Summary

Inflation is low, consumer sentiment is high, and the economy is doing great. Why does the Fed keep raising interest rates? Is it because they don't want inflation to take off? Or is it because the Fed is worried that higher rates are hurting the economy?

00:00:00.000 Right, well, I think that the headline today is that we had one of the better GDP releases
00:00:07.920 that we've ever seen.
00:00:08.920 It was absolutely in the sweet spot of what you want to see.
00:00:11.780 There was really high income growth, there was 3% GDP growth, and inflation, core inflation
00:00:16.680 CPI dropped all the way down to 2.1%, which is just what the Fed's target is.
00:00:22.240 And so all that's happening while we've got $170 billion flowing in in tariff revenue,
00:00:27.720 which everybody said was going to make inflation take off and give us a recession.
00:00:30.840 And instead, we're seeing the exact opposite.
00:00:32.840 And so it's a really beautiful day in economic data land.
00:00:36.240 And I think financial markets need to understand that when you have supply side booms, like
00:00:40.200 we're creating under Trump's agenda, then that doesn't create inflation.
00:00:43.940 It creates growth without inflation, because the more supply you have, the lower prices
00:00:47.540 are.
00:00:48.540 Hello, everybody, and welcome to The Great America Show.
00:00:51.140 It's great to have you with us.
00:00:52.140 I guess any day that Donald Trump is our president, it's a good day in America.
00:00:56.640 Very promising economic numbers out today from the Fed.
00:00:59.980 Inflation is low, consumer sentiment is high, the economy is doing great.
00:01:06.860 So why won't Jerome Powell give the American people, you and I, a break?
00:01:12.140 It's not just Donald Trump he's hurting, it's not just the economy he's hurting, he's hurting
00:01:16.420 us.
00:01:17.420 People who want to buy homes, the people who want to buy things, and are getting absolutely
00:01:21.640 killed by interest rates.
00:01:24.980 Donald Trump had a few words for Jerome Powell earlier this afternoon speaking at the White
00:01:31.020 House.
00:01:32.020 Take a listen to his message for how Jerome Powell is hurting the American people.
00:01:36.980 What you do is you lower them, and let's see if there's inflation.
00:01:40.320 Right now, there's no inflation.
00:01:41.320 Everybody thought there would be.
00:01:42.320 All we have is billions of dollars of cash pouring into our country from other countries
00:01:48.400 that took advantage of us for many, many years.
00:01:50.320 You know, they were taken advantage of.
00:01:51.320 We were like the stupid people that didn't know what they were doing.
00:01:55.320 They took advantage of us, other countries, friend and foe.
00:02:00.000 And by the way, the friend was oftentimes much worse than the foe when it comes to trade.
00:02:05.440 So if that happens, what you do is you raise your rates, and you do what you have to do
00:02:09.280 to stop inflation.
00:02:11.160 But we're keeping the rates high, and it's hurting people from buying houses, and we don't
00:02:16.220 want that.
00:02:17.220 If for any reason that happened in a year or two, if there's some signs of inflation coming
00:02:21.820 back, right now there's not.
00:02:23.120 We have a great thing going.
00:02:25.120 I think we're going to have the richest economy you've ever seen.
00:02:28.320 We have money coming in that we've never even thought about at numbers that nobody's ever
00:02:33.240 seen before.
00:02:34.360 We have a deal with Japan where they're going to pay us $550 billion.
00:02:39.100 We have a deal with Europe where they're doing $750 billion plus $400 billion plus $300 billion.
00:02:46.360 And many other countries, it's likewise, you know, relatively.
00:02:49.600 Those are two big ones, but likewise.
00:02:52.220 So we have a lot of money coming in, and we have no inflation, and we're very strong,
00:02:58.700 and we should be lowering the rates.
00:03:00.340 So each point that this gentleman keeps up costs us $365 billion a year.
00:03:09.580 Think of that.
00:03:10.580 One point.
00:03:11.580 $365 billion.
00:03:13.580 If you bring it down a point, we save $365.
00:03:16.540 We should be the lowest interest rate, and we're not.
00:03:20.140 We're 38, number 38, because of the Fed.
00:03:23.020 It's all because of the Fed.
00:03:25.980 He's done a bad job.
00:03:28.100 Now, he's got a meeting today, but I call him too late.
00:03:31.660 You know, he's always too late.
00:03:32.680 Even if he does it today, he probably won't.
00:03:35.120 I hear they're going to do it in September, not today.
