The Great America Show - It's Liberation Day in DC - Trump takes control of the the crime ridden city, California is next!

00:00:00.000 Hello, everybody, and welcome to The Great America Show.

00:00:05.160 It's great to have you with us on this live show we're doing here tonight.

00:00:09.100 A very, very big day for President Trump, a very big day for America.

00:00:13.280 It's Liberation Day.

00:00:14.220 The last time we heard Liberation Day was the day where President Trump declared we were getting all of our money back via tariffs from everybody else for robbing us.

00:00:22.260 This is a little bit different kind of a Liberation Day, and it's Liberation Day,

00:00:27.320 particularly for anyone who lives in Washington, D.C., or works in Washington, D.C.

00:00:33.620 President Trump announcing this afternoon he's taking back the Capitol, announcing he is invoking Section 740 of the Federal D.C.

00:00:42.700 Home Act, which federalizes D.C. police and allows President Trump to send in the National Guard.

00:00:49.540 For far too long, D.C. has gone down the tubes, whether it be, and we're going to have the stats for you,

00:00:56.280 because if you've tuned into, those of you who tuned into the show know I watch the left-leaning media to get a pulse on what they're talking about.

00:01:05.560 And just all day I've heard from the left-leaning media that crime in D.C. is down from 2023 and that everything is good and it's on its way.

00:01:14.980 Well, it's just not good enough.

00:01:16.460 And we're going to have those stats for you to combat what the left-leaning mainstream media wants you to believe in and what they're lying and what they're telling you.

00:01:24.900 So President Trump announcing today he is taking back this country, particularly Washington, D.C.

00:01:30.520 Take a listen.

00:01:31.320 I'm announcing a historic action to rescue our nation's Capitol from crime, bloodshed, bedlam, and squalor, and worse.

00:01:41.760 This is Liberation Day in D.C. and we're going to take our Capitol back.

00:01:47.060 We're taking it back under the authorities vested in me as the President of the United States.

00:01:53.160 I'm officially invoking Section 740 of the District of Columbia Home Rule Act.

00:01:58.600 You know what that is?

00:02:00.440 And placing the D.C. Metropolitan Police Department under direct federal control,

00:02:06.360 and you'll be meeting the people that will be directly involved with that.

00:02:10.180 Very good people, but they're tough, and they know what's happening, and they've done it before.

00:02:18.820 In addition, I'm deploying the National Guard to help reestablish law, order of public safety in Washington, D.C.,

00:02:27.200 and they're going to be allowed to do their job properly.

00:02:29.400 We're going to have more from President Trump's press briefing as the show goes on.

00:02:34.600 By the way, the D.C. union that controls the Metro Police there, fully endorsing President Trump's idea of doing this.

00:02:42.820 It's not one that President Trump came up with.

00:02:46.020 It's happened before, but it's gone far too out of control.

00:02:50.460 And I've got bad news for the folks in California, particularly that numbskull Gavin Newsom, but you guys are next.

00:02:56.600 We have the Olympics coming to America in a very short period of time, and it's not clear exactly who is running California.

00:03:04.500 And we saw that firsthand.

00:03:06.200 Now, this is not a slight at anybody because some people get upset when I talk about California.

00:03:10.220 I often say California is the most beautiful country, beautiful state in this country.

00:03:15.900 From the coast of San Francisco all the way down to San Diego, that drive is one of the most beautiful drives you can do anywhere in the world.

00:03:24.800 So it's not a slight at the people of California or your state.

00:03:27.860 It's a slight at the leadership of that place.

00:03:30.340 And it's really gone down the tubes over the last 10 years or so.

00:03:36.020 I mean, we see what just happened recently where President Trump was forced to send in the National Guard for mismanagement of everything.

00:03:42.640 Just before that, we saw mismanagement of the wildfires.

00:03:45.560 We're Karen Bass or Gavin Newsom.

00:03:49.520 It's unclear even who was in charge of that.

00:03:52.240 People couldn't go back into their houses.

00:03:53.920 The fires were out.

00:03:54.760 Everything was done.

00:03:55.480 The people's houses was rubble.

00:03:57.260 It was burnt to the ground.

00:03:59.120 The only thing left was ashes and maybe some mementos that made it out.

00:04:03.600 But these people couldn't go back to their houses.

00:04:05.380 Now, it's apparently clear why California has kept such a tight close-knit on that.

00:04:11.440 And it appears they're probably going to try to do some dirty work with eminent domain.

00:04:15.740 Now, for those of you who aren't familiar with eminent domain, it's when the government comes in and says,

00:04:20.240 we're taking your property and we're going to give you a fair market price for it is whatever it is.

00:04:24.440 And you can't go back and say, well, no, I want to keep my property.

00:04:28.400 It doesn't work like that.

