The Great America Show - JUSTICE IS GOING TO BE SERVED

00:00:00.000 Hello, everybody, and welcome to The Great America Show.

00:00:05.020 It's great to have you with us today.

00:00:07.140 Well, President Joe Biden has officially become lame duck president with President Donald

00:00:12.840 Trump, set to take office again in exactly two months to the day today, except with one

00:00:20.480 issue.

00:00:21.140 President Biden seems to be continuing to beat that World War III drum.

00:00:25.300 Late last week, Joe Biden gave Vladimir Zelensky of Ukraine permission to shoot long-range

00:00:32.560 U.S.-made missiles into Russia.

00:00:35.040 Of course, there's no better way to start World War III with Russia than to do just that. 0.99

00:00:40.120 Well, Ukraine Zelensky, of course, taking Joe Biden up on that offer this week.

00:00:46.160 Yesterday, reportedly carrying out his first strike inside Russian territory, U.S.-made

00:00:52.880 missiles were used.

00:00:54.300 Hmm.

00:00:55.540 Russia, of course, is threatening nuclear retaliation against Ukraine for doing that.

00:01:01.080 So what exactly is Joe Biden's messaging here?

00:01:03.580 What does Joe Biden want to get out of this?

00:01:06.140 Is he trying to start World War III before Donald Trump comes back into office?

00:01:10.380 We hope Vladimir Putin will not react just yet and take it with a grain of salt, as I said

00:01:16.580 the other day, because with President Trump back in office, we're going to go ahead and

00:01:20.520 see peace in that region.

00:01:22.280 These wars are going to be over.

00:01:23.660 However, Zelensky obviously trying to keep this thing prolonged and get it to keep on

00:01:28.120 going, because every day that goes by that this thing continues is another day that Zelensky

00:01:34.320 can come to America and leave like a bandit with billions and billions of dollars being

00:01:39.720 wasted over there.

00:01:41.660 Think about it, folks.

00:01:42.480 So we're going to start a world war with Russia over Ukraine that has absolutely nothing to 0.77

00:01:48.540 do with us.

00:01:49.500 Yet we have Iran knocking at our back door. 0.99

00:01:51.520 We have China who released the China virus on us knocking at our back door. 1.00

00:01:56.540 Yet we're going to go to World War III over a land dispute with Ukraine and Russia.

00:02:03.100 Go figure that one, folks.

00:02:04.340 But that's the situation that we've gotten ourselves into.

00:02:07.600 Elections have consequences.

00:02:09.120 2020 certainly had its consequences, whether it be here at home with all the issues we've

00:02:14.020 dealt with or overseas with these multiple wars we're seeing.

00:02:18.000 Ukraine and Russia.

00:02:19.380 The Gaza Strip between Hamas and Israel.

00:02:22.080 Iran being the greatest state sponsor of terrorism in that region, continuing to do whatever the 0.87

00:02:28.300 hell they want, because Barack Obama and the Biden regime gave them billions of dollars to

00:02:34.160 do whatever they want with in cash, of course.

00:02:36.920 So there's that.

00:02:38.680 Folks, Adam Schiff, deranged congressman.

00:02:41.640 You guys all know him.

00:02:42.560 He's now actually a senator.

00:02:44.160 They gave him a promotion for his lies.

00:02:47.100 Schiff can't seem to help himself.

00:02:49.420 The Russia collusion, Russia collusion, Russia collusion.

00:02:53.060 It may be a year since 2016, but he's still running with it.

00:02:57.060 Take a listen to Jake Tapper and Adam Schiff this week.

00:03:00.880 Obviously, he is bringing a group of people to disrupt.

00:03:04.440 I mean, that is what Speaker Johnson said.

00:03:07.080 And I'm wondering about how much anybody in Washington is being introspective at all about

00:03:13.980 why there is this kind of opening for disruptors, if not necessarily these individuals.

00:03:19.280 You were censured in the House last year for, in their view, holding positions of power during

00:03:24.240 the Trump presidency as chairman of the House Intelligence Committee.

00:03:27.340 And according to them, quote, abusing this trust by saying there was evidence of collusion

00:03:30.580 between Trump's campaign and Russia.

00:03:32.700 And I wonder if you are feeling at all, introspective at all, about that that was, according to

00:03:40.620 your, according to the Mueller report and according to your Republican colleagues, an overstatement.

00:03:44.860 And I wonder if you think in any way you help set the table for these disruptors.

00:03:49.520 You know, first of all, it wasn't an overstatement.

00:03:51.940 There is evidence of collusion.

00:03:53.900 The Trump campaign manager was meeting with Russian intelligence and giving them internal

00:03:57.840 polling data.

00:03:58.560 Just to give you one example.

00:04:00.360 And the Mueller report sets all this out.

00:04:02.880 It does say, quote, the investigation did not establish that members of the Trump campaign

00:04:06.080 conspired or coordinated with the Russian government in its election interference activities,

00:04:09.820 which doesn't mean that he didn't, you know, that there weren't meetings, but they

00:04:13.600 didn't find evidence.

00:04:14.200 He says that, too.

00:04:14.900 He says the fact that we didn't find proof beyond a reasonable doubt doesn't mean there

00:04:18.560 wasn't evidence of conspiracy or coordination.

00:04:21.640 So, but look, that's not what people were voting on.

00:04:23.800 People were voting on, is this guy going to improve the economy?

00:04:27.960 Is he going to address inflation?

00:04:29.820 And we didn't persuade the American people that we had a better answer to that question,

00:04:33.460 that we had a better program, agenda, plan.

00:04:36.700 And more than that, I think we failed to persuade the American people that, in the voters'

00:04:42.880 point of view, hey, that party, that candidate understands people like me.

00:04:49.720 It's unbelievable to me that Adam Schiff is still giving a platform.

00:04:53.840 Pencil Neck, Adam Schiff, Watermelon Head, Adam Schiff is still giving a platform.

00:04:57.940 And it's funny to see Jake Tapper over there try to play Mr. Cute Guy.

00:05:02.620 CNN's audience has dropped 34% since election day.

00:05:06.940 And it's a growing trend.

00:05:09.620 Voters have tuned out CNN.

00:05:11.360 It's been nothing but lies, lies and deceit.

00:05:15.440 And apparently, they're set to start doing some major layoffs.

00:05:18.840 Hopefully, Tapper will be one of them.

00:05:20.700 They need to clean that place up and get it back together and bring in some talent. 0.78

00:05:25.400 People who tell the truth because Jake Tapper and Anderson Cooper and Caitlin Collins,

00:05:32.700 they're really not getting the job done.

00:05:34.700 And they're doing a great disservice to America by continuing to lie and to give Adam Schiff a platform.

00:05:40.100 There was no Russia collusion.

00:05:42.300 President Trump was never convicted of anything with Russia collusion.

00:05:45.980 None of President Trump's advisors were connected with any sort of Russia collusion.

00:05:50.520 But, of course, because of congressional immunity, Adam Schiff can go out there and say whatever the hell he wants with no repercussions.

00:05:57.700 He can't be sued for defamation.

00:05:59.480 He can't be sued for slander.