00:03:37.760 For what reason, nobody knows.
00:03:41.440 But Europe, as you know, cut their rates 11 times in the last short period of time.
00:03:49.180 But the good news is we're doing better than anybody anywhere in the world.
00:03:52.780 Nobody's doing anything even close to us, even with the higher rates.
00:03:56.360 The higher rates do affect housing, though, because people can't go out and get a loan or
00:03:59.700 refinance their house, and it would be nice to have them be able to do that.
00:04:03.440 That would be just another check of a box that would be very important.
00:04:09.140 Now, to put it in perspective, where we sit right now with our interest rate, where it's
00:04:14.340 at right now, we're in the margin of where China, South Korea, Saudi Arabia, Brazil, Philippines,
00:04:21.700 and Indonesia all sit.
00:04:23.320 We're in between those four or five countries, whereas other countries are absolutely
00:04:29.640 killing us.
00:04:30.620 You look at countries like Switzerland, and they're able to be way more competitive than
00:04:35.160 we are.
00:04:36.280 We're killing ourselves with our own interest rate.
00:04:38.740 So, as I said, very good economic numbers out today, and the Marxist leftists don't really
00:04:43.780 like when America's doing well because, well, Donald Trump is our president.
00:04:48.040 Jim Cramer couldn't contain his excitement today on air.
00:04:51.400 Now, this is Jim Cramer, the man who promised the economy was going to crash because of President
00:04:55.700 Trump's tariffs.
00:04:56.400 He promised everything Donald Trump did was going to crash the economy.
00:05:01.260 It turns out none of it's ever been true.
00:05:03.460 Jim Cramer is probably one of the dumbest people on planet Earth, let alone on television.
00:05:08.620 Take a listen to Jim Cramer and that excitement that he could barely contain earlier this morning.
00:05:14.380 Our biggest problem is we have so much growth that the Fed won't cut.
00:05:18.540 What the fuck?
00:05:19.440 Jesus Christ.
00:05:20.580 Oh, my God.
00:05:21.380 Oh, my God.
00:05:21.740 I'm so sorry.
00:05:22.380 I'm so sorry.
00:05:23.280 I take it right back.
00:05:24.120 Everybody.
00:05:24.360 I take it right back.
00:05:25.200 It's OK.
00:05:25.780 It's OK.
00:05:26.440 We're in the moment.
00:05:27.420 It's live television.
00:05:28.120 It's just the way we talk.
00:05:28.720 I take it right back.
00:05:29.440 That was bad.
00:05:30.020 It's cable with a ticker, as Doug Kernan would say.
00:05:33.820 I take that back.
00:05:34.380 That's right.
00:05:34.640 Real people doing live TV.
00:05:36.400 No.
00:05:36.520 Jim, though, to your point.
00:05:37.320 I take it back.
00:05:37.840 Goldman today, the most notable change.
00:05:40.200 I think I'm out of here.
00:05:40.640 No, you're fine.
00:05:41.720 You're absolutely fine.
00:05:42.780 Goldman today, the most notable change.
00:05:43.400 You want me to say one?
00:05:44.320 No, I just feel like enough with the economy's booming.
00:05:47.660 Let Carl talk now.
00:05:48.540 Goldman today, most notable change since the June Fed meeting.
00:05:56.840 Oh, boy.
00:05:57.800 Kramer could barely contain his excitement.
00:06:00.500 He just wants to be right all the time.
00:06:02.440 The problem is, is he's never right.
00:06:05.120 So with all this comes as Jerome Powell, whose days seem to be numbered, if not somehow fired
00:06:10.840 or resign, he will be out before the next year, the next 12 calendar months.
00:06:16.440 I believe it's about eight months he has left on his term.
00:06:19.680 He'll be gone.
00:06:20.560 So President Trump will have the opportunity to put in some of his own people.
00:06:25.220 Scott Besson, top of that list right now.
00:06:27.380 So Powell announcing today's FOMC meeting that they're expected to keep interest rates steady
00:06:32.340 for the fifth time since December.
00:06:34.980 Of course, despite this massive pressure from President Trump, wanting America to be competitive
00:06:40.100 on the world stage.
00:06:41.340 So it's unclear who Powell is rooting for, who he wants to see winning, but it's not America
00:06:48.280 and it's not Donald Trump.
00:06:50.580 Speaking of winning, a man who's sort of went off into the sunset nicely now, Elon Musk,
00:06:57.780 you all remember a month ago, proposed his, quote, America party getting ready to launch
00:07:03.640 it.