00:04:29.680 Government comes in and says your property is worth a million bucks.

00:04:32.940 We'll give you a million bucks.

00:04:33.980 It doesn't matter if it was your grandparents, your great-grandparents, your uncles, your sister,

00:04:37.780 whoever gave it to you, it doesn't matter.

00:04:39.940 So it's apparent that's what California is going to try to do over there.

00:04:44.900 But let's go back to Washington, D.C., because the left mainstream media all day playing this off as President Trump is a tyrant. 0.94

00:04:52.980 He's a dictator. 0.94

00:04:54.160 He's this, he's that.

00:04:55.600 Far from that.

00:04:56.540 President Trump is giving control of D.C. to the police officers there.

00:05:01.140 He's not merely taking control.

00:05:02.900 Pete Hegseth will have the opportunity to send to the National Guard, and we'll bring you that in just moments.

00:05:08.960 But I want to go through some of the stats of crime in Washington, D.C.

00:05:14.680 D.C.'s violent crime rate, and this is per 100,000 people, is just about 1,200.

00:05:20.120 1,200 per every 100,000.

00:05:22.940 Higher than every state, exceeding New Mexico by 750, by 54%.

00:05:28.840 Its murder rate was also among the highest.

00:05:31.660 This is for 2023.

00:05:34.320 Surpassed only a few states like Louisiana, Missouri.

00:05:38.400 Robbery, 614 per 100,000.

00:05:41.100 Significantly driven far exceeding other typical states.

00:05:44.340 Now, poverty crime, you wonder, how's that doing over there?

00:05:49.380 D.C.'s poverty crime rate, 4,400 per 100,000, was the highest, surpassing, again, New Mexico by about 3,049%.

00:05:58.120 Motor vehicle thefts, also very notably high, driven by carjacking surge over in 2023.

00:06:05.800 Larceny theft, also the highest in the nation.

00:06:10.340 So what are they talking about?

00:06:14.340 Their rates, which have gotten better significantly since 2024, are still among the highest in the country.

00:06:23.740 So are we supposed to take that as okay?

00:06:27.460 Now, they could be down because people are deporting or self-deporting or we're getting these criminals off the street.

00:06:34.660 Or they're moving out of D.C. after President Trump won the election.

00:06:40.180 It's unclear why, because nothing has changed.

00:06:42.400 Mayor Bowser is an absolute numbskull, just like Gavin Newsom. 0.74

00:06:46.900 They don't care about their city. 0.98

00:06:48.220 They don't care about anything.

00:06:49.040 They care about getting money.

00:06:50.300 They care about their next job, their next promotion, where their promotion is going to come from.

00:06:55.900 That's all I care about.

00:06:57.400 They don't care about us.

00:06:58.540 They don't care about the visitors.

00:06:59.420 And it's sad because D.C. is also a very beautiful place.

00:07:04.240 It's our nation's capital.

00:07:05.580 It holds our most powerful people, our politicians, our president of the United States, our dignitaries, the people who come and visit us, all go into Washington, D.C., not New York City.

00:07:17.720 In some cases, New York City.

00:07:18.800 But in most cases, Washington, D.C. to see President Trump or whoever the sitting president is.

00:07:23.180 It shouldn't have come to this, where the president had to send in the National Guard, which, by the way, the Democrats are absolutely going berserk.

00:07:35.180 Donald Trump is sending the National Guard into Washington, D.C.

00:07:38.400 What is wrong with him?

00:07:41.420 I just spoke earlier before the show with former Capitol Police Chief Stephen Sund.

00:07:46.340 We're trying to arrange an interview with him tomorrow to come on the show to talk about the National Guard and Nancy Pelosi denying it.

00:07:54.200 Remember the whole January 6th fight?

00:07:56.300 Because that's what you're hearing now from the left also.

00:07:58.960 Well, Donald Trump had the chance to secure the Capitol on January 6th, and he chose not to.

00:08:03.560 He let those violent January 6th insurrectionists take the place over.

00:08:07.260 He didn't do anything about it.

00:08:10.440 Why didn't he send in the National Guard?

00:08:13.340 Well, now, well, first of all, he asked many times, and it's in transcripts.

00:08:18.380 It's in interviews.

00:08:19.140 It's in text messages.

00:08:20.540 It's in emails that President Trump ordered in the National Guard and was turned down by Nancy Pelosi and Muriel Bowser.

00:08:27.160 Days, not hours, not minutes, days before January 6th, just in case things possibly got out of control.

00:08:38.240 Days before.

00:08:39.160 And it's all documented.

00:08:40.220 But the Democrats continue to lie about that.

00:08:42.900 So now that Donald Trump has actually done it, called their bluff, was able to do it, they're going berserk.

00:08:50.320 He's a dictator.

00:08:51.880 He's using his power to send in the military.

