00:12:28.120And this is a tactical retreat to get Democrats through the midterm election.
00:12:33.300And if they can get through this midterm election with fewer losses, Biden's going to resume his full-force war on American energy for the next two years.

00:12:53.460And the – as you say, the strategic play here by the Democratic campaign apparatus, the Biden bowing to get Congress to codify abortion protections if the Democrats keep their majorities, it's a straight play.

00:13:27.460We don't know what the numbers are going to be of those who are pro-life, but that's the play directly to the base of the Democratic Party.

00:13:46.440They make money off of that, and the abortion industry, Planned Parenthood, the abortion industry monopolist, takes those proceeds from killing unborn babies in the womb, and they target black babies.

00:19:11.020I opened his mail, and then 18 years later, I went to serve as his chief counsel for nominations on the Senate Judiciary Committee
00:19:17.840for the first two years of the Trump presidency to help President Trump and Senator Grassley confirm a record number of Trump's federal judges.
00:19:28.380And I'll tell you, there's no one who is more dogged and determined and better at congressional oversight than Chuck Grassley.
00:19:36.520He's been doing oversight for decades.
00:19:39.800He's long been suspicious of the Justice Department and the FBI,
00:19:44.500and he certainly knows that the Biden Justice Department and the FBI is covering for Joe Biden and Hunter Biden.

00:24:32.180I actually, when President Biden said he was going to pick Judge Merrick Garland as the Attorney General, I thought, you know what, that's a pretty good pick for Biden.
00:24:42.380I wouldn't vote for him if I were a senator, but if I were a Democrat president, you're picking this respected federal judge.
00:25:03.120He picked Vanita Gupta as his Associate Attorney General, his number three.
00:25:08.960And he picked Kristen Clark to head the Civil Rights Division.
00:25:12.460Vanita and Kristen, I worked opposed to them when I was the Chief Counsel for Nominations to then-Chairman Chuck Grassley on the Senate Judiciary Committee.
00:25:21.360And these are hard-charging, radical activists.
00:25:24.520And I have learned that these were Merrick Garland's picks.
00:25:29.480And I have also learned that he's not just some figurehead, you know, old, liberal, washed-up former federal judge who is a figurehead as the Attorney General.
00:25:38.220He works late into the evening at the Justice Department, and he is very hands-on, and he personally makes these decisions.
00:25:46.640And he has absolutely politicized and weaponized the Justice Department, where it is just a political arm of the Biden White House and the DNC.
00:25:58.140And it is a disgrace what he has done.
00:26:02.520He has, like we talked about, he sicks the FBI after Biden's political opponents, and he gives amnesty to President Biden, his son Hunter, his brother James, and Biden's political supporters.
00:26:17.200I have never seen anything like this before, and if Republicans take over the House, and particularly if Republicans take over the Senate this November, my former boss, Chairman, Senator Chuck Grassley, will become the Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman again.
00:26:32.460And as we discussed, Lou, no one does better congressional oversight than Chuck Grassley, and he will make their lives living hell at the Justice Department until they resign.
00:26:44.360And I'm encouraged by that, and I respect your judgment and your outlook.
00:26:52.920But I've also got some pretty poor data points that are historic in watching the Republicans when they were in control of the House and the Senate and what they did.
00:27:05.160They couldn't even get approval from their leadership for subpoenas to investigate the Russian hoax, crossfire hurricane.
00:27:18.360Not everybody, but at least the members of the House Intelligence Committee and certainly the Senate Intelligence Committee knew what had happened and what was going on.
00:27:26.700And the leadership would not respond, this corruption.
00:27:32.200How far does it extend into the leadership of the Republican Party?
00:27:35.660Well, I'll tell you this, Chuck Grassley is, he's dogged, he's determined, and he doesn't take marching orders from anyone.
00:27:43.520The difference between the House and the Senate and the House, you are, the committee chairman are puppets of the speaker and the majority leader and the whip.
00:27:53.540And the Senate, that's not the case at all.
00:27:55.260The majority leader is important, but it's the, as the Senate Judiciary Committee chairman, Chuck Grassley will make his own decisions.
00:28:02.380And they actually changed the Senate Judiciary Committee subpoena rules during the Russian collusion hoax and other investigations where now you can get subpoenas without Democrat support if the Republicans are in the minority, or excuse me, if Republicans, if Democrats are in the minority.
00:28:21.500So if Chuck Grassley is already able to, has already been able to uncover a lot of this Russian collusion, crossfire hurricane hoax from the Judiciary Committee, and he'll continue to do it.
00:28:33.940He will continue to do it as the chairman.
00:28:36.360Look, no one has, no one has been a bigger thorn in the FBI side over the last four decades than Chuck Grassley.
00:28:43.920And I can assure you that will continue and only increase next year if Republicans take over the Senate.
00:28:50.460Well, that's, that is wonderful, as, and I think that we're going to see Republicans take over the House and I believe the Senate as well.
00:29:01.160It depends on, there's still some variables.