00:07:03.860 But there's one problem.
00:07:06.080 No formal paperwork has been filed yet, fooling speculation that the so-called America party
00:07:10.680 was a little more than an empty threat from Elon Musk.
00:07:14.160 He's had a lot of them towards President Trump and his passive aggressive nature since leaving
00:07:20.580 the White House.
00:07:21.640 Musk's reason for starting that third party was ostensibly because of the passing of that
00:07:25.800 reconciliation bill, the big, beautiful bill, which he criticized for failing to tackle the
00:07:30.800 issue of fiscal deficit, which every single Republican has failed to be held responsible
00:07:38.080 since taking the oath of office.
00:07:41.300 I think it's business as usual now in Washington, D.C. to not be able to balance a budget.
00:07:48.240 President Trump playing 5D chess, as he usually does, firing the federal prosecutor appointed
00:07:53.960 to replace Alina Habba as the U.S. attorney of New Jersey.
00:07:58.080 That's right.
00:07:58.520 Last week, it was reported that U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi promptly removed Alina Habba's
00:08:03.320 replacement after a group of district court judges voted to oust Habba as the interim U.S.
00:08:08.860 attorney of New Jersey.
00:08:10.340 Now, a group of federal judges last Tuesday declined to extend Habba's term as that interim
00:08:15.040 U.S. attorney of Jersey after Democrat minority leader Hakeem Jeffries launched a presser campaign
00:08:21.160 to oust her.
00:08:23.080 Habba's term as interim U.S. attorney was set to expire last Friday just at midnight.
00:08:27.800 But last Tuesday, after the pressure campaign, Jeffrey's district court judges voted to oust
00:08:33.000 Habba as that attorney and replace her with Desiree Lee Grace.
00:08:37.760 Alina Habba geniusly announced just before that that she would be resigning her post a
00:08:44.040 little bit early.
00:08:45.040 So Donald Trump wins once again, as he's now got Alina Habba coming back in as U.S. attorney of the great state of New Jersey.
00:08:55.460 And Habba, I have to say, has done a tremendous job so far in New Jersey going after that Marxist rogue Democrat letting her know when you remember when they raided that whole ice facility, letting them know they're not going to be able to get away with this sort of lawfare anymore.
00:09:12.340 Lawfare is done in America.
00:09:14.200 It ended back in November, and it was reassured that it ended on January 20th of this year.
00:09:20.880 It won't be tolerated anymore.
00:09:22.760 We're going to take a quick break here.
00:09:24.220 When we come back, there's a lot to get to.
00:09:26.920 Kash Patel has some breaking news out today about those documents.
00:09:31.640 Remember Russiagate?
00:09:34.200 2016, when they tried to ruin Donald Trump's life.
00:09:37.200 Well, I mean, they've been trying to ruin his life for the last 10 years, but this is when it all started.
00:09:42.280 Russiagate, the Russia collusion hoax.
00:09:44.440 Remember when Donald Trump colluded with Vladimir Putin to steal the 2016 election?
00:09:49.820 Yeah, I don't remember it either because it never happened.
00:09:52.400 Kash Patel has just uncovered thousands of documents that were set to be destroyed by the FBI.
00:09:59.320 We're going to take a quick break here.
00:10:00.820 When we return, we're going to take that up and so much more.
00:10:03.140 Stay with us.
00:10:03.580 We're coming right back.
00:10:04.340 Thanks for staying with us, folks.
00:10:11.820 So Russia collusion, we all know it was a hoax.
00:10:14.480 Donald Trump told us it was a hoax.
00:10:16.140 And he's fairly never wrong, at least on most issues.
00:10:21.420 And that was one of the things.
00:10:23.020 So now Kash Patel's in charge of the FBI.
00:10:25.600 But Kash Patel goes way back with Devin Nunes and their time in Congress,
00:10:31.480 working on investigating these crooked FBI and criminal DOJ officials.
00:10:38.960 Take a listen.
00:10:39.740 I want to play this clip for you.
00:10:40.740 It's a little bit long, but I want to play it for you.
00:10:43.020 Back when Kash Patel and Devin Nunes put out a movie on the Russia collusion hoax,
00:10:47.900 I want you to take a listen just on how intent Kash Patel is on getting these perpetrators.
00:10:54.260 Take a listen.
00:10:54.740 Through our investigative process, we found out that a firm representing Christopher Steele,
00:11:03.100 Fusion GPS, was somehow involved in the matter.
00:11:07.960 Following the money.
