00:07:41.640 But again, the dossier was not included at all in the assessment that determined that
00:07:46.300 the Russians had interfered in the election.

00:07:50.380 They were trying to help Donald Trump's election prospects.
00:07:54.100 So again, the last couple of weeks, Director of National Intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard, and
00:07:58.980 CI Director John Radcliffe have been putting out very misleading and inaccurate reports
00:08:03.560 about what was included in that intelligence community assessment.

00:08:11.460 Now, Brennan is clearly in damage control as he's implicated in all of this.

00:11:19.860 And so there was no dispute about it, except when there are partisans who come out in support
00:11:24.320 of Donald Trump right now.
00:11:25.920 And again, as you pointed out in the lead, effort to distract what's going on with other
00:11:30.240 issues that the Trump administration is having quite a bit of difficulty with.
00:11:33.580 The current CIA director, John Ratcliffe, has said he has now referred you and other members
00:11:38.440 of the Obama administration to the Justice Department, accusing you of lying about this.
00:11:43.340 Here's what he said just a few days ago.
00:11:46.300 That's why I've made the referrals that I have.
00:11:48.860 DNI Gabbard has made referrals and why we're going to continue to share the intelligence that
00:11:53.300 would support the ability of our Department of Justice to make fair and just, bring fair and
00:11:58.980 just claims against those who have perpetrated this hoax against the American people and
00:12:04.180 this stain on our country.
00:12:06.980 Director Brennan, have you been contacted by the DOJ?
00:12:10.940 No, I have not been contacted by the DOJ, the FBI, by anybody who was not contacted by
00:12:15.460 the CIA or the Office of Director of National Intelligence.

00:12:20.500 I have testified repeatedly over the years consistently about what we did to expose Russian interference
00:12:26.700 in the 2016 election and the creation and development of that intelligence community assessment that

00:12:41.960 So again, I'm willing to talk to anybody.

00:13:16.820 these referrals, because I just want to take a pause right there for Brennan welcoming to talk

00:13:25.640 I think there's going to come a day very, very shortly where he's not going to have a choice.