00:06:01.320 Go figure.

00:06:02.000 Doesn't everyone want to be a congressman or a congresswoman? 1.00

00:06:04.160 You get away, say whatever the heck you want.

00:06:06.240 It must be nice.

00:06:08.200 Well, President Trump, despite filling up most of his cabinet positions, we're still waiting on an FBI director.

00:06:15.620 And Kash Patel is a name that's been recirculated many times.

00:06:19.780 We're hearing now from a former FBI special agent named Daniel Bruner.

00:06:23.020 He says that putting someone like Kash Patel in the position of director FBI is extremely, extremely dangerous because his resume isn't traditional and he will cause massive damage to the FBI.

00:06:36.480 So imagine that Kash Patel, who we all know to be a great American, doing absolutely great work when he was with President Trump the first time, is going to cause great damage to the FBI and the institution.

00:06:48.480 Imagine that causing more damage to the FBI than they've caused to American people's lives.

00:06:55.300 Our guest today has been a victim of the FBI.

00:06:58.120 He's one of our weekly guests here on The Great America Show.

00:07:00.760 He's the host of the Stone's Own podcast.

00:07:03.300 You can catch him each and every night on Rumble.

00:07:05.600 Great friend of mine.

00:07:06.580 Great friend of the show.

00:07:07.620 And as I said, a victim of this corrupt FBI, the great Roger Stone.

00:07:13.460 Roger, it's great to have you back with us on The Great America Show, our favorite weekly guest here.

00:07:17.900 I want to get your take first on some of these cabinet appointments we've seen so far. 0.99

00:07:23.040 Roger, the Marxist left is absolutely losing their damn minds. 0.99

00:07:27.780 I want to get your take on it. 0.99

00:07:29.800 Well, I mean, so far, so good.

00:07:31.580 I think the president's picked excellent people.

00:07:34.140 Once again, I think it's a demonstration.

00:07:36.660 This is not going to be like last time in which RINOs and other establishment types were allowed to infiltrate the administration with the goal to dilute or delay or derail the president's real agenda.

00:07:52.360 In this case, it's America First agenda.

00:07:54.280 I think the standout appointment so far has to be Tulsi Gabbard.

00:07:59.700 This is a woman who was a four-term congresswoman as a Democrat, vice chairman of the Democrat Party, wrote a terrific book about why she left.

00:08:08.300 Because when she joined the party 25 years ago, it was a party of peace.

00:08:11.660 Today, it's the party of war and censorship.

00:08:13.720 She's a lieutenant colonel in the U.S. Army Reserve.

00:08:17.740 She served her country in combat in Kuwait and in Iraq.

00:08:22.140 When I see these critics saying she's unqualified, then I look for their service record.

00:08:27.260 They don't have any.

00:08:28.420 She was on the House Foreign Affairs Committee and also the House Armed Services Committee.

00:08:33.460 And she totally understands the epic corruption of our intelligence agencies.

00:08:38.500 She's the ideal person to be director of national intelligence. 0.86

00:08:42.680 I think that's a standout appointment.

00:08:45.600 I'm very happy about the appointment of Robert F. Kennedy Jr.

00:08:52.100 I think this demonstrates the new consensus in America, which we're having a giant realignment.

00:08:59.860 Everybody who has common sense, everybody committed to peace, everybody committed to prosperity, everybody committed to a fair judicial process, everybody committed to a healthier America,

00:09:12.680 we're getting under one banner.

00:09:14.560 It is the banner of Donald Trump.

00:09:15.880 And those committed to endless foreign war and the war machine and to corporate America, which will sell us poison food if it makes them a profit, they're getting under the banner of the National Democrat Party.

00:09:32.100 It's a realignment like we saw in this country in 1932 under Franklin Roosevelt.

00:09:37.860 Prior to that, African-Americans in this country, both in the North and the South, voted for Republicans because of the Republican role and the emancipation of the slaves.

00:09:47.220 But because of Herbert Hoover's anemic response to the Great Depression, Roosevelt was able to forge a new coalition that allowed the Democrats to stay in power from 1932 to 1952.

00:10:01.480 Richard Nixon formed a new coalition where he brought blue-collar ethnic Catholics in the Middle East and the, pardon me, the Midwest and the Northeast into our coalition, along with white Southern conservatives, to forge a new coalition that ultimately goes on to elect the great Ronald Reagan.

00:10:22.000 So we have a realignment going on in America today that Robert Kennedy, I think, exemplifies that realignment.

00:10:30.060 Mike Walsh, as a national security advisor, this guy's a war hero with an enviable record.

00:10:36.080 He's a great Floridian.

00:10:38.240 I think that's another great, great pick by the president.

00:10:42.040 So, look, we're waiting with bated breath to find out who the FBI director is going to be.

00:10:47.940 The FBI, I can tell you, 29 of them showed up at my home at 6 o'clock in the morning when they could have just called and said,

00:10:55.820 we're going to we're going to indict you on fraudulent fabricated charges of lying about Russian collusion that never actually happened.

00:11:03.120 But instead, they had to stage a raid in my home and tip off CNN, petrify my wife, who still suffers from PTSD from the entire experience, make a national scene out of it.

00:11:15.280 And I'd like to know, maybe when we get a new FBI director, who approved this raid?

00:11:20.300 I have no prior criminal record.

00:11:22.080 I don't own a handgun.

00:11:23.560 I didn't have a passport, so it wasn't a flight risk.

00:11:26.300 So why did I have to be taken down in that manner?

00:11:29.600 Lindsey Graham, who's great at firing off letters to get a headline, but not so good at getting results. 0.75

00:11:36.640 He got a big headline on a demand, you know, who approved the raid on my home?

00:11:39.860 But there was never any answer.

00:11:41.480 I'd like to know that, frankly.

00:11:43.020 Yeah.

00:11:43.500 So so that is a key job.

00:11:47.100 Yes.

00:11:47.360 I'm just going to say my own personal opinion.

00:11:49.260 I think Kash Patel would be great in that job.

00:11:52.300 He knows where the bodies are buried.

00:11:53.700 He knows where the corruption is.

00:11:55.180 He knows how to root that corruption out and reform that agency.

00:11:59.480 And then, of course, there's a secretary of the Treasury.

00:12:02.780 I'm really very impressed with Scott Besant.

00:12:06.000 He's a strong supporter of gold.

00:12:07.960 He's got some very interesting ideas about how he can help President Trump bring down our deficit, how to bring down our debt, I should say.

00:12:17.940 He's he's he's an outside the box thinker.

00:12:21.380 He's a supply sider who understands the importance of tax reduction and regulatory reform.

00:12:28.180 Yeah, he worked or he did work for George Soros 15 years ago on the business side before Soros was even political.

00:12:34.720 But that didn't reflect Scott Besant's views.

00:12:37.900 So, look, I'm hoping for some more great appointments.

00:12:40.620 But whoever the president appoints, of course, will have my strong support.

00:12:45.020 You don't have to I don't have to tell you this, John.

00:12:46.900 The permanent political establishment, Washington, they're going out of their minds, out of their minds.

