00:01:36.540 criminal indictment. President Donald Trump now facing more than 20 cases, indictments, legal actions,
00:01:43.280 and investigations, the latest indictment from Smith in regard to January 6th, and Donald Trump's
00:01:50.620 challenge to the 2020 election results. Remember, it was a presidential election won by fewer than 25,000
00:01:59.800 votes, the slimmest margin in modern American presidential election history, the most hotly contested election.
00:02:07.880 Congressman Matt Gaetz of Florida, who's been a champion for President Trump,
00:02:12.140 speaks for many Americans when he says enough is enough. He says it's time for Congress to shut down
00:02:18.920 Jack Smith once and for all. The House of Representatives needs to take action to defund
00:02:25.380 this special counsel investigation immediately. We do not need to wait for the appropriations process.

00:03:21.180 the composition of the Mueller team informed on how we saw a lot of that evidence and a lot of that
00:03:26.520 legal analysis. They had a team of vicious Democrats. And if you look at Jack Smith and his team,
00:03:34.420 you ought to be able to evaluate where they've made political donations, where they've been political
00:03:39.160 appointees, what their connections are to people who have skin in the game to preserve their power in
00:03:46.660 Washington, D.C. So because the Department of Justice has been non-responsive on my requests for
00:03:53.160 reasonable information that a member of the Judiciary Committee is absolutely entitled to,
00:03:57.720 because this is election interference, because it is not predicated on what we all saw as a nation,
00:04:06.100 President Trump said, we have to stop sending money to this. The power of the purse is not some
00:04:12.160 intermittent thing that we wield every year and a half or every fiscal cycle. It's something that
00:04:20.300 we have to wield day in and day out to achieve victory for our people and to stop this.
00:04:25.300 Congressman Matt Gaetz is exactly right. And let's hope that Congress listens. And it's no
00:04:31.420 coincidence that the Biden special counsel announced the Trump indictment just as House Oversight
00:04:37.540 Committee Chairman James Comer spoke to the whistleblower evidence against President Biden
00:04:43.080 and his corrupt DOJ and FBI. The House Oversight Committee conducted a closed-door deposition
00:04:50.200 with a former FBI supervisory special agent assigned to the FBI's Wilmington office. That is the office
00:04:58.300 that's been overseeing an investigation into the president's son for more than five years.
00:05:04.300 The unnamed agent has verified what was told to us weeks ago by IRS whistleblower Gary Shapley,
00:05:11.840 that the Biden family was given special protections while being investigated for their schemes.
00:05:17.560 As a result of the protection of Hunter Biden, the IRS and FBI criminal investigators never had the
00:05:24.880 chance to interview Hunter Biden as part of their ongoing investigation. Joining us now is the man
00:05:31.980 running that investigation. He's House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer. Mr. Chairman,
00:05:37.700 great to have you with us. Thanks for all you're doing for the country. You've got a big hearing today.
00:05:42.520 Whistleblower IRS agent Gary Shapley and one of his subordinates who hasn't been identified until
00:05:49.620 today. Tell us your expectations for the hearing. Well, I have two expectations. First of all,
00:05:55.460 I hope that the American people can learn whether or not the Bidens actually committed crimes. And secondly,
00:06:03.840 we hope to learn whether or not our federal government tried to obstruct this credible IRS investigation
00:06:10.480 of criminal activity by the Bidens. I think I know the answer to both questions. Today, Lou, we're going to have
00:06:15.660 two of the most credible witnesses we could possibly have that we have the IRS employees that are in charge of
00:06:23.820 international tax crimes that will be able to answer the question. So when you try to say, well, who's going to
00:06:31.220 determine whether or not the Bidens committed crimes? These are the two people that you would go to in the IRS. So it
00:06:36.440 should be a very substantive hearing. It sounds like it's going to be an incredible hearing. And I was
00:06:42.060 just thinking, as you were saying that, I think the American people have got a very good idea of the
00:06:47.180 crimes. After all, the court of public opinion doesn't have the same rules as a legal court.
00:06:53.520 I think the American people know pretty well from some of the evidence that you've produced,
00:06:58.080 most of the evidence that you've produced, in fact, that the Biden family is a crime family,
00:07:03.640 and that the President of the United States has compromised every which way from Sunday,
00:07:09.260 in part, as a, if you will, a colleague of his son on some of these extraordinary business deals.
