00:50:53.240 for 15 percent hispanic then those standards have to go because they have disparate impact uh and and you know that is that is what's tearing everything down and it is very scary to live in a world where meritocracy uh is so destroyed because as you say meritocracy is the key to to to to progress and to human striving but but here's the dirty secret 0.84

00:51:21.140 you can you can have meritocracy you can have meritocracy you cannot have both given the academic skills gap uh you can choose you can choose one or the other but but they are and and diversity they are they are mutually exclusive diversity is simply a code word for racial preferences