00:12:52.760 When they say Kash Patel would do massive damage to the FBI, how could the FBI's reputation be any more damaged than it is?

00:13:02.380 When you when you call people who show up at school board meetings because they're concerned about the curriculum being taught to their kids, being radical, domestic terrorists.

00:13:14.140 When you say Catholics who want to attend the Latin mass are domestic terrorists.

00:13:19.620 When you when you spy on a presidential candidate of the Republican Party, when you conduct illegal surveillance of them, how could the reputation of the FBI be any worse?

00:13:31.700 You know, I'd love to see, Roger.

00:13:34.500 I'd love to see a current public opinion poll on the FBI, because historically, Congress usually polls among the lowest.

00:13:40.920 The congressional leaders usually poll among the lowest.

00:13:43.960 But I'd love to see an FBI public poll opinion poll versus Congress, because I think some Americans would be very surprised.

00:13:51.180 You said a lot of stuff there.

00:13:52.660 And there's so much for us to unpackage.

00:13:55.580 You'd mentioned CNN showing up your house.

00:13:57.480 CNN, we're going to get into this, but CNN's audience has dropped 34 percent, Roger, since Election Day.

00:14:03.260 And it was already very, very bad.

00:14:07.280 First, before we get into the media and all their deception, I want to bring up something that I think is very important.

00:14:12.420 So looking forward to 2020, 2026, I think at worst now, at a worst, they may be Republicans, maybe lose the House by a few seats if they don't keep their good messaging going.

00:14:25.180 I think they hold the Senate.

00:14:26.060 No issues.

00:14:26.620 There's no issues there.

00:14:27.680 So President Trump will have one body. 0.97

00:14:29.340 But if they keep their message on point and President Trump gets through what he wants to get through without Mike Johnson standing in the damn way,

00:14:36.240 I think they have no problem holding the House in 2026.

00:14:39.580 Now, that's besides the point. 0.99

00:14:41.520 The issue I see coming now is the Senate and some of these damn rhinos in the Senate who are already trying to derail President Trump. 0.98

00:14:49.680 So I want to go through a list of some folks who voted against Rick Scott, voted for Rick Scott. 0.98

00:14:54.620 These are the only folks who voted for Rick Scott in that election with John Thune, John Cornyn.

00:14:59.640 These are the folks who voted for Rick Scott.

00:15:01.520 So these are people who voted for America first.

00:15:03.300 Senator Marsha Blackburn, Ted Cruz, Bill Haggerty, Ron Johnson, Mike Lee, Cynthia Loomis, Rand Paul, Marco Rubio, Eric Schmidt, Rick Scott, of course, Cindy Hyde-Smith, Tommy Tuberville, and J.D. Vance.

00:15:14.860 I saw on Twitter Senator Katie Britt from Alabama was going out there saying she voted for him as well.

00:15:20.000 But it turns out she was called out on the fake news on that.

00:15:23.640 The Hill is reporting, Roger, that these nine senators are most likely to obstruct Trump's cabinet appointments.

00:15:30.000 Lisa Murkowski, Joni Ernst, Todd Young, Mitch McConnell, Bill Cassidy, Susan Collins, Tom Tillis, John Cornyn, and John Curtis of Utah.

00:15:40.060 Now, these are rhinos.

00:15:41.640 We've seen them in the president's first term.

00:15:43.720 We saw these people go along to get along with the Democrats.

00:15:46.420 Now, here comes the issue, Roger.

00:15:48.280 2026.

00:15:49.660 I want to go through a list of some of these rhinos who are up for re-election.

00:15:53.140 Dan Sullivan out in Alaska, Tom Cotton in Arkansas, Jim Reich in Idaho, Joni Ernst, Iowa, Roger Marshall, Bill Cassidy, Susan Collins, Steve Daines, Tom Tillis, James Lankford, Senator Lady G, Lindsey Graham, Mike Rounds, John Cornyn, Shelley Moore Capito.

00:16:10.280 So these folks are all up for re-election, Roger.

00:16:12.520 It's up to you and I.

00:16:13.540 It's up to these folks who listen to this show to go out in their states and do everything they can to get a primary against these folks.

00:16:20.080 We can't afford to keep having this happen, Roger.

00:16:23.540 What is your thoughts on it?

00:16:25.540 Well, first of all, I strongly supported Rick Scott, my own senator from Florida.

00:16:29.420 I think he would have been great as the new Senate Majority Leader.

00:16:32.360 He's a Trump loyalist committed to the American First agenda.

00:16:35.520 Now, as you know, this decision was made by the Republican caucus.

00:16:39.700 Unfortunately, Rick Scott found out the difference between a caucus and a cactus.

00:16:44.200 You see, a cactus, all the pricks are on the outside.

00:16:46.920 I would also point out that in my 45 years in American politics, generally speaking, support is not transferable.

00:16:57.140 But there's only one exception to that rule I've ever seen, and that is the endorsement of Donald Trump packs a real punch with voters.

00:17:04.120 And therefore, Republicans, senators or congressmen, for that matter, who want to stand in the way of his agenda should recognize that they will be held accountable in the democratic process by having to run primary contests and be challenged.

00:17:19.720 Now, some of the people on that list are not even Republicans.

00:17:23.600 I mean, for example, the senator from Alaska is only there because Alaska has this demented, ranked choice voting, which the majority of voters are not allowed to select the senator.

00:17:37.060 Lisa Murkowski, who inherited the seat from her father.

00:17:41.340 But if you had an up and down vote where you needed 50 percent of the vote to win, she wouldn't even be there. 0.99

00:17:46.500 I think, first of all, politics is a business in which a day is a lifetime. 0.89

00:17:53.860 So our sitting here talking about what will happen in two years, really kind of stupid because we don't know what's going to happen in the two. 0.97

00:17:59.280 No, of course. 0.82

00:18:00.100 If Donald Trump does what I think he will do and begin to usher in a golden age of peace and prosperity and security and justice, well, then we're going to carry both houses easily.

00:18:11.400 And I think you'll find that those Republicans who stood in the way of that agenda are going to have problems in inner party contests.

00:18:20.500 But it's really too early to say.

00:18:23.800 I'd be concerned, though, because one thing Trump has demonstrated is he is a maverick.

00:18:29.500 He will he will endorse that non-favorite.

00:18:32.700 He will go out and campaign for them.

00:18:34.600 And those who don't get on board, those who aren't in step with the new Republican Party, the party of working people, the party of the middle class, the party of putting America first, the party of peace, the party of free speech.

00:18:48.160 Well, I think they're not going to be long for leadership positions in this party.

00:18:52.200 Yeah, I think folks like you and I, Roger, and the great Lou Dobbs, the late Lou Dobbs who have held these people accountable.

00:18:59.860 There needs to be more of us to come out here and hold their feet to the fire because they keep getting away with it, Roger.

00:19:05.340 And people's excuses.

00:19:07.020 It's too expensive to primary somebody.

00:19:08.840 They already have too much support.

00:19:10.300 That's total BS.

00:19:11.780 What the hell was that guy's Eric Cantor?

00:19:13.980 He was one of the first to be thrown the hell out of his seat some years ago before President Trump came into office.

