00:00:08.940 67 confirmed dead after that mid-air collision last night between that American Airlines CRJ-700 and that Army Blackhawk helicopter.
00:00:19.200 The recovery mission is underway. Just over 30 bodies have been pulled so far from that frigid water.
00:00:24.940 An internal preliminary FAA investigation report on Wednesday night's air disaster shows that Reagan National has been understaffed for many years with just 19 fully certified controllers as of September 2023.
