00:02:25.980 Alina Habba, who is President Trump's longtime attorney, public defender of President Trump through his legal battles.
00:02:32.340 She later joined the Trump administration as counsel to the president.
00:02:35.960 She was also the U.S. attorney for the great state of New Jersey and told the Democrats, of course, pulled her out.
00:02:41.640 Another name being floated, Stephen Chung, who's President Trump's White House Communications Director, one of his longest serving communication advisor, and he also played a massive role in Trump's 2024 presidential campaign.
00:02:54.680 Someone else from inside the White House, Anna Kelly, who's Caroline Levitt's principal deputy press secretary, already a key member of the White House communications team.
00:03:02.940 Scott Jennings, who's the conservative CNN political commentator, previously served in the Bush administration, becoming one of President Trump's most prominent defenders on television.
00:03:13.060 He's another name who's being floated. He's also being floated to potentially run for the Senate in Kentucky to replace Mr. Mitch McConnell down there.
00:03:24.100 So another name that's in there. Monica Crowley, longtime conservative television radio commentator.
00:03:30.860 She served in President Trump's first administration. She's now back in the administration as the administration chief of protocol. Katie Miller, another name being floated, former communications official for President Trump and Vice President Mike Pence, also married to Stephen Miller, Stephen himself being floated.
00:03:50.300 The final two names, Taylor Budowich, who was a longtime Trump communication strategist who worked for the 2024 campaign before departing as White House deputy chief of staff, also a good friend of mine.
00:04:01.980 And lastly, Matthew Boyle, Washington Bureau's chief for Breitbart, who spent years covering President Trump, MAGA and conservative politics.
00:04:11.400 Now, President Trump, of course, has not announced his choice.
00:04:15.380 So the big question is whether he promotes someone already inside the White House or brings in a high profile Trump ally from the outside.

00:04:26.960 President Trump's borders are who's doing a heck of a job.
00:04:30.180 Tom Homan putting sanctuary cities on notice, saying their refusal to cooperate with ICE is not stopping President Trump's immigration crackdown.

00:04:40.400 And he's going to continue to ramp up the efforts that they've already got rolling like a locomotive train.
00:04:47.320 Now, what's significant here is that ICE is actually increasing arrests despite the resistance from these Marxist Dem-run cities.
00:04:55.220 June reportedly produced the highest number of ICE arrests in the agent's history, surpassing July.
00:05:03.140 ICE is recording more than 1,400 arrests per day in June.
00:05:06.760 And that pace, as I said, increased in July.
00:05:09.500 Now, the problem Holman is pointing at is that the Democrat run sanctuary cities in the jurisdiction limits.
00:05:15.120 They're limiting the cooperation between the local police and the federal immigration authorities, including refusal of certain ICE detainer requests.
00:05:23.820 This means ICE is simply taking custody of someone from local jails.
00:05:27.660 Federal agents may have to go back in the community and find them and arrest them because the state and local governments refuse to cooperate with deporting these illegals out of our countries.
00:05:38.420 Now, the Trump administration says the sanctuary policies may make deportation operations more difficult, but it's certainly not going to slow them down.
00:05:46.980 The ISRS and deportations are continuing.
00:05:49.780 The administration says it continues to keep and intends to keep expanding enforcement, regardless of whether these Marxist dem governors and these mayors want to cooperate.

00:07:52.380 Again, President Trump's State Department and its initiative to undo everything that was done during the Biden era, well, the latest one that they've undone was an initiative that Biden put forward, which sought to spread DEI around the world like we don't have it enough here in America.
00:08:10.180 They're eliminating this State Department policy that made diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility, DEIA, it's almost like the LGBTQ plus, an explicit part of American diplomacy and foreign service.
00:08:24.200 So you're probably wondering what the heck could they have possibly done?
00:08:26.660 Well, under Biden, American diplomats were instructed to regularly raise issues involving racial and gender equality, LGBTQI plus rights, disability rights, social inclusion, and they were forced to do all of this in meetings with high-level officials of foreign governments.
00:08:45.080 Imagine going into a meeting to talk about nuclear weapons, but you're being forced to talk about DEI?
00:08:53.460 Now, this policy went beyond simply talking about those issues.
00:08:59.120 Diplomats could be evaluated based on their DEI efforts or being considered for promotion and career advancements.
00:09:06.540 So be a good boy, be a good girl and talk about DEIA, talk about LGBTQ, and you may be promoted.

00:09:16.300 The State Department's five-year DEIA strategy specifically sought to incorporate advancements of DEIA into job performance and career advancement criteria.
00:09:25.820 Now, some examples of what these diplomats were reportedly encouraged or evaluated on was raising racial and gender equity issues with foreign government officials, promoting LGBTQIA plus issues and discussions with foreign governments, encouraging local organizations to conduct DEI training and events.