00:19:19.540 Primaried.

00:19:20.000 He was, I think, the third or fourth most powerful person in Washington, D.C.

00:19:23.980 Primaried.

00:19:24.620 Lost his seat.

00:19:25.600 We need to see more of that because it's healthy in the Republican Party.

00:19:28.420 It's healthy in any party.

00:19:30.580 For people to not get complacent and think that they're going to go along to get along and they're going to keep getting away with this stuff.

00:19:36.940 We saw a lot of them leave after President Trump decided he was going to run for reelection, run for cover.

00:19:43.480 We need to get the rest of them out the hell out of there.

00:19:46.160 We're going to take a quick break.

00:19:47.160 We're talking with the great Roger Stone.

00:21:18.460 Roger, before we went to break, I said we had an update for the audience on that New York case against President Donald Trump.

00:21:25.920 Judge Juan Marchant on Tuesday declining to throw out that case against President Trump, as we heard he might do.

00:21:32.940 Instead, he's going to sentence President Trump on November 26th.

00:21:38.000 What's your thoughts?

00:21:38.700 Well, I'm not a lawyer, so I'm not sure I fully understand the implications of it.

00:21:43.700 But this is the act of a vengeful, corrupt judge.

00:21:47.660 Now, Judge Marchant should have disqualified himself.

00:21:51.840 As you know, his daughter, a Democrat political consultant, made hundreds of thousands of dollars on the trial,

00:21:58.620 using the trial in her fundraising pitches.

00:22:02.320 That alone should have required the judge to disqualify himself.

00:22:08.540 Ultimately, I suspect, since Trump is appealing that verdict,

00:22:12.880 and the case will ultimately be thrown out because of the corruption of Judge Marchant,

00:22:18.520 I'm hoping that one of the higher courts will step in and say that any sentencing that he gives a sentence must be stayed.

00:22:26.680 But in the system, I do know this.

00:22:28.500 You can't appeal until you're sentenced.

00:22:30.480 So once he is sentenced, the president will file an appeal, and we'll see.

00:22:34.580 I think they'd have a hard time incarcerating Trump.

00:22:37.840 I'm not sure the Secret Service would.

00:22:39.580 I'm not sure how they would feel that.

00:22:41.040 He's not a presidential candidate.

00:22:42.760 Now he's the president-elect.

00:22:44.980 So this has to be watched very carefully.

00:22:48.580 For those who are celebrating, and I was thinking about this because I was in the studio from which Lou used to do his show,

00:22:54.420 and I was thinking, wow, our election night, I would say about 1 a.m. really the morning after.

00:23:01.560 Somewhere I said, Lou Dobbs is up in heaven looking down, and he's smiling very broadly.

00:23:07.880 You know, but we should not be complacent because Satan never stops, and these evil actors for whom democracy means nothing,

00:23:19.440 the people who always accuse us of doing and saying the exact thing that they themselves are doing,

00:23:25.560 they're not going to give up in their efforts to try to destroy this nation and destroy our liberties.

00:23:30.060 So it was interesting.

00:23:32.120 I saw Adam Schiff the other day on CNN, and he said, no, no, there was evidence of Russian collusion.

00:23:38.580 We know that Trump's campaign manager was sharing polling information with a Russian intelligence asset.

00:23:44.420 Stop, Adam.

00:23:45.600 Let's get this straight.

00:23:46.860 There was no proprietary Trump polling.

00:23:49.900 The Trump campaign hadn't yet polled.

00:23:51.580 So if Paul Manafort, the campaign manager, shared polling with Konstantin Kalimnik, it would have been public information,

00:24:00.160 and Konstantin Kalimnik, the man you call a Russian asset, you and John Brennan both know he's a U.S. intelligence asset.

00:24:07.360 You lose, Adam.

00:24:08.440 Stop recycling the same lies.

00:24:11.680 He lies about me.

00:24:12.800 He lies about this.

00:24:13.900 You can always tell when Adam Schiff is lying.

00:24:15.820 You know how?

00:24:16.540 His lips are moving.

00:24:18.220 So I say to you, if it's Schiff, flush it.

00:24:21.580 Yeah, and he's not the only one.

00:24:23.440 You know what the problem is, Roger?

00:24:24.520 If they got rid of this congressional immunity these people have to say whatever the hell they want to say in Congress

00:24:29.860 and not be held accountable for it, it's sort of like vaccine makers.

00:24:33.880 You get a vaccine, you can't sue if you die from the vaccine.

00:24:36.800 You can't sue if your child gets autism from the vaccine.

00:24:40.140 These folks in Congress, it's the same thing.

00:24:42.100 They go out there, they say whatever the hell they want.

00:24:44.160 They've defamed you.

00:24:45.000 They've defamed Donald Trump.

00:24:46.020 They've defamed a lot of people who have been in the Trump orbit, and they get away with it. 1.00

00:24:50.460 I almost want to go be a congressman just so I can go talk shit all day. 0.99

00:24:54.000 I mean, it's unbelievable. 1.00

00:24:55.280 It's sadly true.

00:24:56.100 So, for example, Hakeem Jeffries, I still have his tweet, says that I traded a pardon from Donald Trump

00:25:01.860 in return for my silence about my knowledge of Trump's crimes.

00:25:05.400 Well, Trump didn't engage in any crimes.

00:25:07.760 That's defamatory.

00:25:09.340 But little Hakeem cannot be sued because he's a member of Congress.

00:25:12.500 So, I say this, if you really believe that, waive your congressional immunity and let's settle it in court. 1.00

00:25:18.620 But you won't do that because you're a coward and a liar. 1.00

00:25:21.740 Yeah. 1.00

00:25:21.960 And they get, Roger, they continue to get away with it.

00:25:24.120 You look at Liz Cheney.

00:25:26.040 Roger, she's been missing since the election.

00:25:28.300 She was out here running around.

00:25:30.360 She's got, I think, a much larger question.

00:25:32.260 We now know several things.

00:25:33.500 First of all, she suburned perjury by coaching a witness before the January 6th committee.

00:25:39.420 Secondarily, she lied about both General Flynn and I.

00:25:43.060 She claimed that President Trump told his chief of staff, Mark Meadows, to call Stone and Flynn on the evening of January 5th

00:25:50.280 to find out what would happen on the 6th.

00:25:52.720 That's a lie.

00:25:54.100 Phone records prove it's a lie.

00:25:55.980 Testimony proves it's a lie.

00:25:57.400 It's a lie.

00:25:58.800 That's perjury.

00:26:00.240 Now, she coached that perjury. 0.98

00:26:02.340 Liz Cheney coached that perjury. 1.00

00:26:04.260 Cassidy Hutchison perjured herself before the House. 0.82

00:26:07.560 So, wait a minute.

00:26:08.120 That's what they accused me of.

00:26:10.040 She has to be charged.

00:26:11.460 If we're going to have anything other than a two-tier justice system, Cassidy Hutchison needs to be charged. 1.00

00:26:18.100 The difference was I did make misstatements before the House.

00:26:22.160 They were immaterial.