00:08:54.280 Well, you wanted it back in January 6th, but you don't want it now when you have homelessness all over the streets, you have carjackings, you have crimes.

00:09:05.040 And by the way, who killed Seth Rich?

00:09:07.440 While we're on the topic of Washington, D.C. and crime, I think it's right.

00:09:12.660 We try to get to the bottom of who killed Seth Rich, who murdered him, who robbed him, and took nothing from him.

00:09:18.680 But that's a different conversation.

00:09:22.400 Pete Hegseth, Secretary of Defense, is more than ready to take on this task, ensuring us today that the National Guard is ready to go and are being deployed as we speak.

00:09:33.200 Take a listen.

00:09:33.660 At your direction, this morning, we've mobilized the D.C. National Guard.

00:09:37.640 It'll be operationalized by the Secretary of the Army, Dan Driscoll, through the D.C. Guard.

00:09:42.160 You will see them flowing into the streets of Washington in the coming week.

00:09:45.860 At your direction as well, sir, there are other units we are prepared to bring in.

00:09:50.020 Other National Guard units, other specialized units.

00:09:52.740 They will be strong, they will be tough, and they will stand with their law enforcement partners.

00:09:57.780 This is nothing new for DOD.

00:09:59.740 As the president noted, at the border, we've got 10,000 troops.

00:10:03.660 We've got 10,000 troops down there who have been operating in defense cooperation areas, defense zones, where there's zero, zero illegal crossings because of troops on strikers scanning the border.

00:10:15.000 We've been protecting other people's borders for 20 years.

00:10:17.940 It's about time we protect our own, and we're working with ICE and CBP.

00:10:21.620 In Los Angeles, we did the same thing, working with the California National Guard, working with ICE officers.

00:10:27.700 ICE officers deserve to do their job and not be attacked.

00:10:31.680 We will work alongside all D.C. police and federal law enforcement to ensure this city is safe, this city is beautiful, and as I always say about President Trump to the troops, he has their back.

00:10:44.460 And my message to the National Guard and federal law enforcement in Washington is we have your back as well.

00:10:50.280 Be tough, be strong.

00:10:51.760 We're right behind you.

00:10:52.520 President Trump has the back of those folks, and he has the back of each and every one of us.

00:10:58.340 This is not a play for him to protect himself or anybody.

00:11:02.260 It's a play to protect the American people, the people who come and visit this country on a daily basis.

00:11:06.800 That's who he's protecting.

00:11:08.060 Folks, we're going to take a quick break here.

00:11:09.360 As I mentioned, we're on a live stream today.

00:11:11.440 Let us know where you're tuning in from.

00:11:12.740 Any questions, comments, concerns, feel free to throw them in the chat.

00:11:15.240 Any hate, we'll take that too.

00:11:17.100 We don't shy away from anything here on The Great America Show.

00:11:19.620 So feel free to drop that in the comments section.

00:11:22.280 We're going to take a quick break here.

00:11:23.340 When we return, President Trump has also some plans for California if Gavin Newsom doesn't get his act together, as I mentioned.

00:11:30.640 Also, the rogue judges are going rogue again.

00:11:34.000 We got that story for you.

00:11:35.420 Stay with us, folks.

00:11:36.180 We're coming right back here on The Great America Show.

00:11:38.080 We're coming right back here.

00:12:08.080 Facebook, Victoria Davis. 0.99

00:12:09.960 Come to Cincinnati, young kids running around with guns and killing people.

00:12:13.200 Where are the parents?

00:12:14.180 Yeah, this is to the point, I think, of what President Trump has said.

00:12:21.520 There's crime written everywhere.

00:12:23.340 There's a problem with parenting in America.

00:12:28.380 And nobody knows what to do about it.

00:12:32.900 We're supposed to just allow this to keep happening, allowing innocent bystanders to be killed, be carjacked, be murdered, whatever it may be, be served fentanyl.

00:12:45.020 So, it's time something to be done about it.

00:12:51.160 And Donald Trump is the man who is taking to the streets to do something about that.

00:12:56.180 G, Wi-Fi. 0.82

00:12:57.440 I can't wait to see Judge Jeanine Pirro spanking these corrupt juveniles in D.C. 1.00

00:13:01.720 We've got some reaction from Judge Jeanine here on today's show. 0.84

00:13:05.240 Judge Jeanine, what you see is what you get with her. 0.99

00:13:07.860 I worked with her at Fox News for many years.

00:13:10.120 And she's the same person you got on camera, the same person off camera.

00:13:14.840 She is no BS. 0.89

00:13:15.940 She doesn't care about being anybody's friend.

00:13:19.600 She is cutthroat as can be. 0.93

00:13:21.060 So, I don't think there's anybody there that could be better, you know, situated in the job than her.

