00:00:00.000 I'm Lou Dobbs with this Great America Show midday update.
00:00:04.040 The junkyard jackal of a Marxist special counsel, Jack Smith, breaking some more rules
00:00:09.700 rather than try to justify to Judge Cannon his use of a grand jury in D.C.
00:00:15.560 to prosecute President Trump in Florida.
00:00:18.820 He finally shuts down that D.C. Democrat grand jury.
00:00:23.200 Smith has used two grand juries to execute his fishing expedition against President Trump.
00:00:28.140 Smith was asked two weeks ago by Judge Eileen Cannon to explain the use of that second grand jury in D.C.
00:00:36.560 And just now, Smith has closed down that grand jury, a jury filled with D.C. Democrats.
00:00:43.640 Biden to spend more taxpayer money on, yes, vaccines.
00:00:48.140 The puppet president committing to allotting almost a billion and a half dollars on vaccines and therapeutics
00:00:54.340 as the new COVID strain, B.A. 2.86, has emerged.
00:00:59.880 It seems like this is all part of Biden's plan to interfere in the 2024 election.
00:01:06.060 Vaccines, lockdowns, mail-in voting, you name it.
00:01:10.320 The Republicans squaring off for a debate tonight.
00:01:13.480 Eight Republicans will square off in the first GOP primary debate.
00:01:17.700 The stage packed with Senator Tim Scott, Ron DeSantis, Nikki Haley, Mike Pence, Doug Burgum,
00:01:24.960 if he recovers from his basketball injury, Vivek Ramaswamy, Chris Christie,
00:01:29.580 you couldn't keep him away with a baseball bat, and Asa Hutchinson.
00:01:34.020 Most notably, President Trump won't be there.
00:01:37.080 President Trump decided to not debate this year since he's so far ahead.
00:01:41.760 Instead, he's joining Tucker Carlson on Twitter for an interview.
00:01:45.340 Join us today on The Great America Show.
00:01:48.180 Our guest is Georgia State Senator Colton Moore.
00:01:51.200 Moore is demanding that the Georgia State Legislature get back to work in a special session
00:01:56.660 to investigate the Marxist Dem district attorney, Fannie Willis.
00:02:01.520 He says Governor Brian Kemp is stonewalling his efforts at convening that special session.
00:02:07.440 The people of Northwest Georgia elected me to serve as their state senator,
00:02:11.600 and they do not want their hard-earned tax dollars going to fund a political persecution.
00:02:19.300 And that's what we have with Fannie Willis.
00:02:21.220 She's indicted 19 people on political nonsense, 0.85
00:02:25.200 charging some people for making false statements, and her only evidence is a tweet.
00:02:30.580 We have a fellow senator in my caucus who's also in that indictment.
00:02:34.500 She tried going after our lieutenant governor, 1.00
00:02:36.940 and regardless of whether you like Donald Trump or not,
00:02:41.280 we should never have a judiciary going after their political opponents with absolute nonsense charges.
00:02:49.140 I haven't heard not one other suggestion from any other legislator as to how to proceed with what is going on right now.
00:02:57.620 Taking a special session and using our powers as a legislature to defund is what our job is.
00:03:04.020 That's why the legislature was created, to be a check and a balance on the executive and judicial branches.
00:03:10.140 That's our job.
00:03:11.220 That's what we have to do.
00:03:12.740 And for legislators to sit around and literally do nothing,
00:03:16.440 they're not even suggesting what else we should do,
00:03:19.840 it's mind-boggling to me.
00:03:22.460 And, you know, the governor himself,
00:03:24.660 he could call a special session today if he wanted to,
00:03:27.960 just with a stroke of his pen.
00:03:29.460 But yet he's, the best thing he can say to the news is,
00:03:33.580 well, I haven't seen the signatures yet.
00:03:35.600 Are you kidding me?
00:03:37.100 Please join us today for my full discussion with Senator Colton Moore.
00:03:41.020 I'm Lo Dobbs with this Great America Midday Update.
