The Great America Show - Democrats are getting HUMILIATED at their own game!

00:00:00.000 now as promised my good friend and lead pollster in america and head pollster for rasmussen reports

00:00:10.840 the great mark mitchell mark as always it's a delight to see you it's a delight to talk with

00:00:15.760 you uh let's start with what happened over the weekend i was trying to enjoy my birthday 0.67

00:00:21.040 relax a little bit take like two days off and then shit hit the fan all of a sudden 0.68

00:00:28.100 piles of bricks and cinder blocks are appearing on street corners and i said hold on a second i gotta 0.91

00:00:34.340 get to work because i've been talking about this for two months what's going on what a weekend and

00:00:39.760 happy birthday i didn't know it was your birthday congratulations one year closer to death as they

00:00:44.860 would say but uh yeah it was crazy i spent all weekend on twitter as well mostly making jokes

00:00:51.560 about how ridiculous all of this is i mean just the idea of all these pallets of bricks laying around

00:00:57.240 with a big sign like protecting democracy brand bricks you know i think it's hilarious uh but man

00:01:06.220 what's weird to me is just how it defies all logic and like to be a democrat must be really horrifying

00:01:14.500 to live with all that cognitive dissonance because these are people who spent the last four years

00:01:19.220 essentially cheapening the word insurrection basically anything's inner insurrection now and

00:01:24.600 now they find themselves on the opposite end of it and it's like hold up uh but this was kind of

00:01:28.960 super predictable and it shows what a weird situation we're in is that all this stuff that

00:01:34.080 democrats are doing right now is politically not viable like they're supporting 30 35 positions

00:01:41.020 people overwhelmingly support our law enforcement they support deportation of illegal aliens and here you

00:01:47.400 have gavin newsom standing up there and essentially making this his cause celeb you're not going to win

00:01:52.500 an election that way and so i can only infer that there's nefarious stuff going on behind the scenes

00:01:58.200 like how can we not think that why does it appear like all these democrat leaders are itching for some kind

00:02:04.560 of confrontation with the federal government i can only surmise that maybe they've been promised help from

00:02:10.300 foreign entities or something i don't know maybe our own agencies but it's certainly not to win 0.89

00:02:16.220 election because gavin newsom was pulling like crap even before any of this stuff happened they asked 0.87

00:02:21.860 donald trump in part of that press conference we played in the monologue what is gavin newsom guilty of 0.96

00:02:26.520 and donald trump said he's guilty of running for governor uh i mean just yeah i mean absolutely brilliant

00:02:32.500 you mentioned something uh very often and donald trump was actually asked about it this afternoon let's take

00:02:38.340 a listen what do you make what do you make of the fact that he says you want a civil war on the streets

00:02:44.540 of america no this is the opposite i don't want a civil war a civil war would happen if you left it if

00:02:51.020 you left it to people like him and i like him you know i always got along with him never had a problem

00:02:56.480 with him but he's grossly incompetent he said the word civil war mark it's something you've been 0.89

00:03:03.280 talking about for quite some while you say that america is actually in a civil war right now

00:03:08.240 very often as well what's going on yeah with this level of open lawlessness with our own federal

00:03:15.720 agencies defying the executive power with radical judges willing to just do whatever the hell they

00:03:21.280 want in order to get their leftist outcomes it's kind of in my opinion like a cold civil war this is

00:03:27.660 not the quote political divisiveness that we had back in the bush gore era this is something totally

00:03:33.760 different and we've been tracking it many different ways it's like two totally different halves of

00:03:38.600 america that believe their own reality set and one of those halves is willing to whip up their followers

00:03:44.500 into a froth to try and get these kind of outcomes they do it over and over again it's starting to get

00:03:49.180 really predictable i predicted this as well as well like we've been following risk of civil war we ask a

00:03:56.060 question how likely is it the civil war will happen in the next few years in america and the number has been

00:04:01.980 going up it started in the low 30s it got up to 43 who said it was at least somewhat likely over the

00:04:07.000 next couple of years so listen i mean maybe it could be higher but that is like stunningly bad and so here

00:04:13.400 you have trump getting power uh the political winds have shifted against the democrats in a way where it

00:04:19.520 doesn't look like things favor them and yet they are you know pretty attached to power and so it seems

00:04:26.100 like they have you know a drive to really test the limits i went on uh tim civil war pools show and we

00:04:34.420 talked about this then he gave some scenarios because this has been his topic of interest as well

00:04:39.680 and the scenario i came up with is i think it was very predictable that one of these blue state

00:04:45.940 sanctuary state governors was going to test the federal authorities and here you have it and it's like

00:04:51.200 we're back in 1860 this is literally people uh this is a state's right issue over human representation

00:05:00.080 with states threatening to secede or pull taxpayer funding or do whatever to get their way

00:05:06.740 and so here we are this is the democrats and what they want for america yeah you brought up a good point

00:05:12.540 they're attached to power but i also say they're detached from reality and the reality is

00:05:18.620 is exactly what you said this is i saw a poll over the weekend and i don't want to give uh any credit

00:05:24.760 to any other pollsters out there but their numbers are showing what your numbers show i think it was a

00:05:29.180 you gov and cbs poll two far left marxist radical organizations it doesn't get much further left than

00:05:36.880 that uh maybe with george soros is is a little bit further left you go but they're there and their

00:05:42.880 numbers show the same exact thing americans still now months into this administration

00:05:46.980 support the deportations but we're letting these people mark overtake the streets in new york city 1.00

00:05:53.600 once again new york city uh it's probably coming to new york city next uh in los angeles yeah right

00:05:59.140 and terrorize the city these these illegal migrants are terrorizing our cities and we're supposed to sit 1.00

00:06:05.360 back and watch and then they have the audacity to say this is donald trump doing this

00:06:10.320 yeah no it's sick and the numbers again i think our numbers are probably a little higher than them

00:06:16.780 but basically what you need to take away from this is a mass deportation is a two to one issue

00:06:21.820 it's two to one and it's we've time and time again it's not going to change the number is probably only

00:06:27.500 going to go up and i think the reason we're seeing in california is probably because they have