00:29:07.440And we don't know what further surprises the Democrats have for us, but we know this, that they, they don't like to let an election go unrigged.
00:29:16.240And they've got a pretty good track record at doing just that.
00:29:20.220Are we going to see in your, again, in your judgment, Mike, are we going to see the courts become less or more politicized?
00:29:31.280John Roberts famously saying there are no Bush judges, there are no Obama judges, there are only judges,
00:29:38.980which has been proved to over the last six, seven years to be an absolute joke.
00:29:45.320They are very politicized and obviously so.
00:29:50.660Well, President Trump's biggest accomplishment of his first term was the transformation of the five to four John Roberts court
00:29:57.260to the five to four Clarence Thomas court with, with President Trump's appointments of Justice Gorsuch, my former boss, Justice Kavanaugh and Justice Barrett.
00:30:06.680And President Trump also transformed the critically important regional courts of appeals around the country.
00:30:13.180And it is now the, for the first time in 90 years, a constitutionalist court.
00:30:18.780And what you're going to start seeing is you have three justices in Thomas, Alito, and Gorsuch who are very constitutionalists
00:30:31.020and they just want to rule on cases and they don't give a damn about the results so that the chips fall where they may.
00:30:37.060Barrett, Justice Barrett is largely in that camp.
00:30:41.280Justice Kavanaugh is a little bit more incremental and cautious than that.
00:30:44.720But at the end of the day, there is now a five, and I would say this, the chief justice is not a liberal.
00:31:32.800President Biden has been able to appoint so many federal judges to catch up to President Trump.
00:31:38.460Not to overtake him, but, you know, come pretty close to catching up to President Trump.
00:31:42.380If Republicans do not win back the Senate in three weeks, President Biden is going to be able to transform the federal judiciary, including maybe the Supreme Court, into a liberal direction.
00:32:20.280And that this is an existential, without question, an existential election, the most important midterms in our history.
00:32:28.540I'm deeply concerned that the Republican Party itself is poorly led.
00:32:34.620Certainly the Republican National Committee is filled with oafs and jokes.
00:32:39.640And pretenders rather than activists and men and women who truly believe in the tenets of Republicanism and an America that resembles something like the founders envisioned, at least.

00:33:51.180So now he's lost his mind and he's incompetent.
00:33:54.240So he's just, he's, the country is being ruled by his handlers and they are left-wing radical activists all the way up to his White House chief of staff.

00:34:09.200And the most important critical check we need is, look, if Democrats keep the Senate, they're going to keep moving President Biden's judges through the assembly line.
00:34:21.500If the Republicans win the Senate, Chuck Grassley will become the Senate Judiciary Committee chairman.
00:34:28.460And as Merrick Garland learns, these radical federal judges nominated by Biden will go to Chuck Grassley's political graveyard.