00:26:23.500 They were irrelevant.

00:26:24.380 They didn't hide any underlying crime because there was no Russian collusion to hide.

00:26:29.280 There was also no WikiLeaks collaboration.

00:26:31.260 And over at CNN, by the way, I don't get my news from CNN for the same reason I don't eat out of the toilet.

00:26:38.660 I mean, MSNBC's Ari Melbourne, his show, The Beat-Off, or whatever he calls it, 26,000 people are watching it.

00:26:47.320 26,000 people.

00:26:48.900 I have a show on Rumble. 0.82

00:26:50.100 On my worst day, there's more people watching me than this midget. 1.00

00:26:53.300 This is an absurdity, these distortions by these fake news media outlets.

00:27:00.880 One thing I was glad to see is that the new chairman of the FCC, a gentleman named Carr, realizes that CBS and NBC and ABC, who does have regulatory authority over them, they're going to be held responsible for this.

00:27:14.400 The owners of these stations need to be held responsible.

00:27:18.080 I'm not suggesting that they should be supportive of Donald Trump.

00:27:21.380 I'm not suggesting that they should be pro-Republican.

00:27:23.680 What I'm suggesting is they should neutrally report the news and the facts, not an entire confection of lies and hate and disinformation.

00:27:34.320 Yeah, you know, Roger, the other thing that blows my mind, too, and Elon Musk has spoken out about this multiple times, why the hell is the government funding NPR?

00:27:42.700 We pay for NPR. 0.98

00:27:43.940 It's a state-run organization, sort of like you'd see in Russia or China, and all they do is push propaganda, and they push lies, the same shit you see out of China. 0.90

00:27:54.500 Well, look, I hope in this government efficiency study that the president has insisted on, where Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy, and more importantly than either one, Congressman Ron Paul, will be working to identify waste in government, and the single greatest place they can start is right there. 0.97

00:28:13.080 We should shut that down.

00:28:14.940 We should fire all those people.

00:28:16.720 The government does not belong in the information business unless it's like, you know, Voice of America, where you are broadcasting the truth to people who are enslaved to topitarian nations. 0.66

00:28:28.220 So I hope they shut PBS down as soon as possible and fire all of those people.

00:28:35.160 You know, Roger, speaking of the media, these guys are hurting very bad.

00:28:39.600 You mentioned show numbers.

00:28:41.480 Yours and I show alone is doing more viewers than these folks are getting in their demographic numbers.

00:28:47.940 Demographic numbers, for everyone watching, is how you sell advertising.

00:28:50.920 You go to an advertiser and you say, I have X amount of viewers in the 25 to 54 demographic, and that's how they get paid on.

00:28:58.140 Fox News, for example, does on a good day 500,000, 600,000 people in their demographic.

00:29:02.760 Now, the shows will do millions, but the demographic will say 400,000 to 600,000.

00:29:08.000 Folks on MSNBC and CNN, Roger, are doing 20,000, 30,000, 40,000, 50,000. 0.94

00:29:13.240 We're killing them with a frigging podcast, Roger.

00:29:16.500 This cost us very minimal money to run, very efficiently run. 0.98

00:29:19.780 You and I are both working out of home studios.

00:29:22.180 We don't go anywhere.

00:29:22.860 We don't have anyone telling us what to do, telling us what to say.

00:29:26.080 We're allowed to come out here and say whatever we want within reason, keeping to the truth.

00:29:31.800 These are multimillion-dollar organizations, Roger, that are failing to pull numbers.

00:29:36.740 MSNBC audience has pledged 54%.

00:29:39.240 CNN's audience, 34% since Election Day.

00:29:42.840 News publications like the Gateway Pundit, where I get most of my news from, I read it every single morning,

00:29:47.160 is up 20% since Election Day, 3.4 million page visits per day.

00:29:53.220 Roger, I think this is a great awakening that people have opened their eyes and are tired of seeing the same nonsense,

00:29:59.540 the same BS, day in and day out.

00:30:01.780 From even Fox News, Roger, I'll turn on Fox News every now and then, my former employer,

00:30:06.260 and it's the same, they got Neil Cavuto out there spreading the word for Joe Biden. 0.99

00:30:10.180 I mean, even the more conservative hosts are just damn rhinos. 0.98

00:30:15.820 Yeah, look, I think there is a great awakening. 0.98

00:30:18.300 I think this really started in 2016.

00:30:20.460 For the first time, people not only distrusted Congress and distrusted government,

00:30:25.480 distrusted both major parties, but for the first time ever,

00:30:28.980 they realized that the media wasn't telling them the truth.

00:30:31.900 And they suffered even more after the COVID-19 pandemic.

00:30:38.300 And now I think people are looking elsewhere, largely to the Internet, for their news.

00:30:43.680 This is why, of course, they're trying so desperately to shut Alex Jones and InfoWars down.

00:30:48.860 I've never seen anything like this.

00:30:50.840 They're not just trying to shut it down and take his studios, cameras, his microphones.

00:30:56.120 They're trying to take his image.

00:30:59.460 No, you can't be Alex Jones anymore.

00:31:01.360 You can't have the Alex Jones show.

00:31:03.460 We're taking away your Twitter page.

00:31:06.000 You can't be real Alex Jones before.

00:31:08.700 That's never happened.

00:31:09.920 Now, yes, I got together with a bunch of other people,

00:31:12.460 and we made a bid for the assets of InfoWars.

00:31:16.740 I put in sweat equity because I have no money,

00:31:19.320 but I was able to pull together a group of people who do have money.

00:31:22.540 But to qualify the bid, you had to have hard dollars.

00:31:26.440 You had to prove that you had the money to back up your specific bid.

00:31:31.040 I think our bid was somewhere between $8 and $10 million.

00:31:34.520 Well, the guys who own The Onion came along.

00:31:37.740 They had a bid in which they pledged the future money that they're going to seize

00:31:41.800 from Donald Trump to finance their bid, and the bankruptcy trustee awarded it to them.

00:31:48.240 Now, fortunately, a federal judge said, wait a minute.

00:31:51.000 This is not how it works, and that transaction was stalled.

00:31:56.340 Elon Musk also filed a notice to appear before the bankruptcy court

00:32:00.540 because he thinks that you can't take away Alex Jones's Twitter page.

00:32:04.780 It has nothing to do with InfoWars.

00:32:07.120 It's his personal page.

00:32:08.580 Right.

00:32:08.840 So they are still desperate to try to control the flow of information to Americans,

00:32:15.720 and candidly, because of shows like this, shows like mine, the great folks at the Gateway

00:32:21.220 Pundit, they're failing.

00:32:23.180 They're failing miserably.

00:32:24.900 And the proof of that was this last election, because if you listen to the Democrats, 0.85

00:32:30.380 well, Donald Trump was Hitler. 0.84

00:32:32.060 You and I must be Nazis because we support him. 0.99

00:32:34.600 That's a hell of an uplifting, inspiring final message for your campaign, isn't it?

