00:00:00.000 Hello, everybody. I'm Lou Dobbs, and welcome to The Great America Show. Great to have you
00:00:08.160 with us. We begin today with Hurricane Adelia making landfall in the Gulf of Florida. The
00:00:14.620 storm hit the shores of the west coast of Florida with 100-mile-an-hour winds and storm
00:00:19.600 surges of more than 10 feet. Florida Governor Ron DeSantis taking a break from his presidential
00:00:25.360 campaign to head back to his home state. He activated 5,000 National Guardsmen and almost
00:00:30.800 600 search and rescue workers. That hurricane will cross over the state of Florida and make its way
00:00:37.220 into Georgia and up the east coast later this evening, we're told. We pray for all who have
00:00:42.600 been in the path of this storm and pray for everyone's safety. Turning to the politics of
00:00:47.840 the day now, Judge Tanya Chutkin. She's the Marxist judge in charge of President Trump's January 6th
00:00:54.760 trial in Washington, D.C., and she set a trial date of March 4th. The interesting thing is that would
00:01:01.580 be just one day before the Super Tuesday elections, a day in which 15 states go to the polls to vote for
00:01:09.200 their 2024 nominee for president. If that is not election interference, I don't know what would be,
00:01:16.680 and they're just bold and brash as they can be about it all. There's a storm of a different sort
00:01:23.060 raging now in the D.C. swamp. Some, maybe most of the Marxist left, want President Trump to be brought
00:01:30.040 to trial no matter what, no matter what the consequences, as early as January 2nd. But legal
00:01:37.620 scholar and noted attorney and law professor Alan Dersowitz says these legal zealots are making a
00:01:44.260 mockery of the court with what they want to do to President Trump. Well, it's impossible to have
00:01:50.180 the trial in January, even though a bunch of zealot law professors and former judges, many from the
00:01:57.100 Federalist Society, filed a brief in the court asking for a January 2nd date. Never in the history of our
00:02:05.020 country has a case as complex as this, with so many counts and so many documents, been able to be
00:02:13.360 brought to trial within four months and three weeks is what they're asking for. Four months and three
00:02:18.160 weeks. If I were a defense attorney in the case, I would stand up in front of the judge and say,
00:02:22.220 I'm not doing this. It's like asking a brain surgeon to commit brain surgery without preparation.
00:02:27.980 I am a lawyer. I am not going to be ineffective on behalf of my client. No, I will not participate
00:02:33.640 in this mockery of injustice, this rush to injustice. You're going to have to have a trial date,
00:02:39.360 which allows me to investigate every witness, investigate the jury pool, make every motion I
00:02:46.520 want to make, and take every appellate remedy I want to take. That's what the legal system's about,
00:02:51.460 and you're not going to shortcut it just because of your political goals. That's what they're trying
00:02:55.880 to do. Let's take a closer look at this Judge Chutkin. She's a judge who's made numerous comments
00:03:02.080 over the last few years berating the Trump supporters and the president himself. She has also been one of the
00:03:08.200 harshest judges of those political prisoners, those January 6th defendants that are now in the D.C.
00:03:15.420 federal gulag. Judge Chutkin has also said that January 6th and President Trump's role in it
00:03:22.300 rise to the same level as the Boston Marathon bombers, the same as September 11th. Can you imagine that?
00:03:30.720 She is that far gone in her hateful ideology and politics. She's neither civil nor impartial.
00:03:39.200 How can this judge, with such prejudice, preside over this important case, a trial of the President of the
00:03:46.740 United States? The answer is, this is the D.C. swamp. It is a left-wing swamp, and it is foul.