00:07:19.340 Right. I don't think anyone that's kept up with the President's son would believe he had the ability
00:07:24.540 to secure tens of millions of dollars from foreign nationals. This had to be about Joe from the very
00:07:30.820 beginning. And one of the whistleblowers did an interview on CBS News, and he said that their
00:07:36.760 investigation was going directly towards Joe Biden when they were told to stand down. So they're going
00:07:43.260 to have an opportunity today in this hearing that should last around six hours. We hope to have a very
00:07:50.000 broad array of questions that are very specific. And, you know, one thing I've learned, Lou, the hard way
00:07:57.420 is a lot of people in America don't know what a shell company is. A shell company is a fake company.
00:08:02.360 They don't know what an LLC is. An LLC is supposed to be a legitimate company. And they don't know
00:08:07.580 what money laundering is. So hopefully, the American people will be, today, they'll be watching this
00:08:13.120 hearing, and they'll be able to see that these specific crimes were committed by the Bidens. And
00:08:19.280 this is very serious crimes. Anyone else in America whose last name is not Biden would already be in
00:08:24.100 prison for these crimes. Undoubtedly. And one of the, well, the star witness is Gary, I would say it
00:08:33.520 this way, is Gary Shapley, the IRS agent, who has revealed so much. He investigated Hunter Biden
00:08:44.380 and the whistleblower's allegations. You've got corroboration now from an unnamed FBI agent.
00:08:53.160 Can you tell us about that? Yes, I did a transcribed interview yesterday with an FBI agent
00:09:00.140 who confirmed what Shapley and the other IRS agent testified during the transcribed interview to the
00:09:08.020 Ways and Means Committee. He confirmed that, yes, the Secret Service and the Biden transition team
00:09:13.400 were tipped off about the fact that the IRS was about to interview Hunter Biden for criminal activity.
00:09:21.180 They were tipped off. Therefore, the interview never happened. So that's why it's so important
00:09:26.540 about this investigation, Lou. I know you know this and the people that listen to your show know this,
00:09:30.960 but the American people hopefully will understand this tomorrow. No one's ever investigated the Bidens.
00:09:36.120 The Form 1023 that Senator Grassley and I produced showed that no one ever investigated within the FBI
00:09:43.380 the very credible bribery allegations that Joe Biden had. No one with the IRS has investigated
00:09:49.680 any of these crimes of money laundering and racketeering and wire fraud and being an illegal
00:09:56.780 unregistered foreign agent. No one has investigated these. In every instance, the government knew about it
00:10:02.540 and they were told to stand down. So this is the only entity, the House Oversight Committee,
00:10:07.940 that's investigating the Bidens for corruption. And tomorrow, today's hearing should be a big deal.
00:10:15.320 I don't doubt it for a moment. And we're all looking forward to it with great anticipation.
00:10:21.560 Is there anything shocking that you expect to come from the hearing? Or do you look at it most
00:10:26.960 as validating your investigations to this point? Well, I think it's going to validate it. Look,
00:10:33.200 we were very encouraged when we read the transcribed interview that the Ways and Means Committee
00:10:38.160 conducted with whistleblowers. We learned that they actually knew about the shell companies and they
00:10:43.420 knew about the money laundering. We didn't know whether anyone in the IRS knew about this. They did know
00:10:47.840 about it. And while they were accumulating evidence, they were just mysteriously told to stand down
00:10:53.940 and taken off the case. And they allowed the statute of limitations to expire on many of these crimes.
00:11:00.600 So you've got two things going on here, Lou. You got the actual investigation of the crime,
00:11:07.120 and now an investigation of the cover-up. So there's really two investigations going on here of
00:11:12.740 the crime and then the cover-up. Usually the cover-up's worse than the crime, but I'll tell you,
00:11:18.140 these are some pretty serious crimes that the Bidens have potentially committed.
00:11:22.180 As you put it, crimes and cover-ups, there's no doubt about it. There is, in all of this,
00:11:30.640 the role of the mole carrying information for the Bidens from the FBI. We have the U.S.