00:11:09.660 If we could follow the money, we would ultimately figure out who was paying Fusion GPS.
00:11:15.000 I walked him through the investigation.
00:11:16.800 I said, this is why I think this happened.
00:11:18.600 This source said X.
00:11:19.720 We can prove it if we subpoena the bank.
00:11:24.000 And he's like, you want to subpoena a bank?
00:11:25.820 I said, Devin, give me one subpoena.
00:11:27.460 And if I'm wrong, you can fire me.
00:11:28.960 He gave me the subpoena.
00:11:30.440 And we went after the bank.
00:11:33.820 It wasn't like we served the subpoena and everybody went away.
00:11:36.840 Fusion GPS forced us in the federal court into litigation over the subpoena itself.
00:11:43.160 And that was when everybody was like, we're on to something.
00:11:47.660 Fusion GPS is a very, I mean, they're very talented at what they do.
00:11:52.420 They're a racketeering outfit.
00:11:54.020 They're essentially, they make things up about people.
00:11:57.560 They spread it to the people in the press.
00:12:00.440 They get them to run the fake news stories.
00:12:02.640 And then even worse, when they find different ways to feed it into the FBI.
00:12:07.880 And all of these things sort of started coming together in a very unusual fashion.
00:12:11.160 I said, Devin, we're following the money and I'm going to tell you right now that the DNC and Hillary paid for this.
00:12:16.280 It was 9 a.m. on a weekday and he literally looks at me and he goes, Cash, if you're going to start drinking this morning, get out of my office.
00:12:23.920 It always goes back to the money.
00:12:25.660 And it's the easiest thing to follow because you have to document it in some fashion or you got to move in some way.
00:12:30.380 We were able to, pursuant to the judge's authority, allow myself and one other colleague to visit bank's attorneys and review in closed session the records.
00:12:44.540 And we were not allowed to disclose it to anybody what we reviewed.
00:12:47.400 And then finally, on the eve of the ruling of the court, Fusion disclosed that Christopher Steele had been paid by the DNC themselves.
00:12:59.640 There were names that would eventually come out that were being paid by Fusion.
00:13:05.400 Fusion, names now that are public, but at the time weren't, Nellie Orr, the wife of Bruce Orr, was being paid by Fusion GPS.
00:13:13.760 We would come to learn to do Russian intelligence information gathering and then submit it to the FBI.
00:13:21.460 We were able to figure out that the attorneys, Perkins Coie, were the attorneys for the DNC.
00:13:30.400 Nellie had been working, Bruce's wife, had been working for Fusion GPS.
00:13:34.560 The folks that Perkins Coie paid $10 million to and then they took that $10 million and paid Christopher Steele $168,000 to dig up dirt.
00:13:43.400 They paid Nellie Orr, I think, $50,000 to do her research against the president and his daughter.
00:13:48.860 And they fed all of that directly to the bureau, who then used it in the FISA and in the investigation against the president.
00:13:56.840 So now you've connected the money and the people and put the political party right in the middle of your opponent.
00:14:03.020 It's outrageous.
00:14:05.500 So this is Cash Patel, as I said, years before becoming the director of the FBI.
00:14:10.500 This is an issue that Cash has taken head on and has talked about since President Trump left office in 2020 and since President Trump took office in 2016, including that those few years gap.
00:14:24.120 So the big news out today, Cash Patel has reportedly found a trove of sensitive documents related to the origins of the Russia collusion hoax.
00:14:35.040 He says they were, quote, buried in multiple bags in a secret room inside the bureau.
00:14:42.440 Now, the burn bag system is used to destroy documents designated as classified or higher.
00:14:49.180 So very interesting.
00:14:50.760 Sources are saying that multiple burn bags were found and filled with thousands and thousands of documents.
00:14:56.160 That is absolutely unbelievable.
00:14:58.420 One of the documents the FBI officials found in that burn bag was a classified annex to former special counsel John Durham's final report, which includes the underlying intelligence he reviewed.
00:15:11.240 Now, why did that come out the first time when John Durham put out his investigation?
00:15:15.560 The declassification of the classified annex is being done in close coordinations between CIA director John Ratcliffe, Kash Patel and Tulsi Gabbard, along with Pam Bondi and acting national security director William Hartman.
00:15:32.340 Now, as I just said, in 2023, special counsel John Durham released his final report, concluding that the FBI had no verified intel when it opened Crossfire Hurricane, the investigation, which they used to investigate President Trump in 2016.
