00:00:58.220The passing, of course, came as a surprise to everyone, a surprise to President Trump,
00:01:04.280a surprise to the nation from Lindsey Graham.
00:01:09.640So, you know, we pray for his family and, you know, wish them all the best.
00:01:14.500I want to roll for you guys, too, just because there's so many conspiracy theories, which I don't think conspiracies are a bad thing because most of the time they end up coming true.
00:01:25.180But there's some people who ruin it for the rest of them.
00:01:27.600So there's conspiracies out there going that Lindsey Graham, who was over in Ukraine over the weekend, reportedly died in Ukraine.
00:01:33.960They sent his body back to America and made it look like he died at his home Saturday.
00:02:39.760Not on the scene as they tried to to revive him there, I guess they were for a bit and then at the hospital eventually did pass away.
00:02:50.140So, as I said, it's always some sort of conspiracy.
00:02:53.720And I think it takes away from when there's actually a conspiracy to talk about, when there's actually a real conspiracy like the 2020 election, which we're going to talk about in depth today.
00:03:05.960But before we get into that, President Trump had a request for Governor McMaster as for the appointment of the next senator to take over for Lindsey Graham.
00:03:17.100Here's the press conference from today.
00:03:19.720to an honor to name someone to serve in the place of this irresistible man this irreplaceable man
00:03:31.160this extraordinary man for the remainder of his term lindsey took care of his little sister
00:03:39.380in years long departed it's my honor to ask his little sister darlene graham to finish his work
00:03:49.020for him now. And by the way, Darlene, I don't know if I told you, but after we spoke on the phone
00:03:56.260in the wee hours of Sunday morning, and you agreed to serve through tears, earlier,
00:04:05.460I had wondered what you would say. And I was humbled by your quickness to see the duty
00:04:17.460that you had to serve and I called the president afterwards and he thought it was a great idea
00:04:25.640and I'm sure you that everyone here does as well. Darlene, little sister, come forward please.
00:04:39.680Thank you Governor and just bear with me as I try to get through this but first I just want to say
00:04:46.800One thing I've never heard Lindsay described as is irresistible.
00:06:10.940They made President Trump the president, which is sort of interesting because nobody's been tougher on Russia than President Trump, certainly not Hillary Clinton.
00:06:21.660So we heard that for 10 years, and they tried to delegitimize President Trump.
00:06:26.840Time to try to delegitimize his presidency by saying he was put there by Russia.
00:06:32.380We all knew that was total BS or as the great Lou Dobbs would say, hogwash.
00:06:40.940But I don't think we ever heard, and you know, you always hear what I would say is there's two sides to every story and somewhere in between is the truth.
00:06:48.640We've yet to hear the other side of the story.
00:06:52.140The other side of the story being the 2020 election was certainly rigged, but it wasn't by Russia.
00:06:59.2602016 election wasn't rigged by Russia.
00:07:02.940The last person they wanted in there was President Trump.
00:07:05.340So we've yet to hear that side of the story, which is hopefully on Thursday what we'll get. President Trump is set to be joined by multiple officials, including CIA Director John Radcliffe, Acting Director of National Intelligence, Bill Pulte, FBI Director Cash Patel, and Homeland Security Secretary Mark Wayne Mullen, according to a person who spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss the internal plans with MS Now.
00:07:33.100Now, President Trump posted earlier this afternoon that he will be making a speech to the nation Thursday evening, 9 p.m., without providing further details.
00:07:44.160Now, there are still outlets reporting that President Trump falsely claimed that the election was stolen due to widespread voter fraud.
00:07:55.080But we know each and every one of you who's tuned in here know that that wasn't a fair and square election.
00:08:03.100And Joe Biden campaigned from his basement, never left his basement.
00:08:08.640Somehow, at that point, because President Trump, this last election, gained the most votes in the history of the country.
00:08:15.700But at that point, the person who held the most votes before that was Barack Obama, the first black president.
00:08:23.740And we were told to believe that Joe Biden somehow received more votes.
00:08:33.900We're talking about Democrats, by the way.