00:03:54.740 Judge Tanya Chutkin, born in Kingston, Jamaica, received her B.A. from George Washington University
00:04:01.840 and her law degree from the University of Pennsylvania, known as just simply Penn, the same
00:04:08.340 Penn where Joe Biden has the Penn Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement, the same
00:04:14.760 Biden Center headed up by now Secretary of State Tony Blinken. Upon leaving law school, Chutkin worked in
00:04:21.580 private practice for a few years. Then she headed to the Public Defender's Office. She worked in D.C. for 11
00:04:27.800 years there. Leaving the Public Defender's Office, Chutkin then joined the prestigious law firm Boyce,
00:04:33.880 Shiller & Flexner. The firm led by renowned litigator and Democrat icon David Boyce. She made partner in
00:04:42.200 2007 and worked there until she was appointed federal district court judge by Barack Obama in 2013.
00:04:48.960 The Boyce-Shiller firm that Judge Chutkin left to go to the bench just happens to be the same law firm
00:04:55.960 in which Hunter Biden worked from 2009 to 2014. Now, what are the chances of that? There are over 200 law
00:05:04.520 firms in the small confines of Washington, D.C., and Judge Chutkin and Hunter Biden just happened to work
00:05:10.980 at the same law firm. This happens to be also the same firm that was hired by Ukrainian Burisma Holdings
00:05:18.180 for consulting services regarding corporate practices that were up to accepted ethical snuff.
00:05:25.180 Talk about coincidences. Wow. Now, it's unclear if Chutkin and Hunter Biden ever crossed paths,
00:05:32.960 but with a firm that has 13 offices worldwide, 10 of them in America, it's not unimaginable that their
00:05:39.400 paths would cross working for the firm. The Marxist Dems are a tight bunch, aren't they?
00:05:45.220 If you tuned in to MSNBC over the weekend, you would have caught a hit piece there
00:05:49.920 on President Trump by Marxist Dem commentator Mehdi Hassan. He says all of President Trump's
00:05:57.080 disdain over Judge Chutkin and the other Marxist prosecutors persecuting Trump is because
00:06:03.140 Trump is a racist and he doesn't like strong black women. Take a listen to this guy.
00:06:09.560 Donald Trump is a man with a long history of racism, one that long precedes his presidency
00:06:14.380 and his political career. He has had a problem with people of color for decades. We know he
00:06:19.000 especially has a problem with black people, and we know above all else that he has a real
00:06:23.000 issue with black women, with strong black women. Don't take my word for it. Take Donald Trump's.
00:06:28.580 He led a chant of send her back against Congresswoman Ilhan Omar and even spread violent racist
00:06:34.740 conspiracy theories about her personal life. He called Vice President Harris nasty and disrespectful
00:06:41.260 and just this week mocked the way she talks.
00:06:45.180 She speaks in rhyme. It's weird. It's weird. But she has bad moments.
00:06:52.520 In rhyme?
00:06:53.860 Well, the way she talks, the bus will go here and then the bus will go there because that's
00:06:58.400 what buses do. It's weird.
00:07:00.420 He accused Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson of being disrespectful. There it is again.
00:07:06.980 Towards the white GOP senators who were questioning her. And even his own former advisor,
00:07:11.440 Omarosa Manigault Newman, wasn't spared. He called her a black woman, a dog. And yes,
00:07:17.700 Donald Trump insults everyone and anyone. But there is something particularly vicious
00:07:22.000 and bigoted to his rhetoric around black women. So there is a huge irony to the fact that at the
00:07:27.120 center of his many legal troubles right now are three strong black women. First up, Fulton County
00:07:33.780 District Attorney Fannie Willis, who this week became the first prosecutor to get a mugshot of
00:07:39.240 Trump and is now prosecuting him for 13 felony counts, including racketeering for attempting to
00:07:44.780 overturn the 2020 election results. Remember, Jack Smith and Merrick Garland didn't insist on a mugshot
00:07:50.040 for Trump in the two federal indictments against Trump in Florida and D.C. Fannie Willis did.
00:07:54.560 And despite Trump's very personal attacks on her and on her character, Willis made it clear that
00:08:00.020 she will make her decisions based on the facts and the law. I make decisions in this office based
00:08:06.260 on the facts and the law. The law is completely nonpartisan. That's how decisions are made in every
00:08:12.360 case. Second, there's Judge Tanya Chutkin, who tomorrow is expected to set a trial date in the
00:08:19.760 special counsel in the special counsel's election interference case against a former president.