00:15:48.060 President Trump declassified that binder on January 19th of 2021, just a day before he left office.
00:15:54.300 Now, he was given it was given it was given to John Solomon and those of you who join us on the show have heard John Solomon tell us the story about what happened to those documents.
00:16:05.080 Solomon was given those documents, the Crossfire Hurricane documents.
00:16:09.320 He was given them and was told that they are to be embargoed until the following day when President Trump left office.
00:16:16.860 It's a common practice that is used inside, you know, government agencies.
00:16:21.620 So Solomon started scanning those documents into his system so that when the embargo was lifted, he'd be able to get them out through his organization, just the news.
00:16:32.160 He started scanning those documents, putting them into the system.
00:16:36.140 And the FBI came to his office and asked for that binder back.
00:16:39.780 But they promised that binder would be returned to him shortly thereafter.
00:16:45.260 Now, Solomon was owed another binder and that one that they came and took.
00:16:49.920 You could probably guess how this story and Solomon was never given back that binder, the initial one, and he was never given the second one that President Trump declassified.
00:17:00.700 Now, it's unclear if these are the documents that have been found in these burn bags, but it's highly suspicious, number one, that these documents would still be sitting down in a room.
00:17:11.440 Is someone trying to implicate somebody?
00:17:13.380 Is someone from the Obama-Biden White House trying to implicate somebody?
00:17:18.600 Or are they just trying to cover their rear ends?
00:17:20.800 It's unclear, but these documents now are expected to start coming out next week, according to CIA Director John Radcliffe.
00:17:29.080 So it's going to be interesting to see what the FBI was so worried about coming out, what they were so terrified about all of us finding out after Donald Trump left office.
00:17:39.080 Now, at this point, President Trump hadn't been indicted 150 times.
00:17:42.560 He wasn't facing 900 years in jail.
00:17:44.780 But I guess the Marxist Dems knew that Donald Trump was going to run again because he had just been stolen, had an election stolen from him, and he wasn't going to go out like that.
00:17:56.480 So as I often say, Donald Trump is the only man who's won three elections, the only president who's won three elections.
00:18:03.000 So John Solomon is now declaring that Barack Hussein Obama can be compelled to testify before a grand jury, and he cannot invoke the Fifth Amendment due to his presidential immunity.
00:18:14.560 That's the immunity that the Supreme Court granted President Trump when he was going through those witch hunt cases that the Marxist Dems brought to him.
00:18:22.600 Here's the kicker.
00:18:23.280 If Obama lies as a private citizen about what he did during his presidency, that immunity evaporates, potentially exposing him to criminal prosecution.
00:18:33.380 Once called before a grand jury, Obama must testify under oath.
00:18:37.000 And if he misrepresents or lies under any matter related to his official conduct, as I said, he loses that immunity.
00:18:43.840 The single moment as a private citizen could nullify the entire blanket he once relied upon and was very upset when President Trump was granted it.
00:18:53.940 Take a listen to John Solomon this afternoon on Obama testifying.
00:18:59.280 I know President Trump has every right to be frustrated with him.
00:19:02.340 I think President Trump's analysis last week was right.
00:19:04.760 I think my immunity rule might protect him on the original charges.
00:19:08.080 That's what most legal experts tell me, that that ruling is so sweeping it will protect Obama for what he did in office.
00:19:13.320 However, Barack Obama can now be summoned before a grand jury.
00:19:17.340 He cannot take the Fifth Amendment because he has immunity from prosecution.
00:19:21.320 He'll have to tell the truth.
00:19:22.520 If he lies as a private citizen about what he did as president, he'll no longer have that immunity.
00:19:28.560 And that is a trap that Obama is sitting potentially facing.
00:19:31.980 And I want to say the irony to that, because on January 5th, 2017, he presided over a meeting in the White House where the FBI had just cleared Mike Flynn of any wrongdoing.
00:19:41.540 And they schemed in that meeting how they might be able to jam up Mike Flynn.
00:19:46.220 And they came up with the idea.
00:19:47.760 We'll lure him into an interview, catch him into a lie, and then prosecute him that way.
00:19:51.280 Barack Obama now is about to face a potential similar situation as the one he created unfairly for Mike Flynn.
00:19:58.000 I think all of us here would love nothing more than to see Barack Hussein walked out in an orange jumpsuit.
00:20:07.460 That had to be a day made for a lot of people, a day coming for him that he clearly deserves.
00:20:13.600 We're going to take one more quick break here, folks.
