00:00:14.940 that will allow it to sabotage the Marxist Dems' efforts to investigate the Trump administration

00:00:23.300 This afternoon, the Department of Justice Office of Legal Counseling issued an opinion
00:00:27.000 that would allow President Trump to claim executive privilege
00:00:30.320 over any communications between him and private advisers.
00:00:34.600 The opinion goes on to say that this move would be legal
00:00:38.060 as long as they relate to official decision-making,
00:00:41.120 involve or reflect communications with the president or his direct advisers,
00:00:45.180 and that they are confidential.
00:00:46.980 Furthermore, this extends to direct advisers and the communications with outside advisers.
00:00:50.980 The memo was signed on by Attorney General T. Elliot Geiser,
