00:00:23.320 This is a scam that's been going on for quite some time that the federal government, quite honestly, has just allowed to happen.
00:00:28.860 And now under the Trump administration, they're starting to get a little bit smarter to the scammers coming into this country, both to birth their children and to get marriage papers to become U.S. citizens.

00:00:42.020 Today, we are announcing the arrests and unsealing of an indictment out of the Southern District of New York,
00:00:48.880 charging 11 individuals for allegedly overseeing an extensive, decade-long marriage fraud scheme

00:01:03.500 and then the submission of fraudulent applications for green cards.
00:01:08.140 This is one of the largest marriage fraud prosecutions in United States history.
00:01:13.140 This scheme was not a quick fly-by-night operation, but rather a years-long, multi-million-dollar cottage industry

00:04:19.160 to members of white supremacists and extremist groups.
00:04:23.200 Grand jury in the Middle District of Alabama returned the 11-count indictment against the SPLC.
