00:01:37.440 7th massacre. In return, Israel will release 150 Palestinian women and children to Hamas.

00:04:33.360 investigators show undercover cops in the crowd conducting surveillance on that day. Congressional

00:04:41.360 investigators have obtained hours of video footage from undercover officers who were dispatched by the

00:04:47.480 D.C. Metropolitan Police Department to the U.S. Capitol to conduct electronic surveillance in the

00:04:54.340 events of January 6. The footage reveals at times officers exhorting the rioters to climb scaffolding

00:05:02.460 near the Capitol or talking about being undercover with liberal fascist protesters in a crowd. In one of

00:05:09.380 the videos, one of the law enforcement officers can be heard saying, well, we go undercover as Antifa in the

00:05:15.600 crowd. This new footage is aside from the 44,000 hours released by Speaker Mike Johnson. Our guest today has

00:05:23.920 been reporting on January 6 thoroughly from court cases to the actual events on that day. Joining us is

00:05:37.540 you with us as always. You know, it's time for truth and accountability. The January 6 committee, we all knew at the

00:05:44.420 time was a sham, but this much of a sham, I really didn't know. Give us your sense of just how bad it is.

00:05:52.740 Well, I think, you know, this video that has been released is just the beginning of the dam breaking

00:05:59.800 on the prevailing January 6 carefully crafted stagecraft, I guess you could say, of January 6

00:06:06.940 that was created by not just the January 6 committee, but of course, the Department of Justice, Joe Biden,

00:06:13.580 Merrick Garland, and the corporate national news media that this was a deadly violent insurrection

00:06:19.940 incited by Donald Trump that almost resulted in the overthrowing of our democracy, whatever that means.

00:06:28.040 So now people for the first time, of course, I've seen a lot of this video, but the American public

00:06:34.040 are seeing for the first time videos of people peacefully walking around the building with police

00:06:39.160 standing by. They're seeing police standing by open doors as dozens, if not hundreds of protesters

00:06:45.640 stream into the building unimpeded, fist bumping and chatting with police. There's a lot more of that

00:06:52.760 video, by the way, that that will be forthcoming. But also just questionable things as to why someone

00:06:59.320 who is accused of assaulting police officers and carrying a knife, why is he let go after being

00:07:07.560 handcuffed and detained? And you see him fist bumping someone who looks like an undercover police officer.

00:07:13.080 So just so many more questions raised by these videos. And just overall, the American people want the

00:07:20.120 truth. And the Democrats, the J six committee, Joe Biden and the DOJ certainly do not want the truth

00:07:25.960 to be told. It's really that straightforward. Everybody's looking for the truth. And now we're

00:07:32.600 going to have it because of Mike Johnson, the Speaker of the House, actually getting these videos out

00:07:38.680 in a meaningful way so that people will at some point have the story. But as we look at this January

00:07:46.760 six committee, it is it is without question what we claimed it was at the time, a Stalinist

00:08:03.480 celebrating with Donald Trump. I love this. The people who say, oh, no, that was insurrection.

00:08:15.240 talking about the proud boys or the whatever. There was no one there that I can see that they

00:08:21.800 established was trying to overthrow the federal government. Did I miss something?

00:09:01.000 president. It's all absurd. But the January six select committee, of course, had unlimited resources.

00:09:21.400 complaints by investigators tasked to the committee. There were complaints that investigations into

00:09:34.600 Lou. The January six select committee did not even interview FBI director Christopher Wray. How can you

00:09:41.640 have a legitimate investigation into what they call a domestic terror attack without sitting down with

00:09:47.400 the FBI director, speaking directly to him and having him answer questions? That right there is a huge red flag

00:09:54.600 that this was never a serious effort. It was to do two things. Blame the events of January six on Donald Trump and

00:10:01.800 cover up many other aspects of January six, whether you want to believe it's failures of security or

00:10:08.440 intentionally leaving the Capitol insecure. So you could have government and other actors provocateurs

00:10:17.080 provoke the events of what happened that afternoon. Well, you know, we can't settle the question, but we do have

00:10:23.720 evidence that there was provocateurs at work, whether it would be the FBI. We know there were at least

00:10:33.160 dozens. We can't put a number on it because we can't get hard evidence as to the number. But we do know there were

00:10:39.880 some. And it looks like a great number of those FBI agents there. We saw ghost buses rolling in.