00:11:43.020 attorney obviously slow rolling, and as you put it, the statute of limitations, allowing the
00:11:50.080 statute of limitations to expire. The fact is, it looks more like that was his whole purpose in life,
00:11:57.300 is to extend the investigation to the point that he would exceed the statute of limitations,
00:12:03.900 at least to me, you're thinking. It sure looks like it, Lou. And we're going to get the
00:12:08.920 opinion of the IRS whistleblowers. But it sure looks like it. I mean, no one else would it take
00:12:16.020 seven years to investigate a simple crime where we've already gotten an overwhelming amount of
00:12:23.700 evidence in the form of bank records and bank violations, and I was fought every step of the
00:12:28.240 way to get that information. The IRS could have gotten it in a week's time. So it's not hard to
00:12:35.980 comprehend when you've got all these shell companies and you've got these illegal wires coming from
00:12:42.400 foreign nationals that are then being laundered through all these shell companies that are going
00:12:47.720 to nine different members of the Biden family. That's not a complicated concept. No, it is for
00:12:52.460 the mainstream media, but it's not for the IRS. So thankfully, we're going to have the IRS that are
00:12:57.460 going to be able to answer these questions. We're talking with the man leading the House Oversight

00:13:48.120 Mr. Chairman, your thoughts about how hard Janet Yellen, the Treasury Secretary, fought you on getting
00:13:55.060 those SARs handed over to the committee and her role now bowing to Xi Jinping in China and eating
00:14:07.180 shrooms, if you will.
00:14:10.260 Well, Lou, it sure looks like everything coming out of this administration puts the Bidens first and
00:14:16.220 America last. They always seem to handle anything China-related at the expense of Americans.
00:14:25.640 And the fact that the Treasury Secretary fought us that hard to get what every other chairman of the
00:14:33.220 House Oversight Committee had no trouble getting access to those suspicious activity reports is very
00:14:37.840 concerning. Now, once we went in there and got that, I think we found out a whole lot more than
00:14:43.240 whoever her staffers were that initially looked over those because we found that there were additional
00:14:50.020 bank accounts, additional shell companies, and additional Bidens who were in on the scheme.
00:14:53.700 So, you know, we hit the payday when we went in there the first time. Now, because of the FBI form
00:15:00.480 that alleged Joe Biden took a bribe in Ukraine, we're asking Janet Yellen to once again let us have
00:15:07.040 access to any suspicious activity reports pertaining to anyone involved with Burisma, because we believe
00:15:14.200 that there was a lot of corruption involved in the Ukrainian quid pro quo, in the Ukrainian shady energy
00:15:24.260 company that the Bidens were receiving money from. The FBI form confirms that. Now we need access to
00:15:31.400 Treasury again. And as you can imagine, Lou, it's like pulling teeth and fighting an uphill battle again.
00:15:37.180 There is a point at which the Treasury Department itself should be investigated, isn't there,
00:15:41.520 Mr. Chairman? Janet Yellen, the Treasury Secretary, purposely trying to deny these incriminating SARs,
00:15:51.680 and again, resisting you once again. And the only reason it could possibly be is for political
00:15:59.920 partisan purposes. Right. You know, she acted like when she was going to be Treasury Secretary,
00:16:05.440 she was going to be independent because of her previous life as Federal Reserve Chair and all that.
00:16:10.560 But the excuse she gave us the first time was she didn't understand why we needed the
00:16:17.680 access to those. We showed her bank records and other things that showed, look, there's
00:16:23.040 potential criminal activity here. So she let us in. I have a theory, Lou, that she
00:16:28.720 got a good chewing out by Biden's handlers, and now she won't even respond to us. So yeah, we're going to
00:16:36.400 do everything we can. We're going to use every tool in the toolbox to try to get access to the
00:16:43.440 new round of suspicious activity reports. And again, we're basing this on the three forms that the FBI
00:16:50.640 was hoarding that alleged Joe Biden took a bribe in Ukraine in exchange for firing the prosecutor who was
00:17:00.320 investigating corruption with his son's company in that video of Joe Biden as vice president bragging
00:17:09.280 about getting rid of a prosecutor with Burisma in his crosshairs is as it comes very close to being a
00:17:18.000 confession, doesn't it? It is a confession. He confessed it. He confessed that he fired that
00:17:25.440 investigator and they were investigating. He said they did it because they were
00:17:33.120 it was a fraudulent company. It was his son's company. It's just like the I'm switching gears,
00:17:38.160 Lou, but MSNBC attacked me because I want to question this gal, Luff, who was affiliated with
00:17:46.720 the Bidens with CEFC. They were attacking me. Well, he was indicted for taking money from China.
