00:00:08.140 Just moments ago, a grand jury in Virginia once again declining to indict New York Attorney General Letitia James for mortgage fraud.
00:00:16.860 This is the second time federal prosecutors have failed to secure an indictment against Tish James.
00:00:21.540 ABC News reporting that federal prosecutors failed to convince a majority of the grand jurors to approve those charges
00:00:27.720 that James misled a bank to obtain favorable loans on a home mortgage.
00:00:33.160 Last week, a grand jury in Norfolk also refusing to indict Letitia James after the judge dismissed her case.
00:00:41.080 James was indicted by a federal grand jury in the Eastern District of Virginia in September.
00:00:45.380 She was charged with two crimes, bank fraud under 18 U.S.C. and false statements to a financial institution also under 18 U.S.C.
00:00:53.860 The charges are related to a mortgage loan on a property that James owns in Norfolk, Virginia, that she referred to as her primary residence.
00:01:02.540 According to the indictment, James was to use the property as her secondary residence and prohibited it from using it as time sharing or other shared ownership agreements
00:01:11.060 that requires her to either rent the property or give another person control over the occupancy or use of the property.
00:01:17.940 Of course, we know Letitia James was allowing her family to live in it or other people to live in it and renting them out
00:01:24.060 while she lied and claimed that she was the one living in it.
00:01:29.480 Speaking of radical judges, a federal judge this afternoon ordered the release of MS-13 gang member Kilmar Abrego Garcia.
00:01:37.280 U.S. District Judge Paula Yenis, an Obama appointee in Maryland,
00:01:41.020 ordered the immediate release of Garcia arguing that he has been tamed without lawful authority.
00:01:46.420 Since Abrego Garcia returned from wrongful detention in El Salvador,
00:01:51.380 he has been re-detained again without lawful authority, the judge wrote.
00:01:55.540 For this reason, the court will grant Abrego Garcia a petition for immediate release from ICE custody.
00:02:01.200 Abrego Garcia was an illegal alien residing in Maryland when he was reported to his home country of El Salvador earlier this year
00:02:07.380 and placed in the notorious Seacott Prison.
00:02:10.340 However, radical left-wing judges ordered him to be returned to the United States.
00:02:13.840 The wife-beater and gang member was previously ordered to be deported by an immigration judge,
00:02:18.860 but he was not sent to his home country of El Salvador,
00:02:21.880 so the Trump administration decided to potentially send him to Africa.
00:02:26.240 Abrego Garcia immediately put up a legal fight to stop his deportation.
00:02:30.380 So these Marxist rogue judges just want to allow these gang members to continue to run the streets of America.

00:02:39.360 And in November, White House Economic Advisor Kevin Hassett told reporters that there's enough money to pay
00:02:44.240 for the $2,000 Trump tariff checks to the American families
00:02:47.980 and still have enough money to go into the rest of the U.S. budget.

00:02:53.240 Despite all the negative dowsers, President Trump's tariff plan was a phenomenal success and still is.
00:02:58.000 And the Trump administration was ready to share that wealth with the American people.

00:03:08.960 Congress today is voting to hand over another $800 million for the Ukraine war,
00:03:14.300 but still, so far, refuses to vote on those $2,000 tariff rebate checks for working Americans.

00:03:31.700 Stephen Miller, who's one of President Trump's most trusted advisors, take an aim at CNN.
