Roberts calls it a draft of the decision, but it's the decision someone on the court wanted leaked to the press

to use to incite the left and to begin their usual round of protests and demonstrations

as they try to intimidate the five Republican justices who didn't follow Roberts or the left.

Justice Samuel Alito wrote that Roe v. Wade, the original decision, was wrong from the very start,

And so I think this decision will polarize our country even more between the godly and the godless in our country.

But I think what your audience needs to understand is this Supreme Court ruling is not a nationwide ban on abortion.

And this is why it is so important that evangelical Christians, Catholics, others, stay engaged in the political process.

They can't just say, well, we've got that done, nothing else to do.

But this reminds me of the debate with Robert Bork.

Bork believed the only reason you had any inherent rights was because the government gave them to you.

If you go back and look at the opening comments from the Bork-Biden when I was questioning him as chairman, I said, I believe I have the rights that I have, not because the government gave them to me, which you believe, but because I'm just a child of God.

Joe Biden needs to be thrown out of Catholic Church for what he's supporting.

How in the world could he support abortion when it is against the teachings of his own church?

Robert Bork didn't say the only rights are those that are listed in the Constitution.

There is no deep root that abortion has in our national tradition whatsoever.

Yeah, and as a number of people have pointed out, when the 14th Amendment was put into the Constitution, there was no right to abortion anywhere in the United States at that point.

So those who are trying to make the 14th Amendment argument and trying to find a place within the Constitution where such a right exists, it's an exercise in futility because it does not exist.