00:13:30.680 Shout out to Fall Girl. 1.00

00:13:32.900 We appreciate you tuning in.

00:13:35.600 Henry Simonetta, just a distraction from Epstein.

00:13:39.940 Not quite.

00:13:40.860 We've actually got a story on that.

00:13:42.320 We're going to bring you a little bit later in the show.

00:13:44.200 So, the Epstein documents are being withheld.

00:13:47.900 It's not from President Trump.

00:13:49.820 It's not from Kash Patel.

00:13:52.240 It's not from Pam Bondi this time.

00:13:54.380 It's from a new suspect.

00:13:56.360 And it has nothing to do with Donald Trump.

00:13:58.640 In fact, he's on the other side of the aisle.

00:14:00.220 We'll have that story for you later on in the show.

00:14:04.300 Strayford, just like those Epstein fries, I'm loving it.

00:14:07.520 Hello, everybody.

00:14:08.740 Those Trump fries.

00:14:10.200 I apologize.

00:14:10.980 G-Wi-Fi.

00:14:13.960 Whoever is shopping at MyPillow, remember to use promo code SENDMEREBEST back to Cuba. 0.97

00:14:19.160 Or you can use promo code JOHN.

00:14:21.760 It's a little bit easier to remember.

00:14:25.020 A little bit easier, I think, to spell.

00:14:27.460 So, President Trump doesn't care about the optics about what these people are doing.

00:14:34.480 And Gavin Newsom is in a little bit of trouble because if he doesn't get his act together, he's going to find himself in the same situation as is D.C. right now.

00:14:45.080 This dire public safety crisis stems directly from the abject failures of the city's local leadership.

00:14:53.180 The radical left city council adopted no cash bail.

00:14:57.600 By the way, every place in the country where you have no cash bail is a disaster.

00:15:02.280 That's what started the problem in New York, and they don't change it.

00:15:05.680 They don't want to change it.

00:15:07.080 That's what started it in Chicago.

00:15:10.480 I mean, bad politicians started it.

00:15:12.620 Bad leadership started it.

00:15:13.780 But that was the one thing that's central.

00:15:16.140 No cash bail.

00:15:17.100 Somebody murders somebody, and they're out on no cash bail before the day is out.

00:15:22.240 We're going to end that in Chicago.

00:15:25.820 We're going to change the statute.

00:15:27.240 I spoke with Pam and Todd and everybody.

00:15:30.460 We're going to change the statute, and I'm going to have to get the Republicans to vote because the Democrats are weak on crime.

00:15:37.780 There's no doubt about that, that they are weak on crime.

00:15:40.880 But Gavin Newsom, he never lets a crisis go to waste.

00:15:44.420 Running his big mouth, as always, had this message for President Trump.

00:15:49.880 President Trump, it's time to stand down.

00:15:52.720 It's time to make another phone call to Greg Abbott.

00:15:55.540 This time, instead of calling him and telling him you're, quote, unquote, entitled to five congressional seats, it's time to tell him to stand down.

00:16:04.160 It's time to recognize that democracy is at risk.

00:16:08.220 It's time to, dare I say, do the right thing.

00:16:10.460 Actually, see how that feels for you, doing the right thing.

00:16:14.540 If you don't, California will neutralize anything you do in the state of Texas.

00:16:18.960 California will continue to punch above its weight.

00:16:22.060 We believe in democracy.

00:16:23.260 We believe in the enduring values of our founding fathers.

00:16:26.820 Two hundred and forty nine years.

00:16:28.920 We're not going to sit back passively.

00:16:30.700 We're not going to sit back and watch you light democracy on fire.

00:16:34.700 We will fight fire with fire.

00:16:38.080 Does Gavin Newsom quite honestly think anybody is scared of him?

00:16:42.400 Does he really think President Trump is scared of him?

00:16:45.800 Nobody's scared of you, Gavin.

00:16:49.200 You want to take a look at what's happening in your state right now?

00:16:52.380 Those of you who are joining us on video, you have the privilege to see this video that we're about to show you.

00:16:58.380 But there's a very good Instagram page.

00:17:00.320 It's called Street People of Los Angeles, and they document everything that goes on in that city every single day.

00:17:06.880 They put together this one minute clip, and we're going to roll it for you.

00:17:10.360 Take a look.

00:17:10.900 Thank you.

00:17:40.900 Thank you.

00:18:10.880 How much longer are the people there supposed to put up with it?

00:18:17.880 How much longer are the people who come and visit that place supposed to put up with it?

00:18:21.740 This is why it's come to this point. This is why President Trump has been forced to send in. Take a listen to what he's doing with the homeless who have overtaken Washington, D.C.

00:18:34.600 We're going to be removing homeless encampments from all over our parks, our beautiful, beautiful parks, which now a lot of people can't walk on.