00:20:15.200 When we return, there's another member of Congress.
00:20:18.220 There's another person in Washington, D.C. who deserves to go to jail.
00:20:20.760 Well, there's I shouldn't say there's one.
00:20:23.020 There's probably a few hundred of them, but one in particular that we've all been waiting for who commits a crime every single day.
00:20:30.380 A stock trade is made.
00:20:32.260 We're coming right back with that story.
00:20:33.960 Stay with us.
00:20:40.400 Thanks for staying with us, folks.
00:20:41.960 So a few weeks ago, we got the Epstein video, the video that showed he didn't kill himself or rather he did kill himself.
00:20:50.680 I'm so caught up here with remembering what we're supposed to believe and what we actually truly believe.
00:20:56.200 So that video that came out a few weeks ago that was released by the Bureau of Prisons that showed that Epstein was in the cell by himself.
00:21:03.520 He indeed did kill himself.
00:21:04.940 He hung himself with his CPAP machine or his blankets or whatever he used to kill himself.
00:21:09.840 There was one problem when that video was released showing his prison door.
00:21:15.880 First of all, it wasn't even the prison door cell that he was in that they released looking at every schematic that we've ever been showed about Epstein and his whereabouts on the day he was killed, August 9th of 2019.
00:21:29.060 So the FBI is now telling us that the Bureau of Prisons and the Department of Justice, Inspector Generals are in possession of a copy that now remember the infamous tape that was released.
00:21:44.100 There was a minute that was missing.
00:21:45.440 Pam Bondi came out and said the next day that it's like that in every single one since 1980 or 90 or whatever she said, that a minute is missing every single day and that one minute is missing.
00:22:00.540 It turns out the video now exists with that minute that's not missing anymore.
00:22:07.240 So who are we to believe here?
00:22:11.080 Pam Bondi, who's told us the documents are on her desk.
00:22:15.660 Pam Bondi, who told us Jeffrey Epstein did this, this and this.
00:22:19.680 And now I know you guys are all tired of hearing about it.
00:22:22.140 I'm tired of talking about it.
00:22:24.060 It's very simple how we handle this situation.
00:22:26.260 You put everything out there.
00:22:28.820 Public's right to know.
00:22:30.200 And you shut us all up while we review what was promised to us.
00:22:34.360 So back to the video, Bondi told us that it's missing.
00:22:40.480 The same minute's missing for the last 30 years.
00:22:42.660 Turns out that's not exactly the case, as there is a video that exists and that minute is in there.
00:22:51.520 So we'll keep you up to date on how that progresses and what we learn from there and what we figure out from there.
00:22:57.500 But truly, truly something that we'll keep our eye on.
00:23:01.580 So that member of Congress I was talking about, it's a person who's very, very rich, making just $174,000 a year.
00:23:09.160 And I say that because she lives in a very nice area in California.
00:23:13.640 Of course, $174,000 a year is a lot of money to make, but she's making a lot more than that.
00:23:17.980 It's in the tens of millions a year.
00:23:19.940 And it's Nancy Pelosi.
00:23:21.380 And I think Donald Trump is tired of her, as he should be.
00:23:24.560 Take a listen.
00:23:25.300 You know, Nancy Pelosi became rich by having inside information.
00:23:31.380 She made a fortune with her husband.
00:23:33.500 And I think that's disgraceful.
00:23:35.680 So in that sense, I'd like it.
00:23:37.240 But I'd have to really see the I'd have, you know, I studied these things very carefully and this just happened.
00:23:42.080 So I'll take a look at it.
00:23:43.660 But conceptually, I like it.
00:23:45.620 And what I do think is Nancy Pelosi should be investigated because what she has, the highest return of anybody practically in the history of Wall Street, save a few.
00:23:58.800 And how did that happen?
00:24:01.140 It happened by she knows exactly what's going to happen, what's going to be announced.
00:24:04.540 She buys stock and then the stock goes up after the announcement's made.
00:24:08.240 And she ought to be investigated.
00:24:12.120 Be investigated indeed.
00:24:13.720 And I just want to go over some of Pelosi's stock trades that we're all being kept in the dark about.
00:24:19.540 So her 2023 performance, Nancy Pelosi's portfolio, managed, of course, by her husband, who's got some issues of his own, reportedly achieved a 65% return, nearly tripled the S&P 500, which was 23% for that year.
00:24:35.940 This outperformed many hedge funds, with the largest U.S. hedge funds being Bridgewater Associates, losing 7.5% in comparison.