00:10:49.560 We've and we've seen this technique before, obviously, used by the FBI and other agencies.

00:10:58.200 We know that there were local police, metropolitan or Capitol police, undercover showing badges.

00:11:08.280 It is disgusting when you see the video that shows those cops literally waving those,

00:11:51.640 You see police officers who were speaking with Jacob right when he entered in that Senate side door

00:11:59.960 saying you can protest. It has to be peaceful. Then they continue to lead him throughout various areas of

00:12:05.880 the building. He, of course, entered the Senate chamber. They never attempted to arrest him.

00:12:10.040 They never told him or anyone around him that they were breaking the law that they weren't supposed to be

00:12:15.320 there. They didn't attempt to arrest him, certainly, but they all waited until the event was over so they

00:12:23.320 could continue this nationwide dragnet for January 6th defendants, which is going on to this day.

00:12:37.400 a man accused of spraying police officers with pepper spray, which he didn't. I have this on my

00:12:48.920 1,200 Americans in an effort to, of course, go after Donald Trump. His trial starts on March 4th related to

00:12:57.880 January 6th, but also decriminalize political dissent, shut down any questions about the 2020 election,

00:13:03.720 and more importantly, warn people, if you protest, demonstrate, even attempt to investigate,

00:13:09.720 file lawsuits, do anything about the 2024 election, this is what could happen to you.

00:16:45.160 over and over, and every time I'm in that D.C. courthouse, I have to pick my job off the floor. I cannot

00:16:51.800 believe what I'm hearing from these judges. They are the villains. Congress needs to reclaim its

00:16:57.640 constitutional authority over the federal judiciary. When was the last time a judge was impeached?

00:17:03.960 I could name off six federal judges in Washington that should undergo impeachment proceedings for

00:17:09.720 abusing their power in office, selectively prosecuting people, and failing to uphold the oath of their

00:17:17.480 office, which is to protect the rights of defendants against government overreach. Let me tell you a

00:17:22.760 quick story, Lou, and it's not the kids out of law school. This is Judge Royce Lamberth, a Reagan-appointed

00:17:29.000 judge who would rather die in office, like Dianne Feinstein, than relinquish his tiny corner of power in

00:17:36.680 Washington. He uses a walker. He can't get up and out of his chair without help. He's barely audible.

00:17:43.480 People have to keep asking him to repeat himself. Last week, I said during two days of jury selection

00:17:49.160 for a man from Washington who faces numerous offenses for January 6th, Judge Lamberth, before the day

00:17:55.560 jury selection started, told the man he was guilty, told him he was going to prison, didn't understand why

00:18:02.840 he did not accept the government's plea deal, because others who had been charged on the same

00:18:07.720 evidence were convicted and gone to jail. That's what he told a man we're supposed to presume is

00:18:14.440 innocent until being proven guilty. That is that is not what judges are supposed to do. That's just one

00:18:21.400 tiny egregious example on top of so many. So the judges are the villains here, and Congress needs to do

00:18:28.440 something about that. And they they can't even if they bring the charges. The the rancidly corrupt

00:18:39.320 leadership of the US Senate is not going to be impartial or unbiased. This is not a the impeachment itself

00:18:47.640 is not a solution, simply because it can't go very far. And I don't know how to overcome the the takeover of our

00:18:58.280 government by the Marxist Dems. Right now, they own every card. They've got every lover. And they've

00:19:04.760 got every advantage. Don't they? They do. Congress does aside from impeachment, and I would just like

00:19:12.600 the process, like they say about defendants, the process is the punishment. Well, let's put these

00:19:17.480 judges, you know, on trial, let's put them before the American people and have them explain why they have

00:19:22.840 a different set of pretrial detention rules for specific group of political prisoners, something

00:19:28.840 that's never happened in American history before. But also, they have the power of the purse. Lou,

00:19:34.920 the Marxism in our country is located in three places, three power centers in Washington,

00:19:42.040 the US Attorney's Office for the District of Columbia, the Washington FBI field office,

00:19:47.880 and the DC federal court system. They need to defund all three of them. Any political trial

00:19:54.440 investigation needs to be moved out of Washington, DC. You should not have a Washington FBI field office

00:20:00.920 whose sole job we know has been to go after Donald Trump, his cabinet members, congressmen who are in

00:20:07.640 support of him, his associates, now his voters. That is the center of evil are those three agencies.