00:18:44.100 They've been very, very dirty, very got a lot of problems.

00:18:50.240 But we've already started that. We're moving the encampments away, trying to take care of people.

00:18:55.720 Some of those people, we don't know how they even got there.

00:19:01.100 Some of those people are from different countries, different parts of the world.

00:19:04.160 Nobody knows who they are. They have no idea.

00:19:06.260 But they're there getting rid of the people from underpasses and public spaces from all over the city.

00:19:12.760 There are many places that they can go and we're going to help them as much as you can help.

00:19:18.280 But they'll not be allowed to turn our capital into a wasteland for the world to see.

00:19:25.240 Which is exactly what they've done now.

00:19:27.620 Someone had mentioned Judge Janine, who is the D.C. U.S. attorney.

00:19:31.700 And she's full in, full fledged, all in on on this operation here.

00:19:36.480 That's probably going to help her do her job a lot easier. 1.00

00:19:40.400 Allow her to throw these thugs and criminals behind bars where they belong. 1.00

00:19:46.020 The gang members, the carjackers, the people who want to commit homicides. 1.00

00:19:51.060 They're screwed. 1.00

00:19:52.480 Thank you very much, Mr. President. 0.97

00:19:54.140 And thank you, Madam Attorney General and to all my partners here.

00:19:57.720 We all want the same thing.

00:20:00.200 We all want a safe city.

00:20:01.940 We want a safe capital.

00:20:03.820 We want to be able to bring our families here.

00:20:06.840 We want to be able to come and enjoy the history that makes this place great.

00:20:12.540 And unfortunately, we are not in that position right now.

00:20:16.260 And, Mr. President, I want to thank you for taking the step that we need right now to make criminals understand that they are not going to get away with it anymore.

00:20:26.580 And I'm not going to stand here and go over and over the cases.

00:20:30.340 But what I can tell you is this.

00:20:32.480 I see too much violent crime being committed by young punks who think that they can get together in gangs and crews and beat the hell out of you or anyone else.

00:20:44.200 They don't care where they are.

00:20:45.900 They can be in DuPont Circle.

00:20:48.220 But they know that we can't touch them.

00:20:50.960 Why?

00:20:51.720 Because the laws are weak.

00:20:53.640 I can't touch you if you're 14, 15, 16, 17 years old and you have a gun.

00:20:59.240 I convict someone of shooting another person with an illegal gun on a public bus in the chest. 0.90

00:21:06.980 Intent to kill?

00:21:07.800 Well, I convict him.

00:21:09.880 And you know what the judge gives him?

00:21:12.200 Probation.

00:21:13.020 Says you should go to college.

00:21:15.240 We need to go after the D.C. Council and their absurd laws. 0.85

00:21:20.000 We need to get rid of this concept of, you know, no cash fail.

00:21:24.580 We need to recognize that the people who matter are the law abiding citizens.

00:21:29.820 And it starts today.

00:21:31.380 But it's not going to end today because the president is going to do everything we need to do to make sure that these emboldened criminals understand we see you, we're watching you, and we're going to change the law to catch you.

00:21:46.120 And my final note is this.

00:21:48.580 These kids understand that the jurisdiction is through the state attorney general, Brian Schwab.

00:21:54.980 I did a poster of the young man from Doge who was beaten bloody with a severe concussion, a broken nose.

00:22:02.640 And then I did a poster of what happens to those kids because I can't arrest them.

00:22:07.460 I can't prosecute them.

00:22:09.300 They go to family court and they get to do yoga and arts and crafts.

00:22:14.880 Enough.

00:22:16.020 It changes today.

00:22:18.260 Thank you.

00:22:19.400 Judge Jeanine, zero BS, as I said.

00:22:22.000 Now, those of you who don't live in a blue state, you know, in a great state like Florida, Texas, who are sitting here asking, what is cashless bail?

00:22:30.300 What is no cash bail?

00:22:32.560 You don't know what it is.

00:22:33.380 Pretty much what it means is there are certain crimes, and it's almost every single crime unless you really brutally kill somebody, where you get arrested and you're released on your own reconnaissance.

00:22:43.860 You don't have to pay any kind of bail because you can't afford it or whatever the reason may be that these Marxist Democrats have done this to our cities.

00:22:52.380 And you get released.

00:22:53.720 Used to be you had to post bail to ensure you were coming back to your court date.

00:22:57.220 Not anymore.

00:22:58.520 Not anymore.

00:22:59.480 So it's because of policies like this that things have gotten so out of control.

00:23:05.420 Folks, we've got to take one more quick commercial break here.

00:23:07.240 There's so much more to get to on the other side of this break.

00:23:09.460 We're coming right back on The Great America Show.

00:23:10.980 Please stay with us.