00:06:32.260 as many as one in four of the illegal immigrants in the united states what we're seeing i think now is the

00:06:37.860 kind of reaction that you'd expect to see if a carefully planned uh you know take let's roll back

00:06:44.800 that's peaceful mark yeah right

00:06:49.480 look at that you see all those those stones just sitting there somehow

00:07:04.880 roll sitting there on the side of the corner

00:07:09.600 just sit

00:07:15.040 look at that somehow those things all just appeared there

00:07:18.980 yeah i love our late stage capitalist dystopia i love these images that basically look like

00:07:25.800 something out of beirut and yet there's all those like high-tech vc backed rental scooters lying

00:07:32.100 around in the wreckage it's something kind of perverse about that there's a new paradigm of uh

00:07:38.480 like we've lived through this before america has been lied to about peaceful protests and what the

00:07:44.660 democrats don't understand or maybe they're do they do and they expect a blowback i don't know

00:07:49.820 but america in my opinion figured out how to understand the truth of these things and it's happening on

00:07:55.760 twitter but even back in this was june 21 were the widespread disturbances in u.s cities last summer

00:08:01.640 mostly peaceful protests or were they riots and riots won 52 to 35 i think the numbers would be

00:08:08.500 worse now if we tested it and so i i mean again like even the month after they happened in 2020

00:08:15.180 people thought it was mostly criminals taking advantage of the situation 57 to legitimate outrage

00:08:21.340 of the police 32 and this is like peak kumbaya blm corporate global homo pushed you know hand 0.98

00:08:29.500 holding and now we're in a totally different world where there's blowback against all these forces

00:08:34.940 and i i just don't see it you have gavin newsom out there tweet storming and everybody ratioing him

00:08:41.720 and he thinks he's doing the right thing for his political this is going nowhere good you don't have

00:08:47.400 to agree with me or disagree with me on this you don't have to give your comment because i don't want

00:08:50.440 to get you in trouble but in my opinion in the last six years out of all the big protests we've had

00:08:57.240 mark i think the most peaceful protest i've seen is january 6th in the grand scheme of things you look

00:09:04.760 at what we've gone through you went through the summer of love which was burning down buildings

00:09:10.220 destroying buildings absolutely but you and i were in dc injured cops right we were in dc last week and i was

00:09:17.380 making a joke that uh we were sitting we were staying in the capitol together waiting for uh

00:09:22.260 chairman jim jordan and i and i was joking with you telling you look at all this this was all burned

00:09:26.600 down and i won't say who it was but a very high level staffer said no that's not true i was at work

00:09:31.980 here the very next day yeah they did a good job fixing it up after all of that chaos think about all

00:09:40.380 the protests we've had protests right peaceful protests in my opinion if you take the agitators

00:09:46.560 out of january 6th the government informants the paid people there january 6th is the most peaceful

00:09:51.360 protest i've seen in my opinion in the last six years john you and i in the capitol building did

00:09:58.060 more of an insurrection than 99.9 percent of the people that entered those that threshold on january 6th

00:10:04.600 let's be real we walked around we took some pictures uh let's let's actually talk about that

00:10:09.680 a little bit because you hadn't been in dc you told me in a while and you know you never got to

00:10:15.100 walk the halls of congress that way and see the people interacting and you joined me for a bunch of

00:10:20.140 the interviews which was awesome to have you um because i wanted you to see how it works i mean i

00:10:25.580 spent some time working there yeah and by the end of the night um where we sat down for dinner by the

00:10:31.800 way mark and i sit down for dinner with a friend of mine all of a sudden my phone starts acting really

00:10:36.340 weird and walks walks in behind mark is john ratcliffe the director of the cia and then follow

00:10:42.240 him is cash patel the fbi and then just yeah you took a sweet picture yeah i got a good picture of

00:10:48.600 mark so where uh uh in there but um give me your analysis on how dc works in your opinion because you

00:10:58.460 were noticeably annoyed by the end of the night i've been harsh on dc i've called it occupied

00:11:04.500 territory i've called it an unholy alliance between globo homo corporations and the government 0.99

00:11:10.240 kleptocrats in order to oppress the people those are strong words and i wonder you know i feel like

00:11:16.560 i have a duty to tell the truth as i see it to my people since i'm talking about politics to my

00:11:21.480 followers and so it was a pretty good opportunity to learn and what i think down there is that i got is

00:11:27.700 that that might be the case but 90 percent of it is probably unintentional these people live in a

00:11:34.900 complete bubble of just made up uh self-delusion i think look look at we're in an existential crisis

00:11:42.040 in this country where i don't know months from default who knows right we have literally cities

00:11:47.100 popping off and you know you have congressmen representatives talking about how they have

00:11:52.060 friends they sit down with on the democrat side they go out to the same cocktail parties

00:11:55.960 everybody in congress just seemed like they were having a blast they all got out at 4 30 went to

00:12:00.720 happy hour out in a sunny day walking around with big old smiles on their face it was just not i mean

00:12:06.960 it's just it seemed like a completely different america these people in my opinion also don't reflect

00:12:12.960 america they reflect wealthy sons and daughters of people who got their kids into uh you know georgetown

00:12:19.880 and they got like them an internship and that's basically who's running all these offices right

00:12:25.660 they're interchangeable they all seem like the same people probably the least diverse professional

00:12:30.400 environment i've ever seen in my entire life and uh yeah they don't i don't know if they think how

00:12:37.580 close we are to this whole thing falling apart they just seem like business as usual and that's what

00:12:43.600 we're fighting we're fighting business as usual as in dc you and i both had some meetings to attend to

00:12:49.420 while we're down there and one of the ones i attended to was um with a member of congress off the record

00:12:55.540 and um i won't say who it was obviously but there's big changes mark beyond what's happening in front of

00:13:03.340 our faces and one of them is one that the republicans and democrats don't want to talk about

00:13:07.480 and uh the audience gets very mad when i talk about this but it's just the reality of it and it's it's

00:13:13.060 what we call entitlements of social security now some people don't agree with the the name of it