00:24:45.460 Some of her notable trades in the last three years, Paul Pelosi purchased NVIDIA call options in November of 2021, with the reported gains of nearly $4 million by June of 2024.
00:24:56.660 That's a 210% return, not too bad.
00:25:02.260 Paul Pelosi also bought Alphabet in June of 2021, 40 call options, 4,000 shares, $1,200 each, when the stock was trading at about $2,500, yielding about $5.3 million in profits.
00:25:16.660 The list goes on and on and on on just why Nancy Pelosi, being as old as she is, still travels six hours a week, well, six hours each way, 12 hours a week, to go to work in Washington, D.C. for $174,000.
00:25:34.220 It doesn't make much sense.
00:25:37.260 So, just as Donald Trump was investigated for allegedly, well, not allegedly, he was investigated for paying back his loans on time and had a schedule with interest payments, but he was slapped on the wrist for that with a few hundred million dollar fine.
00:25:50.920 Just as he was put through that, I think we need to find out how Nancy Pelosi is such a successful stock trader, or her husband, rather, and why he's not running Bridgewater or Renaissance.
00:26:04.680 I mean, one of these massive hedge funds, he could be making tens of millions of dollars a year with whatever algorithmic trading he's using.
00:26:13.800 We need to start seeing some indictments out of D.C.
00:26:16.780 President Trump sat down with Miranda Devine of the New York Post while he was over in Scotland, and he talked about a question I think we all wonder, why Hillary Clinton was never prosecuted for the crimes she committed.
00:26:31.880 Yeah, so, you know, we had Hillary Clinton down to whatever we wanted to do with her, and I felt it was inappropriate.
00:26:37.120 She's the wife of a president who was a secretary of state, and we could have done a very big number.
00:26:42.400 Yeah.
00:26:42.640 And I said, we don't want to be doing that.
00:26:45.820 Let's, you know, put it into the country and not, the concept of putting her in jail, indicting her, all the things that you have to do, you know, it's tough stuff.
00:26:56.760 And I said, we don't want to do that.
00:26:59.000 In fact, you remember I made speeches when I mentioned her name, they started to lock her up.
00:27:03.580 And I said, no, no, this is after we won.
00:27:05.740 We just won.
00:27:07.080 And I said, no, we have to get back to it.
00:27:09.100 We want to heal.
00:27:09.960 Well, and yet they did it to me.
00:27:13.140 So I feel differently.
00:27:14.720 I mean, I'm a human being.
00:27:17.400 I have my feelings, too.
00:27:19.180 And so I feel differently about it.
00:27:21.460 Obama, what he did was terrible.
00:27:23.620 What Brennan did and Clapper and Comey and all these lightweights.
00:27:28.520 I mean, they're stupid people, actually.
00:27:30.640 But what they did, and so unnecessary.
00:27:33.420 And they made it really hard.
00:27:35.780 But ultimately, I don't know, they toughen you up.
00:27:39.320 You either learn that you can do that.
00:27:41.240 How many people could handle that?
00:27:42.980 Yeah.
00:27:43.200 I've had so many people said, how did you handle that every day?
00:27:47.040 And they come up with these different scams.
00:27:49.680 They're all scams.
00:27:50.440 And they're still doing it.
00:27:51.480 You know, they're doing it now.
00:27:52.600 I often say it on this show.
00:27:56.900 I think I believe if Donald Trump had indicted Hillary Clinton on the various crimes that she committed, things would be a lot different for him and how they decided they wanted to politically persecute him, not prosecute for the crimes that he didn't actually commit.
00:28:12.300 Some people want to see Donald Trump winning.
00:28:16.040 Some don't.
00:28:17.780 Some Republicans don't want to see him winning.
00:28:20.020 Some would rather see him in a penitentiary, to quote a very famous song lyrics.
00:28:25.560 Chuck Grassley, clearly a rhino.
00:28:28.520 Donald Trump helped get him reelected, lashing out at Donald Trump after President Trump called on him to ditch the little-known tradition that has allowed the Dems to stonewall President Trump's nominations.
00:28:42.300 Take a listen to what Grassley had to say.
00:28:46.920 Last night, I was surprised to see President Trump on true social go after me and Senate Republicans over what we call the blue slip.
00:28:58.620 Now, the people in the real America, not here in this Washington, D.C., and islands surrounded by reality, the people in real America don't care about what the blue slip is.
00:29:14.240 But, in fact, it impacts, in their states, the district judges who serve their communities and the U.S. attorneys who ensure the law and order is enforced.