00:23:11.680 Thanks for staying with us, folks, here on The Great America Show.

00:23:19.880 Once again, happy Monday.

00:23:21.280 Let us know where you're tuning in from.

00:23:22.660 We appreciate, as always, any time you're joining us here on The Great America Show.

00:23:27.080 This hands-on operation, it's all hands on deck that President Trump has brought forward today with federalizing Washington, D.C. for the greater good of the people.

00:23:36.940 It's an all-hands-on-deck, Cash Patel, Pam Bondi, Judge Jeanine, President Trump, J.D. Vance, all-hands-on-deck operation, Pete Hankseth.

00:23:46.100 Pam Bondi, who we really haven't heard from that much since our whole little mishap with the Epstein files, letting everybody know that the party and the games are over.

00:23:58.300 Let me be crystal clear. Crime in D.C. is ending and ending today. We are going to use every power we have to fight criminals here.

00:24:07.420 President, thank you for caring about our capital. Families come here every summer. Our museums are free.

00:24:15.000 We have the National Zoo. We have the National Gallery. D.C. should be a place where everyone can come and feel safe.

00:24:23.560 Behind me and to my side, we have some of the best career law enforcement and prosecutors in the country who are ready to take this on.

00:24:33.000 As the President said, Terry Cole is going to be supervising the Metro Police Department.

00:24:41.200 Gaddy Seralta, our U.S. Marshal, is going to be supervising command and control, the entire operation.

00:24:49.000 Our Deputy Attorney General, Todd Blanche, and I will be working with them closely, along with our great FBI Director, Cash Patel.

00:24:58.780 Cash is going to talk to you in a minute about what we did in Virginia recently with Governor Youngkin.

00:25:04.020 Many of you covered that, and it was tremendously successful.

00:25:07.180 Not only that, our secret weapon here in D.C. is U.S. Attorney Janine Pirro, one of the toughest prosecutors and a former judge.

00:25:16.400 And she is going to be talking about juvenile crime, how it's out of control here, and what she's going to do to fight back.

00:25:24.120 No more, no more crime rampant in our beautiful capital.

00:25:29.380 No more teenage girls beating a disabled man to death.

00:25:34.780 No more of that.

00:25:35.900 No more drive-bys.

00:25:37.340 We're going to do everything we can.

00:25:40.060 And working with the ATF, ATF Director Driscoll and Commander of the Army, we're going to all work together.

00:25:48.800 That's what we all do in this room.

00:25:50.340 We work together.

00:25:51.380 We fight.

00:25:52.200 Do not underestimate one person in this room.

00:25:55.720 We're going to make D.C. beautiful.

00:25:57.220 We're going to make D.C. safe again.

00:25:59.940 One other thing, just at the wharf a few days ago, the area of the wharf, Terry Cole reached out to me.

00:26:06.520 Not even nightfall, on the weekend, where so many families in Turisco, a guy's overdosing from fentanyl on a park bench, in the middle of families around.

00:26:17.580 They administered Narcan and saved his life.

00:26:20.520 No more of that.

00:26:21.420 The President of the United States is going to clean up D.C., and we're going to be there to help him, and we're going to be successful.

00:26:28.440 Thank you.

00:26:29.140 Thank you.

00:26:30.280 It's not just the people who have to witness someone overdosing on fentanyl or whatever drug these junkies are overdosing on, but it's the police officers who can get touched by it or breathe it in, and it happens all the time.

00:26:42.820 And they go into anaphylactic shock, and they begin to overdose, so it puts everybody in a very, very, very bad place.

00:26:54.980 Before we wrap up, before we move on here, we've got a few more stories that we have to get to.

00:27:00.400 So Elon Musk has been kind of quiet lately, but reportedly gave President Trump and Republicans over $15 million for the month of June.

00:27:09.420 J.D. Vance was asked by an interview by Gateway Pundit what he thinks Elon Musk is to do.

00:27:15.040 Can Elon Musk be reeled back in to Donald Trump and the Republican Party?

00:27:19.460 Take a listen.

00:27:19.840 He's obviously got a complicated relationship right now with the Trump White House, though.

00:27:23.720 So my argument to Elon is, like, you're not going to be on the left, right?

00:27:29.760 Even if you wanted to be, and he doesn't, they're not going to have you back.

00:27:32.980 That ship has sailed.

00:27:35.080 And so I really think it's a mistake for him to try to break from the president.

00:27:39.440 So my hope is that by the time of the midterms, he's kind of come back into the fold.

00:27:42.640 But, yeah, I don't know that he would take my call right now about anything.

00:27:46.820 Really?

00:27:47.820 I'm sure he would.

00:27:48.640 I kid.

00:27:49.480 I'm sure he would take my call.