00:08:36.200More votes than the first black president in history.0.85
00:13:31.680wouldn't say automatic for some people it's not but it's uh it's almost automatic and uh so you
00:13:38.880know i god was with me i turned my head to show a chart and a chart that i never show on the right
00:13:45.440hand side but this time i did and it's a chart that i don't even use that much i use it probably
00:13:50.800one in ten times at the rallies and but it's always on my left and this time it was on my
00:13:56.080right i looked to the right and said if i looked to the left i wouldn't be talking to you right now
00:13:59.920there's so many amazing things and the chart is always at the end of the speech and i just put it
00:14:06.560at the beginning because it was appropriate you know sometimes i'll start out and i won't be
00:14:10.960reading a lot of things because it makes it much more interesting i think that's what people like
00:14:16.080it but uh i just said i'm going to put it up there just felt good it felt right you know i speak the
00:14:21.840way i feel and it felt right and the chart i said let's talk about the chart now look over to the
00:14:27.280right as it's coming down and i said wow what was that wow i said it's either the biggest most
00:14:35.040violent mosquito in history i or i just got shot it was one of the two things because i i touched
00:14:40.720my ear there was blood all over my ears as soon as i touched it this was in like a slow bleed i
00:14:46.160i touched it you saw i mean the picture is a very famous one and i'm going down and i said to myself
00:14:51.600And sort of, I guess it's much as you can joke about something like this, but that's either the most violent mosquito in history or I got shot.
00:15:42.340That's what I mean when people come up with these conspiracies.
00:15:45.700It takes away from the conspiracies that are actually true.1.00
00:15:49.700But that was a conspiracy from the, we'll say it nicely, the idiots on the left.1.00
00:15:56.920I want to get back to the stolen 2020 election for just a second.0.99
00:16:02.680Because as President Trump plans to make this speech to the nation on Thursday,
00:16:09.200the FBI has assigned 260 investigative analysts to assist in its ongoing investigation into Fulton County, Georgia, during the 2020 election.
00:16:19.700Now, this is according to an internal memo that was obtained by none other than the New York Times, who may finally want to be putting out real news, that the analysts have been tasked to completing approximately 708 record checks by July 17th.
00:16:36.040It's around the time when President Trump will be making that speech.
00:16:41.800So, the memo describes the operation as a priority for FBI Director Cash Patel.
00:16:46.880While specific records under review have not been disclosed yet, the expanded efforts follows the FBI's raid on the Fulton County Election Warehouse.
00:16:54.700Back in January, federal agencies had more than 600 boxes of election materials, including the original 2020 ballots, as part of the Justice Department's investigation.
00:17:06.880No criminal charges have been filed, and federal authorities have released few details about the scope of this investigation.
00:17:13.700The FBI and Fulton County officials have so far declined to comment on the latest developments.
00:17:19.960Justice Department has also sought the identities of every worker involved in administering the 2020 election in Fulton County.
00:17:27.520County officials challenged that request in court and a judge, of course, temporarily blocking the disclosure.
00:17:42.320Fulton County Commissioner Chairman Rob Pitts complained about the expanded review, calling it a Hail Mary, saying he had not been informed of the move.
00:17:51.700Georgia's RINO Secretary of State, Brad Raffensperger, insisted that his office runs the most secure elections in the nation, but said that he would, of course, assist in the investigation.
00:25:18.400So let's talk about the Senate. Since the Senate's got an interesting shakeup, Mitch McConnell put out a proof of life post over the weekend, which folks are saying is not real.0.98
00:25:29.400I can't that one. I can't vouch for. I'm not sure. But they're saying it's not real.
00:25:33.120But he says that he didn't have a heart attack. He didn't have a stroke, no hemorrhages, no nothing.
00:25:38.060he just passed out and he's working to get to rehab to to rehabilitate i thought was also
00:25:45.180raising more red flags than we originally had in the first place he hadn't been to work since
00:25:50.800june 14th so it's been about a month we still really don't have any questions but any answers
00:25:58.400but you know that's i guess that's really just business as usual when it comes to the u.s senate
00:26:03.440So speaking of the Senate, Senator Jim Banks has introduced the Citizenship Act this afternoon, legislation that would finally slam the door on birthright citizenship for children, illegal aliens and birth tourists by classifying their parents as invaders under the federal law.
00:26:20.880Now, I want you to remember that, the term invaders, because Brett Kavanaugh said something about that.