00:32:39.440 And what does that make Mika Brzezinski and Joe Scarborough for going to Mar-a-Lago on their

00:32:44.760 hands and knees? 0.56

00:32:45.580 By the time they got to Mar-a-Lago, their knees were bloody for begging for forgiveness

00:32:51.060 from Donald Trump. 1.00

00:32:51.860 I mean, it's so pathetic, Roger. 0.98

00:32:53.440 I want to read a tweet that I don't know if this is confirmed. 0.97

00:32:56.940 This is on Twitter.

00:32:58.240 You can maybe help me.

00:32:59.080 This morning, morning, Joe and Mika, who owe their careers to me, went on their show

00:33:03.280 and claimed to have met with me.

00:33:05.340 They made it sound like we had a summit.

00:33:06.940 The truth is, Joe begged to meet with me after our big win, and when I finally agreed, he

00:33:10.420 approached me like a scolded dog.

00:33:12.700 He should consider himself lucky that I didn't have him thrown out of Mar-a-Lago.

00:33:16.820 Mika was charming as usual.

00:33:18.840 So I don't know if that's satirical or if that's actually from President Trump.

00:33:21.040 I think that's been identified as satir, but it is pretty funny.

00:33:25.600 It's so accurate.

00:33:26.800 Joe and Mika loved Donald Trump.

00:33:29.080 In 2017, they loved laying by the pool at Mar-a-Lago, drinking Donald's booze, eating

00:33:33.860 his food.

00:33:34.920 Mika made a number of personnel recommendations of people who were actually hired by the Trump

00:33:40.460 administration.

00:33:41.620 But where it really started to go bad was when Joe found that he, Joe Scarborough, the

00:33:46.520 former congressman, was not on the short list for vice president.

00:33:50.120 I swear to God, this is not a joke.

00:33:52.200 What?

00:33:53.340 Yes, absolutely.

00:33:54.680 I've never heard this before.

00:33:56.360 You hear a lot of things from me you've never heard before.

00:33:59.080 But that's true.

00:34:00.460 Look, they're disgraceful.

00:34:02.780 The great thing about their show is nobody's watching it.

00:34:06.680 Nobody's watching it because all they do is churn out hate.

00:34:10.160 You've seen this woman, Joy Reid?

00:34:12.160 Oh.

00:34:12.720 If her IQ was one point lower, you'd have to water her like a plant. 1.00

00:34:18.700 Right.

00:34:19.140 I don't know where they find these people.

00:34:20.840 I mean, Joe Scarborough, this is the same man who mysteriously had a woman disappear in

00:34:25.000 what was it, 2001 or something like that?

00:34:27.840 And he expected to be on the short list when you have something like that going on in your

00:34:32.980 life.

00:34:34.280 I've never heard that before, but that's unbelievable. 1.00

00:34:36.540 I mean, it's just so pathetic. 0.96

00:34:38.360 But I think we're going to see now, Roger, these people continue to crawl back on their 0.98

00:34:41.840 hands and knees and beg for forgiveness.

00:34:43.420 And my favorite thing about this whole thing is that the Marxist Dems are more mad at morning

00:34:48.040 Joe and Mika than the Republicans are at Trump for meeting with these people.

00:34:51.620 Now, if I were Trump and I know this is what Lou would tell him, he would have told them 0.99

00:34:55.280 to go to hell. 0.98

00:34:56.360 There's no peace to be had. 0.98

00:34:57.560 Roger, what they did to him, what they did to you, what they did to the rest of anyone 0.83

00:35:01.500 who surrounded themselves with Donald Trump for the last nine years is disgusting.

00:35:06.460 So the fact that President Trump and this is President Trump's biggest downfall is his 0.59

00:35:10.320 fact that he's way too nice and he's way too forgiving.

00:35:14.180 Why give these people the time of day, Roger?

00:35:17.180 Look, Donald Trump is his own man.

00:35:21.000 And remember this whole narrative at the end that Chris Matthews said reporters are going

00:35:26.500 to be put up against a wall.

00:35:28.240 Yeah.

00:35:29.900 They're going to, AOSA said that Trump is going to use the military to attack his political

00:35:36.340 opponents and people are just reporters and anybody who opposes him politically is going

00:35:41.160 to be arrested.

00:35:42.140 This is all nonsensical.

00:35:44.480 I think Donald Trump, I've known him 45 years.

00:35:47.520 The truth is he gives people a second chance all the time.

00:35:51.480 He can sometimes be too nice a guy.

00:35:54.540 But I think he does want to demonstrate that his number one goal is to bring America together

00:36:00.220 and unite us.

00:36:01.520 And the best way you can do that is by having a boom economy.

00:36:05.540 And the best way you can have a boom economy is by bringing down energy prices, drill baby

00:36:11.320 drill for gas and oil.

00:36:13.460 Then you can afford to deal with the housing problem in America.

00:36:17.520 You can afford to deal with better schools.

00:36:19.420 Trump understands the key to lifting all boats is the tide of economic prosperity.

00:36:26.140 We're about to have a golden age in this country.

00:36:29.240 Right.

00:36:29.460 And there's only one man who can lead it.

00:36:31.240 Thank God the American people not only just chose him, but chose him overwhelmingly in the

00:36:35.680 last election. 1.00

00:36:36.580 Well, if you listen to that idiot, you want to talk about IQ, double digit IQ, Jessica Tarla. 1.00

00:36:40.840 She was on Fox News yesterday, who they give way too much time to this idiot saying, well, 1.00

00:36:46.620 he didn't get 50 percent of the over 50 percent of the vote. 1.00

00:36:49.080 So he wasn't overwhelmingly chosen by the American people.

00:36:53.280 It's nice to see that they like to change and move the goalpost when, you know, they're

00:36:57.660 the ones who are what they said was no Republican would ever win the popular vote again. 0.97

00:37:03.000 So, Jessica, shut up. 1.00

00:37:05.600 Nonetheless, Donald Trump said it could be done. 0.98

00:37:08.180 We're going to take one more quick break here.

00:37:10.520 We're coming back with Roger Stone.

00:37:12.580 In our final segment, I want to go over some things that are going on.

00:37:16.160 There's a report that top CIA and national intel watchdogs are running for the hills before

00:37:21.640 President Trump gets back to office.

00:37:24.320 Pentagon has also failed their seventh straight audit in a row.

00:37:27.800 I wonder where the hell the money's going and why these people are so terrified of Pete

00:37:30.940 Hegseth.

00:37:31.800 We're coming right back with the great Roger Stone.

00:37:33.440 Stay with us.

00:37:33.920 I'm excited to announce our Christmas extravaganza is finally here.

00:38:24.140 But that's not all.

00:38:25.840 I'm extending our 60-day money-back guarantee until March 1st of 2025.

00:38:30.800 Plus, all orders over $75 or more.

00:38:34.100 Ship absolutely free.

00:38:35.980 We're back.

00:38:39.120 We're with the great Roger Stone.

00:38:40.400 And for all those folks who want to go and order your MyPillow, via phone, 800-969-3077.

00:38:46.200 Same great deals over there.

00:38:48.180 Roger, the Pentagon has now failed their seven straight audit in a row, unable to account for $824 billion.

00:38:54.960 But they're worried about Pete Hegsat, the Fox News host, decorated military veteran, coming into the Pentagon.