00:17:52.480 He took money from the same company that the Bidens took money from. I mean, the the the amount of
00:17:59.280 evidence that's out there that the Bidens have been involved in corruption is breathtaking. All I can do
00:18:05.520 is investigate, Lou. You know, sadly, we don't have a credible Department of Justice that's fair here.
00:18:13.040 But one day we will. And we're going to get every amount of evidence that we can get and present the
00:18:20.160 American people with the truth as to what the Bidens have done and all the wrongdoing that they've
00:18:25.440 committed. You're talking about Gal Luff, the the CFC advisor, at least a part time advisor,
00:18:36.720 working with CFC, but not with Hunter Biden, as far as we know. It's interesting that he went to
00:18:46.480 to Brussels. I met with six six representatives of the Department of Justice, including four FBI agents,
00:18:55.600 two others. He showed up with his personal attorney and that apparently saved his saved his bacon that
00:19:02.240 day. Right. But they suddenly decided in the last two weeks to indict him after accosting him,
00:19:09.920 if you will, where he was at the time in Cyprus. It is it's it. This is this is James Bond. I don't
00:19:19.600 know what you call it. It's the stuff of fiction. It's crazy. But it's all built around protecting the
00:19:26.160 Bidens. Almost everything is structured, it seems to me at least, to in some way protect the Bidens.
00:19:32.720 And in the case of Gal Luft, he has knowledge that goes back to the the actually the Obama administration.
00:19:41.280 And this to me seems like it opens up a whole new avenue back to the Obama administration beyond this
00:19:48.320 administration. Yeah. Look, I just wonder what knowledge President Obama had of Joe Biden's
00:19:55.520 shady business dealings towards the end of his administration. I've always believed that's the
00:19:59.520 reason they wanted their enemy Hillary Clinton to run instead of Joe Biden. They always by all
00:20:06.160 accounts like Joe Biden more than they like Hillary Clinton. But but that's you know, that's another
00:20:10.960 issue for another day. But with respect to Luft, the day he comes forward and does that interview with
00:20:17.040 the New York Post where he implicates Joe Biden. The very next day he gets indicted by the Department
00:20:24.800 of Justice. Then you look at what's happening with our hearing today. The day before we do the hearing
00:20:33.440 with the Irish whistleblowers, they announced that Donald Trump is subject of a January 6th investigation
00:20:39.760 with the special counsel. I mean, there's always something the Department of Justice does to try to
00:20:44.640 obstruct and defer people's attention from our investigation. I swear, Congressman Comer, you
00:20:52.480 have nailed that. I can't tell you how many times we've talked and this has occurred. Once there's a
00:21:00.080 threat to the Biden's, there is a threat against Donald Trump. And it's just as you have predicted

00:21:33.520 Yeah, I would love to talk to Gal Luft. Look, the Democrats are trying to criticize us for that,
00:21:39.920 saying that he's a shady character. I can't help the fact that all the people that were involved
00:21:46.640 with the Bidens and their influence peddling are shady characters, Lou, every one of them. So if we're
00:21:52.160 going to get any type of evidence from people who actually knew what the Bidens were doing to receive
00:21:59.440 the millions of dollars, we're going to have to talk to some people that have less than stellar
00:22:05.120 past. So I think Gal Luft, the fact that he was taking money from the same Chinese entity that was
00:22:12.240 paying the Bidens, the same entity that Hunter Biden sent that WhatsApp message saying his dad was there,
00:22:19.440 you better send me that money right now. The same entity that Hunter Biden sent an email
00:22:25.920 saying that they needed extra keys because his father was going to share office space with him.