00:08:24.440 Chutkin has recently been the subject of racist attacks and death threats. This month, a Texas
00:08:29.140 woman was charged with threatening the judge, saying, quote, if Trump doesn't get elected in 2024,
00:08:33.800 we are coming to kill you. Chutkin had already earned Trump's ire back in 2021 when she rejected his
00:08:40.320 bid to keep secret papers about his actions and conversations leading up to January the 6th,
00:08:44.940 saying, quote, presidents are not kings and plaintiff is not president. And third, there's
00:08:51.500 New York Attorney General Letitia James, who will be the first prosecutor to take Trump to trial this
00:08:56.540 year on October the 2nd in her civil fraud case against him and his company. And as James pointed
00:09:02.500 out when she announced a lawsuit last September, there cannot be a different set of rules for former
00:09:07.140 presidents. Marxist Dems obey no rules, no laws. They're politically persecuting a man and Donald Trump
00:09:13.920 they know is innocent. But they can't beat Trump in a fair election. They've already proved that.
00:09:19.980 What many Hassan forgot to mention is that President Trump isn't treating the Marxist Dem judge
00:09:25.140 any differently than he does the junkyard special counsel Jack Smith, who does or says anything in
00:09:32.140 his effort to jail Trump and stop him from winning the presidency again. From the day of Smith's
00:09:37.820 appointment, he opposed him because he's a rabid Marxist. Hassan forgot to mention that. He forgot
00:09:43.860 to mention Trump's choice words for Biden, the FBI, the DOJ, Garland, all the Marxists trying to
00:09:50.300 destroy the country and him, because that just doesn't play into Mehdi's slimy race-baiting
00:09:56.140 narratives. Mehdi has no shame, only his left-wing garbage that he spews on MS-DNC.
00:10:03.920 More today on Hunter Biden. New exclusive reporting by the Daily Mail lays out Hunter Biden's plan to
00:10:12.480 shut down Ukrainian prosecutor Viktor Shokin's investigation into his firm Burisma.
00:10:18.920 Newly obtained emails by the Daily Mail show that on May 12th of 2014, a Burisma executive emailed
00:10:26.980 Hunter Biden, warning that the firm's owner was likely under criminal investigation in Ukraine, saying
00:10:32.960 we urgently need your advice on how you could use your influence to convey a message,
00:10:38.340 signal, etc., to stop what we consider to be politically motivated actions. Hunter then
00:10:44.840 got a partner at his law firm, Boyce, Schiller & Flexner, to devise a plan to get dirt on staff
00:10:50.780 members at the prosecutor general's office. It turned out that Hunter and his firm, well,
00:10:55.860 they couldn't find any dirt on the staff. And it appears that's when Hunter likely asked his
00:11:01.000 father to have Viktor Shokin fired without reason. You may recall Joe Biden famously said that he
00:11:08.200 would withhold a billion dollars in aid from Ukraine if Shokin wasn't fired. Joe Biden knew
00:11:14.900 about his son's business dealings and knowingly took part in the corruption, and it's long past due
00:11:20.720 for Joe Biden to be investigated thoroughly. And it is time now for an impeachment inquiry by the
00:11:29.280 House of Representatives. Let's bring in our guest today to take this up and much more. Joining us
00:11:34.380 now is Congressman Tim Burchett. And Congressman, great to have you with us. I want to start with
00:11:39.540 the statements by Speaker McCarthy, as well as the statements of the chairman of the House Oversight
00:11:45.020 and Judiciary Committees. What do you think? Is there an impeachment inquiry in our future?
00:11:50.920 I think Speaker McCarthy has to be just a little bit cautious. He's not,
00:11:55.080 not all of his votes come out of East Tennessee like mine do. And I feel like in his heart, he knows
00:12:03.520 that's where we're headed. And we need to head down that path because it's, the level of corruption
00:12:09.560 is beyond belief. You know, the Biden crime family, as I've stated many times, they were asleep during
00:12:16.500 money laundering class. Obviously, the over 20 plus million dollars has flowed into 21 different LLCs that
00:12:24.800 they're only, their sole purpose is they don't produce a single dadgum product. All they do is
00:12:29.760 have influence with Joe Biden and him firing, you know, the, or having fired the attorneys or the
00:12:40.720 prosecutors that were going after some shady dealings within Burisma and then him bragging about it.