00:20:16.280 Washington should not have those three. And we certainly should not be paying for Matthew

00:20:22.280 Graves, a Biden appointee, the Democrat DC US Attorney, to continue to this day round up American

00:20:29.800 citizens, investigate them, prosecute them, put them on trial, and throw them in jail that we federal 0.59

00:20:44.200 watching the judicial system, one of the most, I think, if it were not for the seriousness of it,

00:20:54.360 the New York judge in charge of the civil trial, going after the Trump Organization,

00:21:01.480 the president's attorneys move for a mistrial. And guess who decides whether or not there's been a

00:21:06.360 mistrial? It's Judge Ingeron, Arthur Ingeron, the judge presiding over that case is going to decide

00:21:13.160 impartially, I'm sure, what the outcome will be. Let me just read a couple of words.

00:21:20.280 Judge Arthur Ingeron said he was refusing to even allow arguments on the mistrial motion

00:21:25.640 because the premises of the motion in his august judgment were flawed and it would be, quote,

00:21:32.120 futile. The judge described Trump's rationale for halting the trial to be disingenuous,

00:21:41.000 bad faith and, quote, nonsensical. Now, that sounds like a man that's

00:21:45.080 being absolutely impartial, doesn't it? I mean, this is madness we're watching unfold.

00:22:13.720 that the judges earned that opinion. Julie, your thoughts about Ingeron and the civil trial

00:22:20.920 and the idea that he would be deciding whether or not there is a mistrial.

00:22:25.880 So I do think that this is sort of why you see the media turning away from this case in New York,

00:22:32.200 because Judge Ingeron obviously is a clown. You saw him, you know, mugging for the cameras

00:22:39.000 and making these outlandish statements during Donald Trump's testimony. And then you have Letitia

00:22:45.000 James, who has really destroyed her own credibility on this because she's such an open partisan,

00:22:51.320 making nasty comments on social media and these highly charged political statements outside the

00:22:56.360 courthouse. So I think this raises the question in a lot of people's minds legitimately that this is

00:23:02.840 purely political theater by the New York attorney general and this this clownish judge. But this also

00:23:10.280 is the case with Tanya Chutkin, Judge Chutkin in Washington. She is handling special counsel Jack

00:23:16.680 Smith's prosecution of Donald Trump related to the events of January 6th. Donald Trump, his team of

00:23:23.400 lawyers filed a lengthy motion asking her to recuse herself based on a lot of inflammatory comments 0.83

00:23:30.680 she's made in court, not just about January 6th, but Donald Trump himself. And of course, she is the

00:23:37.080 one who authored the her order denying the recusal motion. So it's sort of like issues like that

00:23:45.080 should go outside of the judge who is being asked to step aside because someone else should decide

00:23:50.920 that not the judge who clearly with Judge Chutkin and Judge Ingeron want to hold on to these cases for

00:23:56.840 dear life. They they apparently do. And Chutkin is an absolute I mean, it's preposterous. It's no 0.99

00:24:05.000 different than the Ingeron situation. She she's made all sorts of inflammatory comments about 1.00

00:24:11.000 President Trump, both before the trial and less so during the trial. But she's gagged the President 1.00

00:24:18.600 of the United States, which is just insane that she has done so it is on its face, an infringement of

00:24:26.520 his First Amendment rights. And he is first and foremost, a former President United States,

00:24:32.280 the presumptive nominee of the Republican Party for the presidency in 2024. She knows what she's doing 0.98

00:24:45.480 I listened today to, of course, that order is on a temporary hold as it's been expedited at the D.C.

00:24:53.720 Circuit, the appellate court. And on Monday morning, I listened to the hearing. Three Democrats,

00:24:59.720 you know, they usually go to a three judge panel first. Three Democrat appointed judges,

00:25:06.440 two Obama judges, one Biden judge, believe it or not. We're listening to arguments on both sides about

00:25:14.040 the legality of the gag order. You had one judge, Judge Patricia Millett, appointed by Barack Obama,

00:25:22.440 really giving Trump's lawyer a hard time. She also, though, did really press Jack Smith's team,

00:25:29.320 especially as to why the special counsel think of how thin skins you could possibly be.

