00:12:21.600 their kids' classroom. I think that that's, I think that that's where the higher-ups in the FBI and some

00:12:36.260 it's, I think it's awful, Lou, and I think it's going to lead to very hard times for this country.

00:15:07.260 impeachment since that, you know, there's been multiple members who have dropped their own

00:15:12.060 articles of impeachment. Honestly, I don't care whose articles of impeachment, you know, end up getting the

00:15:17.620 job done. I just want to get it done. And like you, like you said, Lou, it has sweet music. It's

00:15:23.400 sweet music to my ears. And Lou, it's not because I think that he'll be replaced with somebody better.

00:15:28.600 I don't believe that for a second. Um, there, I want it to be on his resume. I want that to be part

00:15:34.860 of his legacy. He, he did such a horrible job. He betrayed the American people. You know, his job title,

00:17:27.860 entered the country in three years. And that number is 10 to 12 million people. So, and the,

00:17:34.540 to watch this, what's going on, the sex trafficking, the, the deadly drugs that are being imported by

00:17:41.660 into this country, exported by the cartels, thanks to the precursors used by the Mexican drug cartels from

00:17:49.760 China and China, by the way, would have the opportunity to reduce that. As a matter of fact,

00:17:55.960 Joe Biden was very proud of the fact he actually raised the issue in talking with Xi Jinping.

00:18:01.900 You know, this is where, this is the miserable state of our border. And, and we've got to do

00:18:08.700 something about it. And I really, frankly, Congressman, I don't know why it's taken the

00:18:52.720 some cuts, you know, to the out of control spending that's been going on in Washington to,

00:18:58.080 to deal with this $2 trillion annual yearly deficit that we have. But we're also, you're going to secure

00:19:06.280 the border if you want to keep the government open. And we, we have every confidence that we will win

00:19:11.360 that PR PR fight with the American people because they understand this is the number one issue is the

00:19:16.600 border. But instead of using the power of the purse as leverage, Lou, what we did was we do what

00:19:22.680 Republicans usually do. We caved, we kicked the can down the road, we refused to fight on it. And our

00:19:29.360 leadership listened to all the naysayers who were telling them why we can't fight at this juncture. Oh, it's an

00:19:42.300 government shutdown. Oh, if, if, if, if we go into a government shutdown, you know, or if we attach

00:23:28.760 the continuing resolution, whether it's talking with the what do they call him, the big shot for the

00:23:34.420 Hakeem Jeffries and Chuck Schumer and Mitch McConnell. And of course, Mike Johnson, the latest

00:23:42.640 entry. I mean, they sound like a actually a bunch of adolescents trying to play big shot in high school.

00:23:49.260 You don't know what's going to come of it, but you're pretty well. I just like to get your assessment

00:23:54.720 of him and what the odds are that he's going to lead for the benefit of the American people.

00:24:27.440 seen him do really anything that I'm impressed with or more importantly, that I think is good for the

00:24:33.280 American people. And I've been in the room, Lou, you know, when we have a couple of conservatives in

00:24:38.680 the room and we have a couple of the war hawks or neocons in the room and they're all we're all talking to

00:24:43.620 Mike Johnson and we're all trying to pitch him on how we think the country should progress and how we think

00:24:49.800 that, you know, we can use, you know, the power of the purse and our powers, you know, in Congress to,

00:24:55.380 you know, move the country in the right direction. And unfortunately, Lou, he seems to be listening to

00:25:00.820 the wrong people. You know, he's he's listening to the people that tell him why he can't why we can't

00:25:07.060 fight at this time, why we have to kick the can down the road. You know, and I've heard all the

00:25:12.120 excuses and it's hard. It's it's tough to listen to, you know, but at the end of the day, this isn't

00:25:18.120 a popularity contest. Mike Johnson is one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet, you know, and I'd

00:25:23.760 love to do a Bible study with him. I'm sure I'd learn a ton. But this is a that's not what this

00:25:27.940 is about, Lou. This is about are we going to save the country or are we not? And I'm going to tell

00:25:32.460 you this right now, Lou, the American people don't always expect us to win, but they expect us to

00:25:38.100 fight. And that's not something that we're seeing out of Mike Johnson. And that's my problem.

00:25:42.420 That's my problem with him. And, you know, Lou, a lot of people thought that, you know,

00:25:46.100 when we ousted Kevin McCarthy, that was personal. It was not personal. It was because we knew

00:25:51.140 that he could not get the job done. We knew that he we knew that he made deals with multiple people

00:25:57.380 and that he never intended to honor and that he lied to us. OK, and that's why he was ousted.

00:26:04.140 OK, so I want to be I want to be a representative that calls balls and strikes. And I want to be

00:26:09.420 a representative that's even willing to be critical of my own side when they need when they need it.

00:26:14.060 And right now, you know, right now, Mike Johnson has an opportunity to be a transformational speaker,

00:26:21.420 but he will not be that if he keeps listening to the, you know, the House moderates and the neocons

00:26:28.140 who are afraid to fight because it is fourth and 60. We're losing this country, Lou. And if we don't

00:26:34.120 have men and women in leadership step up and are willing to fight, not knowing what the outcome will be,

00:26:40.280 we will not save this country. The first requirement to turning this country around is being willing

00:26:47.040 to stand in the gap and fight. And when you fight, Lou, whether it's on a foreign battlefield

00:26:52.180 or it's in the halls of Congress, you don't always know what the outcome is going to be.

00:26:57.320 But if you aren't even willing to fight on principle and for what the right thing is,

00:27:02.980 you will you will lose every time. And Mike Johnson, because of his worldview,

00:27:09.080 he knows what's right. He knows what needs to be done. And so far, I haven't seen him do it.

00:27:19.880 look at Mike Johnson, he's he's I mean, we can just start with he hasn't released the January 6 videos.