00:12:46.800 And then, of course, him, his family receiving very much largesse from that. And then you get with
00:12:53.400 China and just, just, just down the list. I mean, it's a complete, to paraphrase what Barack Obama
00:12:59.680 said, never underestimate Joe's ability to mess things up. And I'll clean it up a little bit because
00:13:07.800 we have young viewers, I'm sure, listeners. So, but yeah, I think it's, it's time. And I think Kevin McCarthy
00:13:16.200 is, is, is doing the right thing.
00:13:19.920 Well, it's, it's, I have to tell you, I think a lot of people are encouraged to hear you say that.
00:13:26.200 And Speaker McCarthy, who's been, I think at best, a checkered speaker to this point, has to, in my judgment,
00:13:34.320 deal with what's in front of him and what's in front of him and everyone else in this country
00:13:39.380 is, as you said, a, a regime that is on unprecedented in its corruption. It's overwhelming.
00:13:48.360 I have, I have not asked Chairman Comer or, or Chairman Jordan, whether or not they're shocked
00:13:57.120 at the level of corruption that they have, their committees have revealed, but I can't imagine
00:14:04.860 anybody thought it was this bad. We knew it was bad, but this is unbelievable. It's rampant
00:14:10.940 and there is no shame.
00:14:13.560 None, no shame in their game and the arrogance. I think, you know, that's, I think that's what's
00:14:18.560 ultimately going to get them if they do, but we've got to realize we've got a crooked justice
00:14:23.160 department that needs to be cleaned up. It's a trash can. Everybody wants to pick and choose
00:14:28.180 in this little department. I mean, the whole thing, you need to just start over because
00:14:32.540 of the, the level of corruption that's there and their, their ability to just ignore what's
00:14:39.920 going on. It's, it's, it's very ironic to me that I'm surprised it hasn't been picked
00:14:44.680 up on any, I don't read editorials because why do I want to read something that, you know,
00:14:50.040 is obviously against what I'm thinking or my, my thought process, but, but I'm surprised there
00:14:54.920 hasn't been an editorial that talks about the, um, uh, the RICO statute. They keep talking about
00:15:01.060 Trump and the RICO statute. I mean, this is classic RICO. This is laundering money. And you got to
00:15:06.800 realize, Lou, there's no proof that they've paid any taxes on this 20 plus million dollars that
00:15:12.660 they've been given their family and their minor children been given hundreds of thousands of
00:15:16.980 dollars. And you and I, Lou, if we were to sell $600 worth of items on eBay, by law, we
00:15:24.000 would get a letter from the IRS. And to think that there's no proof. I think that's where
00:15:29.980 we go after them on, because I think the American public would understand that money, money laundering,
00:15:34.920 you know, whatever, but not paying taxes on this to me is just, it's beyond belief. And,
00:15:42.120 uh, it's beyond belief that we've got an IRS that allows it. Well, it's not actually after
00:15:47.000 what I've dealt with them on, but with our justice department, just down the line, the refusal
00:15:53.120 to punish criminal activity and their ability to, you know, use full force in the federal
00:16:01.120 government against law abiding citizens, you know, going in the middle of the night arresting
00:16:05.120 some, some father protesting at an abortion clinic or something, you know, with full force
00:16:11.880 with the arms drawn and armored vehicles and all this stuff. And yet they, this is just
00:16:16.100 right in front of them. I mean, you know, one of those, one of these criminals, um, sent
00:16:21.400 the exact amount for Hunter Biden, for what he just bought a Porsche automobile the next day.