00:13:17.400 entitlements it's what they are uh social security medicaid and medicare and one of these uh members i

00:13:23.980 was talking to that intimated to me that we're in a lot of trouble that this thing is running out of

00:13:29.100 money and it's unsustainable the way it is right now now if i told you i had a solution to it mark i'd be

00:13:35.240 lying to you but um it's going to come down to and this is going to piss a lot of people off of

00:13:40.280 raising the retirement age and and and uh massive massive reforms and fraud now i wouldn't be saying

00:13:48.440 that and trust me i don't want to work mark any more years than i have to you don't either but the

00:13:53.700 way that we've gotten in this situation is because of so much waste fraud and abuse of the system

00:13:59.300 that it's now a system that's completely freaking depleted so we've got ourselves into this

00:14:04.880 situation it's either we reform it we fix it or there's no money so what do we do well i can just

00:14:12.700 say that our current slate of lawmakers are not in the correct mindset to address this issue they just

00:14:17.860 aren't and so that's a problem that our republic's going to figure out how to face maybe we just need

00:14:22.880 a quick five-year dictatorial leader and then we can go back to a republic i don't know i think the

00:14:28.660 listen giving people promising them benefits is just maybe too powerful i think looking at our

00:14:34.940 current crisis it really was caused by lbj then let me first say i don't think the voters should

00:14:40.620 be getting the bad rap here we've asked them voters want the government shut down to achieve spending

00:14:45.920 voters overwhelmingly think that it's politicians unwillingness to cut that's preventing us from

00:14:52.000 having a balanced budget like we've polled about this all the time independents are very anti-big

00:14:57.780 spending as are republicans and so i think most of these cuts would actually go over pretty well and

00:15:03.920 then off the charts voters have said they've been angry at the level of waste fraud and abuse that was

00:15:08.280 exposed by doge but listen they they all come back to oh entitlement reform grandma's not going to be able 0.99

00:15:16.000 to get her paychecks until later you the government failed in his promises but here is what was so evil

00:15:22.420 about what happened when lbj promised medicare and medicaid to the entire country or whatever

00:15:28.380 uh health care spending was less than two percent of gross domestic product it was closer to one percent

00:15:34.000 now it's like twenty percent and so the problem is is that that promise just kept giving and giving and

00:15:41.600 most of its taxpayer funded and so you actually probably could do a pretty good job cutting the heck out of

00:15:47.880 medicare and medicaid by just reforming the way health care works in america because of regulatory capture

00:15:53.480 we we basically have a medical monopoly monopoly that determines uh what gets spent on people because of

00:16:00.600 certain illnesses and it's always the most expensive because the taxpayer is getting robbed and the fact that

00:16:07.180 these people have absolutely no intention of even bringing that topic up comes back to i think well

00:16:13.580 you know it's awfully uh roi positive to buy a senator yeah you and i spoke for this about a for about an

00:16:21.480 hour i think over the weekend um the problem is is everyone is so damn scared of their next election

00:16:28.020 and that they won't get their 174 000 paycheck as a member of congress and you know i always say i i believe

00:16:35.780 in primaries i think they're excellent tools to get people out of office that should no longer be

00:16:40.600 there i some say you have to bite the bullet some say you have to but nobody wants to do it the

00:16:45.900 democrats are terrified to do it the republicans are terrified to do it what this member of congress

00:16:50.620 intimated to me was that maybe they're going to try to work together to do it and like i said the

00:16:54.780 audience is probably tuning out right now like at an alarmingly high rate but this is not me saying this

00:17:00.780 as a person who wants this this is what it's come to the other thing you forgot to mention mark

00:17:05.580 in those numbers is we also didn't have 20 million to 30 million illegals in the country

00:17:10.300 back then that we're paying for like they're our own so the whole thing it's not just these these

00:17:16.620 three things that need reform it's everything that needs to reform you get these illegals out of here 1.00

00:17:21.100 you stop paying for them you stop subsidizing everything under the sun school hospital everything

00:17:26.080 for these people and then maybe you have a little bit less to work with you and i spoke spoke like i said

00:17:32.820 about this over the weekend maybe something and i'm no expert in this and i don't want to be an expert

00:17:37.260 in it because i hate it but maybe you put the burden on private companies a little bit more to pay for an

00:17:42.160 extra year of health care for people after they retire to to sort of subsidize and the government

00:17:47.200 gives them sort of some sort of tax right i don't know what the answer is and i'm not the only one

00:17:52.140 because clearly there is no right answer to this i our republic is on the verge of dying and if it dies

00:18:01.420 it will be health care that killed it an unwillingness to make the correct sale to the american people

00:18:08.580 an unwillingness to put the right policy in place if we had just capped medicare and medicaid at the

00:18:14.880 percentage of gdp it was back in 1970 i asked rock this you know what our death our our total public

00:18:21.420 debt would be right now not 37 trillion minimal it'd be 11 so literally we've given our kids futures away

00:18:31.220 to pay for sick care for old people what's that going into drugs that don't do anything oncology that

00:18:38.840 basically just kills people slower like sick care we give people like all of these health care as a

00:18:46.060 service to pay for essentially our unwillingness to live healthy right and i mean i think corporations

00:18:52.840 are partly to blame for some of this but again that's what happened and nobody is addressing it

00:18:58.720 right now they're saying entitlement reform and what that means right is that we're still going to give

00:19:03.420 you the same garbage health care we're still going to throw like all these expensive

00:19:08.380 solutions that don't actually have good outcomes if people were just going to start later yeah or of 0.92

00:19:14.320 course more than under insurance companies or whatever you know the other thing we spoke about

00:19:18.160 which was you bring up a good point is uh you remember during covid hydroxychloroquine ivermectin

00:19:23.800 you know they came out and they said these things are going to kill people they're actually going to

00:19:27.160 kill people and you know it made me think about something and i mentioned it to you is

00:19:31.520 ozepic all you read about now is ozepic is making people go blind it's making people uh lose muscle 0.98

00:19:38.320 mass it's making people's face go jaundice and i think i thought to myself why would the health

00:19:43.060 care industry be so against people whatever way they can lose weight why would they be so against

