00:10:22.160 Prepare today.
00:10:23.300 Be ready tomorrow.
00:10:24.340 We're back now with Bradley Jay and we're talking about the coincidences that he pulled together on one beautiful November day, November 18th of 2022,
00:10:37.700 that, for me at least, absolutely is straightforward proof of the conspiracy on the part of the administration,
00:10:46.300 this Biden regime, and all of their acolytes to persecute Donald Trump.
00:10:54.340 I want to also turn to this most recent polling, really good news for Joe Biden.
00:11:00.800 The poll, I mentioned a minute ago, it was the Wall Street Journal.
00:11:04.340 It was not.
00:11:05.600 It was the Fox News and it was the New York Post, both owned by the Murdochs.
00:11:14.400 And do you know that both of those outlets just simultaneously, I mean, it's incredible, contemporaneously, however you want to say it, they came up with a slight edge for Joe Biden.
00:11:27.700 And now, isn't that the doggone, this thing you ever did see?
00:11:32.260 You know, it's amazing, some of these polls.
00:11:36.040 I think we learned in 2016 that not only are all these pollsters, most of them incapable of actually performing their basic function,
00:11:47.540 but we also learned how easy it is for these folks to determine the outcome of their polls before they're even set in motion.
00:12:00.060 It sure seems like this might be one of those cases.
00:12:04.180 Certainly, the polls are here not necessarily a friend of President Trump.
00:12:08.500 Well, it's, and you know what, the arrogance of it all is just breathtaking at times.
00:12:15.860 No matter how many times we see it, it still makes you just stop and think,
00:12:21.460 how in the world can these people operate with such hubris and be absolutely inured to the reality of how they look to the American public?
00:12:33.360 I want to turn to Joe Biden, very important development today.
00:12:37.500 He's entered a debate camp with advisors with the upcoming showdown, the first showdown on the debate stage that will be at CNN.
00:12:47.680 I'm not sure whether or not, Bradley, I should call it a debate.
00:12:51.860 It's truly not.
00:12:53.720 It is, as someone put it, it's basically an organized question and answer program.
00:13:00.920 Your thoughts about how this man, we've just witnessed him barely able to get to the Marine One one evening.
00:13:11.660 President Obama had to lead him off the stage in an L.A. fundraiser by the hand.
00:13:17.520 He has skydivers falling all around him at the G7.
00:13:22.460 But he doesn't seem to even know who the people are he's in company with, and he takes off on a walk like a stray dog.
00:13:31.220 I mean, I don't get it.
00:13:34.000 What in the world is going on with this administration that they think he can hold up?
00:13:39.900 And I don't care what juice they put in his veins.
00:13:42.320 It would be a miracle for him to be at all anything resembling lucid.
00:13:49.620 Now, Lou, you're referencing some cheap fakes there.
00:13:52.900 Clearly, it's ridiculous that the White House has written off as fake videos that they themselves from their official White House account posted.
00:14:02.780 That's the level of duplicitousness and, I think, evil that we're dealing with with this administration.
00:14:09.160 But you're right. I don't think there's a cocktail in the world that they can give Joe Biden to enable him to be able to go toe-to-toe with Donald Trump on a debate stage in an actual legitimate, traditional debate.
00:14:24.960 They can give Biden the Mariah's got-to-sing-tonight cocktail or whatever, give him a couple shots in the butt.
00:14:33.760 But I really don't think the American people have clearly seen that whatever Joe Biden can muster for 60 or 90 minutes, he certainly can't show throughout the course of a traditional American workday. 0.59
00:14:48.240 The American people should be just horrified that their president, the man who is running their country, supposedly, the leader of the free world, needs seven days of uninterrupted rest just to stand on a debate stage for 90 minutes.
00:15:08.420 That's truly terrifying.
00:15:10.260 I don't know what the debate will look like, and I don't want to put too much of an emphasis on what it might mean.
00:15:21.020 He might have a fresh wind after taking an entire week off to prepare.
00:15:29.740 Honestly, I don't know that it matters that much, because if you look day in and day out at how the president carries out the functions of his job, or rather doesn't carry them out, the foot shuffling, the trouble getting into the limo, the falls, the bizarre barking at reporters episodes that he has.