00:16:27.120 Uh, you know, how does that happen? How do we allow that to happen? And yet our justice department's
00:16:32.120 department's head is still in the sand. Yeah. And meanwhile, the FBI carrying out another,
00:16:38.120 uh, early morning raid by that, I mean, a 6 AM raid in full tactical gear with, uh, armored
00:16:46.120 vehicles pulling up to a house, uh, to hand over a, an arrest warrant and killing another American
00:16:54.120 citizen. But this one happened to be a hundred percent disabled United States military veteran.
00:17:01.120 Um, and there is no explanation for what the arrest warrant was no explanation for why they
00:17:07.120 fired as they did no explanation for why they inundated the house with, uh, you know, the,
00:17:14.120 the flash bang grenades and tear gas, uh, and another American is dead without explanation.
00:17:20.120 I suddenly with the FBI arrest warrants are becoming death warrants.
00:17:25.120 Absolutely. And I, I come from a family of law enforcement. I actually have letters
00:17:31.120 where my grandfather had written to J Edgar Hoover about his concerns about communism and communism.
00:17:37.120 And Mr. Hoover wrote him back. And, you know, the days of the only FBI TV show,
00:17:43.120 you remember with Efron Zimlis Jr. and they're all riding around in port LTDs,
00:17:47.120 carrying 38 revolvers wearing a hat and, um, and, and wingtip shoes, you know, those days are gone. This is,
00:17:55.120 this thing is out of control and they literally lost control of the greatest investigative body in the world and the reputation.
00:18:05.120 You know, I, I know FBI agents, former FBI agents, I guess I should say.
00:18:09.120 Um, and, and they just, they shake their head in disbelief about what's become of, as they say, their FBI.
00:18:17.120 Yeah, it's, it's outrageous. And, uh, I think there should be hearings on what has happened in the serving of these warrants by the FBI.
00:18:25.120 Uh, we're going to take a quick break. We're talking with Congressman Tim Burchett. We'll be right back.
00:18:31.120 We're back now with Congressman Tim Burchett and, uh, Congressman, I just want to go to Victor Chokin.
00:18:43.120 Uh, and suddenly we've got multiple pages in the New York post and, uh, everybody suddenly covering this man.
00:18:50.120 And I have, I saw no, uh, journalistic enterprise on the part of the mainstream networks, the, uh, corporate, uh, newspapers across the country.
00:19:00.120 For years now. And suddenly they're interested in the prosecutor who was fired because Joe Biden said so, uh, your reaction.
00:19:09.120 I think there's blood in the water, Lou. I think they know it. And they elected this guy.
00:19:15.120 He can't pour water out of a boat. If the instructions are written on the Hill, he's still wandering around the white house,
00:19:21.120 looking for the soft serve ice cream machine. And he's the supposed leader of the free world. And it's a complete embarrassment to this country of what's going on.
00:19:30.120 I think they realized what they got. They didn't want Trump. They wanted anything, but Trump and dad gum. They got it. I think they're, I think they're, you'll see them propping up the governor of California.
00:19:41.120 I noticed that he was even coming to East Tennessee of all places.
00:19:44.120 Um, which I doubt he'll get too much. They'll bring in the support for him from out of town, obviously, but you'll see him and the unelected, uh, and unappointed.
00:19:54.120 Climate czar that flies around first class and jet airplanes. Um, and they'll, they'll be trotting them out pretty soon in my prediction. And I, and I also predict too, I know this might be going out on a limb, but.
00:20:07.120 They're going to use the president's mental capacity as his criminal defense when all this comes down. And I predict he won't, he won't get a slap on the wrist.
00:20:16.120 Let me turn to, if I may, if he's a member of the foreign affairs committee, uh, Cuba, China is making all sorts of inroads, uh, throughout South America, Central America.
00:20:29.120 They own both sides of the, uh, the Panama Canal.
00:20:33.120 Now that no one wants to talk about that, but in point of fact, they're in charge of the most strategic, uh, area in the, uh, in this, in Central America.
00:20:44.120 Your thoughts about why there is so little focus by this administration on what is a clear and present danger to the United States.
00:20:54.120 Lou, we are completely 100% compromised. Go to any learning, greater learning institution in this country.