00:19:48.360 it and i thought to myself think about it if you put somebody on ozepic and they have high cholesterol

00:19:52.820 it brings their cholesterol down if they have diabetes it brings their diabetes down maybe they

00:19:57.320 don't have diabetes anymore maybe they get off all the medicines uh blood pressure maybe it brings

00:20:03.080 their blood pressure down so now by taking this one drug you've gotten rid of three uh massive

00:20:08.880 health conditions which would cost the pharmaceutical industry probably presumably millions of dollars over

00:20:13.920 the course of your lifetime and it just it makes everything connect mark oh it all comes together i

00:20:20.820 mean let's talk about fat shaming and the body positivity movement right here's the problem it's

00:20:26.720 listen i love free market capitalism right and i think what we have now is not free market

00:20:31.940 capitalism and uh you know i think we all have to be a realist though and understand that human

00:20:38.260 systems aren't going to work unless there's some type of oversight or accountability feedback loop

00:20:42.400 and ours is broken and here's the problem we could have a perfect free market capitalist capitalist system

00:20:48.280 right now but fat people are more profitable than skinny people and capitalism will figure that out and 0.84

00:20:55.120 exploit it that you can sell them more food you can sell them bigger clothes maybe their weight

00:21:00.160 changes you can sell them different clothes they could consume more health and body um you know

00:21:07.360 uh diet products and then they cost more for health care so everybody profits and i like that's

00:21:15.560 obviously a really bad way to order things right and so again nobody's talking about that it's it's

00:21:20.760 just like we are looking for ways to paper over our problems and maintain the status quo but our future

00:21:27.180 does not involve keeping the status quo it's impossible it's not going to happen let's let's

00:21:32.480 turn to something that you and i worked on uh over the last few weeks some mental health numbers uh

00:21:38.760 why americans are so unhappy um actually you know what let's let's put a hold on that what we're

00:21:46.120 going to talk about that but let's talk let's turn to uh since we're on the top let's turn to doge

00:21:50.680 before we move on okay americans elon musk we'll talk about mental health because elon musk i believe

00:21:56.360 is going through some sort of mental health crisis on his own oh that's the tie-in i was wondering

00:22:01.320 how you're going to do that uh i've been doing this for a little bit mark um what are what are americans

00:22:08.740 saying right now in your latest numbers about doge so doge is perceived to be a failure people are

00:22:17.180 going to say oh hold up hold up it was so it was so soon they haven't had a chance to blah blah blah

00:22:21.980 well okay but public opinion realities don't care about your facts that's just what it is

00:22:26.600 and the polling doesn't lie doge came in it was more popular than trump it had a 55 favorability

00:22:33.180 number uh trump just hasn't been at that level and people were overwhelmingly happy with the idea of

00:22:38.720 for instance doge auditing social security that got like almost 67 so people were paying attention to

00:22:45.360 stuff that was coming out about all this and even though elon's numbers kind of declined because

00:22:50.000 of the tax on him doge stayed really high but just in the last couple months something has clicked and

00:22:56.560 changed and here here's the question set and it's just not good elon musk recently announced he's

00:23:01.660 stepping down from leading doge in this role has he done more to help or hurt the country only 40 say

00:23:08.820 help 48 say hurt and so he i mean that's a pretty big political blow for him only 66 percent of

00:23:15.820 republicans say help and independents say hurt 46 to 35 and then doge was supposed to identify waste

00:23:22.620 fraud abuse in federal government spending has it mostly succeeded or mostly failed in his job and

00:23:28.960 failed wins 47 to 44 only 73 percent of republicans say mostly succeeded and independents say failed 50 to

00:23:37.300 38 and so what's weird about that is you could say oh well maybe it's because everybody was upset

00:23:42.240 about trump because of this or because of that and the answer is no like in this same poll we have

00:23:48.260 trump up three or four points with like a 52 percent favorability number and right track still in the

00:23:53.140 high 40s so there's something very specific i think people are feeling this rug pull and i think that's

00:23:58.820 really what it was where elon came in promising a trillion dollars in savings out of the deficit

00:24:04.780 and looked like he was on it on his way with all these things he was showing people and now all

00:24:09.640 of a sudden it's like oh no we're going to pass this thing and we're going to spend 60 trillion dollars

00:24:13.460 he learned the hard way about over uh over promising in the world of politics people don't forget mark in

00:24:20.220 this in this game of politics they're not forgiving either you if you if you cross a voter and i spent most of

00:24:27.420 my career mark working in politics and congressional politics talking to voters when you cross a voter

00:24:32.720 it takes a lot for them to forget mark what you did and what you lied about and a lot of them hold

00:24:38.080 a grudge um well republicans in congress numbers have not been good here as well the theme is is that

00:24:45.920 people think that yeah exactly so trump's numbers are up republicans numbers in congress are down

00:24:53.540 doja's numbers are down so people think that trump's team is failing him yeah i mean you heard me say this

00:25:00.780 to every single member i spoke to mark last week the least amount of bills put to a president's desk

00:25:05.440 in 70 years that's on you guys that's not on president trump and uh you know we'll see what

00:25:12.460 happens on everybody else there was no cohesion there at all in any of those discussions even the

00:25:18.620 one that we didn't mention was there no central theme of oh this is what everybody wants on the

00:25:24.300 republican side and so here's what i'm trying to do to help it it's literally like no this is what

00:25:29.200 i'm talking about today because i feel like just doing my own thing that's what it is they're

00:25:33.900 completely it's like and of course it's hurting cats to get anything across now on the left i don't

00:25:40.600 know if it's like somebody's got compromise or they're you or arabella is threatening to pull money

00:25:45.560 or whatever but they have no problem hurting the cats and so republicans just totally lack this

00:25:51.700 and what's crazy is that the republican policy set is the most principled yes and so we can't we that's

00:26:00.120 the primary problem we can't figure out how to step up and make tough decisions to solve a principled

00:26:06.400 set of issues yeah the republican party has no unity and it has a very big problem with messaging

00:26:11.500 and uh it seems it's gonna probably start to be some sort of growing frustration with mike johnson

