00:00:00.000 hello everybody and welcome to the great america show it's great to have you with us beautiful day
00:00:07.420 here in america any day we wake up in this great country is a great day so yesterday we find out
00:00:13.160 that attorney general pam bondy uh was impaneling a grand jury to look over some documents regarding
00:00:21.420 russiagate among many other things um for some of these people involved in the 2016 coup to
00:00:27.960 overthrow a country and overthrow uh eventually a president of the united states and donald j
00:00:32.440 trump a 10-year organized crime effort almost like one you would see in the mob except a little
00:00:40.420 bit different a little bit more calculated uh unlimited resources the list goes on on what
00:00:46.360 these people were able to do the likes of james comey john brennan james clapper barack hussein
00:00:51.600 obama hillary clinton peter strock lisa page you know all these household names by now
00:00:56.640 um for the last 10 years they've been working to uh subvert a president well pam bondy said enough
00:01:05.160 is enough we now get news today that that uh grand jury impanelment that pam bondy is set to be looking
00:01:11.500 at uh is going to possibly take place in florida now what's so great about florida well the judge pool
00:01:19.660 is a little bit better uh than you'd get up in dc some of the district judges in dc who could
00:01:26.520 potentially get this case tanya chutkin amit mehta trevor mcfadden carl nichols you know some of
00:01:35.700 these people who were involved for the last 10 years a lot of them january 6 cases uh but just
00:01:42.360 complete total rogue judges so by pam bondy going down to florida and filing uh cases down there
00:01:50.300 i think it levels the playing field a little bit for the justice department to be able to get a fair
00:01:57.920 trial to be able to get fair shakes if they do eventually wind up bringing charges now just
00:02:04.800 earlier this morning house oversight chairman james cummer who i constantly law on the show as a great
00:02:10.220 american who's doing a great job has decided his committee will issue subpoena to a few people now
00:02:17.800 some household names as well that you folks may know some bigger names which is what we all i think
00:02:25.220 wanted to see some of those names include on october 9th and these are all subpoenas as i said
00:02:31.580 to show up for depositions secretary former secretary of state hillary rotten clinton on october 14th
00:02:38.800 former president bill clinton october 2nd former u.s attorney general merrick garland
00:02:44.540 former fbi director james comey on october 7th former u.s attorney general william barn on august
00:02:51.220 18th so just a few days away on that one former u.s attorney general alberto gonzalez on august 26th
00:02:58.660 former u.s attorney general jeff sessions on august 28th former fbi director and special counsel
00:03:05.300 robert moeller on september 2nd former u.s attorney general loretta lynch that's a tongue twister
00:03:11.660 on september 9th former u.s attorney general eric holder on september 30th now they're all being
00:03:18.080 compelled to testify uh regarding their handling of the epstein case among many other things
00:03:23.540 uh as this comes out the doj is now considering releasing the transcripts and the audio of their
00:03:29.400 interview that they just did uh two weeks ago with gallaine maxwell so in a few moments we're going
00:03:35.920 to be joined by a great friend of the show editor-in-chief of justin news john solomon
00:03:40.340 uh to break all of this down uh john's played an integral part in the russia collusion documents
00:03:46.840 uh you may recall in january of 2021 just a day before president trump left the white house
00:03:53.740 uh he declassified crossfire hurricane documents given to john solomon john solomon was given the
00:04:00.420 documents half of them at least uh and then was told just hours later that he had to give them
00:04:06.460 back until the following day john never saw those documents again so he's going to join us in just
00:04:13.200 a moment to break it all down and to talk about it all but this is this is big folks this is the wheels
00:04:19.140 of justice maybe starting to turn now i don't want to get ahead of the curve i don't want to promise you
00:04:24.680 barack obama's going to jail or hillary rotten clinton is going to jail or james comey is going to jail
00:04:30.260 but this is the kind of investigation that we've long thirsted for that we've long awaited for
00:04:37.100 uh and we long deserve so we'll see what happens we'll see what charges come of it we'll see what
00:04:44.540 the grand jury decides on but the wheels of justice may finally be starting to turn and the way that it
00:04:51.440 seems pam bonnie is going about this is very discreetly as any case should no leaks um and