00:25:35.720 The special counsel asking a judge to prevent Donald Trump and people around him from tweeting mean

00:25:42.040 things about him. That's how preposterous all of this is. So, yes. And this is not a narrow gag order,

00:25:49.240 Lou. This is a very broad based gag order. I am presuming that the appellate court will uphold

00:25:55.240 most, if not all of it. And this will probably be headed to the Supreme Court soon.

00:26:00.920 Well, and the gag orders that Ingeron has handed down have been reversed, at least to this point.

00:26:06.200 And based on what they're saying, here's I want to just share with the audience this piece of

00:26:12.520 sophistry and just specious nonsense coming from one of those appointees on the three-judge panel.

00:26:21.240 Quote, labeling it core political speech, in quote, begs the question of whether it is,

00:26:28.600 in fact, political speech. Now, this is a deep thinking federal judge on the appellate court.

00:26:35.240 She goes on to say, or whether it is political speech aimed at derailing or corrupting the criminal

00:26:43.480 justice system, in quote. Now, in inverse order, corrupting the criminal justice system is a

00:26:50.920 ridiculous statement because it's already corrupt and no better evidence than these

00:26:57.320 DC judges and just and justices all the way to the Supreme Court, in my opinion.

00:27:03.080 But to go on and basically saying that it is now their intent to decide the state of mind of the

00:27:12.200 president of the United States, the former president, the presumptive nominee, and what his mind really

00:27:20.120 was focused on. I mean, this is mind reading. This is ignorance writ large on a federal appellate

00:27:28.200 panel. What's your reaction? It was really surreal to listen to these three Democratic judges talk

00:27:36.600 about and argue with Trump's attorney about what the former president of the United States and presumptive

00:27:44.680 GOP nominee for president can say on Truth Social about the very people who are prosecuting him.

00:27:53.640 It's just as surreal. And I was actually in the court, too, when Judge Chutkin heard both sides,

00:28:01.080 you know, of course, Jack Smith going to her asking for this gag order. I was in her courtroom

00:28:06.040 back in in October listening to this and to hear the hypotheticals come out of her mouth,

00:28:12.360 certain things that Donald Trump should or shouldn't be able to say.

00:28:15.080 Lou, at one point, Judge Chutkin and the assistant U.S. attorney Molly Gaston, who's on Jack Smith's team,

00:28:21.960 were discussing whether Donald Trump should be able to say the term crooked Joe Biden during the campaign,

00:28:29.400 whether that is a way to threaten the criminal justice system, blah, blah, blah. It's just you can't

00:28:35.880 believe that you're hearing this discussion. But of course, she did issue that broad gag order. 0.85

00:28:41.560 And then you have more judges discussing it today. And the basis of it, their argument,

00:28:48.600 Jack Smith, is that his speech threatens the not just the integrity of the criminal justice system

00:28:55.240 and process here, but could intimidate potential witnesses.

00:29:00.040 Oh, yes. Now we're worried about the emotional state of the witnesses. I mean, these are preposterous

00:29:07.560 and silly people. These are they're ineffably contemptible. It is so disgusting that these

00:29:18.040 people are sitting on a bench anywhere doing anything, let alone corrupting further the judiciary,

00:29:26.360 the federal judiciary. I do think we should close, though, Julie, with reminding everybody what

00:29:32.040 good old Justice John Roberts told us all, all of us sweaty, simple minded citizens who don't really

00:29:40.600 deserve much more than a direction sign about where the elites want to go. He said, and I'm paraphrasing,

00:29:48.440 that the justice system is made up not of Obama judges or Bush judges or Trump judges. No, it's just

00:30:00.360 judges. There's no politics involved. And so patting us all on our collective collectively on our heads

00:30:09.800 and wishing us a Merry Christmas. There was Judge John Roberts, obviously living in a land of Candy

00:30:16.520 Rock Mountains and Looney Tunes. It's just it is so appalling to see where we are in this country right

00:30:25.160 now, whether we turn to the judiciary, whether we turn to the to the legislature, the Congress and the

00:30:30.760 Senate, or whether we we turn to the White House. We are a nation in deep, deep trouble. We always give our
