00:01:24.600 His advice was reportedly to significantly inflate the bond Trump had to pay.

00:05:01.240 They've been inaccurate in all of their pretense to prescience when it comes to foreign policy, and particularly U.S. foreign policy, and predicting outcomes in the Middle East in particular.

00:05:25.800 Absolutely, and I think the one positive of this failure and the way the Biden administration is handling it is that Israel no longer is seeking to appease the United States.

00:11:39.520 Benjamin Netanyahu does not suffer fools and he's been called upon to suffer a very powerful fool no matter how weak he is.
00:11:49.440 I don't think Israel is going to react in any way that is going to harm their ability to continue to take apart and dismantle Hamas.
00:12:03.160 I have a feeling what we're going to see is that the White House will start to walk back their comments, which I think we saw a little yesterday from Biden saying no weapons to, oh, we just mean offensive weapons.
00:12:15.420 And I think that as opposed to, you know, to to do their Iron Dome.
00:12:22.860 So I see that it's going to be that Biden has overstepped here.
00:12:27.160 We've seen yesterday some chatter of people who were never Trumpers, who have actually said this is it for me, what he has done, what President Biden has done.

00:15:39.400 And the Justice Department is so evil, so corrupt, politically corrupt, that they're still out arresting people, some of whom weren't even in the area of the Capitol on January 6th.
00:15:54.280 We just heard, learned of a suicide by a young man who was arrested three months ago, eight charges filed against him, and he committed suicide, as others have.
00:16:08.880 This is going to go down in history, in American history, is one of the most shameful episodes of our existence.
00:16:17.260 It's truly, truly a demonization of all that's good and right, and the foundation of our constitutional republic, law and order.
00:16:32.440 And by the way, in justice, there is mercy.
00:16:35.760 These corrupt Department of Justice prosecutors and the overcharging judges have shown no mercy at all to anyone.
00:16:45.440 Absolutely true, and it's unfortunate because the Department of Justice had an opportunity to focus on those who were literally engaged in violence or had weapons, and there were some instances of that.
00:17:02.760 But if they focused only on that, they wouldn't have the narrative that this was an insurrection, as opposed to that there were a few bad actors.
00:17:12.640 And by going after everyone who was physically in the Capitol, including ones who were waved in, who were walking by unobstructed, and you've got to couple that with, what are you seeing when we saw Justice Kavanaugh being his confirmation hearing when it was overtaken, and there was no consequence?
00:17:36.980 So the harm that these prosecutions are doing is going to be long-lasting.
00:17:43.480 It is showing that there is a two-tier system of justice, and it needs to stop.
00:17:50.740 The frustration is for, I think, nearly all Americans who are decent, who care about this country, is that we have not discovered whatever the check and balance is to this level of political corruption and just wanton disregard for law and for the Constitution.
00:18:12.420 That we don't have an anticipation or an understanding on the part of the founders that what would be required if you had a president who was nothing more than a cognitively impaired, politically compromised puppet,
00:18:32.860 and a cadre of Marxist systems around him that have subverted the entire government and taken control of nearly every agency, if not every agency, of the federal government.
00:18:47.520 And you have to add to that the lawfare that has been going on in the states, whether it's in Georgia or New York, or then, obviously, the special counsel.
00:18:58.420 And you saw that when the Supreme Court had their argument about the immunity and presidential immunity a couple weeks past.

00:22:23.620 When John Roberts says that, I would think that these corrupt Bidenites and Obamites, I shouldn't neglect him,

00:22:41.840 Because immunity, I think even though there's a differentiation between the state and the federal courts,

00:22:55.180 So the big picture with the New York case is very different because the charges there are not related to anything he did,

00:23:09.640 And the New York case, I think, is really the one that is the most offensive of all of them.

00:23:40.560 But what's so problematic is New York and the New York jury could convict Trump.

00:25:35.260 I do think that they're not going to come out and put an end to it because the Supreme Court's role is not to decide the facts, but to put the standards in place and allow the lower courts then to do the right thing.
00:25:51.600 And I do think, though, with the general populace, we'll see that as being kind of a cop out.
00:25:56.940 But it really isn't the Supreme Court's role.
00:25:59.740 It should be the populace's role to say, we are not going to tolerate this anymore.
00:26:05.840 And it very well could be that November is where the populace does that.
00:26:12.480 In the populace, but if I may, the chief justice does have a responsibility for the administration of the federal judiciary.
00:26:21.000 What he's got to be looking at right now has to give him great pause, if not a considerable gut-sick reaction to what has become of the judiciary over which he presides.
00:26:35.280 His intervention is required here because the corruption is manifest, it is obvious, and it will destroy the republic if he does not act, in my opinion.
00:26:45.000 That burden is squarely on him, is squarely, in my opinion.

00:26:58.060 I think that we have to distinguish between the federal cases and the state cases, as well as the distinction between if it is related to his office.

00:27:12.420 And because we have the principle of federalism, there's going to have to be some other check on the state of New York.

00:27:22.080 Yeah, I don't know what it could be other than the leadership of the Supreme Court and the Chief Justice, because there is no decent officeholder in Albany who has the power to stand up and say, enough, this is it.
00:27:38.420 The highest court in New York state has let this Stalinist carnival continue.
00:27:48.020 And they're chortling, it seems, in Albany and certainly in Manhattan, because Donald Trump is under their heel and they know that full well.