00:04:59.140 following the rule of law which the marxist democrats have not done in any of their cases
00:05:03.920 against president trump this is a very um meticulous process on how i believe she's handling it
00:05:10.500 right now now we've had our criticisms of pam bonnie and let's hope that she's turned the corner and
00:05:15.880 that this is the begin the beginning of something really really great because we're thirsty for
00:05:21.700 justice we're thirsty for truth uh because we've been starved of it for the last 10 years as we
00:05:26.780 watched donald trump and his family just be absolutely obliterated by a rogue corrupt justice
00:05:33.220 department in other news president trump is preparing to sign an executive order to crack down
00:05:38.020 on woke banks that are targeting conservatives and have been doing so uh for quite some time the
00:05:43.360 wall street journal reports that the trump administration is preparing to find and
00:05:46.820 investigate financial institutions that discriminate against customers based on political or religious
00:05:52.260 beliefs the current executive order is in draft form right now could be signed as soon as this week
00:05:57.920 it's direct strike against the woke banking cartel which has long operated with impunity while
00:06:03.420 silencing and debanking americans who dare defy the radical left's agenda according to the draft which
00:06:09.100 was reviewed by the wall street journal the order will empower regulators to enforce the equal
00:06:13.320 credit opportunity act anti-trust laws and consumer protection statutes against financial
00:06:17.900 institutions that shut down accounts for political reasons penalties to these banks can include hefty
00:06:23.700 fines consent decree or other disciplinary action violators will be named and shamed you remember chase
00:06:31.100 bank famously deplatforming uh general michael flynn through all the january 6th stuff now this comes as the
00:06:38.900 u.s trade deficit has shrunk folks you ready for this 16 from may to june down to 60 billion dollars
00:06:45.540 donald trump doing lord's work folks we're going to take a quick break here on the other side of this
00:06:50.060 quick break we're going to be joined by my friend editor-in-chief just the news the great john solomon
00:06:54.740 i want to get his take on everything russia collusion everything trump impeachment and will we see some
00:07:02.140 perpetrators go to jail john solomon joins us on the other side of this quick break folks stay with us
00:07:06.760 john as always it's great to have you on the great america show let's start with first the big news of
00:07:17.180 the week that i think you probably have your your hands in because you've been on top of this since
00:07:22.280 back in 2016 uh attorney general pam bondy ordering federal prosecutors to present evidence to a grand
00:07:28.680 jury we're now hearing it might be in the great state of florida maybe surpass uh tanya chutkin and the
00:07:35.660 boys over in dc yeah i think that's a likely scenario so let's uh let's talk about this process
00:07:41.420 further because it's a little bit different than the way rock obama and joe biden's justice department
00:07:45.400 worked right in those worlds the white house was telling the justice department or the national
00:07:50.800 archives get a criminal case started um uh in this scenario we're following the normal process which
00:07:57.640 is fbi queer people opened up a grand conspiracy case looking at the last decade of rapidization
00:08:03.480 as an ongoing criminal conspiracy so it starts with a predicated file of the fbi then the justice
00:08:09.260 department's briefed on it pam bondy reviews it a week ago she decides to create a unique apparatus
00:08:14.620 called a strike force a strike force is usually only used in big conspiracy cases like when you're going
00:08:19.360 after the mob or you're going after colombian drug cartels so now rock obama and the deep state are
00:08:25.460 being looked at like that and then after a further review of the evidence pam bondy decides that it is time
00:08:31.280 to let a grand jury decide whether criminality has occurred and use subpoena power to compel evidence
00:08:37.900 and testimony that is needed now when you look at the grand conspiracy case um there are some options
00:08:44.120 that come here most of the crimes from russia collusion are outside the statute of limitations
00:08:48.280 they're back in 16 and 17 the statutes five years those have expired the more recent weaponization
00:08:53.500 occurred in florida with the raid of donald trump's home and the effort to try to
00:08:56.940 use jack smith to portray him as a man who uh violated the espionage act ultimately was in
00:09:02.840 charge of that all those charges were thrown out for several reasons one jack smith wasn't lawfully