00:26:27.360The proposal comes just weeks after the Supreme Court struck down President Trump's executive order that was restricting birthright citizenship,
00:26:33.080ruling that children born in the United States to illegal immigrants, or as I like to call them, migrants,
00:26:38.760and temporary visa holders remain U.S. citizens under the 14th Amendment.
00:26:43.120Chief Justice John Roberts authored the majority opinion, joined by Justice Amy Coney Barrett,
00:26:47.540The court's liberal bloc, Justice Brett Kavanaugh, concurred on the statutory grounds of it.
00:26:52.820Banks' legislation seeks to respond directly to that ruling by codifying the argument that individuals who enter the United States illegally should be treated as invaders for the purpose of federal citizenship law.
00:27:05.060Supporters argue that the 14th Amendment phrase is subject to jurisdiction thereof,
00:27:09.400was never intended to grant automatic citizenship to children
00:27:12.760of those who entered the country unlawfully
00:27:15.300or solely to obtain U.S. citizenship for newborns.
00:27:20.220Banks is using this clever legislation to work around,
00:27:23.620inspired by, as I told you to remember that,
00:29:04.700So with the limited number of legislative days remaining before Congress' next scheduled recess, Senator Mike Lee, who I think has been so good, is intensifying his push for the Save America Act, arguing that Republican lawmakers should extend their work schedules to move the election-related legislation across the finish line.
00:29:24.980There's eight days left in the House and 20 days in the Senate before the next recess, which I'm sure absolutely nothing will get done.
00:29:36.020Mike Lee has a problem with that, and he told Fox's Maria Bartiromo.
00:29:40.200Examine what it is that voters want right now.
00:29:43.340Overwhelmingly, not only do they support this bill, but they understand that it ought to take preeminence.
00:29:48.560It ought to take precedence over other legislation we should be supporting right now.
00:29:52.280So I think that's where the disagreement lies, is in the vision that we can pass this, even though we don't yet have 60 votes.
00:29:58.860We do have a simple majority and on the technique, the method by which we bring it about.
00:30:04.300But it does take effort and some creative thinking. We can get it done.
00:30:08.220Well, you've got what, eight legislative days or 20 legislative days in the Senate and eight legislative days in the House before before the next recess.
00:30:18.280you know i know john i know mike johnson is talking about a third reconciliation
00:30:23.480bill but again john thune says uh stop talking about a third reconciliation bill
00:30:29.620to colleagues when he's talking with them privately
00:30:32.960yeah look um first of all we have control over how many legislative days we have left
00:30:41.280it need not be uh that short a period of time we could choose to work through weekends through
00:30:47.700scheduled recesses and frankly we should especially when something like this comes up
00:30:53.140where we see a massive vulnerability in our election security that affects not only potentially
00:30:58.100the outcome of elections but also the way in which they're perceived when we see something
00:31:02.900like that we have a ready popular widely accepted widely supported solution we need to re-examine
00:31:09.700our own practices even our own schedules in order to get it done we can do that and we must well
00:31:16.020Imagine that. Mike Lee wants to work while the rest of them don't really care to take the money
00:31:25.260and run. It's a joke. We pay these people to go there, get a job done, and they do absolutely
00:31:35.340nothing. Making a mockery. Now, failed presidential candidate in a long time, never Trump or Chris
00:31:41.520Christie is once again running his mouth about the Republican Party and the supposed doom.
00:31:47.600The disgraced former New Jersey governor shut down a bridge.
00:31:55.260The George Washington Bridge over a vendetta made the comments during an appearance on a podcast with Hassan Minaj.
00:32:05.220Let's take a listen to what Big Chris had to say.
00:32:07.840Do you think the Republican voters want the truth?
00:32:11.520Well, certainly not all of them right now. Probably not a majority of them right now. But you know what? You know what forces people to have to listen to the truth? Losing. Losing forces you politically to have to listen to the truth. And I think we're on our way to a monumental defeat as a party in the 2026 midterms.
00:32:30.600And when that happens, I think people, for practical reasons, will begin to reevaluate whether they really want to continue to hear the things that led to the losing or they want to hear some different ideas.
00:32:41.200Do you really approach? Do you really think the Democrats have a chance to win the 2026 midterms in a major way?
00:32:45.660Oh, I think they'll win the House. And frankly, I think they've got a better chance at the Senate today than I thought they would have given the map.
00:32:56.660Are we really going to take political advice from this guy?
