00:00:11.380 Let's get to some news of the day. On July 4th, it was official. The Trump accounts launched.

00:02:18.900 And across the country earlier today, over in Utah, Tyler Robinson appeared in court for a preliminary hearing in the Charlie Kirk murder case.

00:02:26.900 The preliminary hearing is set for July 6th to 10th, where Utah prosecutors will present evidence to the court.

00:02:32.740 Tyler Robinson has not yet entered a plea.

00:02:35.800 Donald Trump Jr., Charlie Kirk's widow, Erica Kirk, were in attendance in the Utah courtroom along with Charlie Kirk's family.

00:02:43.260 Robinson, of course, fatally shot Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk on September 10, 2025, during an event at Utah University.

00:02:50.380 Robinson's being charged with seven counts aggravated murder, felony recklessness, a discharge firearm, felony obstruction of justice for hiding the firearm, felony obstruction of justice for discarding the clothing he wore.

00:03:57.440 But I've never seen anything like it. So I saw the play. And I'm a person that loves sports and was a good athlete. And I understand sports really well, really well. And that wasn't a foul. That wasn't even an infraction. That was two guys running full speed that happened to crash into each other.