00:09:07.240 appointed according to the judge two there's some real concerns about whether the raid was warranted
00:09:12.000 you take what happened in florida and say that's the end of the conspiracy inside the current statute
00:09:17.640 of limitations of five years we're going to put the grand jury in florida and then it can go back and
00:09:22.380 look at events that mirror this back in 16 17 18 19 and 20 so now you can look at was uh ukraine
00:09:30.300 impeachment part of the conspiracy now you can look at whether russia collusion was it even though
00:09:34.720 some events are outside the statute because it's an ongoing conspiracy you can wrap them in
00:09:40.020 and and and tie things together in 23 john brennan gives some testimony that some members of congress
00:09:45.260 thinks inaccurate that's in the statute of limitations but allows you to go back and look at
00:09:49.840 things in 16 and 17 so that is the idea by the way it's exactly how the justice department works
00:09:55.200 when you're not trying to be political you just follow your processes and that's what's going on
00:09:59.460 here yeah inaccurate from john brennan uh roger stone who i have on the show every single week they
00:10:05.000 allege that he gave inaccurate uh depositions and he was about to go to jail for it from a premise
00:10:11.380 which should have never started in the first place because there was no underlying crime so i don't
00:10:15.200 even know how you go back and re-litigate all the people who were tied up in this fishing net
00:10:19.760 of uh a russia collusion because it there was no underlying crime so how do you charge these
00:10:24.320 people in the first place this almost sounds john like a rico and rico is what they tried to use to get
00:10:29.860 donald trump but this actually might be a rico with all these mobsters as you laid it out so perfectly
00:10:35.800 who have been working for 10 years to subvert a president uh and a nation yeah i think you're
00:10:42.180 going to see the overarching i'm getting we're still early but my early reporting suggests that this
00:10:47.280 is going to be a criminal civil rights investigation that what you're going to look at this entire
00:10:51.560 period is an ongoing effort to achieve political uh ends by depriving americans of their civil liberties
00:11:00.460 under the color of government authority in other words hillary clinton used the fbi and the cia to
00:11:05.340 legitimize her fake story to get a leg up on donald trump when uh joe biden was in danger of being
00:11:11.380 exposed on ukraine they they weaponized the same uh capabilities to make donald trump look like he's
00:11:17.220 got a ukraine problem and then when they find joe biden's documents in his garage and in his office
00:11:22.560 at upenn they open up on donald trump even though donald trump has a different status as a classified
00:11:27.080 holder that wash rinse repeat cycle could be viewed as one ongoing effort to deprive a large group of
00:11:34.400 americans of their civil liberties under the color of authority i think that might be the overarching
00:11:38.660 crime that the grand jury is asked to look at we'll see but i think that's the likely predicate
00:11:42.840 can you correct me if i'm wrong john the only russia collusion per se that they found where people
00:11:48.780 tied it wasn't even tied to the trump administration or the trump campaign but where people posting on
00:11:54.860 facebook and paul manafort allegedly sharing polling numbers with the russian national is that the extent
00:12:01.900 of the russia collusion that this man was impeached for and people's lives are ruined yeah i mean
00:12:07.520 ultimately the trump wasn't impeached on russia he was impeached on ukraine but you're right but he
00:12:13.300 was you know the whole effort to smear him for three years to put him through millions of tens of
00:12:17.280 millions of dollars of legal bills to ruin the reputations of people like mike flynn and roger
00:12:22.120 stone and george papadopoulos in um and carter page was to create the illusion that donald trump had
00:12:29.480 done something when in fact it was chicken little stuff and it's very important to understand
00:12:33.900 robert muller concluded there was no criminal conspiracy john durham took the next step and
00:12:39.360 said there was not an iota of evidence to warrant the opening of the investigation that too flip all
00:12:44.340 right first donald trump didn't do anything criminal then opening the investigation was on false
00:12:49.420 pretenses that's what now potentially gives rise to the idea that this was a conspiracy to violate
00:12:53.780 civil liberties so you never get over anxious or or hype to usually keep it very very real uh who can we
00:13:02.220 expect uh to be implicated in this it's like a spider's web of uh of corruption who do you think