00:27:51.220 But obviously the drama around him and the White House over the last couple of months, again, my hope is that just kind of cools down a little bit.

00:27:58.540 Because he did help us a lot in the election.

00:28:00.260 The president even says all his frustration.

00:28:02.860 Elon was a very critical part of the team last election.

00:28:06.820 And so my hope is by the midterms, things are kind of back to normal.

00:28:10.920 Right.

00:28:11.260 Yeah.

00:28:11.760 We'll see.

00:28:12.620 We'll see.

00:28:13.140 I was going to ask that question.

00:28:14.700 Now I don't have to.

00:28:15.440 Well, that's fine.

00:28:16.760 You know, knock on wood.

00:28:17.340 Well, I'm always in my attitude is I try to be sort of pretty big tent about this stuff.

00:28:21.560 Like if you're patriotic, you're not trying to stick your knife in the back of the president.

00:28:25.540 You're not trying to betray the movement.

00:28:27.220 I don't care about these like minor little disagreements and issues.

00:28:31.100 We have to kind of win with the whole movement together.

00:28:35.380 J.D. Vance brings up a very good point.

00:28:37.800 You know, it wouldn't be the worst thing.

00:28:38.840 But Elon Musk does for sure owe President Trump an apology for everything that transpired.

00:28:46.200 Wasn't exactly how things should have went down for adults.

00:28:49.760 And that's on Elon, not President Trump.

00:28:52.080 Obama judge, Judge Bozberg, has been ordered to release documents related to Jack Smith's classified documents case against President Trump and the Trump attorney client privilege fight.

00:29:02.000 That's right, Judge Bozberg.

00:29:04.340 Jack Smith used that D.C. federal grand jury and a radical Obama appointed judge.

00:29:09.060 Beryl Howell in that classified documents case before quietly roving down to Florida to file the charges, doing a little judge shopping. 1.00

00:29:16.880 I guess you can say Judge Beryl Howell, of course, ruled against Trump on every single turn of the way.

00:29:21.900 Judge Beryl Howell previously ordered Trump lawyer, Evan Corcoran, to testify before a grand jury in the special counsel's case of Jack Smith into the investigation into the classified documents case.

00:29:33.240 Now, that's unprecedented, never been done before.

00:29:35.820 Asking an attorney for a client to flip on their own client, that sounds like extreme illegality.

00:29:43.080 But they did it.

00:29:44.980 Judge Howell flipped that lawyer, Evan Corcoran, into a witness when she obliterated Trump's attorney-client privilege. 0.98

00:29:52.780 Jack Smith, of course, wound up using that as a grand jury evidence to get President Trump indicted.

00:29:59.000 On Monday, Judge Bozberg was ordered to release all the opinions, orders, and docket sheets related to the attorney-client privilege disputes in the Jack Smith classified documents case.

00:30:09.060 The wheels of justice, folks, they may be turning slow, but if I'm optimistic about this, as an extreme pessimist in our Justice Department, you folks should all be optimistic about it.

00:30:21.780 Because you all see me out here every single day, extremely pessimistic about how slow things have been moving and some of the people who have been moving those wheels.

00:30:29.740 So, all I'm asking for is just take this ride with me, and let's try to stay on the side of optimism.

00:30:38.220 And at the inkling that I sense something is wrong, I will come out here and relay it to you, as I do every single night.

00:30:45.680 I don't care who the president is.

00:30:47.040 I'm America first, not Republican first, not Democrat first.

00:30:50.260 And I think that's a good way to be.

00:30:52.660 For the first time since 2015, the U.S. Supreme Court has been asked to overturn a landmark ruling on same-sex marriage.

00:31:01.000 The Supreme Court is set to take up that fight this fall.

00:31:04.140 Kim Davis, the Christian, you may recall, Kentucky clerk, who went to jail after refusing to issue a same-sex marriage license in 2015,

00:31:11.880 filing the petition and argued that the high court's decision was egregiously wrong.

00:31:17.660 The Supreme Court set to take up that case, as I said, in the fall.

00:31:22.260 Now, someone had mentioned about the Epstein files and what's going on with that.

00:31:26.800 Well, we've got some news, and we've got an update for you on that.

00:31:31.560 An Obama judge, Judge Paul Engelmeyer, has denied the Trump administration's bid to release all Epstein associate Ghislaine Maxwell's testimony and her grand jury transcripts.

00:31:44.180 So, as I said, this particular instance doesn't fall on President Trump, doesn't fall on Pam Bondi,

00:31:49.880 and nobody has been tougher on Pam Bondi than us here on this show.

00:31:54.740 That falls on a Marxist Obama Democrat judge.

00:31:58.300 So, you hear the Democrats, and they're just trying to call bluffs because they know that they can control whatever they want with the corrupt rogue judges that they constantly get.