00:39:01.400 As far as I'm concerned, Roger, they can put you or I in there, and it would probably be run better than it's being run under these career professionals.

00:39:11.040 Well, I mean, look, they've versately destroyed our military through their DEI policies and their mandatory vaccination policies.

00:39:20.100 Any military expert that I respect tells me that we're in no condition to fight a one-theater war, never mind a two-theater war.

00:39:28.820 But they're worried about Pete Hegseth's tattoo.

00:39:32.840 By the way, that tattoo is on the cover of my Bible.

00:39:35.920 It's the exact same tattoo.

00:39:37.480 So much to the idea that it's somehow connected to the Third Reich.

00:39:41.860 That's more of their propaganda nonsense.

00:39:46.960 We are at a point where our military strength is at an all-time low.

00:39:51.180 We've got to rebuild our military.

00:39:53.400 This, I think, will be a very high priority for the president.

00:39:56.880 Yeah, you're absolutely right.

00:39:57.780 And on the front of the military and these top three-letter agencies, Roger, there's now a report that top CIA inspector generals for the CIA, for the ONDI, and for POCO are looking to run for the hills now with Donald Trump coming back into office.

00:40:15.640 And the way that these news outlets write these articles, Roger, is that Donald Trump's coming in, as you had said about Chris Matthews.

00:40:22.860 He's going to put these people against the wall and stone them.

00:40:25.300 But the interesting thing about it all is these people are looking to run for the hills for a reason, Roger.

00:40:31.260 If you did nothing wrong, you don't run.

00:40:34.240 You did nothing wrong.

00:40:35.260 You stayed in your house.

00:40:36.060 You waited for the FBI to come get you.

00:40:37.560 And that was it.

00:40:38.180 You dealt with the process.

00:40:39.580 We get pulled over, Roger.

00:40:40.940 We knew we were speeding.

00:40:41.800 We sit there and we ask for forgiveness.

00:40:44.100 These people are running to get out of Dodge like we don't have who they are, like we haven't paid them for the last however many years they're working there.

00:40:52.040 We don't have their W-2s.

00:40:54.240 If they did nothing wrong, Roger, what are they so worried about with Donald Trump?

00:40:57.660 An incredible story in The Washington Times by reporter Carrie Pickett reveals that the FBI director, James Comey, prior to a crossfire hurricane, had a secret off-the-books operation to infiltrate Donald Trump's campaign with two very good-looking women to try to find any negative information they could.

00:41:20.400 This makes Watergate look like small-time stuff, like small potatoes.

00:41:26.080 There's a whistleblower who's come forward to this.

00:41:28.600 He has documentation.

00:41:30.320 This was kept from Inspector General Horowitz.

00:41:33.100 Now, Horowitz's report missed a lot of things, but this is pretty serious.

00:41:37.360 If I were James Comey, I'd be concerned because this guy engaged in treasonous, illegal activity.

00:41:44.280 And if a grand jury agrees with that, and I think they will, then he ought to be prosecuted.

00:41:48.680 And so that's why they're running for the hills.

00:41:50.480 That's why they're all lawyering up.

00:41:52.680 Justice is coming.

00:41:54.520 What's the process, would you say, Roger?

00:41:56.260 And I know you're not a lawyer.

00:41:57.220 I'm not a lawyer.

00:41:57.860 But what would be the process of going out and getting James Comey?

00:42:01.200 I mean, and I shouldn't have even said it like that because the mainstream media will pick this up for the lefts and say they're going after.

00:42:07.520 It's justice.

00:42:08.380 Justice needs to be served.

00:42:10.040 I'm not saying break the law.

00:42:11.260 I'm not saying recreate the law.

00:42:12.620 I'm saying follow the law.

00:42:14.000 And James Comey, you broke the law, and you need to now pay the price.

00:42:16.740 What is the process to go out and prosecute this criminal?

00:42:21.400 Well, first of all, we don't have a special counsel law.

00:42:23.900 We don't have an independent counsel law.

00:42:25.560 So appointing a special counsel is unconstitutional.

00:42:28.940 Judge Canaan in Florida has ruled that way.

00:42:31.760 The liberals disagree with that, but they're wrong.

00:42:34.120 So I guess the way this would work is the jurisdiction, the U.S. attorney and the jurisdiction in which an individual who's committed crimes live,

00:42:41.720 that evidence should be presented by the U.S. attorney to a grand jury and determine whether or not there was a crime.

00:42:48.380 If there were a crime, they had to be charged.

00:42:49.760 If there were no crime, they had to walk.

00:42:51.240 If there was a crime, they're charged.

00:42:52.680 They had to go to trial.

00:42:54.040 I frankly think the court system in D.C., which is not provided for in the Constitution, should be closed down.

00:42:59.780 I mean, it's not a state, but that's where they commit most of their crimes.

00:43:05.700 No Republican, no independent, no conservative, no Trump supporter can get a fair trial in District of Columbia.

00:43:12.240 It's the most politicized judiciary in the country.

00:43:15.600 And there's no provision in law for the system there.

00:43:19.240 So I think we need judicial reform.

00:43:22.320 All I want is justice.

00:43:23.720 I'm not looking for revenge.

00:43:25.140 If people did nothing wrong, well, that's what the grand jury will determine.

00:43:29.120 That's what the jurors will determine. 0.95

00:43:32.660 If people are charged, they don't have a fair trial without a rigged jury and a partisan, vicious, nasty, hateful judge.

00:43:41.580 We have to find that in D.C., that's for sure.

00:43:44.060 Yeah, you're absolutely right.

00:43:45.480 The track that we went down, Roger, the reason I want justice for these people and you and all these other folks is because the path that we've went down,

00:43:53.100 I think if you don't hold these people accountable is irreversible.

00:43:56.760 I mean, I don't know how you could explain to our grandchildren, our children what exactly went on,

00:44:04.720 because it's it's unimaginable that a presidential candidate, a president in the United States of America,

00:44:12.000 the things that were done to him were allowed to be done.

00:44:14.420 You look at Venezuela, what they're doing now, arresting people who contested the election, Roger.

00:44:23.120 Isn't that what we just saw happen in 2020 to Rudy Giuliani, to folks like you, to folks like Peter Navarro?

00:44:32.000 Isn't that what we do?

00:44:33.100 And this is Venezuela, Roger, a third world country that clearly has way bigger issues than we have in America right here.

00:44:39.520 They're out there arresting their election officials.

00:44:42.040 Who did they get that one from?

00:44:43.240 Yeah, I mean, in all honesty, I had no involvement in the 2020 election because at that time, of course, I was under federal indictment.

00:44:50.400 So I wasn't involved at all.

00:44:52.540 But those who say, oh, well, you formed a slate of fake electors.

00:44:57.920 Read the Electoral College Act.

00:44:59.300 There's no such thing as a fake elector.

00:45:01.340 In 1960, when it was thought on election night that Vice President Richard Nixon had carried Hawaii and his electors were named,

00:45:09.260 John F. Kennedy didn't believe that, thought it was wrong, thought when the absentees were counted, he would be the winner.