00:13:09.520 is implicated in it all aside from the obvious i guess yeah well listen the early criminal referrals
00:13:15.320 identify some pretty obvious people james comey john brennan uh maybe james clapper uh barack obama so
00:13:22.640 that's what the criminal referrals have been sent to the justice department are so i assume you're going to
00:13:26.860 start there each of them have a different status uh john brennan's unique because he gave testimony in
00:13:31.620 23 still in the statute of limitations brock obama has immunity under the presidential immunity rules
00:13:37.160 now he's the most fascinating person i want to talk about brock obama for a second yeah uh and but
00:13:42.620 before i do it let me just lay the ground there is zero doubt now we have 100 proof that a grand
00:13:49.820 political conspiracy occurred and the question now is does that political conspiracy that political
00:13:56.940 dirty trick that hillary clinton tried to start and that continued on for nine years does it rise to
00:14:02.340 the level of criminality a lot of people say yes we'll see what a grand jury says but uh it is
00:14:07.240 important to note that brock obama is essential at the ignition point of this thing why the second the
00:14:14.220 fbi intercepts information that the russians seem to be sitting on hillary clinton's phones and emails
00:14:18.560 and they know she's approved a plan to get the email scandal behind her her own email scandal
00:14:24.820 and put a fake russian shingle on donald trump's campaign house uh the russians intercept information
00:14:31.120 that the fbi is going to legitimize this it's going to put quote fuel on the fire russians are very good
00:14:38.360 at what they do when they intercept something they probably have a truth now they're also tricky
00:14:43.320 sometimes they will move their information among each other by falsifying some of it joe said this
00:14:48.880 really john said this but they put it as joe because the recipient knows it's it's john but they make it
00:14:54.580 they hide it just in case u.s intelligence intercepts it but it's important to note that
00:14:59.660 when the u.s intercepted this in july 2016 the fbi believed it was not fabricated meaning the
00:15:06.380 storyline wasn't fabricated certain pieces of evidence almost certainly would because that's
00:15:10.000 how the russians move intelligence among themselves the cia believed it had enough credence
00:15:14.940 that john brennan needed to go immediately and tell barack obama what the russians knew about
00:15:19.840 hillary clinton why is that important that happens before the fbi starts their whole pursuit of donald
00:15:26.020 trump so barack obama knows there's a plot by hillary clinton to create this fake story and that
00:15:31.140 the fbi may be asked to legitimize it and he stands silent he doesn't stop his fbi when james comey and
00:15:37.400 gang the lovebirds the whole team andy mccabe go out and legitimize the allegation by opening up a case
00:15:43.760 that had fake fisa warrants and no predicate as john durham ultimately no legal predicate no lawful
00:15:49.720 predicate brock obama's at the ignition point then in december when hillary loses and she wants to play
00:15:55.000 the victim card i couldn't have lost on the merits uh because i didn't go to wisconsin and michigan and
00:15:59.920 take care of those voters i lost because donald trump and vladimir putin cheated which he didn't
00:16:04.400 uh they need to create that plausible affirmation that brock obama and hillary clinton didn't lose
00:16:09.820 they lost unfairly and so brock obama's about to get an intelligence briefing a presidential daily
00:16:15.320 briefing that says we the intelligence community believe that vladimir putin did not put his thumb
00:16:20.420 on the scale of the election he didn't pick one candidate over there yeah they did some mischief
00:16:23.940 they bought some facebook ads but the most important evidence that the intelligence community had at that
00:16:29.320 moment was in october 2016 when you would most want to medal if you were trying to help donald trump
00:16:34.300 you'd weigh in in october because that's when the majority of americans make up their mind
00:16:38.160 the russians pulled out all of their active measures they didn't try to influence and by the
00:16:42.780 way they had new dirt on hillary clinton they could have unleashed they didn't do that hence it's a
00:16:47.980 pretty good intelligence assessment that they didn't try to help donald trump win brock obama's about to
00:16:53.200 be told that by the way congress has already been briefed that the gang of eight's been briefed that
00:16:56.460 and brock obama's like i don't want to hear that don't brief me on that cancel that briefing
00:16:59.880 i'm signing an order i want a new intelligence community assessment now all 17 agencies made up that first