00:26:17.660 uh because he i don't really know what mike johnson has done this time around uh so he's got to figure

00:26:26.080 out what the hell he's gonna do here because he's running out of time independents are breaking on the

00:26:31.380 bbb the big beautiful bill what are your numbers show so these are brand new not out yet so i always

00:26:41.080 give you a chance to tease the numbers here john did i do for you uh people are following it closely

00:26:48.260 40 percent very 35 percent somewhat republicans democrats independents are all kind of following

00:26:54.160 it closely but independents actually like most which i independents are very spending driven it's

00:26:59.940 something important to understand that's where they pull most like republicans in order for the one big

00:27:05.200 beautiful bill to become law it must be approved by the senate should the senate approve the one big

00:27:10.500 beautiful bill only 37 say yes 43 say no wow now compared to like listen i pull more pro-trump

00:27:20.420 republicans and and older people sometimes than others i think i get a more politically astute crowd

00:27:25.260 but these numbers even despite that are just not good only 63 percent of republicans say yes

00:27:31.000 independents say no 50 to 31 only one third of independents want this bill to pass

00:27:36.740 do you agree or disagree with this statement uh i think this was a was this an elon musk quote

00:27:42.140 this massive outrageous pork-filled congressional spending bill is a disgusting abomination

00:27:48.100 yes that was elon 58 percent agree only 28 percent disagree so that's two to one

00:27:54.900 48 percent of republicans agree yeah the messaging on this bill has just been all over the place and uh

00:28:01.660 i'm fairly confident it's not going to pass the way it is right now just because of everything

00:28:08.000 that's gone on uh whatever happened to them doing the 12 or 13 appropriations bill individually

00:28:13.440 whatever happened with that yeah this was somebody's strategy and i understand like listen i understand

00:28:20.940 that trump doesn't control the keys to congress he can't make those people do really quite frankly

00:28:26.060 anything it looks like but the one big beautiful bill i think was his attempt to say listen something's

00:28:31.760 going to pass and i'm going to have to try and make it look like a success and it does have a lot of my

00:28:35.760 agenda items in it and almost like he was forced to just let congress do whatever it wants but again

00:28:42.320 we're talking about existential level events for our republic right now and everybody's just

00:28:49.640 leaving at 4 30 and going to happy hour and drinking those taxpayer or eating those taxpayer funded steaks

00:28:55.720 like that's what i felt like down in dc oh that's great uh happy hour bull feathers and dinner at the

00:29:03.700 capitol grill is uh is the mantra yeah i guess they must be making good money is three and eighty

00:29:08.820 dollar steaks every night right um yeah so president trump's approval and right direction you've got some

00:29:16.920 new numbers for us after the elan fallout and it seems america's united behind donald trump because

00:29:23.020 uh they voted for donald trump not elan musk and elan musk was afforded a great opportunity to go

00:29:30.200 to do a great job and uh he turned his back on his friend and this is like the this is what happens to

00:29:36.280 donald trump he brings people in he lets his guard down he trusts people way too much and they stab him

00:29:42.240 in the back it's constantly what happens and i feel bad for the guy i feel bad for donald trump because he

00:29:47.480 has a guy who he thinks is his friend donald trump brings him in donald trump's his only friend if

00:29:52.280 you look nobody likes elan musk he has not one friend donald trump puts up with him donald trump

00:29:58.880 brings him under his wing takes him everywhere interested in access yeah the access is unlike

00:30:03.820 anything ever and he stabs him in the back i've lost all respect for elan

00:30:09.000 yeah it was not a good look and he's i think he's embarrassed and trying to play it off now

00:30:16.240 i think there was probably something medication related going on but again we're talking about

00:30:22.100 the future of our country here you can't do this stuff like imagine if trump had some plan

00:30:26.540 like i don't know what the plan is with this bill i really don't but if elan just disagreed and trump's

00:30:33.200 like no we're doing this next looks probably a problem with communication and expectation setting but

00:30:38.740 still the fact that one guy can use his access and just blow up like that and a lot of people

00:30:44.500 are on twitter well here's the weird thing i don't know where twitter has come out on this one yet i

00:30:49.540 think twitter will decide what it likes and what it doesn't just like it did on the h1b thing and elon

00:30:54.340 came out on the wrong side on that one i can tell you right now but but here's the corollary here's

00:30:59.520 here's the law of trump now is that pretty much anything can happen and it's not going to change his

00:31:04.160 numbers 51 percent approve 48 percent disapprove right track still at 45 percent republican approval

00:31:10.440 still 83 percent so at this point i really don't know what he can do to have his numbers get messed

00:31:15.020 up maybe a default i don't know i really don't know i think trump supporters would probably rightly

00:31:20.680 blame the democrats i don't know yeah i just don't know he made such a mistake and it was so telling to

00:31:26.420 see the people on twitter who were scared about what they would say because of monetization and what

00:31:31.260 they what they would uh what would be done to them telling but you saw what you needed to see

00:31:36.140 uh before we wrap up here mark let's talk about some mental health uh here in america on the case of

00:31:42.420 elon musk and his non-prescription or prescription medicine that drove him a wall um we did a mental

00:31:50.300 health poll tell us tell the audience what uh what came back and what was asked mental health is very

00:31:58.440 important to understanding what's going on here because i think the gaslighting operations

00:32:02.220 quite frankly are starting to drive people insane one of the things i've referred to is just how

00:32:07.800 stark the divide is between people who watch msnbc and fox news we've talked about this before in your

00:32:13.660 show but it's just incredible they believe completely two different things like the msnb msnbc people have

00:32:20.580 been taught to believe that some um nebulous threat to democracy is our issue our nation's number one

00:32:27.240 issue and on fox news it's like no we're being invaded they rightly understand what's happening

00:32:32.880 and so it it takes a very special kind of mental contortion in order to create a reality in which

00:32:39.700 you believe something that's objectively false and mark halperin said it with the way that the

00:32:45.520 democrats have been taught that trump's a dictator there's going to be a huge mental health crisis if

00:32:50.080 trump wins and so we're trying to get a baseline figure that out and also um other researchers