00:15:52.680 Honestly, I don't care what he does on the debate stage, and I think most people have already made up their minds that this guy just doesn't have what it takes.
00:16:01.420 If he ever had it, he's lost it.
00:16:04.100 I agree entirely, and I don't think he ever had it, really.
00:16:08.800 I think that he's been a puppet from Jump Street, that there is no question about it.
00:16:13.780 I believe Barack Obama has been managing this coterie of, quote-unquote, advisors that make up the caucus necessary to form policy.
00:16:25.020 Joe Biden wouldn't know what in the world you were talking about if you started talking about the START treaties, if you started talking about the two-state solution and anything other than the simplest, most elemental form.
00:16:38.980 He is gone, and he's been gone a long time, and I think the Marxist Dems, this Democrat party run by Marxists, I think they have a lot to answer for, because they knew what Kamala Harris was when they put her in the number two position.
00:16:56.320 They knew what Joe Biden was when they put him at the top of the ticket, and that is reckless disregard at the very best for the security of the country and for the well-being of the nation.
00:17:13.100 They have just simply said power means more than anything, and we'll do what's necessary to retain it.
00:17:20.680 We're talking with Bradley Jay and Breitbart, and we will be right back.
00:17:26.620 Stay with us.
00:17:28.580 The Wellness Company and their doctors are medical professionals you can trust, and their new medical emergency kits are the gold standard when it comes to keeping you safe and healthy.
00:17:36.900 This medical emergency kit contains an assortment of life-saving medications, including ivermectin, Z-Pak.
00:17:42.660 Rest assured, knowing that you have emergency antibiotics, antivirals, and antiparasitics on hand to help you and your family stay safe from whatever life throws at you next.
00:18:02.060 We're back.
00:18:03.020 We're talking with Bradley Jay of Breitbart, and I just want to say how much fun it is to talk with you.
00:18:10.540 I appreciate you taking the time.
00:18:11.920 Again, I want to compliment you on terrific reporting and just outstanding work.
00:18:17.740 I want to take up this story in raw story talking about Kevin McCarthy being furious at Mike Johnson for reversing his work at the demand of Donald Trump.
00:18:34.480 What do you make of that story?
00:18:35.700 Well, what Kevin McCarthy is referencing is Mike Johnson appointing two patriots, two nonconformists to the deep state agenda, and Scott Perry and Ronnie Jackson to the House Select Committee on Intelligence.
00:18:56.380 Look, I haven't given Mike Johnson a lot of credit.
00:19:01.040 He's someone who betrayed us on FISA, on warrantless surveillance.
00:19:07.220 He betrayed us on Ukraine aid, and he betrayed us on government funding.
00:19:11.220 I think that, and I never would have thought eight, nine months ago I'd say this, but Kevin McCarthy did a much better job of being speaker than Mike Johnson.
00:19:23.180 That said, these two appointments might be the only thing that Mike Johnson has done right in the past six or seven months.
00:19:33.780 You have Ronnie Jackson, who had a long career as a Navy doctor.
00:19:40.300 He knows this stuff.
00:19:41.420 It's been an area that he's been passionate about.
00:19:44.960 He served on the Armed Forces Committee.
00:19:47.400 He knows about this. 0.73
00:19:48.940 To think that somehow his appointment to the Intelligence Committee is off the wall, that's ludicrous.
00:19:54.460 Scott Perry, my gosh, someone who's been in Congress a while, served his country, helicopter pilot, been on the Foreign Affairs Committee.
00:20:06.200 Another excellent appointment.
00:20:09.040 It's ridiculous to me that there's this notion that if you appoint someone who's a conservative, that's somehow introducing politics into something.
00:20:19.500 I just don't buy that. 0.96
00:20:20.940 Well, that's the way rhinos like McCarthy think.
00:20:24.640 They think if you move towards conservative in the conference that, you know, somehow you're abrogating the wishes of the American people in not simply bowing down to the Marxist Dems of the Democrat Party.
00:20:39.540 I mean, that's Kevin McCarthy nonsense writ large.