00:17:06.940 assessment they came together on it that'll uh the obama effort with john brennan hijacks it to three
00:17:12.680 people john brennan cia james comey's fbi who already been in on this for quite some time and the
00:17:18.000 nsa which is sort of an unwilling participant they cut out the other 14 intelligence community
00:17:22.740 because there's no way they would have signed off on what ultimately came out and then they
00:17:27.500 flip the conclusion 180 degrees we go from no thumb on the scale for a candidate to oh vladimir putin
00:17:33.880 definitely definitely was trying to help donald trump win that gives hillary clinton her victimology
00:17:39.100 excuse that all democrats seem to need to have these days they don't lose on the merits they
00:17:42.820 lose because they're a victim and then that becomes an official product of the u.s intelligence
00:17:47.820 committee that is where a deprivation of civil liberties and a fraud on the american people
00:17:52.400 could potentially be pursued and the only way the only way that the intelligence committee can hijack
00:17:58.720 that report is by injecting the steel dossier into it and then some source that only john brennan is
00:18:04.320 managing cia directors don't manage sources what's john brennan managing a special source that he won't
00:18:08.740 tell anybody about the tradecraft used on that is laughable we wouldn't expect the cia in the naked gun
00:18:15.360 movie to use that level of silly intelligence but that's what brock obama allowed to happen and then
00:18:20.840 let's go to brock obama one more time fast forward to january um the fbi has concluded that mike
00:18:27.660 did not commit a crime he's innocent he didn't do anything wrong they're about to close down the
00:18:32.220 investigation and brock obama presides over a meeting in the oval office think about the use
00:18:36.720 of the oval office for this and how can we keep the investigation of uh mike flynn going maybe we can
00:18:42.240 throw the logan act and maybe we could lure him into an interview in a perjury trap and brock obama
00:18:48.020 presides over a meeting to tie how could we trip up an innocent man to make him look like criminal so we
00:18:52.980 can handicap the beginning of the trump presidency those are the three known events of brock obama
00:18:58.200 what happened between those we don't know yet he may have immunity but i'll tell you one thing when
00:19:02.780 he goes before a grand jury he's going to have to answer questions honestly and if he lies he is not
00:19:07.700 immune to prosecution and because he has that presidential immunity he can't use the fifth
00:19:12.900 amendment he is actually immunized against the fifth amendment so brock obama could be in a pickle
00:19:17.000 if he gets a grand jury subpoena a lot to unpack there uh let's just start with the oval office
00:19:27.360 first i guess there's no better place to find out to know you're not being wiretapped or nobody's got
00:19:31.800 a cell phone in there because most of the times you're in there uh at least me i've never been
00:19:35.880 allowed to bring a cell phone in there so right uh you know nobody's recording you know you know
00:19:39.820 nobody's tapping you uh so i guess there's no better place the immunity thing is interesting
00:19:45.140 because obviously the supreme court ruled that presidents are immune it worked for donald trump
00:19:48.980 and uh presumably to work for obama how do we get out of that immunity sphere for things like this
00:19:56.060 i mean are you immune from treason uh again we don't know right uh the uh the drift of the supreme
00:20:04.740 court ruling by the legal experts i've talked to is that anything that a president does is either
00:20:08.740 handled by impeachment or they're presented if it's official acts or you don't get to prosecute
00:20:12.980 him in criminal court now you could go back if there was a seditious or treason and say hey
00:20:18.900 treason is not in the normal statutes of the united states it's defined in the constitution
00:20:22.980 and therefore we'd like to challenge this immunity rule and say maybe it should be limited not to this
00:20:27.160 but i want to remind people though that i think when president trump uses the term treasonous or
00:20:32.400 seditious and um and uh tulsi gabbard are using it i think they're using it in the colloquial which is
00:20:38.900 um this guy was willing to compromise his country's election just for political gain but the the treason
00:20:46.300 is the only uh i believe the only uh crime that's fully defined in the constitution it's defined
00:20:51.900 very narrowly as waging war military war against the united states or giving aid and comfort to a
00:20:57.120 foreign enemy who is waging war i don't think you know we could argue it's a psychological operations