00:21:03.120 And you will see that the influx of Chinese, uh, and some of our Chinese Americans.
00:21:11.120 And the way the intelligence people tell me is these folks, they, you know, they still have family overseas and they'll whisper in their ear, somebody will.
00:21:19.120 And we know they did this because they did this at a naturalization.
00:21:22.120 If you remember the last week, they were two members of the Navy that got popped.
00:21:26.120 Just, you don't hear about that.
00:21:28.120 That was just a, just a few weeks ago that were in, uh, that were given secrets to the communist Chinese.
00:21:34.120 And they whisper in their ear, hey, you know, you got a grandmother still over there.
00:21:38.120 And, um, or a grandfather, you know, they could disappear and they, and they freak out.
00:21:43.120 No, we don't want, we just want a little bit of information, you know, and then they, and all they are, they're about numbers.
00:21:48.120 They understand numbers.
00:21:49.120 They, um, I remember Secretary Pompeo, I had breakfast with him maybe over a year ago.
00:21:54.120 And he told me, he said that they had, uh, the group I was at told us that, you know, they knew how many paper clips were used in the Longworth building.
00:22:02.120 They, and can you imagine a balloon that is 1800s technology, literally civil war technology was allowed to transverse the entire continental United States of America.
00:22:16.120 And the former director head of the CIA under Obama and his chief of staff, same man said, we should have shot it down over the Aleutian islands.
00:22:26.120 Yet this bunch let it transverse the entire United States of America claimed it was a safety issue.
00:22:32.120 Lou, they could have shot it down in Montana, where more people literally work in the Pentagon than live in Montana.
00:22:40.120 They could have shot it down there. They let it transverse this entire country.
00:22:43.120 He came over my area, went to Oak Ridge National Laboratory, turned around, went up, took pictures over Fort Campbell, Kentucky, and then we shot it down off the coast of Myrtle Beach.
00:22:54.120 I mean, literally Lou, it was more likely to hit a, you know, some redneck with a mullet haircut and a tie dyed T-shirt on a shrimp boat than it was to hit anybody out in the middle of the country.
00:23:06.120 And yet they allowed this thing to do this. We are completely compromised by the Chinese.
00:23:11.120 They have more installations underground in Cuba.
00:23:15.120 You look at, you see the thing. Well, if you were to see some of the photographs of Cuba, it probably hadn't changed that much, but they've gotten into these areas.
00:23:25.120 They've, they've got military installations. It's basically an aircraft carrier.
00:23:31.120 90 miles off the Chinese communist aircraft carrier, 90 miles off the coast of Florida, of Key West Florida.
00:23:39.120 And we've allowed that to happen. We've allowed it to happen. You say, well, what can we done militarily? Well, we need to start using some of our economic power too,
00:23:48.120 instead of quit volunteering our young men and women to go down on some foreign soil.
00:23:53.120 We need to start using that instead of allowing the Chinese to control every aspect of us.
00:23:58.120 You know, we've got computer chips in jet airplanes that are made by the Chinese.
00:24:03.120 How hard would it for them to put a virus in one of those that they could basically just turn the switch on?
00:24:09.120 That's a very scary, and it's not to James Bond either, is a very realistic conclusion that we need to come to eventually.
00:24:18.120 And we need to, one, ask ourselves how and why and where.
00:24:23.120 And the communist Chinese, how have they done it?
00:24:27.120 We're greedy, we're lazy, and we're stupid.
00:24:31.120 Why? Because they want to control us.
00:24:34.120 And where? Everywhere. They control near military bases.
00:24:37.120 They buy farmland.
00:24:38.120 And, you know, and if you say anything, you're a racist.
00:24:41.120 Well, I'm not a racist.
00:24:43.120 I just, I just like to, I wouldn't, I'd like to live in America and not under the threat of,
00:24:47.120 of Chinese communist rule.
00:24:50.120 Well, or the threat of Chinese communist missiles that will be surely arrayed there.
00:24:57.120 And the question becomes, why isn't our Congress and our Senate doing anything?