00:20:43.340 But for him then to also say that to do so with the demand of President Trump, who does McCarthy think is going to be leading this party?
00:20:54.260 It's going to be Donald Trump.
00:20:56.260 And yes, he will make very serious demands of Congress.
00:21:00.880 And I think it says something, too, because McCarthy has insinuated himself into Donald Trump's camp.
00:21:08.200 He is being talked about for a lot of big jobs, most of which scare me to death, frankly.
00:21:15.660 I hope the president won't get near that, but for the good of the nation.
00:21:21.220 But to see him react like this is really ugly.
00:21:25.080 And I think the president, if he looks at it square front on, he's going to see that he's got he's got a problem to eliminate.
00:21:36.040 Look, Speaker Johnson owes his job to the Democrats.
00:21:40.980 When Marjorie Taylor Greene and Thomas Massey introduced the motion to vacate, Speaker Johnson would have been gone.
00:21:47.620 But one hundred sixty three Democrats voted to keep it.
00:21:51.080 Right. We're essentially running a joint government with the Democrats, a coalition government in the House right now.
00:22:00.260 And then across the chamber, you've got McConnell, who's essentially ceding everything to the Democrats as well.
00:22:09.740 The only time that Mitch McConnell actually whips a vote inside his conference is when he wants Republicans to vote along with the Democrats.
00:22:18.480 Right. So Mike Johnson or Kevin McCarthy or anyone who look politics is politics.
00:22:26.280 Donald Trump is the unquestioned leader of the Republican Party right now.
00:22:31.440 And people need to get used to that.
00:22:34.260 Certainly someone who wants to who allegedly, as rumors go, might be wanting a job in a future Trump administration.
00:22:43.800 Exactly. I want to I want to close out here with your thoughts on the Supreme Court.
00:22:48.900 I believe this, that the Supreme Court taking up the issue of President Trump's immunity at this moment couldn't be more proficious because evidence abounds as to why any president in the era of lawfare has to have immunity.
00:23:07.260 And I mean, absolute immunity.
00:23:08.880 There's no question about it.
00:23:10.580 So long as he's in in office for every act he takes.
00:23:16.460 Otherwise, this government would be brought to brought to ground.
00:23:21.000 Your thoughts about immunity and what the Supreme Court has the guts to do here.
00:23:26.580 Look, these are issues that the Congress had an opportunity to weigh in on with Trump.
00:23:34.360 The Democrat House and a clearly politicized, clearly politicized impeachment impeachment.
00:23:41.100 The Senate said no, that that is how the process is supposed to go as it regards to alleged high crimes and misdemeanors or what have you when a president's in office.
00:23:52.220 But the fact is, if a president, it has to worry about constant litigation, being charged with crimes, having to report to court while they're in office or even after they leave office.
00:24:07.720 That would have just an absolute chilling effect on any president, Republican or Democrat.
00:24:14.860 It would severely handicap their ability to do the job.
00:24:19.940 They've got to be able to go out and do the job as they see fit.
00:24:24.040 That's how our founders set up the country.
00:24:27.320 The American people hand the keys to the kingdom to a different person every four years, and they have the authority to do the job.
00:24:36.260 This is clearly politicized, and it's rich that this is coming from Eric Holder, who all of a sudden is worried about presidential immunity,
00:24:45.280 because I think that there are a few things that we could certainly bring him and certainly his boss, Mr. Obama.
00:24:51.460 We would love to see him before the court on some of the things that they did when Obama was in office.
00:24:58.400 This is just political posturing from Eric Holder, someone who did incredible amounts of damage when he was at Department of Justice of turning that law enforcement agency into a political arm of the Obama administration.
00:25:15.660 So I don't take anything that Eric Holder says seriously.
00:25:18.740 He's a partisan political hack, and this is just another method for Democrats to come at Trump and to try to influence the 2024 election.
00:25:30.200 That's all this is.
00:25:31.260 I love the way Eric Holder styled, postured the conclusion that he fears from the Supreme Court.
00:25:40.140 An adverse decision, of course, would be a dangerous, dangerous decision in ruling on the part of the court.