00:21:02.460 war but i don't think treason is going to apply at the statute i don't think the justice department
00:21:06.960 would try to to to stretch that because they got a lot of evidence already and brock obama's in the
00:21:13.080 most uncomfortable position he's going to have to tell the truth he can't take the fifth and if he
00:21:16.880 doesn't tell the truth he walks himself into the very perjury trap that they were discussing for
00:21:21.540 mike flynn the irony of this isn't lost on many people so something that boggles my mind and maybe you
00:21:28.800 have better insight into this because anybody i've asked so far can't answer the question
00:21:32.760 these people were doing the worst crimes john you could possibly commit in this country okay
00:21:37.540 there's no denying that why are they keeping paper trails why are they writing out documents
00:21:43.540 to then be stored at the department of justice if i'm going to commit a crime and i'm a mobster john
00:21:48.000 and i'm going to whack somebody i'm not writing down on a piece of paper john solomon's getting
00:21:52.500 whacked right by so and so and then i'm not going to put it in a bag to maybe possibly be burned
00:21:57.960 number one why were these documents being kept are these people absolutely stupid uh number two
00:22:04.260 why were they not destroyed now i'm being good cop bad cop here for these people because i don't
00:22:09.620 understand it all it's a head scratcher but the great thing about the government is that one hand
00:22:14.940 often doesn't know what the other 10 fingers on the other five hands are doing and so everyone's
00:22:18.760 confused right we are a government that writes everything down that's why our our um enemies are so
00:22:24.820 successful at hacking and getting secrets all the time that's why hillary clinton had all these things
00:22:29.120 on her email server right um i think the the most damning records are not from brock obama
00:22:35.500 now the i will say that john brennan's notes of his briefing of brock obama on the clinton plan
00:22:41.000 initiative are pretty damning and he kept them why i don't know when did he write them i don't know
00:22:45.700 exactly it doesn't look like they were written the moment he got it but he writes them at some point
00:22:49.380 now there are some people who write things that we call cya uh when valerie jarrett writes on the
00:22:55.680 last hour of her time we did everything by the book on brock obama no one writes that into their
00:23:00.800 things unless you're trying to create a record because you're worried maybe you were doing
00:23:04.740 something right but the people who were recording the people who caught the most jaw-dropping uh potential
00:23:11.280 pieces of evidence are the downstream bureaucrats who had a inkling that they were being asked or
00:23:17.120 participating into something that they thought was unlawful or unworthy of american intelligence or
00:23:22.600 law enforcement so it's bill priestap the assistant director of fbi for counterintelligence who sits
00:23:27.800 through that meeting with brock obama january like what's our goal here to get the truth or to jam up
00:23:32.500 an innocent man by walking him into a purgey check he writes that down in his notes wow that's a man with
00:23:37.080 a conscience they call that spontaneous utterances um and that could be an important piece of evidence
00:23:42.360 uh i don't think priestap was willing to cooperate with john durham that's a missed opportunity for
00:23:46.540 or maybe they should have compelled him but there are it's the whistleblower that we just learned
00:23:50.680 about at the um uh nick the national intelligence council who writes down we did not we i just found
00:23:57.920 out we might have used a steel dossier there's no chance we should have used that that's terrible
00:24:01.280 and he writes it down in real time most of the most damning written evidence is actually written by
00:24:06.120 people with a conscience in a career position or in a position that weren't part of the plot and could
00:24:10.600 say i think i'm getting dragged into something i didn't sign up for that always turns out to be
00:24:15.220 just like in nixon and watergate um the most damning evidence and we'll just have to see if
00:24:20.420 this rises to criminality will a grand jury i want to do something that uh the democrats never did but
00:24:26.200 donald trump every person that we're talking about today is presumed innocent under the law that's
00:24:31.200 something the democrats never practiced in the 10 years of weaponization we have to see where a grand
00:24:35.800 jury gets but i will say this the evidence that we now have is more damning and more magnificent
00:24:42.620 you know it might be magnificent just massive that it's actually worse than i thought devin
00:24:47.320 nunes came on my show the other day and said it's way worse than we thought jim jordan said the same