00:25:02.120 We know why the Biden administration isn't doing anything.
00:25:05.120 He's on lock, stock, and barrel by a number of countries, but primarily the People's Republic of China.
00:25:14.120 We're talking with Representative Tim Burchard.
00:25:17.120 We'll be back right after these words.
00:25:19.120 Stay with us.
00:25:20.120 We're back.
00:25:25.120 We're talking with Congressman Tim Burchard.
00:25:28.120 Congressman, let me, let me turn to the issue of, of China.
00:25:33.120 You mentioned the balloons that are coming across transversing the United States, as you put it, without incident.
00:25:42.120 We now are hearing from NASA, of all people, that the, we have UFOs that are, and some of, some of those folks are saying these UFOs are extraterrestrial.
00:25:57.120 Well, there is life beyond.
00:26:00.120 Give us your thoughts about NASA holding forth on extraterrestrial life in relationship to these UFOs, which are being acknowledged and which some are saying are directly under the control of the Chinese.
00:26:15.120 Well, I don't think they are, Lou, and I'll tell you why.
00:26:19.120 The testimony I've heard, and I've talked to some of our pilots, and these are the best pilots in the world.
00:26:27.120 This isn't some crop duster out here and flying over a cornfield.
00:26:32.120 These fly 60, 70, 100 million dollar aircraft.
00:26:35.120 These are the best, we have young patriot men and women that have spotted these things.
00:26:40.120 These things have capabilities that we do not understand and cannot, cannot comprehend.
00:26:47.120 They have no heat signature.
00:26:49.120 And that tells you that everything you got, if you have an electric car, it's going to have a heat signature.
00:26:54.120 Your lawn mower.
00:26:55.120 I mean, everything you've got, it's got a heat signature.
00:26:57.120 You have a heat signature, Lou.
00:26:59.120 But these things have, don't put off anything.
00:27:03.120 And they can fly Mach 5, whatever that is.
00:27:07.120 They can hover for hours at a time.
00:27:10.120 And if the Chinese had that, they would just take us over.
00:27:13.120 There would be no question.
00:27:15.120 If the Russians had it, I've said this many times.
00:27:17.120 I mean, they wouldn't be in this worthless war in Ukraine.
00:27:21.120 They would be flying around.
00:27:23.120 Putin would be flexing his muscle all over the world.
00:27:26.120 So it only leaves us with one other or two other.
00:27:30.120 It could be ours, which I don't think it is.
00:27:33.120 If it is, it's something that we've reversed engineered.
00:27:36.120 And I honestly think it's extraterrestrial.
00:27:39.120 You know, I'm a Christian.
00:27:40.120 I'm not a very good one.
00:27:42.120 I read my Bible, Genesis one, God created the heavens and the earth.
00:27:46.120 And you flip over there to Ezekiel first chapter and Ezekiel saw the wheel.
00:27:50.120 Of course, that's a King James interpretation.
00:27:52.120 So you got to figure at that time, the most technologically advanced item that we had was a wheel.
00:27:58.120 And they talk about a wheel within a wheel, which is the classic, what you would call a fly.
00:28:02.120 You and I would call a flying saucer.
00:28:04.120 Right.
00:28:05.120 So there's, there's historical mention of that.
00:28:07.120 I, you know, for years since at least 47, the Pentagon has told us they don't exist.
00:28:13.120 Now, all of a sudden, we have areas of the federal government, and then they continue to say they don't exist.
00:28:19.120 Yet if you watch the Tic Tac video, not Tic Tock, like the Chinese communist propaganda, but Tic Tac, like the breath meant.
00:28:26.120 If you Google that Tic Tac videos and listen to the audio, and we had the pilots in there that were talking about it and that were chasing these craft.
00:28:37.120 And, you know, we have a Pentagon tell us they don't exist.
00:28:40.120 Yet we have sworn testimony and audio and visual confirmation that, in fact, they do.
00:28:46.120 I've talked to multiple pilots that they do exist.