00:10:36.360 subsequently released its own five-year DEIA strategy. The bottom line here was that the
00:10:43.240 Biden administration wasn't just implementing DEI policies for their own State Department
00:10:48.060 employees. His administration was incorporating it into how diplomats are being evaluated
00:10:53.820 and promoted into America's diplomat engagement with other countries.
00:10:59.640 Trump administration, thank God, is now dismantling the system and says diplomats should
00:11:05.500 be evaluated based on traditional diplomatic performance and advancing U.S. foreign policy
00:11:11.580 objectives. How is that for an evaluation method? I mean, pretty much being evaluated
00:11:21.180 on how you're doing your job, not if you're hurting someone's feelings. But this was the
00:11:29.460 failed administration of the Biden regime. Speaking of another failed administration,
00:11:37.720 California's high-speed rail project facing yet another massive crisis. A new report out from
00:11:45.020 the state's project on independence, the inspector general's office said the system
00:11:50.280 that is building this train could burn through its available funds as soon as December of 2027
00:11:56.060 unless California finds billions of dollars in new financing.
00:12:01.280 Talk about a waste of money.
00:12:04.360 The Inspector General report says the high-speed rail authority
00:12:06.940 faces a staggering near $10 billion funding gap over the next five years.
00:12:12.460 Now, borrowing the money could cost them billions more.
00:12:15.340 That $9.5 billion gap could generate an additional $3.5 to $6 billion
00:12:20.520 just in interest alone.
00:12:22.960 California lost $4 billion in federal funding.
00:12:27.080 The Trump administration terminated that $4 billion after federal officials
00:12:31.380 conducted the project and concluded that the project was failing to meet
00:12:34.780 important requirements and milestones, like showing where funds were going,
00:12:40.480 showing that they were on budget.
00:12:42.800 Of course, in the state of California, can't happen.
00:12:47.100 California repeatedly missed deadlines to actually buy the trains.
00:12:50.000 imagine that you're doing a high-speed rail but you don't even have the trains now under the
00:12:57.760 biden era a federal grant agreement california was supposed to execute its train contract
00:13:02.080 by december 31st of 2024 of course it didn't state later told the federal judge it would get
00:13:07.860 it done by december 1st 2025 and they missed that deadline too you guessed it now they sued
00:13:14.660 the trump administration over that lost four billion dollars and then quietly dropped the
00:13:18.680 lawsuit because they might have been forced to show some evidence, go through discovery.
00:13:26.520 So now you're probably wondering about those trains. Well, still to this day, they haven't
00:13:31.240 purchased those trains. The project's own updated procurement document says no train contracts have
00:13:36.740 been executed. So now they're cutting the initial train order in half. They plan originally called
00:13:42.680 for six train sets. It's now being reduced to three with additional trains merely listed as
00:13:48.060 possible options. The timeline has slipped once again. The inspector general says that
00:13:54.380 the project schedule window has moved from roughly 2032 to 2033 to potentially as late as September
00:14:00.700 of 2034. It's a joke. Remember, remember what Californians originally voted for. And for those
00:14:08.260 of you who are joining us from California, we do have a pretty big audience from California.
00:14:12.340 They voted for a high-speed system connecting major population centers, L.A. and San Francisco.
00:14:19.800 After years of delays, cost increases, funding problems,
00:14:23.420 the section currently under Active California has spent years trying to build this bullet train.
00:14:28.780 Now, their own Project Watchdog group is warning they could run out of money.
00:14:33.280 Imagine that. California can't manage their own budgets.

00:15:12.360 The bathrooms at Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport are getting a makeover.
00:15:17.420 According to project documents, Islamic voodoo foot washing machines
00:15:21.060 will be installed in the facility bathrooms at Dallas-Fort Worth, costing $300,000.

00:15:30.260 well, some airline passengers are using regular sinks for the same purpose.
00:15:34.520 putting their feet in the sink to wash them.

00:16:47.580 every tool at their availability. And with a department of justice, as well as with Republican
00:16:52.220 in Congress willing to support him. Again, I think we have very legitimate reasons to be very
00:16:57.120 concerned and worried. Laughable at best, and it's rich coming from John Brennan, who after he
00:17:02.280 interfered with the 2016 and 2020 elections, is still walking around a free man. In 2016,
00:17:08.760 Brennan played a role in overseeing the 2017 ICA report that falsely claimed Russia interfered in
00:17:13.820 the 2016 election to harm Hillary Clinton. He relied on Hillary Clinton's bogus Russian dossier
00:17:19.980 and then lied about using the discredited dossier in his assessment.
00:17:23.860 Last year, John Brennan was referred to the Justice Department
00:17:26.520 for criminal prosecution for knowingly making false statements
00:17:29.780 during a May 2023 interview with the House Judiciary Committee.
00:17:34.540 Jim Jordan's criminal referral is now related to John Brennan's false statement
00:17:38.140 that he made to Congress and whether the CIA relied on Hillary Clinton's
00:17:41.820 funded Steele dossier when drafting its ICA report.
00:17:45.620 In 2020, Brennan was, of course, one of the spies who lied about the Hunter Biden haptop from hell.
00:17:53.620 He's now currently under federal investigation in Florida on whether he lied during his congressional testimony.

00:20:36.020 Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani, as conduits for disinformation. The FBI labeled two of President
00:20:42.240 Trump's first-term cabinet secretaries, William Barr and Mike Pompeo, as well as Republican
00:20:48.900 Senators Chuck Grassley, Ron Johnson, Lindsey Graham, and House GOP Committee Chairman
00:20:52.840 Devin Nunes, Jim Jordan, as conduits, even though they were all investigated on whether the
00:20:58.140 allegations of corruption against the Biden crime family was true. They were being retaliated
00:21:03.560 against for trying to get to the bottom of the Biden crime family and the crime that they were
00:21:08.260 doing. A former DOJ officials and current VP of litigation at the Oversight Project, Jeff Clark,
00:21:14.280 another one who was illegally spied on.