00:32:56.920 pew came out and showed that uh very specifically younger liberal women are off the charts higher 1.00

00:33:03.820 self-identifying as having a mental health so we just wanted to see and so this is has a doctor

00:33:09.120 ever diagnose you with a mental health condition 23 of america says yes that's like kind of high

00:33:16.300 um but you know men and women are actually closer than we expected 26 women 20 men but the age

00:33:24.540 signals interesting it's like the 18 to 29 year olds are 30 but then the next age bracket is 37 so those

00:33:31.820 are peak so it's like we've gotten through our 20s but life's not going well and then once you get

00:33:37.800 above 49 it drops off like very starkly 15 percent 4 for people over 65 women under 40 35 of them

00:33:47.580 but men under 40 25 so it's more of an age signal than a gender signal uh conservative men 19 percent

00:33:57.220 uh liberal women 34 percent liberal men 27 so yeah 18 to 39 year old conservatives though 30 percent

00:34:07.580 taking gender out of it uh 18 to 39 year old liberals 43 percent makes so we don't we're not seeing the

00:34:16.040 same level as what pew found but unmarried women 32 percent compared to uh married women 18 so there's

00:34:24.380 something about being signal being a liberal being a woman and being younger but still it's not it's not

00:34:32.480 like smoking gun levels of massive signals that other people have found uh but i mean still we're

00:34:40.460 talking about a scenario where 18 to 39 year old liberals are like almost 40 percent diagnosed with

00:34:46.500 a mental health issue right and many of them are undiagnosed and maybe some of them are over

00:34:51.860 diagnosed and maybe some of this is autism or whatever but that's not i mean just look at it like

00:34:57.400 we're talking about though we we started talking about how we spend 22 percent of our gdp on health

00:35:03.080 yeah and now here it is one quarter of all americans 20 percent in the past year have sought

00:35:09.420 counseling or mental health treatment that's wild i have to imagine 31 percent of women under 40

00:35:15.640 currently taking one or more prescription drugs for mental health problem 20 percent of america

00:35:22.080 wow that's a problem mark yeah i mean it sounds high but i don't know you know that this isn't this

00:35:29.920 isn't a medical study but it's something that we should be talking more about because the signal

00:35:35.640 is real here yeah but it's not 20 percent of like well the question wasn't asked like uh you know have

00:35:42.660 you ever been depressed in your life this is are you on some sort of pharmaceutical drug that you

00:35:48.760 need to get by in your day because you're so mentally depressed 20 percent is a very high number in my

00:35:54.400 opinion 39 uh 29 of liberal women yeah one day i'm gonna have you come on here and um we're gonna

00:36:04.260 talk about cats and um parasites it's that's the cat is a bigger signal than this is we're not gonna

00:36:13.220 give away we're not gonna give it away but no yeah about a half hour in the car ride to dc

00:36:20.320 talking about this brilliant theory and one day i'm gonna have mark come on here and talk about

00:36:25.000 it with you so that it's not even my theory john no well it's not mark's theory but yeah he's it very

00:36:32.520 very well and it's it's very uh very uh interesting before we wrap up here we've got a we've got a

00:36:39.440 clip of mark from his uh oh no ganza an honest poster in the halls of congress

00:36:45.980 what say you

00:36:49.160 miss rashida taliba

00:36:52.580 want to see if anyone's home

00:36:56.400 mark posted that picture on his twitter where it says mama's caucus and somebody said you misspelled

00:37:07.000 hamas caucus look at how happy mark was to be standing in front of the calvinian flag

00:37:12.480 uh in front of the wall of the wall of doom

00:37:15.900 yeah

00:37:17.320 yeah you remember office space and how you had to wear like 31 pieces of flair that was definitely

00:37:26.060 rashida talib's office she was she was she was peak virtue signaling there there was a lot of virtue

00:37:32.240 signaling going on in the halls of congress a lot of temporary lgbt flags that are going to get hauled off

00:37:37.740 on june 29th um but again like that place it didn't seem like a festering fan of demonic

00:37:45.760 satan satanic intent that's what i was expecting it just seemed like out of touch and godless and i

00:37:53.420 we need better we really need to be led by better people and we met good people but it's not going to 0.99

00:37:59.380 work out for us with what i saw it's just not yeah they're nice people but uh unfortunately they're dumb 0.98

00:38:05.440 people and uh we need people with a brain running this country like donald trump and uh we need far 0.98

00:38:11.420 far more of them if we're going to end up better off than uh in this country than than we were when

00:38:16.580 we were born yeah my prediction messy fourth turning that's what we have coming we'll have

00:38:24.060 you back soon to talk about that and the uh the cat single cat lady diagnosis mark mitchell head

00:38:30.780 pollster for rasmussen thanks so much brother we'll talk to you soon all right great to be here

00:38:34.920 folks stay with us we're coming right back congresswoman nancy mace joins us on the other 1.00

00:38:39.420 side of this quick break stay with us

00:38:41.420 thanks for staying with us folks as promised last week i sat down with congresswoman nancy

00:38:51.260 mace from the great state of south carolina a truly fascinating discussion here it is

00:38:56.300 congresswoman i appreciate you taking the time to sit with us today on the here in a great america show

00:39:00.140 i want to start with first it's pride month and it seems now with donald trump back in office

00:39:03.840 things are starting to go back to the right direction for this country per se but there's

00:39:08.560 still some things that are wrong just this week we saw pete hagseth making the big move

00:39:12.740 to rename that warship something else from the connotation of a gay person because it makes

00:39:18.500 absolutely no difference your thoughts is america moving in the right direction as it pertains to this 0.99

00:39:24.340 woke garbage that's indoctrinating our nation all it took was donald trump being elected president and 0.93

00:39:30.140 we're getting back to normal i mean this is what it's about this is what america is about 0.97

00:39:34.380 um and what you're seeing like with the pride month stuff we're all our eyes are open to the

00:39:40.200 grooming that they've done to our children in america and they continue to do and they're trying

00:39:44.440 to hide it from taxpayers hide it from parents hide it from the federal government all those things but