00:29:27.060 I was offended by what the president said, and I'm disappointed that it would result in personal insults.
00:29:38.320 Now, we're here to do business that's a very important part of this committee's work, to do our constitutional duties of reviewing people that require Senate confirmation.
00:29:53.380 Good morning.
00:29:54.640 Good morning.
00:29:57.060 If you can understand what Grassley said there, this is part of the issue with these career-long politicians.
00:30:05.980 I mean, they go there when they're young, and they stay there until they die.
00:30:08.500 Now, what President Trump was referring to, the Senate Judiciary Chair, who's Grassley, is not supposed to proceed with federal district-level judicial and prosecutorial nominees unless both senators in that state sign off on documents on the nominees with this thing called the blue slip.
00:30:27.220 That means that Donald Trump, that means that Donald Trump can't get any district judges or attorneys approved in states like California, Nevada, New York, and Illinois unless they get both damn senators to sign off.
00:30:39.500 They can't get them approved in states, one GOP senator like Pennsylvania or Wisconsin, unless a Democrat senator in those states also give them the green light.
00:30:48.260 This is what we saw happen with Alina Habba.
00:30:52.140 So now you're wondering what can happen here.
00:30:54.100 So Grassley has the option to remove that blue slip and move forward with these people.
00:30:57.740 But there's also another option, and it's one that President Trump personally asked Senate Majority Leader John Thune, who's supposed to be a Republican, who's supposed to be MAGA, that's what he tells us to do.
00:31:09.440 President Trump posting on Truth Social the other day, quote,
00:31:12.480 Hopefully the very talented John Thune, fresh off many victories over the past two weeks and indeed six months, will cancel August recess and long weekends in order to get my incredible nominees confirmed.
00:31:23.860 We need them badly, DJT.
00:31:25.920 So how it works is if John Thune were to go ahead and proceed with that by giving the senators recess, President Trump can do recess appointments where he'll be able to push these people through without these Marxist Dems who are trying to stonewall.
00:31:44.220 But no, turns out John Thune is going to keep them there for a few days during the recess.
00:31:49.280 So President Trump will not be able to get through his nominees.
00:31:57.460 This is what we're working with here.
00:31:59.840 So for the people who get mad at me for going after Republicans on the show each and every day, you've got to ask yourself, what are these people doing for the party?
00:32:09.080 What are they doing for MAGA?
00:32:10.080 President Trump has approximately 135 outstanding appointments remaining, and most are going to remain on standby until the Senate returns in September because he will not let them do the Senate recess appointments.
00:32:22.840 So I ask you for one favor, and I don't ask you guys for much on the show.
00:32:29.840 If you donate money to the Republicans, stop.
00:32:33.020 Do not give another dollar to the RNC, the NRSC, any of these outfits, because this is how they're playing ball with President Trump.
00:32:42.240 There was a referendum.
00:32:43.360 You hear me say it?
00:32:44.020 Every day on the show, back in November.
00:32:47.760 And some of these Marxist stems just don't want to get on board with MAGA because they think that when Donald Trump's out of office in three and a half years, that MAGA's gone.
00:32:58.100 It's not the case.
00:32:59.760 Nobody's ever going back to that country club Republican Party of George W. Bush.
00:33:04.200 Those days are over.
00:33:04.980 Before we wrap up, I want to send a quick word of prayer to my good friend who I exchanged texts with today, Congressman Tim Burchett from the great state of Tennessee.
00:33:14.300 It's reported that Congressman Burchett went to the hospital on Sunday with a broken rib after his horse kicked him in his chest.
00:33:21.060 You often see Burchett posting videos with his donkeys and horses.
00:33:24.720 Burchett assures me that he's great, and the show goes on.
00:33:27.940 He said to me, that daggum horse, and I won't relay the rest of the message.
00:33:35.460 But Burchett is doing great, and we want to send him our prayers that he's doing well.
00:33:40.720 Folks, tomorrow we're going to be doing the show an hour later than usual.
00:33:44.220 We're traveling back to the States.
00:33:47.340 So, as you know, we do the show live every day.
00:33:50.360 We want to see you there tomorrow, 7 p.m. Eastern, for the Great America Show.
00:33:54.900 Until then, folks, may God bless you.
00:33:57.020 May God bless America, and may God bless the great Blue Dobbs.
00:34:00.840 We'll see you tomorrow, 7 p.m. Eastern.
00:34:02.720 Have a great night, everybody.