00:28:49.120 Now, you see Chuck Schumer come out with a bill saying, oh, we want to develop a clearinghouse for these things.
00:28:59.120 Of course, another layer of government between you and I and the truth.
00:29:02.120 There's funding involved, of course, for the war pimps at the Pentagon.
00:29:07.120 Then, and so you just go down the, you know what, Lou?
00:29:10.120 Let me see the files.
00:29:12.120 Put the files out.
00:29:13.120 I trust the American public.
00:29:14.120 I think we can handle it.
00:29:16.120 Quit trying to baby us.
00:29:17.120 It's not your, it's not your decision to decide what I can handle or not.
00:29:21.120 It's just like the Kennedy files.
00:29:22.120 You say, well, why would they?
00:29:23.120 Why do they keep the Kennedy files closed?
00:29:25.120 It's been over 60 years since John F. Kennedy was assassinated.
00:29:29.120 Nobody even alive is in that thing.
00:29:32.120 It is mentioned in any of those reports.
00:29:34.120 Yet they continue to hide that stuff.
00:29:36.120 It's power.
00:29:37.120 It's control.
00:29:38.120 And with the UFO issue, I think it's money.
00:29:40.120 I think it's technology.
00:29:41.120 I think, imagine what it would do to this economy.
00:29:45.120 If we were told one day, oh, we've got an energy source.
00:29:48.120 That would be free.
00:29:50.120 Basically, that would heat your home in the winter and cool it in the summer, run our vehicles.
00:29:55.120 Guess what?
00:29:56.120 We wouldn't be in wars, these worthless wars over a barrel of oil in the Middle East.
00:30:00.120 And I can go down the rabbit hole much further if you'd like, but I doubt we'd have enough time.
00:30:06.120 But yeah, I think there's something going on.
00:30:09.120 And military intelligence, I go back to 1947 Roswell, New Mexico.
00:30:13.120 That's the holy grail, if you will.
00:30:16.120 There's been some others before and some afterwards.
00:30:18.120 But imagine our military intelligence, which I've often stated is like congressional ethics.
00:30:24.120 It does not exist.
00:30:25.120 But our military intelligence comes out and issues a press release and says saucer recovered.
00:30:31.120 I've seen the headlines, you know, saucer recovered.
00:30:34.120 What does that mean?
00:30:35.120 It talks about whatever, something coming from outer space.
00:30:38.120 The very next day, they tried out this officer with this flimsy piece of fabric and some tubing and says, oh, we made a mistake.
00:30:48.120 It was a hot air balloon.
00:30:51.120 How does that happen?
00:30:53.120 How does our military intelligence go from craft recovered to hot air balloon?
00:30:57.120 How does Gordon Cooper, one of the most celebrated astronauts of all time, and you can watch the videos.
00:31:03.120 Gordon Cooper, the guy was decorated.
00:31:06.120 He could walk in any honky tonk in the world at the time, and everybody would have bought him a beard.
00:31:11.120 Why would he come out and say, I saw a craft land?
00:31:15.120 We took video of it.
00:31:17.120 We sent it to Wright-Patterson.
00:31:19.120 We called Wright-Patterson the next day.
00:31:21.120 They claimed they didn't know what we were talking about.
00:31:23.120 He describes a craft landing, landing gear coming out.
00:31:27.120 And this was, I guess, maybe in the 60s.
00:31:30.120 You know, just go down the list.
00:31:33.120 I've talked to too many military people, honorable people, wealthy, poor, on airplanes that have had incidents.
00:31:41.120 Look, over half the American, more people believe in UFOs than believe in Congress.
00:31:45.120 I'll tell you that.
00:31:46.120 Tim, thanks so much for being here.
00:31:48.120 And God bless you for all you're doing for the country and the great people of Tennessee.
00:31:52.120 Thank you, Lou.
00:31:53.120 God has blessed me.
00:31:54.120 But please keep putting the truth out there, brother.
00:31:56.120 That's what they can't stand.
00:31:58.120 They can't stand the lie.
00:31:59.120 So keep putting it on them.