00:39:49.600 donald trump is awake he's awake in america and he's got more people supporting him now than ever

00:39:54.100 before he's the most popular president in our lifetime and look at all the good he's doing

00:39:58.560 look at pete hagseth sec def and all the the leaders i mean recruiting i know with a man's man

00:40:05.920 like pete hagseth at the helm of the dod recruiting is going to be sky high this year everyone wants to

00:40:10.980 be pete hagseth how nice is it that you can walk into target this year for the fourth of july and you

00:40:15.760 can see beautiful things for your kids not indoctrinating red white and blue red white and blue not

00:40:22.160 the rainbow flag of your child who's three years old should be trans uh it's just it's so nice to

00:40:29.680 see america moving back in the right direction it's not just with this whole uh media mass media

00:40:36.760 indoctrination of transgender issues it's everything i was talking with james comer earlier today and

00:40:42.380 we were discussing the unity issue in the republican party the democrats what i said to comer was you can

00:40:48.380 put yellow snow outside and the democrat leader tells everyone to go eat it and they'll all go

00:40:52.100 eat it the republicans you can't get unanimous votes on anything even when it came to hunter

00:40:56.680 biden joe biden and the corruption inside the inside the committees that they they overturned

00:41:01.660 how do we reunite and unite this republican party to get things done well the only way we can be

00:41:07.840 united as we are right now is with donald trump i mean he's done more to unite the party than anyone

00:41:12.300 in recent history i mean look what he did when we were electing speaker johnson he did that in the

00:41:17.020 first ballot look what he did with the one big beautiful bill and we don't agree with everything on

00:41:21.380 there but he got everybody onto the same page to pass it and work together and so he's the great

00:41:27.240 unifier he's the one bringing the country together he's the one that that's bringing independence and

00:41:30.960 democrats the republican party because they're done with woke they're they are done with dei they're

00:41:36.320 done with the lack of common sense on the left side of the aisle and he's bringing them into our

00:41:40.520 party he brought in more blacks and minorities and latinos and women than any other president in our

00:41:46.600 history so he's just he's he's actually doing it he's doing it every day he's doing a great job

00:41:50.340 the general consensus with the big beautiful bill is the way i look at it you can't get everything

00:41:54.420 you ask for right it's a framework and you guys got to look forward to winning in 2026

00:41:59.100 there's people who are not pulling their weight this is going to be the first time donald trump's

00:42:03.020 not anywhere near the ballot i can't say for you but there's a lot of people who had their weight

00:42:08.520 pulled with donald trump he pulled them across the finish line but it's not going to be the case

00:42:12.540 anymore the republicans who are holding dead weight are going to have to pull their own weight to get

00:42:15.940 across the finish line are you confident you guys can hold the house in 2026 with some of these

00:42:21.500 rhinos as hard as donald trump is working right now donald trump will bring us across the finish

00:42:26.260 line in 26 i do think he's going to carry some of the dead weight we have within our party because

00:42:31.300 you look at how much he's done with executive orders and his appointments and secretaries in the

00:42:36.720 first hundred days this is what america wants it's what they voted for it's the mandate they

00:42:40.860 asked for in november and he's delivering on every single promise and i think if he continues to work

00:42:46.140 as hard as he's doing until the end of the year we will have a great year in the midterm so the first 0.91

00:42:51.140 time in a long time but why is it fair for people like you who bust your butt every day coming here

00:42:55.980 doing the work that that needs to be done putting your voice out there when you know it's things that

00:43:01.720 aren't necessarily always popular in the mainstream media why is it fair for someone like you who's out

00:43:05.680 there busting your rear end for these people who just want to come get re-elected every single year get their

00:43:10.520 175 000 paycheck go home back to the dish to get your summers off why is it fair well i mean life's

00:43:16.200 not fair and i i mean i i love my country and so for me i will i will win it at all costs i mean for

00:43:22.960 me it's just i'm going to do the right thing by my district by my constituents by my state and by my

00:43:27.780 country and eventually the voters they wake up to it they see what's going on and the way that donald

00:43:33.500 trump has peeled the veil of secrecy the backroom deals what the establishment did to him that with a

00:43:39.380 witch hunt the people saw through it and and i think you'll have more maga people elected next

00:43:44.440 year i think it'll be a big year for maga and maha and people who are more independent thinkers um

00:43:49.780 i think it'll be a big year for all of us you guys have these town halls which uh you've made

00:43:55.560 infamously funny yeah um and they're set up some of them by these marxist dems who send in their 0.94

00:44:02.280 whoever's funding them i don't know if it's george soros or whoever's funding them they send them in

00:44:06.500 commies and they yeah and they send these freaks that come in to see you um the video is on twitter

00:44:12.560 for everyone if you want to go see it it's hysterical it's not funny but it's just this

00:44:16.460 total freak of a person who's a woman then all of a sudden congresswoman mace starts talking to her 1.00

00:44:21.840 and she turns into a man very strange but you guys set up these town halls where you're trying to get

00:44:26.440 the word out to your constituents and answer their questions and they're just taken over by these

00:44:30.240 marxist dems and that's the only thing the media covers congressman congresswoman mace's town 1.00

00:44:34.420 hall she's losing confidence in the vote and it's just a whole bunch of bullshit it's bullshit and 0.99

00:44:39.020 it's a lie and like i had a town hall in a small town of yemesty last week and we had both parties 1.00

00:44:44.360 came both parties were present democrats republicans love what they heard from me but because it was a

00:44:49.420 nice positive well done town hall media didn't want to cover it they want to cover the the fights

00:44:54.840 the protests the screaming the outrageous act that democrats put on and people they're really

00:45:01.460 not having it and so um we will only do town halls if they're safe i mean people are calling in the

00:45:06.480 office starting to kill me my employees my kids my family my dog you know all those things because

00:45:11.740 they hate donald trump and they want elon musk dead we've called these people to ask them well why

00:45:16.480 haven't you one ever been to one of my town halls and two um if you come what do you want to talk

00:45:20.760 about and they just hate donald trump that's it and they hate donald trump because i like donald trump