00:32:08.360 But the Obama-era judge, the Obama-appointed judge, failing to release that grand jury case.

00:32:16.220 Before we wrap up here, folks, President Trump having a fun, a little bit of fun afternoon after wrapping up that press conference was asked about the big, beautiful ballroom that he's building.

00:32:26.000 Take a listen.

00:32:26.520 My question is this.

00:32:28.080 You're building the big, beautiful ballroom.

00:32:30.240 Could we build a big, beautiful briefing room?

00:32:33.340 Yes.

00:32:34.380 More seats.

00:32:36.200 I don't want you to be comfortable.

00:32:42.980 So, no, I don't want to make life comfortable.

00:32:46.900 He's such a normal guy.

00:32:49.900 If the Democrats, the Marxist radical Dems, just gave the guy a chance, things could be so great in this country. 0.50

00:32:55.380 Not that they already aren't great and being made great again in some instances.

00:32:59.200 But the Marxist Dems make it so very hard to make things livable and possible for this country.

00:33:06.900 Before we wrap, we're just going to get to you, a few of your questions.

00:33:10.640 As I always promised, Joan over on Facebook, listen to the super intelligent Judge Jeanine. 1.00

00:33:15.600 She has very practical, smart advice and years of experience.

00:33:19.020 She's right and needs to be heard.

00:33:21.080 Couldn't agree with you more on that.

00:33:25.360 Bobby over on Facebook, people dying in D.C. is just a distraction for the Democrats.

00:33:30.220 Yeah, the Democrats don't care. 0.91

00:33:32.620 They don't care if people are dying.

00:33:35.400 They don't care if the world is on fire.

00:33:38.280 As long as their narrative is being pushed, look what they did on January 6th.

00:33:44.500 FBI informants, agitators, don't send in the National Guard.

00:33:49.700 We can't tell the American people how many people there were government informants.

00:33:52.980 The list goes on and on on what they did on January 6th.

00:33:56.200 They stole two elections or they stole one successfully.

00:33:58.740 They tried to steal another and they've been doing it for years.

00:34:01.740 So you think the Democrats turning their blind eye to crime?

00:34:06.140 How about the drug addicts and the drug dealers they've allowed in this country?

00:34:10.320 You think the Democrats care about people getting shot?

00:34:14.980 They've stole a presidential election.

00:34:17.260 They've undermined democracy at every turn.

00:34:19.480 They've allowed 15, 20 million illegals into this country.

00:34:24.040 Allowed them to human traffic kids.

00:34:26.740 And you think they care if people are getting shot in the streets of D.C.?

00:34:29.900 Give me a break.

00:34:31.660 Give everyone a break.

00:34:33.140 Over on Rumble, Max Ayan.

00:34:38.200 If D.C. changes, maybe Maryland first and then New York will improve its hope.

00:34:41.940 Yeah, I think that's all we can hope for here.

00:34:46.140 Fall girl, tough talk, Bondi.

00:34:47.880 Listen, fall girl, you know that nobody's been tougher on Pam Bondi than myself.

00:34:52.360 And I will continue to.

00:34:53.800 But when something is done right, we have to give credit where credit's due.

00:34:57.500 And, you know, that's how I was taught by the great Lou Dobbs.

00:35:01.380 And that's how we do it.

00:35:03.280 G-Wi-Fi.

00:35:04.260 G-Wi-Fi.

00:35:05.120 It would be great again to see Elon Musk and Donald Trump back together again doing donuts in the White House parking lot in a Tesla.

00:35:11.580 I think it's kind of hard to do.

00:35:12.980 The Teslas are all-wheel drive, which, by the way, I don't own one.

00:35:16.080 And I would never own one because I don't believe in electric cars.

00:35:19.040 But they are really great, great driving cars.

00:35:22.660 Me too.

00:35:23.160 Elon wanted Congress to go full doge.

00:35:24.860 The Rhinos won't go along.

00:35:26.960 So he got mad.

00:35:27.720 Yeah, I think that's probably part of the issue.

00:35:29.980 The other part of the issue is probably the government subsidies that Donald Trump was not giving him for the electrical vehicles.

00:35:36.420 But that's for a different story.

00:35:41.160 That's all for us tonight, folks.

00:35:42.760 We appreciate you joining us on this live edition of The Great America Show.

00:35:46.520 We'll see you back here tomorrow for The Great America Show.

00:35:48.260 I think we're going to be joined by Chief Stevenson, former chief of Capitol Police, to take up Nancy Pelosi's role and everyone else's role in January 6th and why they wouldn't get him the National Guard.

00:35:59.420 We're praying for that tomorrow on The Great America Show.

00:36:01.740 Folks, until then, may God bless you all.

00:36:03.900 May God bless America.

00:36:04.960 May God bless the great Lou Dobbs.