00:24:50.840 thing i'm like yeah yeah you're right i didn't think it was this elaborate it really was this elaborate
00:24:55.020 does it rise to criminality that grand jury is going to decide that so the the documents that are given
00:24:59.860 to the grand jury and will be presented to the grand jury is that stuff we've never seen before
00:25:03.300 i think a lot of it thanks to president trump uh is stuff we're now seeing right we're basically the
00:25:09.120 darkest deepest secrets things that were locked under key since 2017 2016 2020 uh are now being
00:25:16.260 exposed to the american public and i think we're going to see more i think at some point we ought
00:25:20.220 to see the ukraine whistleblowers um a complaint he names me i'd like to see what he said about me
00:25:25.720 because i might be able to prove he was lying i'd like to know what he said about president trump's
00:25:29.680 conversation because a lot of people have read it saying he misconstrued the conversation to get this
00:25:34.260 case started does that look like another version of russia collusion potentially so i think we're
00:25:39.500 going to see more i think by the time the grand jury sees all the evidence most of the written
00:25:43.600 documentary evidence is going to be in the public because donald trump is committed to transparency
00:25:47.420 what we won't see what will happen behind the closed doors of grand jury is the testimony when
00:25:52.140 barack obama's asked the most faithful questions how does he answer we won't know until the indictments
00:25:56.920 or if indictments come out or if a final report is written what we did learn about um the uh work of
00:26:04.300 john durham and some of these sealed annexes what we did learn from the justice department oig is that
00:26:09.280 when people realize they could be charged with perjury or lying to a federal agency they gave up an awful
00:26:14.660 lot like oh yeah no hillary clinton really did i i'm i'm laughing at the new york times the last
00:26:19.780 couple days they literally look like pravda for hillary clinton right now they're out there
00:26:23.740 no conspiracy on russia no what are you talking about they're protecting their plitzer i get it
00:26:27.860 it's kind of shameful but i get what they're doing but uh hey just read hillary clinton's book she
00:26:33.320 admits in her book she approved the plan uh read jennifer palmary's op-ed when she's doing a
00:26:38.340 post-mortem she admits it to hillary clinton and hillary clinton's getting away out there i didn't
00:26:42.220 approve any plan that's russian disinformation i'm sorry you admitted it in your book you got to own
00:26:47.440 your signed confession in your book those sort of things are going to go on in the grand jury we won't
00:26:52.100 see that for a while unless indictments come out but it does give you a sense of the peril that some
00:26:56.860 people i think feel like they're in there the last time we heard russian disinformation what was it
00:27:01.720 about the hunter biden laptop we know that was a big lie it's starting to feel like hunter biden laptop
00:27:07.360 too with some of these really implausible things would have been flung around by not only the democrats
00:27:12.800 who are in uh the sites of this investigation but also the media protectors who i think could be in
00:27:20.020 the conspiracy indictment i think you could charge some of these news organizations with aiding and
00:27:24.420 embedding a false conspiracy so real quickly before we wrap up sure you mentioned bill pre-staps uh who
00:27:32.180 played i guess an integral role but in the grand scheme of things when you're talking about barack
00:27:36.340 obama and hillary clinton he's just a small fish in a big pond uh i think indictments here are so
00:27:42.680 integral for how the the republic moves forward to ensure that this never happens again people or john are
00:27:48.640 so tired of we saw in 2016 to 2020 just bs indictments of low-level people who wound up
00:27:54.940 walking anyway do you think this is the first time that we actually see justice and not retribution
00:28:01.240 justice serve to these criminals i hope so what that justice is is going to depend on the final
00:28:07.200 body of evidence in fact that becomes public but i have said for a long time that this last decade
00:28:13.260 has jeopardized taking the greatest constitutional republic the world has ever created and turning it into a
00:28:18.100 banana republic and i said if we didn't punish russia occlusion something else would happen ukraine
00:28:22.280 happened after ukraine happened classified documents jack smith happened we now have three
00:28:27.240 rubicons that have been crossed that never before political dirty tricks have occurred in our elections
