00:01:01.840New York Civil Judge Arthur Ingeron is under investigation now, coming after claims surfaced that he received advice from a prominent New York attorney just weeks before ordering the president to pay a $454 million.
00:01:17.240That number was larger, apparently, because of what the attorney told the judge.
00:01:24.600His advice was reportedly to significantly inflate the bond Trump had to pay.
00:01:29.880The investigation has been brought by the New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct.
00:01:34.280The commission is trying to determine whether Ingeron violated judicial conduct rules.
00:01:39.700Watching these New York judges, I don't think that they could violate New York conduct rules, no matter what they did.
00:01:47.380In the judge's trial, Ingeron claimed Trump and each of the defendants participated in aiding and abetting the conspiracy.
00:02:42.620Yes, there's a double standard that we're seeing.
00:02:44.800But the bigger picture is what President Biden has done to our ally, Israel.
00:02:51.240And all he is doing by withholding weapons, making these types of announcements, is emboldening Hamas.
00:03:00.620They realize if they just hold out long enough that Biden will somehow think he can pressure Israel.
00:03:07.200And it is ignoring the fact that we have American hostages still being held in Gaza.

00:03:17.200He should be demanding Hamas release the hostages and having Israel do what they need to end Gaza's reign, excuse me, Hamas's reign in Gaza.

00:04:07.060And you have to wonder whether he thinks this is a political gain to him or if he just has advisors who are running the show who don't want to defeat Hamas, which is just inexplicable.

00:04:43.760But the idea that we should expect more of an Antony Blinken, more of a Jake Sullivan, is also a very difficult posture for anyone because they have proved themselves to be inept.
00:05:01.240They've been inaccurate in all of their pretense to prescience when it comes to foreign policy, and particularly U.S. foreign policy, and predicting outcomes in the Middle East in particular.

00:05:25.800Absolutely, and I think the one positive of this failure and the way the Biden administration is handling it is that Israel no longer is seeking to appease the United States.

00:13:05.460But we saw as soon as Hamas came back with their supposed acceptance was which was no acceptance of a ceasefire is we'll give you a bunch of dead bodies,

00:15:39.400And the Justice Department is so evil, so corrupt, politically corrupt, that they're still out arresting people, some of whom weren't even in the area of the Capitol on January 6th.
00:15:54.280We just heard, learned of a suicide by a young man who was arrested three months ago, eight charges filed against him, and he committed suicide, as others have.
00:16:08.880This is going to go down in history, in American history, is one of the most shameful episodes of our existence.
00:16:17.260It's truly, truly a demonization of all that's good and right, and the foundation of our constitutional republic, law and order.
00:16:32.440And by the way, in justice, there is mercy.
00:16:35.760These corrupt Department of Justice prosecutors and the overcharging judges have shown no mercy at all to anyone.
00:16:45.440Absolutely true, and it's unfortunate because the Department of Justice had an opportunity to focus on those who were literally engaged in violence or had weapons, and there were some instances of that.
00:17:02.760But if they focused only on that, they wouldn't have the narrative that this was an insurrection, as opposed to that there were a few bad actors.
00:17:12.640And by going after everyone who was physically in the Capitol, including ones who were waved in, who were walking by unobstructed, and you've got to couple that with, what are you seeing when we saw Justice Kavanaugh being his confirmation hearing when it was overtaken, and there was no consequence?
00:17:36.980So the harm that these prosecutions are doing is going to be long-lasting.
00:17:43.480It is showing that there is a two-tier system of justice, and it needs to stop.
00:17:50.740The frustration is for, I think, nearly all Americans who are decent, who care about this country, is that we have not discovered whatever the check and balance is to this level of political corruption and just wanton disregard for law and for the Constitution.
00:18:12.420That we don't have an anticipation or an understanding on the part of the founders that what would be required if you had a president who was nothing more than a cognitively impaired, politically compromised puppet,

00:18:47.520And you have to add to that the lawfare that has been going on in the states, whether it's in Georgia or New York, or then, obviously, the special counsel.
00:18:58.420And you saw that when the Supreme Court had their argument about the immunity and presidential immunity a couple weeks past.

00:19:21.000The other side was, you have to give immunity because they're going to be politicizing criminal charges.

00:21:53.240as he has thought he was being so cute and clever when he decided he would reach up to the Supreme Court for a judgment on immunity.

00:22:08.300this looks like your rationalization for this prosecution, your basis for this prosecution is simply we can prosecute the President of the United States
00:22:19.480based on the fact that we are prosecuting the President of the United States.
00:22:23.620When John Roberts says that, I would think that these corrupt Bidenites and Obamites, I shouldn't neglect him,
00:22:35.040are sort of up on their heels kind of wondering how this is going to go.
00:25:22.340I do think that if they let this continue on, it will have ramifications that create a distrust for the Supreme Court.
00:25:32.240And that it will be part of their legacy.
00:25:35.260I do think that they're not going to come out and put an end to it because the Supreme Court's role is not to decide the facts, but to put the standards in place and allow the lower courts then to do the right thing.
00:25:51.600And I do think, though, with the general populace, we'll see that as being kind of a cop out.
00:25:56.940But it really isn't the Supreme Court's role.
00:25:59.740It should be the populace's role to say, we are not going to tolerate this anymore.
00:26:05.840And it very well could be that November is where the populace does that.
00:26:12.480In the populace, but if I may, the chief justice does have a responsibility for the administration of the federal judiciary.
00:26:21.000What he's got to be looking at right now has to give him great pause, if not a considerable gut-sick reaction to what has become of the judiciary over which he presides.
00:26:35.280His intervention is required here because the corruption is manifest, it is obvious, and it will destroy the republic if he does not act, in my opinion.
00:26:45.000That burden is squarely on him, is squarely, in my opinion.
00:26:58.060I think that we have to distinguish between the federal cases and the state cases, as well as the distinction between if it is related to his office.
00:27:08.000Unfortunately, I don't think it's going to have any ramifications on the New York case.
00:27:12.420And because we have the principle of federalism, there's going to have to be some other check on the state of New York.
00:27:22.080Yeah, I don't know what it could be other than the leadership of the Supreme Court and the Chief Justice, because there is no decent officeholder in Albany who has the power to stand up and say, enough, this is it.
00:27:38.420The highest court in New York state has let this Stalinist carnival continue.
00:27:48.020And they're chortling, it seems, in Albany and certainly in Manhattan, because Donald Trump is under their heel and they know that full well.
