The Great America Show - Mid-Day Update： January 27, 2025

In this mid-day update, President Trump continues to keep his promise on deporting illegal immigrants and keeping his promise to make America great again. Also, the NYPD reports zero shooting victims in New York City over a 5 day period for the first time in 30 years, and the Dow Jones drops more than $1 Trillion on the first day of the new year.

00:00:00.000 Hello everybody, I'm John Fawcett with this Great America Show midday update for Monday,

00:00:04.280 January 27th. I hope you all had a great weekend and your week is off to a good start.

00:00:08.740 Folks, you may remember I told you on January 20th, the mantra of this show going forward is

00:00:12.880 going to be promises made, promises kept, because that's what President Trump plans on doing his

00:00:16.980 next four years in office. Just yesterday alone, ICE arrested almost a thousand migrants. These

00:00:23.680 are criminals, these are bad folks who came to this country, committed crimes, hiding here, 1.00

00:00:27.640 harboring here, a litany of crimes, all being deported, just as President Trump promised was

00:00:35.060 going to happen. Another nice statistic for you, Mexico has received over 4,000, that's 4,000

00:00:41.700 deportees from the U.S. from the days January 20th to January 26th. So six days, that's just to Mexico,

00:00:50.400 that's not including the folks who are being sent back to Colombia, which the government of Colombia

00:00:55.140 has agreed now on all of President Trump's terms to take back those criminals, take back those

00:00:59.520 migrants. After originally saying, we're not taking them, not allowing U.S. planes to land there. 1.00

00:01:05.420 So changing tune very fast as President Trump threatened them with sanctions, visa sanctions,

00:01:13.200 tariffs, and much, much more. President Trump is also in talks with El Salvador President

00:01:17.700 Naib Bukele to deport illegal migrants back to El Salvador as well. So promises made, promises kept.

00:01:26.400 Also, folks, for the first time in 30 years, 30 years, there have been zero shooting victims in New

00:01:33.820 York City over a five-day period, this according to the NYPD. So it's not just these red states that 0.91

00:01:41.600 overwhelmingly put President Trump back in office, but the blue states now are maybe going to start to

00:01:47.240 fall in line with an America first, truth, justice, and the American way agenda, because it's the only

00:01:55.000 way forward. It's the only way this country survives. So good on New York for finally getting their act

00:02:00.340 together, maybe, as President Trump and his raids continue. And just as President Trump kept his word

00:02:07.120 on these deportations and getting these migrants out of here, President Trump is set to ban

00:02:12.220 transgender service members and eliminate all DEI programs in our military. You may recall President

00:02:19.040 Trump previously signed an executive order in 2021 barring trans people from serving before Joe

00:02:24.500 Biden reversed the order in his first day as we'll call him a White House occupant. However, the New York

00:02:30.260 Post is reporting that Trump new orders will go a little bit further. They lay out military standards on

00:02:36.020 pronouns and gender identity and directly prohibit thousands of transgender service members from the

00:02:41.160 military, citing issues with mental and physical readiness. Quote, until cohesion requires high

00:02:47.340 level of integrity and stability among service members. This comes from a White House document

00:02:51.840 that's previewing the possible executive order on the transgender soldier readiness. There can be

00:02:58.820 quote, no accommodations for anything less than resilient strength and the ability to withstand

00:03:02.760 extraordinary physical demands. Individuals who are unable to meet these requirements are unable to serve in

00:03:08.540 the military and this has been the case for decades. It can take a minimum of 12 months for an

00:03:13.340 individual to complete treatments after transition surgery, which often involves the use of heavy

00:03:18.700 narcotics. During this period, they are not physically capable of meeting military readiness requirements

00:03:23.700 and they require ongoing medical care. This is not conducted for deployment or other readiness

00:03:29.220 requirements. Folks, promises made, promises kept as President Trump continuing to make America great

00:03:36.420 again. Massive stock market sell-off this morning happening as a Chinese AI tech startup, signaling that

00:03:43.460 they're beating America in the AI race. We're really not to believe what China says, anything they say or do.

00:03:51.740 China's mass manipulation, guilty of it in every form and facet, but sending the stock market tumbling 0.93

00:03:58.580 over a trillion dollar sell-off in the market. So hope to see a rebound by mid to late afternoon today

00:04:04.460 with the markets. Folks, please be sure to join us each and every day for the Great America Show