00:45:15.340 He formed an alternative elector slate.

00:45:18.840 When all the votes were counted, guess what?

00:45:20.920 JFK was right. 1.00

00:45:22.240 And his electors were seated.

00:45:23.920 Nobody charged him with a crime.

00:45:25.800 There's no such thing as a fake elector. 0.88

00:45:27.340 This was made up by Andrew Weissman and Ari Melbert and all these other demented criminals over at MSNBC.

00:45:33.700 Yeah, you're absolutely right.

00:45:36.340 And, you know, it's like I keep saying, it's unimaginable that this is what it's come to in this country.

00:45:41.840 It's like a joke, but it's not a joke because all the people that have paid the price.

00:45:45.420 Roger, before we wrap up, I want to conclude with something that's taken the media by storm.

00:45:50.940 And it's the appointment of Matt Gaetz as attorney general of the United States.

00:45:54.640 Reports out this week, a hacker reportedly obtained the transcripts and damning testimony in that House ethics investigation into Matt Gaetz.

00:46:08.580 I want to get your thoughts on it.

00:46:10.840 You know, the DOJ declined to prosecute Gaetz for the alleged acts of underage sex.

00:46:16.020 Yet the congressional report apparently tells us something far different.

00:46:20.540 How do you think this all plays out for Matt Gaetz and President Trump's attorney general pick?

00:46:25.500 Well, this is, without any question, the most partisan, vicious and politicized Justice Department of American history.

00:46:31.620 If they couldn't find evidence of a crime by Matt Gaetz, which they were predisposed to do,

00:46:37.140 they couldn't obviously even invent one or they would have done so, then they would have charged him.

00:46:43.040 Congressional ethics investigation.

00:46:44.920 Let's start with Nancy Pelosi. 0.91

00:46:46.600 She's made millions and millions and millions and millions of dollars inside of trading. 1.00

00:46:50.880 The day after Trump is president, she should be charged.

00:46:53.940 But I guess under the rules of the House, she's allowed to do that. 0.90

00:46:56.820 They need to change the rules then.

00:46:59.440 There's a real crime.

00:47:01.240 So, look, Matt Gaetz is a firebrand.

00:47:03.540 There's no question about that.

00:47:05.380 And he's very smart and he's very tough and he's very combative.

00:47:09.840 That's why they're going to try to destroy him with a with a mountain of invective and smear.

00:47:14.780 I think he's pretty fearless to go into this, having escaped their wrath once before.

00:47:21.980 But he seems up to the task.

00:47:24.100 We shall see.

00:47:25.360 I wish him well.

00:47:26.580 I hope he is confirmed.

00:47:28.100 I hope the president gives him a recess point if he's not confirmed so he can start pointing out the real criminals.

00:47:33.520 Brennan, Comey, Jake Sullivan, Hillary Clinton.

00:47:38.560 These people don't have immunity.

00:47:40.140 There is no immunity for the charge of treason.

00:47:42.820 Yeah, my prediction is he does get that recess appointment because I don't see any possible way going off that list of senators.

00:47:49.960 He can only afford to lose a few of them.

00:47:51.780 And I can name four off the top of my head.

00:47:53.840 Murkowski, Collins, Romney, Sullivan.

00:47:57.580 There you go.

00:47:58.100 I mean, there's four off the top who will never vote for Matt Gaetz.

00:48:01.020 So I think it's going to come down to a recess appointment, which gives him some time in office, a few hundred days in office with the possibility of an extension.

00:48:08.560 So they could keep him in there for quite some time under a recess appointment as an acting AG.

00:48:14.560 And you know what?

00:48:15.180 At the end of the day, if they get Matt Gaetz in there to get the ball rolling on everything that needs to be investigated, Matt is fearless.

00:48:21.300 I mean, you can say what you want about the guy.

00:48:23.240 The guy is absolutely fearless.

00:48:24.740 And that's exactly what President Trump needs.

00:48:27.920 He put in Jeff Sessions, that little weenie in there in the first place.

00:48:30.720 And look at what we got.

00:48:32.120 We got Robert Mueller.

00:48:33.280 So I think with Matt Gaetz, you don't get any of that stuff.

00:48:36.080 And you get some justice, Roger.

00:48:39.640 You're concluding thoughts here, Roger, as we wrap up.

00:48:41.740 Look, America is about to enter a golden age of prosperity, peace, security and justice.

00:48:49.120 There's only one man who can do this.

00:48:50.460 We're going to go through rocky periods because they're never going to stop attacking him.

00:48:54.740 They're never going to try to smear him.

00:48:56.480 We've still got this rogue judge in New York to try to throw him in jail.

00:49:00.300 But God is good.

00:49:02.680 I feel that the president's life was spared in Butler, Pennsylvania for a greater purpose.

00:49:07.380 We now see what that greater purpose is.

00:49:09.220 And we have to pray for America, pray for the safety of our president, because they've tried to kill him twice.

00:49:15.460 I'm not sure what would stop them from trying again, other than providence, you know, divine intervention.

00:49:21.200 So but I think it's a great time to be alive.

00:49:23.900 And I think America is on the cusp of an incredible revival and a reawakening.

00:49:29.120 John, thanks for having me.

00:49:30.260 And I'll see you again next week.

00:49:31.900 Hold on before you go for people who want to see you before next week, Roger.

00:49:35.660 We'll be going to be doing the show from Asia next week.

00:49:38.260 It'll be sort of interesting with the time zone change.

00:49:41.140 Where can people watch you each and every night who can't wait to see the great Roger Stone?

00:49:45.120 They can go to rumble.com slash Roger Stone rumble.com slash Roger Stone.

00:49:51.700 Or if it's easy to remember, just go to stone zone dot com and you can access the show there as well.

00:49:58.180 And then on weekends, as you know, I now picked up the hour of the great Lou Dobbs, a great man who I miss incredibly.

00:50:06.180 So I he used to do the show before me at 77 WABC in New York.

00:50:11.180 Now I've taken on that time slot.

00:50:14.000 So from three to six every Sunday afternoon.

00:50:16.920 I'm the hardest working man in show business.

00:50:19.240 That is at 77 WABC or better, no matter where you live in the country, WABC radio dot com, WABC radio dot com.

00:50:30.560 We're live streaming in one hundred and sixty three countries every Sunday afternoon from three to six p.m.

00:50:36.520 Eastern time.

00:50:37.220 You know, I will agree with you now.

00:50:39.460 Now that Lou has passed on and is finally resting for probably the first time in his life, he can actually rest.

00:50:46.560 He was the hardest working man I ever knew.

00:50:48.580 I mean, taking on hours and hours of work a day.

00:50:50.740 And you've now taken on that role.

00:50:52.440 Just I've applied for that job.

00:50:54.120 But lose radio spot.

00:50:55.160 It's at WABC radio.

00:50:57.080 But they said the dump button where they censor out curse words didn't work fast enough to get there.

00:51:02.100 So I didn't ultimately get the job.

00:51:04.300 Roger, we'll see you back here next week, brother.

00:51:06.260 Thanks so much.

00:51:07.220 Thank you.