00:45:24.440 they hate me because they've got mace derangement syndrome and trump derangement syndrome and 0.64

00:45:28.080 these people are unhinged and they're dangerous and the democrat party has become the party of 0.99

00:45:32.940 violence i mean that's what they celebrate you have anti-semitism they just try to you set a fire 0.99

00:45:38.860 to jews one being a holocaust survivor just a couple days ago in colorado and i mean they're they're

00:45:44.100 violent yeah it's truly remarkable to me i was talking as i said with congressman comber about

00:45:49.180 some of the people that you sit on the committee with the democrats and it's like this place has turned

00:45:52.920 into some sort of a hood institution where you've got members of the democratic party

00:45:57.260 almost threatening to like fight you like let's go outside and fight like it's turned into such a

00:46:02.480 classless institution because of people like that and we've normalized it the media says it's okay

00:46:08.420 they'll go on cnn that night they go on msnbc and they normalize it nancy mace is this nancy mace is

00:46:13.820 that so and so is this but this hood rat who's literally trying to start a fight on in a committee 0.77

00:46:19.520 i've offered to take her outside so you know so i've contributed let me just be real because i don't put 0.99

00:46:26.800 up with i don't put up with it and i call a spade a spade and i call their bullshit out and they're 0.97

00:46:30.320 too afraid yeah they're too afraid they're afraid of nancy mace i love it i watching your videos it's 0.97

00:46:35.120 just brilliant because how much are we supposed to put up with what they did to donald trump they

00:46:39.020 almost got the man killed once and then again and then again and it just keeps going on and on and

00:46:45.020 on and it doesn't end when is it going to end when someone gets killed when one of you guys get

00:46:49.080 shot somebody is going to die somebody's going to get shot somebody is going to kill it ain't going to be

00:46:52.880 me i can tell you that much because i'm not putting up with it but but conservatives lives

00:46:56.540 are in danger look at all the swatting they're doing on conservatives like you dare not post

00:47:01.320 your town as a conservative on social media because they will come after you um they want us dead and

00:47:07.660 they really and everything they said donald trump was they've become he's not that he's for freedom

00:47:11.660 he's for everybody he's for the country he doesn't want internment camps they do yeah i mean they they

00:47:17.080 want conservatives dead and they will do anything to to get their wish and they gaslight and they

00:47:22.400 gaslight and they gaslight alina hobbo is doing a great job out in new jersey arrests two of these 0.99

00:47:27.000 hoodlums and they said this is selective prosecution well where were you guys the last four and a half

00:47:32.720 years when you guys wanted donald trump not dead but in jail well they said no one was above the law

00:47:36.820 yeah until you're a democrat if you're a democrat well then you're above the law right that's how their

00:47:40.800 rules are speaking of above the law joe biden we're now finding out from jake tapper of all people

00:47:45.760 that joe biden was mentally incompetent your committee you guys investigated it for 0.71

00:47:50.420 two and a half years three years um everything that went wrong with this man falling down the

00:47:55.580 stage falling upstairs going we now find out he gets lost in his closet he's got prostate cancer

00:48:01.260 but now jake tapper is out saying we had no idea but we're starting to find out he's on 60 minutes

00:48:08.400 bill clinton yeah he says he's in great great health great shape i i never noticed anything wrong with

00:48:13.420 him now we're going to dr bill clinton to find out joe biden was healthy uh-huh no that's right and you

00:48:18.880 know it just goes to show 60 minutes cbs cnn they're they're bleeding viewers i mean they're

00:48:23.620 bleeding viewership and so they're trying to attract i guess republican viewers it's not really going to

00:48:28.940 work because they spent the last four years eight years really lying to the american people about

00:48:32.920 donald trump about joe biden they've been uh cya for democrats for years now nobody trusts them

00:48:38.540 which is why alternative media podcasts the work that you all are doing i mean it's up and coming

00:48:44.660 because you guys are truth you guys are telling the truth to the american people you know i was i

00:48:48.700 was telling someone earlier today we have higher ratings on some shows than cnn gets in their entire

00:48:53.740 network it's embarrassing that we run such a low budget small operation but people tune in because 0.87

00:48:59.640 they're thirsty for no bullshit they're thirsty that we can sit here for 15 minutes and have a 0.91

00:49:05.300 conversation not go on air for five minutes and then take sound bites of something you said but it was 0.98

00:49:10.540 taken out of context it's the way of the future in my opinion yeah no it absolutely is and you all

00:49:15.100 literally are doing one doing the lord's work and two telling the truth to the american people because

00:49:18.960 they cannot trust mainstream media they cannot trust jake tapper they cannot trust cnn or cbs or 60

00:49:23.920 minutes i used to respect these media mainstream media as institutions when i was growing up it used

00:49:29.200 to be fair it used to be balanced it used to show both sides but the minute that trump came on the

00:49:33.360 scene in 2015 literally everything changed and i think honestly i think at the end of the day it's

00:49:39.020 going to be better for the country because we've seen now we've been gaslit we've been lied to

00:49:43.780 for the last couple of years and we see what they're made of and i hope that they go broke

00:49:48.700 lying to the american people because they are i mean they deserve it they've earned it yeah i mean 0.99

00:49:52.520 they're scum of the earth can you believe it's now 10 years we're going on this political persecution 0.99

00:49:56.780 of donald trump 10 years and they don't give up something's got to give we appreciate you taking 0.99

00:50:02.520 the time sit with us you get the last word here the floor is yours whatever you want to sell

00:50:05.480 to the american people at the floor well i just want to thank the american people for delivering

00:50:09.520 donald trump a massive win i i every day i wake up and it feels like christmas it feels like we just

00:50:14.880 won the super bowl and i'm smiling from ear to ear i haven't been happier and more proud to be an

00:50:19.800 american for what the american people did on november of 2024 um and it's just a true honor to serve but

00:50:25.740 also to hear those voices and keep screaming keep yelling at congress congress needs to do a better job but

00:50:30.960 keep supporting donald trump because that's what america wants and you keep doing the great job

00:50:35.120 you're doing and don't let those trainees get to you i absolutely will not congresswoman nancy