00:22:30.480 This is the same entity that was paying Gal Luft. So obviously he could provide some insider
00:22:37.920 knowledge as to what exactly this entity was. We believe it was a wholly owned entity of the Chinese
00:22:44.800 Communist Party. And the fact that the Department of Justice indicted him on that, I think that proves
00:22:50.160 that it was a wholly owned entity of the Chinese Communist Party. And even worse,
00:22:54.000 the federal government knew it. They knew that the Bidens were trying to do business with the
00:22:59.360 Chinese Communist Party. That's everything that every member of Congress in a bipartisan fashion
00:23:05.440 agrees on is we need to block China from taking over American industries. Yet the Bidens were taking
00:23:13.200 millions of dollars to try to help them gain access to entry into the various markets. That's
00:23:18.960 that's terrible in itself. Lou. And to underline the chairman's point, this reaches back to the
00:23:26.960 intelligence chiefs of the Obama administration, because as Congressman Comer is saying, they had to
00:23:34.480 know everything that the Bidens were doing because they were interacting with the Chinese, the CCP,
00:23:40.160 the intelligence services of the Chinese government, and also Ukraine. There's just no doubt that they
00:23:48.080 were fully aware of it. Does that amount to treason if those points could be proved?
00:23:54.800 Well, it sure looks like it to me, Lou. I mean, this is something that the president clearly has not been
00:24:01.200 honest about. And again, the one thing that there's bipartisan agreement on in the U.S. House of
00:24:08.800 Representatives is the fact that we need to block China from buying our farmland, from buying into our
00:24:15.680 energy industry, from buying into manufacturers of defense equipment. Yet from what we can gather,
00:24:21.840 the sole purpose of CEFC was to help China invest in every industry they could invest in because there
00:24:29.840 are, as there should be, barriers to entry for China from buying access into critical American
00:24:37.920 industries, whether they be agriculture, our food supply, our defense manufacturing, our energy,
00:24:43.360 all things that are vital to our national security. We don't want China having any interest in, much less
00:24:48.960 controlling interest. But yet that appears while they paid the Bidens millions of dollars to use the Biden
00:24:55.600 name to navigate the bureaucracy to eliminate the barriers of entry so that China could come in and
00:25:02.320 start taking over critical aspects of our American economy. And an economy 90 miles from our shore.
00:25:11.680 How much do you figure the Bidens will make for giving the go-ahead to build a military,
00:25:16.960 the Chinese to build a military base in Cuba? There's no, there's no telling, Lou. I mean,
00:25:23.440 this family has received tens of millions of dollars that we know of. And what should be
00:25:31.040 an even greater concern to the American people, not only are they probably compromised because of all
00:25:38.400 the money they take it in, they've blown through it. The president's son probably doesn't have anything.
00:25:43.840 Now, I mean, how they manage their own money doesn't bode well for how they're managing our tax dollars
00:25:50.960 on the national level. Everything about Biden, whether it be his bad policies, his ethics, his
00:25:56.160 truthfulness, where he made his money prior to becoming president, everything about Biden should
00:26:03.440 be concerning to every American who cares about the Constitution, who cares about the financial
00:26:09.280 solvency of our nation, who cares about what's right. This is an administration that continues to
00:26:16.400 to take us down a very dark path. And for whatever reason, Lou continues to put China first and America
00:26:25.920 last. Whether spending the taxpayer money or spending Chinese and Ukrainian money, Biden's in each instance
00:26:33.280 are spending other people's money. Perhaps that explains how careless they are with it. I'd like to conclude
00:26:39.120 with a question on a report that Republicans are debating right now, impeaching U.S. Attorney General Merrick
00:26:47.760 Garland. Can you give us any insight into that?
00:26:50.480 Yeah, I know that's something that Jim Jordan's taking the lead on. That will be a decision that he and McCarthy
00:26:56.960 will have to make. I know that there are several members in the House that that want to see more information. I'm not one of
00:27:05.120 them, Lou, I'm ready to pull the trigger, like most people that listen to your show. But Jordan and that
00:27:11.040 weaponization committee, they should have some more hearings. And it's all about trying to gather
00:27:16.480 information to make a case. You know, we can we can impeach anyone in the House, but getting them
00:27:22.480 convicted in the Senate is always a harder task. And I think what what the leadership would prefer is that
00:27:30.000 they can get as much evidence as possible. This hearing could answer a lot of questions about
00:27:37.680 any potential wrongdoing that Merrick Garland had, because somebody's lying about this Biden
00:27:44.560 investigation, either U.S. Attorney Weiss or Merrick Garland. Somebody's lying about what role Merrick
00:27:52.480 Garland's played. I think I know the answer to that, but hopefully we get some more answers very soon.