00:28:31.960 for our entire lives going all the way back to the beginning of the country you can find it in the 1780s
00:28:35.720 and 90s uh we never let our intelligence and law enforcement become uh the perpetrators in this
00:28:42.080 and that's what the rubicon recrossed if we don't punish the little guy the mid guy the big guy the
00:28:48.660 message to future generations is go further and be more of a banana republic because there's no
00:28:53.980 consequence why not cheat to win the election and get your agenda done because no one's going to get
00:28:58.340 punished that is the moment the abyss that we hang over are we going to go back to being a
00:29:02.680 constitutional republic are we going to be a banana republic that is the question the grand jury the
00:29:07.680 justice department in congress is going to answer in these next days i think some accountability of
00:29:12.460 large proportion has to occur to create a deterrence or uh sometime before our grandkids are grown up
00:29:18.520 uh we're going to be looking at hey we just look like venezuela we look like cuba we look like the
00:29:24.000 soviet union and i don't think americans want that to be our generation's legacy yeah you look at what
00:29:28.960 they did to jared bolsonaro uh just yesterday sure house arrest until his his trial uh the good news is is
00:29:34.800 james colmer in congress who is one of my favorite people he's amazing what he's done amazing just a
00:29:41.360 great human being on camera off camera just a really good guy this morning john uh subpoenaing
00:29:47.580 multiple individuals and he sure did hillary clinton on october 9th bill clinton october 14th
00:29:53.860 merrick garland october 2nd james comey october 7th will uh bill barr uh attorney general alberto
00:30:00.000 gonzalez jeff sessions bob bowler uh loretta lynch eric holder all uh subpoenaed i mean this is
00:30:07.600 seems to be that we're finally getting some action in congress who gets a bad name uh quite honestly
00:30:13.820 for some of the work they do yeah listen james comer single-handedly helped us unravel the biden
00:30:19.540 scandal it is what we now know it to be and and and if he and the ways and means committee don't get
00:30:24.180 those iris whistleblowers who by the way are part of the conspiracy they were suppressed from looking at
00:30:28.820 legitimate hunter biden wrongdoing yeah um uh he he did more to get a factual basis into the public
00:30:35.280 that helped educate us for the 24 election and his legacy is cemented in the fact that he stuck to the
00:30:40.500 facts he was tough but he got the facts um congress needs more uh chairman like that who just get the
00:30:46.400 facts they're not playing politics they're getting us the truth we need less of an adam schiff we need
00:30:51.020 less of a guy who went out there every day saying i see russia collusion i don't know what he was
00:30:55.040 seeing but he might have just been seeing um uh the democratic party talking points because there
00:30:59.940 was no russia collusion he dishonored congress with the way he used his apparatus we'll see how these
00:31:05.220 next chairman uh comer still on the case you got jim jordan uh you've got uh boy the ways and means
00:31:10.400 did guys did great work on some stuff um but i think you could see those chairmen cement their legacy
00:31:15.600 with real oversight uh adam schiff you mentioned that's the same adam schiff who refinanced his house
00:31:20.420 five or six times over the course of four years that's our story yeah october last year yeah that's
00:31:25.420 i mean absolutely insane that these people john uh you get the last word here as always it's a delight
00:31:30.960 to talk to you and it's uh so much more informative than talking to a lawyer about yeah well i love
00:31:37.000 lawyers for sources but you're right they'd always make great interviews um listen i think uh you did a
00:31:41.980 great job of laying out why this moment is so important to history this isn't just about the next
00:31:48.480 10 years of republicans versus democrats or obama's legacy or trump's legacy it is whether we're going
00:31:55.160 to go back to being a law and order constitutional republic or whether we're going to allow the
00:31:59.460 political machinery that the democrats set in motion to uh turn this into a banana republic and by the way
00:32:04.880 once that happens republicans will be doing the same thing because that'll be the only way to fight
00:32:09.100 that is not the legacy i think most americans want for our generation we we succeeded the world war
00:32:15.560 two generation who gave us the most honorable commitment to america we could think of our
00:32:19.900 generation has to make sure we don't allow this to become the norm and the stakes for that high we'll
00:32:24.800 see we'll see how history plays out john solomon editor-in-chief just the news where can they catch
